Abstract

For example, if the text message contains a character string of "zhang san" and the preset list of names of people also contains "zhang san", the "zhang san" may be used as the identified information of people.
And step S120, sending the files to be approved to corresponding approval objects according to the identified personnel information, so that the approval objects can approve the files to be approved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, step S120 specifically includes: summarizing the files to be examined containing the information of each person according to the information of the person contained in at least one file to be examined to obtain a set of the files to be examined corresponding to the information of each person; and sending the set of files to be examined corresponding to the personnel information to the examination and approval object corresponding to the personnel information.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the files needing to be approved by the same approval object can be collected and then sent to the approval object for approval, so that the approval object can conveniently approve the files related to the approval object in batches, and the approval efficiency is greatly improved.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment shown in the figure 1, the files to be approved can be automatically sent to the corresponding approval objects for approval, the complex process that designers take drawings to find each approval person for approval is avoided, the time and the energy of the designers are saved, and the file approval efficiency is improved.
FIG. 2 schematically illustrates a flow diagram of a document approval method according to yet another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 2, a document approval method according to another embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
step S210, according to the staff information included in at least one of the files to be reviewed, dividing the files to be reviewed, which have the same staff information, into a group, so as to obtain at least one group of files to be reviewed.
In an embodiment of the present invention, because the personnel information contained in different pending files may be the same or different, in order to set the registration chapters in batch, the pending files containing the completely same personnel information may be divided into a group. For example, document A contains person 1, person 2, and person 3; file B contains person 1, person 2, and person 4; file C contains person 1, person 2, and person 3; file D contains person 1, person 2, and person 4. Then file a and file C may be grouped together and file B and file D may be grouped together.
Step S220, obtaining target person information that is set for each group of files to be reviewed and needs to add a registration stamp in the at least one group of files to be reviewed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, step S220 may include: displaying the personnel information contained in each group of files to be examined; and determining the target personnel information based on the selection operation of the user in the displayed personnel information.
In this embodiment, the person information included in each set of documents to be reviewed may be displayed in the form of a list, a drop-down box, or the like, and then the target person information may be determined according to the selection of the user.
And step S230, sending the prompt information needing to add the registration seal to an approval object corresponding to the target personnel information.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the to-be-approved file may be sent to the corresponding approval object, and meanwhile, the prompt information that the registration stamp needs to be added is sent to the approval object corresponding to the target person information.
The technical scheme of the embodiment shown in fig. 2 enables the registration seal to be added to the document to be examined to be set in batch, reduces the workload of signers, and shortens the document approval time.
FIG. 3 schematically shows a flow diagram of a document approval method according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 3, a document approval method according to another embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of:
step S310, obtaining the approval results of all approval objects corresponding to each document to be approved.
In an embodiment of the invention, the approval result of the document to be approved by the approval object includes approval passing and approval failing.
Step S320, if all the approval objects corresponding to any one of the files to be approved pass the approval, adding the signature of the personnel information included in any one of the files to be approved to any one of the files to be approved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, after all the approval objects corresponding to any one of the documents to be approved pass, and before the signature of the personnel information included in any one of the documents to be approved is added to any one of the documents to be approved, a prompt message may be sent to a designated terminal, so that a user of the designated terminal can confirm whether to add the signature to any one of the documents to be approved; and if an instruction for confirming the addition of the signature sent by the appointed terminal is received, adding the signature of the personnel information contained in any one of the files to be examined into any one of the files to be examined.
In the foregoing embodiment, the designated terminal may be a terminal of a signature operator, that is, after all the approval objects corresponding to the to-be-approved document have been approved, the signature operator receives the signature prompt, and when the signature operator confirms to add the signature, the system adds the signature of the personnel information included in the to-be-approved document to the corresponding position in the to-be-approved document. The signature may be a signature and/or a personal seal.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the adding the signature of the personal information included in any of the pending files to any of the pending files in step S320 may include: determining a template file of any file to be examined; and adding the signature of the personnel information contained in any one of the files to be examined to any one of the files to be examined according to the corresponding relation between the personnel information position coordinates corresponding to each approval role configured in the template file and the signature position coordinates.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the signature position coordinates of each personal information included in any one of the pending files may be determined according to the corresponding relationship configured in the template file and the position of the personal information identified from any one of the pending files, and then the signature of each personal information is added to the corresponding position in any one of the pending files according to the signature position coordinates of each personal information.
The technical scheme of the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 enables automatic signature of the document to be examined and approved, and improves the signature efficiency; meanwhile, all the signatures of the examination and approval objects can be added to the to-be-examined files at one time, and the situation that the signatures of the examination and approval objects are revealed in the subsequent examination and approval process due to the fact that the signatures of the examination and approval objects are added when a single examination and approval object passes is avoided.
In the above embodiment of the present invention, the signature position coordinates of each personal information included in the pending file are determined based on the template file, and in an embodiment of the present invention, a scheme for creating at least one template file is further provided. Referring to fig. 4, a process of creating a template file according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step S410, displaying a graphical user interface including a content layout of the template file.
Step S420, detecting the operation of the user in the graphical user interface, and determining the personnel information position coordinates and signature position coordinates corresponding to each approval role according to the operation of the user.
In one embodiment of the present invention, step S420 includes: detecting a first area framed in the graphical user interface by a user; if an instruction that a user sets the first area as a personnel information position or a signature position corresponding to a designated examination and approval role is received, generating a second selection frame associated with a first selection frame comprising the first area; receiving an adjusting instruction of a user for the frame selection area of the second selection frame; and when an instruction of completing adjustment is received, taking the area selected by the second selection frame as a signature position or a personnel information position corresponding to the designated approval role.
In one embodiment of the present invention, since the first selection frame and the second selection frame have an association relationship, if a deletion instruction for the first selection frame or the second selection frame is received, the first selection frame and the second selection frame are deleted.
And step S430, generating a template file of the files to be examined according to the personnel information position coordinates and signature position coordinates corresponding to each approval role and the content layout.
The technical scheme of the embodiment shown in fig. 4 enables a user to intuitively and conveniently create the template file, and further can improve the creation efficiency of the template file.
Based on the technical solution of the above embodiment, in an embodiment of the present invention, the following solution is further included: and if all the approval objects corresponding to any one of the files to be approved pass the approval, adding the non-personnel signature corresponding to any one of the files to be approved into any one of the files to be approved. The non-personnel signature includes the aforementioned registration signature, company signature, and the like.
Similar to the aforementioned scheme of adding the signature of the personal information to the document to be reviewed, in an embodiment of the present invention, adding the non-personal signature corresponding to the document to be reviewed may include the following steps: determining a template file of a to-be-examined file; and adding the non-personnel signature corresponding to the files to be checked into the files to be checked according to the position coordinates of the non-personnel signature configured in the template file.
In the technical solution of the above embodiment of the present invention, the position coordinates of the non-human signature are determined based on the template file, so that the position coordinates of the non-human signature need to be configured in the template file. Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, when any template file is created, a graphical user interface including a content layout of the template file may be displayed; detecting a second area framed in the graphical user interface by a user; and if an instruction that the user sets the second area as a designated non-personnel signature is received, recording the position coordinates of the designated non-personnel signature.
The document approval method according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below by taking the document to be examined as an electronic design drawing as an example.
1. Automatic name recognition on drawing
In one embodiment of the invention, the approval initiator selects a batch of DWF or PDF format drawings, the system automatically scans all text information on the drawings and matches the text information with the names of the project members, and if the text information which is completely the same as the names of the project members exists, the name of the person is determined.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, if the text information 501 on the drawing is matched with the name of the project member 503, the text information 501 is determined as a person name; the text information 502 on the drawing is matched with the name of the project member 505, and the text information 502 is judged as the name of a person.
2. Automatically batching according to different persons needing to be signed and identified from the drawing, and setting a registration stamp of the drawing
In one embodiment of the invention, the drawings can be divided into a plurality of batches according to the names of people identified from the drawings, and the persons needing to be signed in the drawings of each batch are the same, so that the registration seal can be set for each batch, the setting efficiency of the registration seal is improved, and the complicated operation that each drawing needs to be independently set with the registration seal in the prior art is avoided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, drawings of various batches may be displayed, person information 601 needing to be signed is displayed on the drawings of each batch, an operator may add a person needing to be signed to a certain batch of drawings in a batch through a control 602, or may delete the person needing to be signed in a certain batch of drawings by clicking a "x" (shown as 603 in fig. 6) displayed next to the person information. Meanwhile, the operator can set the information of the person who needs to add the registration seal in a certain batch of drawings by pulling down the selection box 604. In addition, the drawing can be clicked to check.
3. The drawing file is accompanied by the information of the registration seal and summarized and sent to the corresponding approver
In an embodiment of the invention, when the drawings are sent to the approvers, the batched drawings are gathered again, the drawing files of different batches correspond to the same approver and are merged together and then sent to the approver, that is, the drawings which need to be approved by each approver are gathered, so that the approvers can conveniently carry out batch approval. Meanwhile, some of the collected drawings may need to be covered with the registration seal of the approver, so that the approver can be informed of the identification in the drawing list. And then the approver only needs to confirm once, and the drawings can be authorized in batch to be added with own signatures and registration stamps.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, identification information 701 may be displayed in a drawing list that an approver needs to approve, so as to inform the approver that a registration stamp of the approver needs to be added, and the approver may perform one-touch approval through a control 702. In addition, the system can also automatically add the registration seal in the approval process according to the preset registration seal.
4. Performing a stamping operation
The signature operator needs to configure all picture frame templates of an enterprise first, and in the templates, the stamps and signatures to be covered on the drawings can be preset, and the positions of the stamps and the signatures to be covered on the drawings are required to be respectively preset. Meanwhile, an area where the name of each approver appears is set in the template, and when the name is detected in the area of the drawing, a corresponding signature is added, for example, when the name is detected to be three, the signature of three is selected to be added.
Specifically, after all the related members in the drawing are approved by the drawing, the signature operator receives the signature prompt, and the signature task appears in the program "to-be-signed" directory, the specifically displayed interface may be as shown in fig. 8, and the signature operator may execute a one-key signature operation by clicking the control 801.
After the signature operator clicks the control 801 to execute one-key signature operation, the system automatically executes the signature operation through algorithm matching according to information such as drawing size and text coordinates, and the signature result is shown in fig. 9, so that the personnel signatures 901 and 902 can be added at corresponding positions of personnel names, and non-personnel signatures (such as registration signatures) are added at corresponding positions in the drawing.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when configuring all the frame templates of an enterprise, a signature operator may perform configuration based on a visual graphical user interface, specifically as shown in fig. 10, a content layout 1000 of the frame templates is displayed on the visual graphical user interface, when an area framed by a user is detected, a corresponding selection frame 1001 and a popup window 1002 are displayed, so that the user can select a signature added in the area framed by the selection frame 1001, when the user selects "examine" (as an example here), as shown in fig. 11, a "examined signature" is displayed in the selection frame 1001, and another selection frame 1003 is displayed, and a "examined name" is displayed in the selection frame 1003, the operator may adjust a specific position of the selection frame 1003, and the system may finally record a position coordinate of the area framed by the selection frame 1001 and a position coordinate of the area selected by the selection frame 1003, and performing associated storage. Further, when "Liquan" is detected at the position of the selection box 1003 when a signature is added, the signature of "Liquan" is added to the region framed by the selection box 1001.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 12, after the selection boxes 1001 and 1003 are displayed, if the user selects any one of the selection boxes, a popup 1004 appears, in the popup 1004, the user may adjust the selection boxes, for example, set the size of the selection box, rotate the selection box, and if the user deletes any one of the selection boxes, the other selection box is also deleted.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the name of the person in the drawing can be automatically identified, the drawings are automatically batched according to the name of the person, and then the approver can authorize and sign all the drawings related to the approver in batch at one time, so that the approval efficiency is greatly improved. Meanwhile, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention solves the problem of position matching of the signature area and the name information, and ensures that drawings can be automatically signed in batches. In addition, for a signature operator, only a drawing template needs to be configured in advance, and then various drawings can be automatically matched with the template through a certain algorithm, so that the workload of the signature operator is greatly reduced.
It should be noted that the document approval method in the embodiment of the present invention is not only suitable for approving electronic design drawings, but also applicable to a scene where all documents are approved.
Exemplary Medium
Having described the method of the exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the media of the exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described next.
In some possible embodiments, aspects of the present invention may also be implemented as a medium having stored thereon program code for implementing steps in a document approval method according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the above section "exemplary method" of this specification, when the program code is executed by a processor of a device.
Specifically, the processor of the device, when executing the program code, is configured to implement the following steps: identifying personnel information contained in the files to be examined; and sending the files to be approved to corresponding approval objects according to the identified personnel information so that the approval objects can approve the files to be approved.
In some embodiments of the invention, the program code is executable by a processor of the device to perform the steps of: acquiring text information contained in the files to be examined; matching the acquired text information with a preset personnel name list; and if the character string contained in the text message is matched with any person name in the preset person name list, taking the character string or the matched person name as the identified person information.
In some embodiments of the invention, the program code is executable by a processor of the device to perform the steps of: summarizing the files to be examined containing the information of each person according to the information of the person contained in at least one file to be examined to obtain a set of the files to be examined corresponding to the information of each person; and sending the set of files to be examined corresponding to the personnel information to the examination and approval object corresponding to the personnel information.

FIG. 13 schematically shows a block diagram of a document approval apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 13, a document approval apparatus 1300 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: an identification unit 131 and a sending unit 132.
The identification unit 131 is configured to identify person information included in the document to be reviewed; the sending unit 132 is configured to send the to-be-approved document to a corresponding approval object according to the identified personnel information, so that the approval object can approve the to-be-approved document.
In some embodiments of the present invention, based on the foregoing solution, the identifying unit 131 is configured to: acquiring text information contained in the files to be examined; matching the acquired text information with a preset personnel name list; and if the character string contained in the text message is matched with any person name in the preset person name list, taking the character string or the matched person name as the identified person information.
In some embodiments of the present invention, based on the foregoing scheme, the sending unit 132 is configured to: summarizing the files to be examined containing the information of each person according to the information of the person contained in at least one file to be examined to obtain a set of the files to be examined corresponding to the information of each person; and sending the set of files to be examined corresponding to the personnel information to the examination and approval object corresponding to the personnel information.

In some embodiments of the present invention, based on the foregoing scheme, the adding unit 136 is further configured to: and when all the approval objects corresponding to any one of the files to be approved pass the approval, adding the non-personnel signature corresponding to any one of the files to be approved into any one of the files to be approved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, based on the foregoing scheme, the adding unit 136 is configured to: determining a template file of any file to be examined; and adding the non-personnel signature corresponding to any one of the files to be examined according to the position coordinates of the non-personnel signature configured in the template file.
In some embodiments of the present invention, based on the foregoing solution, the apparatus 130 further includes: a second display unit 138, configured to display a graphical user interface including a content layout of any template file when the template file is created; a detecting unit 139, configured to detect a second area framed in the graphical user interface by a user; a recording unit 1310 configured to record the position coordinates of the designated non-human signature when receiving an instruction from a user to set the second area to the designated non-human signature.
Exemplary computing device
Having described the method, medium, and apparatus of exemplary embodiments of the present invention, a computing device in accordance with another exemplary embodiment of the present invention is described.

In some possible implementations, a computing device according to an embodiment of the invention may include at least one processor, and at least one memory. Wherein the memory stores program code that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the document approval method according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the "exemplary methods" section above in this specification. For example, the processor may execute step S110 shown in fig. 1 to identify the personnel information contained in the document to be reviewed; and step S120, sending the files to be approved to corresponding approval objects according to the identified personnel information, so that the approval objects can approve the files to be approved. As another example, the processor may also perform the steps shown in fig. 2-4.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description reference has been made to several units or sub-units of the document approval apparatus, such division is merely exemplary and not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functions of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit according to embodiments of the invention. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
Moreover, while the operations of the method of the invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.

Claims (30)

1. A document approval method comprising:
identifying personnel information contained in the files to be examined, wherein the personnel information is an identifier corresponding to the examination and approval object;
according to the identified personnel information, sending the files to be approved to corresponding approval objects so that the approval objects can approve the files to be approved;
obtaining the approval results of all approval objects corresponding to the files to be approved;
if all the approval objects corresponding to any one of the files to be approved pass the approval, adding the signature of the personnel information contained in any one of the files to be approved into any one of the files to be approved to avoid the personnel information contained in the signature from being leaked in the approval process;
wherein, the sending the files to be examined to the corresponding examination and approval objects comprises:
summarizing the files to be examined containing the information of each person according to the information of the person contained in at least one file to be examined to obtain a set of the files to be examined corresponding to the information of each person;
sending the set of files to be examined corresponding to the personnel information to an examination and approval object corresponding to the personnel information;
the identification of the personnel information contained in the files to be reviewed includes:
acquiring text information contained in the files to be examined;
matching the acquired text information with a preset personnel name list;
and if the character string contained in the text message is matched with any person name in the preset person name list, taking the character string or the matched person name as the identified person information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
dividing the files to be examined, which contain completely the same personnel information, into a group according to the personnel information contained in at least one file to be examined so as to obtain at least one group of files to be examined;
acquiring target person information which is set aiming at each group of files to be examined in at least one group of files to be examined and needs to be added with a registration seal;
and sending the prompt information needing to add the registration seal to an approval object corresponding to the target personnel information.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the pending files are sent to the corresponding approval objects, and simultaneously, prompt information needing to add a registration seal is sent to the approval objects corresponding to the target personnel information.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining of the target person information needing to add the registration seal and set for each of the at least one group of the documents to be reviewed comprises:
displaying the personnel information contained in each group of files to be examined;
and determining the target personnel information based on the selection operation of the user in the displayed personnel information.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein after all the approval objects corresponding to any one of the documents to be approved pass through, and before adding the signature of the personnel information contained in any one of the documents to be approved to any one of the documents to be approved, the method further comprises:
sending reminding information to a designated terminal so that a user of the designated terminal can confirm whether to add a signature to any file to be examined;
and if an instruction for confirming the addition of the signature sent by the appointed terminal is received, adding the signature of the personnel information contained in any one of the files to be examined into any one of the files to be examined.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein adding a signature of personnel information contained in any of the documents to be reviewed to the any of the documents to be reviewed comprises:
determining a template file of any file to be examined;
and adding the signature of the personnel information contained in any one of the files to be examined to any one of the files to be examined according to the corresponding relation between the personnel information position coordinates corresponding to each approval role configured in the template file and the signature position coordinates.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein adding a signature of the personal information contained in any one of the documents to be reviewed to the any one of the documents to be reviewed according to a correspondence between the personal information position coordinates and signature position coordinates corresponding to each approval character configured in the template document includes:
according to the corresponding relation and the position of the personnel information identified from any one of the files to be examined, determining the signature position coordinates of each personnel information contained in any one of the files to be examined;
and adding the signature of each personnel information to a corresponding position in any one of the files to be checked according to the signature position coordinates of each personnel information.
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising: and creating a template file of at least one file to be examined.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein creating a template file for at least one of the documents to be reviewed comprises:
displaying a graphical user interface containing a content layout of a template file;
detecting the operation of a user in the graphical user interface, and determining the personnel information position coordinates and signature position coordinates corresponding to each approval role according to the operation of the user;
and generating a template file of the file to be examined according to the personnel information position coordinates and signature position coordinates corresponding to each examination and approval role and the content layout.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein detecting user operations in the graphical user interface and determining the staff information position coordinates and signature position coordinates corresponding to each approval role according to the user operations comprise:
detecting a first area framed in the graphical user interface by a user;
if an instruction that a user sets the first area as a personnel information position or a signature position corresponding to a designated examination and approval role is received, generating a second selection frame associated with a first selection frame comprising the first area;
receiving an adjusting instruction of a user for the frame selection area of the second selection frame;
and when an instruction of completing adjustment is received, taking the area selected by the second selection frame as a signature position or a personnel information position corresponding to the designated approval role.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
deleting the first selection frame and the second selection frame when a deletion instruction of the first selection frame or the second selection frame is received.
12. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if all the approval objects corresponding to any one of the files to be approved pass the approval, adding the non-personnel signature corresponding to any one of the files to be approved into any one of the files to be approved.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein adding the non-human signature corresponding to any one of the documents to be reviewed to the any one of the documents to be reviewed comprises:
determining a template file of any file to be examined;
and adding the non-personnel signature corresponding to any one of the files to be examined according to the position coordinates of the non-personnel signature configured in the template file.
14. The method of claim 13, further comprising:
when any template file is created, displaying a graphical user interface containing the content layout of the template file;
detecting a second area framed in the graphical user interface by a user;
and if an instruction that the user sets the second area as a designated non-personnel signature is received, recording the position coordinates of the designated non-personnel signature.
15. A medium having stored thereon a program which, when executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 1 to 14.
16. A document approval apparatus comprising:
the identification unit is used for identifying the personnel information contained in the document to be examined, wherein the personnel information is an identifier corresponding to the examination and approval object;
the sending unit is used for sending the to-be-examined files to corresponding examination and approval objects according to the identified personnel information so that the examination and approval objects can examine and approve the to-be-examined files;
the second obtaining unit is used for obtaining the approval results of all the approval objects corresponding to the files to be approved;
the adding unit is used for adding the signature of the personnel information contained in any one of the files to be examined to any one of the files to be examined when all the examination and approval objects corresponding to the files to be examined pass the examination and approval process so as to avoid the personnel information contained in the signature from being leaked in the examination and approval process;
wherein the transmitting unit is configured to:
summarizing the files to be examined containing the information of each person according to the information of the person contained in at least one file to be examined to obtain a set of the files to be examined corresponding to the information of each person;
sending the set of files to be examined corresponding to the personnel information to an examination and approval object corresponding to the personnel information;
wherein the identification unit is configured to:
acquiring text information contained in the files to be examined;
matching the acquired text information with a preset personnel name list;
and if the character string contained in the text message is matched with any person name in the preset person name list, taking the character string or the matched person name as the identified person information.
17. The apparatus of claim 16, further comprising:
the dividing unit is used for dividing the files to be examined, which contain completely the same personnel information, into a group according to the personnel information contained in at least one of the files to be examined so as to obtain at least one group of files to be examined;
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring target personnel information which is set aiming at each group of files to be examined and needs to be added with a registration seal;
the sending unit is further used for sending the prompt information needing to be added with the registration seal to the approval object corresponding to the target personnel information.

The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the transmitting unit is further configured to: and sending the to-be-audited file to a corresponding approval object, and sending prompt information needing to be added with a registration stamp to the approval object corresponding to the target personnel information.
19. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the first obtaining unit is configured to:
displaying the personnel information contained in each group of files to be examined;
and determining the target personnel information based on the selection operation of the user in the displayed personnel information.
20. The device of claim 16, wherein the sending unit is further configured to send a reminding message to a designated terminal after all the approval objects corresponding to any document to be approved have been approved, so that a user of the designated terminal confirms whether to add a signature to any document to be approved;
the adding unit is configured to: and when an instruction for confirming the addition of the signature sent by the appointed terminal is received, adding the signature of the personnel information contained in any one of the files to be examined into any one of the files to be examined.
21. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the adding unit is configured to:
determining a template file of any file to be examined;
and adding the signature of the personnel information contained in any one of the files to be examined to any one of the files to be examined according to the corresponding relation between the personnel information position coordinates corresponding to each approval role configured in the template file and the signature position coordinates.
22. The apparatus of claim 21, wherein the adding unit is configured to:
according to the corresponding relation and the position of the personnel information identified from any one of the files to be examined, determining the signature position coordinates of each personnel information contained in any one of the files to be examined;
and adding the signature of each personnel information to a corresponding position in any one of the files to be checked according to the signature position coordinates of each personnel information.
23. The apparatus of claim 16, further comprising: and the creating unit is used for creating at least one template file of the files to be examined.
24. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the creating means comprises:
a first display unit for displaying a graphical user interface including a content layout of a template file;
the determining unit is used for detecting the operation of a user in the graphical user interface and determining the personnel information position coordinates and signature position coordinates corresponding to each approval role according to the operation of the user;
and the generating unit is used for generating a template file of the document to be examined according to the personnel information position coordinates and signature position coordinates corresponding to each approval role and the content layout.
25. The apparatus of claim 24, wherein the determining unit is configured to:
detecting a first area framed in the graphical user interface by a user;
if an instruction that a user sets the first area as a personnel information position or a signature position corresponding to a designated examination and approval role is received, generating a second selection frame associated with a first selection frame comprising the first area;
receiving an adjusting instruction of a user for the frame selection area of the second selection frame;
and when an instruction of completing adjustment is received, taking the area selected by the second selection frame as a signature position or a personnel information position corresponding to the designated approval role.
26. The apparatus of claim 25, the determination unit further to:
deleting the first selection frame and the second selection frame when a deletion instruction of the first selection frame or the second selection frame is received.
27. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the adding unit is further configured to:
and when all the approval objects corresponding to any one of the files to be approved pass the approval, adding the non-personnel signature corresponding to any one of the files to be approved into any one of the files to be approved.
28. The apparatus of claim 27, wherein the adding unit is configured to:
determining a template file of any file to be examined;
and adding the non-personnel signature corresponding to any one of the files to be examined according to the position coordinates of the non-personnel signature configured in the template file.
29. The apparatus of claim 28, further comprising:
the second display unit is used for displaying a graphical user interface containing the content layout of any template file when the template file is created;
the detection unit is used for detecting a second area framed and selected in the graphical user interface by a user;
and the recording unit is used for recording the position coordinates of the appointed non-personnel signature when receiving an instruction of setting the second area as the appointed non-personnel signature by a user.
30. A computing device, comprising: a processor and a memory, the memory storing executable instructions, the processor to invoke the memory-stored executable instructions to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 14.
