Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of skin care products, and particularly relates to essential oil for preventing and repairing skin barrier damage, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people pay more attention to the skin care, especially the facial skin care. Maintaining normal barrier function of the skin is a fundamental and important component of skin care. The skin barrier structure and function are abnormal in different degrees due to internal and external factors such as hormone level fluctuation, mental stress, external stimulation, ultraviolet rays and environmental pollution, and even seriously, the skin barrier function is damaged, and the damage of the skin barrier function is one of important factors for causing various skin diseases. The thickness of the stratum corneum of the face is thin, and skin barrier abnormal conditions such as sensitivity, intolerance and the like easily occur to external stimulation, so that more attention needs to be paid to preventing the damage of the skin barrier function of the face, and measures are taken to recover the barrier function in time once the damage of the skin barrier occurs. The prior art reports the role of ceramide in skin barrier repair, but studies show that ceramide mainly plays a role in the later stage of skin barrier repair (Wu jin Yan, Jiangxu, ceramide and skin barrier, China J. dermatosis (J), 2011,25(1): 64-65.). Moreover, no reports on the prevention of skin barrier damage by using an efficacy substance have been found so far.
Camellia seed oil, also known as tea oil, camellia oil, tea seed oil and the like, is rich in nutrient substances such as unsaturated fatty acid, tea polyphenol, squalene, vitamin E, zinc and the like, has a nutritional value comparable to that of olive oil, and is called oriental olive oil and magical oriental oil. Camellia japonica is a unique woody oil tree species in southern areas of China and has a very long cultivation history. In view of the unique growth environment of camellia, the unique components and effects of woody oil, camellia oil has excellent cosmetic application value. Compared with the common high-grade oil of cosmetics, the camellia oil also has potential advantages in the aspects of skin feel, efficacy, safety and the like. The camellia seed oil, tea seed oil and camellia seed oil of the camellia genus are also very similar in components, efficacy and the like. At present, researches on camellia seed oil mainly focus on the aspects of food health care, moistening, antioxidation, whitening, aging resistance and the like, and the researches on the prevention and repair of skin barrier damage of the camellia seed oil are still in a blank stage.
Although some skin care products for repairing skin barrier damage exist on the market, in order to improve certain aspects of efficacy, ingredients such as preservatives, emulsifiers, essences, hormones and surfactants are usually added, and the ingredients can cause additional burden to the skin. CN105997625A discloses a moisturizing cream for daily care of children skin mucosa and application thereof, wherein the moisturizing cream contains a surfactant APG and a preservative lysozyme or antimicrobial peptide, and causes unnecessary burden on the skin. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an essential oil for preventing and repairing skin barrier damage and relieving skin sensitivity without adding components such as emulsifiers, essence components and the like.

Test example 1 evaluation of protective Barrier Damage prevention and repair Effect
1. Evaluation method
The control samples of examples 1-5, comparative example 1 without camellia oil and the pure camellia oil samples were used for the tests. The test is completed by 10 qualified volunteers. Volunteers were between 23 and 41 years of age, with a mean age of 30.2 ± 5.94 years. During the trial, the subjects did not develop erythema, papules, wheal, itching, and other adverse skin reactions associated with the trial samples.
After the skin is adapted in a room with constant temperature (22 +/-1 ℃) and constant humidity (50 +/-5%) for 30 minutes, the moisture content of the horny layer and the percutaneous water loss rate (TEW L) of the skin are firstly tested, and samples are added according to the ratio of (2.0 +/-0.1) mg/cm2The amount was applied to the inner forearm (4cm × 4cm) and the inner right forearm (4cm × 4cm) of the volunteer, after massage until absorption, the parts were peeled off 15 times with a tape to cause skin barrier damage, the stratum corneum moisture content and the percutaneous water loss rate (TEW L) of the skin were tested before application of the sample, 1 hour, 2 hours, and 4 hours after tape peeling, respectively, blank control (no sample applied but also peeled off with tape) was tested simultaneously.
2. Evaluation results
(1) The evaluation results are expressed as the average value of the water content of the horny layer and are shown in Table 1.

Table 2 essential oils of examples 1-5 and comparative example 1 essential oil, camellia seed oil, and blank control
TEW L/% of the percutaneous water loss rate at different times
It is known that in various skin having a problem of impaired skin barrier function (for example, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, etc.), water loss from the skin is more vigorous than that of healthy skin.
The results of comparing the essence oil in example 1, the sample in comparative example 1 and the camellia oil show that, for the reduction effect of the transdermal water loss rate (TEW L), the essence oil in example 1 > the sample in comparative example 1 > the camellia oil > blank control, the results show that the camellia oil is replaced by the synthetic oil ethylhexyl palmitate on the basis of example 1, the transdermal water loss rate (TEW L) is increased, and the essence oil obtained by compounding the camellia oil has a synergistic effect on the prevention and repair of the skin barrier damage, and the results in Table 2 show that the essence oils in examples 2 to 5 also have the effects of preventing and repairing the skin barrier damage.
According to the evaluation results, the essential oil disclosed by the invention is rich in various functional components, and the components are mutually blended and have a synergistic effect, so that the essential oil can prevent the damage of the skin barrier and promote the repair process of the damage of the skin barrier, and has a good anti-allergy effect on sensitive skin with abnormal skin barrier function.
Test example 2 evaluation of soothing anti-allergy Effect
20 volunteers with sensitive skin were selected, first using the essential oils prepared according to examples 1-5 of the present invention, and then filled in the efficacy questionnaire and described the feeling of use. The average result shows that 90% of volunteers think that the skin is dry and tight and the skin is obviously relieved, 85% of volunteers think that the skin is relaxed, and 95% of volunteers think that the skin becomes smooth and moist after the skin is used. All volunteers did not show any side effects or allergic phenomena. Therefore, the essential oil has better relieving and anti-allergy performance.
