In this embodiment, the document to be examined may be rotated during the design process, and the signature coordinates of each approval object in the document to be examined may also be changed, so that the signature coordinates of each approval object in the document to be examined are adjusted according to the rotation direction and the rotation angle by identifying the rotation direction and the rotation angle of the document to be examined, so that even if the document to be examined is adjusted during the design process, the signature information can be ensured to be added to an accurate position.
In the above embodiments of the present invention, information for determining the signature coordinates of each approval object in the pending approval document based on the configuration file is mentioned, and in an embodiment of the present invention, a scheme for creating at least one configuration file is also provided. Referring to fig. 5, a process of creating a configuration file according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:

In one embodiment of the present invention, step S520 includes: detecting a final position to which a user drags a signature positioning frame corresponding to different approval roles in the visual interface; and determining the information of the signature coordinates corresponding to the different approval roles according to the coordinates of the final position to which the signature positioning frames corresponding to the different approval roles are dragged.
Step S530, generating signature coordinate configuration information according to the information of the signature coordinates corresponding to the different determined approval roles, and generating the configuration file according to the generated signature coordinate configuration information.
The technical scheme of the embodiment shown in fig. 5 enables a user to intuitively and conveniently create the configuration file, and further can improve the creation efficiency of the configuration file.
It should be noted that the configuration file may be one or more, and when there are multiple configuration files, one configuration file may be configured for each type of pending file. Alternatively, one configuration file may be specific to multiple pending files, that is, one configuration file may include signature coordinate configuration information corresponding to multiple pending files.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the document approval method further includes: converting the files to be examined into preset displayable files; and if a request that an approval object corresponding to any approval node inquires the document to be approved is received, sending the displayable document to the approval object corresponding to any approval node so that the approval object corresponding to any approval node can be approved.
In this embodiment, the document to be approved is converted into a predetermined displayable document, so that the document to be approved can be conveniently sent to a terminal used by any one of the examination and approval objects, and the examination and approval objects can be conveniently checked and approved. Of course, in other embodiments of the present invention, the document to be approved may also be directly sent to the approval target for approval.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the document approval method further includes: and if the approval of the document to be approved is determined to pass according to the approval result, generating an anti-counterfeiting mark in the document to be approved. The technical scheme of the embodiment can perform anti-counterfeiting treatment on the files to be approved and approved, and ensure the safety of the files to be approved and approved.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, generating an anti-counterfeit mark in the document to be checked includes: acquiring information of the files to be examined; encrypting the information of the files to be examined to obtain encrypted information; and generating the anti-counterfeiting mark according to the encrypted information.
It should be noted that the information of the document to be reviewed may be the name, type, etc. of the document to be reviewed. The Encryption of the information of the file to be approved may be performed by an AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm. The generated anti-counterfeiting mark can be an anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional code and the like.
The document approval method according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below by taking the document to be approved as an electronic design drawing as an example.
1. Process for establishing on-line examination chart
The online review process is implemented based on a multi-user online file system that supports DWF files of electronic design drawings and previews in other formats (e.g., PDF). On top of such a system, a set of functions supporting the review process is established. As shown in fig. 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, a traditional offline examination graph process is moved to an online state, each link in an examination and approval process is abstracted to a node with a state (approved, under-examination, and to-be-examined), each node corresponds to a relevant responsible person, and when the process passes through the last node, the examination graph process is ended.
It should be noted that, the nodes in the examination flow may have a serial relationship, a parallel relationship, or a combination of parallel and serial relationships, which are sequentially dependent on each other as shown in fig. 6.
2. Multi-person on-line multi-terminal electronic examination picture
When initiating the approval, the designer uploads the electronic design drawing (which may be a DWF file) to be approved and selects the created approval process. The approver corresponding to each node in the approval process can receive an approval notice (such as a short message or a system notice), and then each approver can approve through a terminal used by the approver.
Note that each approver may perform approval by using a browser or APP (Application program) in the terminal. And each approval person can choose to reject or approve when performing approval, and if each approval node in the approval process passes approval, the subsequent automatic signature and drawing process is performed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, the electronic design drawing DWF file stored in the server 72 may be converted into a file format, such as a picture format, that can be directly displayed by various terminals 73 through the conversion service 71. When the terminal 73 calls an interface (e.g., Restful API interface) of the server to query the electronic design drawing to be approved, the server 72 may return the converted displayable file to the terminal 73 so that the terminal 73 can display the converted displayable file.
3. Automatic electronic signature and seal
After each approval link in the approval process passes the approval, a notification (such as a short message or a system notification) can be sent to the terminal of the charting person, and then a signature is added in the electronic design drawing through the charting software or the online system and the drawing is carried out.
Since the electronic design drawings with different specifications (such as A0, A1, A2 and A3) and different layouts have different signature positions, one or more frame configuration files can be created in order to ensure that each signature in the approval process is added to a proper position, and information of the signature coordinates corresponding to the electronic design drawings with corresponding specifications and layouts is set in the frame configuration files.
As shown in fig. 8, when a signature is required, the determining module 810 determines the frame configuration file 830 corresponding to the design drawing (i.e., the non-signed file 820 shown in fig. 8) requiring a signature, then finds the signature location information according to the information in the frame configuration file 830, and the signature module 840 accurately adds each signature to the corresponding location according to the returned signature location information to obtain the signed file 850.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the signature module 840 may read specific names of people in the electronic design drawing according to the range provided by the frame configuration file 830, determine specific names of people needing signature and seal by combining with the approvers corresponding to each approval node in the approval process, and then find corresponding signatures to add to corresponding positions in the electronic design drawing.
It should be noted that: the signature includes a signature and/or a signature. Each approver may upload the electronic signature and the electronic seal of the approver to the server in the form of a picture in advance, and the signature module 840 may acquire a corresponding signature picture and insert the signature picture into the electronic design drawing. In other embodiments of the present invention, the electronic signatures and electronic stamps of all the approvers, the stamps of the companies, and the like may also be uniformly set by the user having authority.
4. Two-dimensional code anti-counterfeiting method
After the electronic design drawing is signed, the system can add anti-counterfeiting two-dimensional codes to the electronic design drawing, and then a user can scan the two-dimensional codes on the printed design drawing to judge whether the design drawing is generated by the system.
In one embodiment of the invention, a plurality of fields of the electronic design drawing in the system database (the fields contain the information of the electronic design drawing) can be obtained, and then the two-dimensional code is generated after AES encryption. The mode can enhance the safety of the two-dimension code, and the anti-counterfeiting two-dimension code which is approved by the system cannot be generated unless a third party acquires the encryption private key of the system.
5. Frame profile management
The frame configuration file can be directly edited and generated, and can also be edited and managed in a visual interface mode. In one embodiment of the present invention, the management frame profile is edited by means of a visual interface as shown in fig. 9.
In the visualization interface shown in FIG. 9, control 1 is used to return the signature tool home page; the control 2 is used for uploading a picture frame; area 3 represents a frame list; 4, displaying the positioned signature list; 5, signature adjustment; the control 6 is used for enlarging or reducing the picture frame; the control 7 is used for saving the signature position; control 8 is a "help" icon.
The area on the right side of fig. 9 is used to display related information of a drawing frame, and the area 902 is used to display related information of the approver corresponding to each node in the approval process. In the visualization interface shown in fig. 9, when information of signature coordinates corresponding to each approval character needs to be configured, a user may drag a signature positioning frame (e.g., the signature positioning frame 5 shown in fig. 9) in a "positioning signature list" window to a corresponding position in the area 902, and then the program may record coordinates of a final position to which each signature positioning frame is dragged, so as to serve as information of the signature coordinates corresponding to each approval character.
During the dragging process, the content displayed on the visual interface can be enlarged or reduced through the control 6, so that the signature positioning frame can be accurately dragged to the corresponding position in the area 902.
For example, the "examine and approve the example signature" signature positioning frame is dragged to the signature area corresponding to the examination and approve role "examine" in the area 902, and the program may record the coordinate of the final position to which the signature positioning frame is dragged, so as to serve as the information of the signature coordinate corresponding to the examination and approve role "examine" and approve ".
In the above embodiment, by configuring the frame configuration file, the corresponding frame configuration file may be configured for electronic design drawings with different specifications and different layouts, so as to ensure that each signature in the approval process is added to a proper position based on the frame configuration file.
In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, the electronic design drawing may be rotated during the design process, so that the signature coordinates of each approver in the pending document may also be changed, and thus, the rotation direction and the rotation angle of the electronic design drawing may be identified, and the signature coordinates of each approver in the pending document may be adjusted according to the rotation direction and the rotation angle, so that even if the electronic design drawing is rotated during the design process, the signature information may be ensured to be added to an accurate position.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in order to ensure that the rotation direction and the rotation angle of the electronic design drawing can be identified, a frame feature value (which may be a unique word) may be configured in a frame configuration file in advance, and the position of the frame feature value may be recorded. For a specific electronic design drawing, the text and the area coordinates thereof in the electronic design drawing can be read, and the corresponding frame feature value can be obtained, and then whether the text rotates or not and the corresponding rotation angle (such as 0 degree rotation, 90 degree rotation, 180 degree rotation, 270 degree rotation) can be determined according to the position of the text in the electronic design drawing and the position of the frame feature value corresponding to the text.
It should be noted that the document approval method in the embodiment of the present invention is not only suitable for approving the electronic design drawing, but also applicable to a scenario in which all documents are approved.

Having described the method of the exemplary embodiments of the present invention, the media of the exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described next.
In some possible embodiments, aspects of the present invention may also be implemented as a medium having stored thereon program code for implementing steps in a document approval method according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the above section "exemplary method" of this specification, when the program code is executed by a processor of a device.

In some possible implementations, a computing device according to an embodiment of the invention may include at least one processor, and at least one memory. Wherein the memory stores program code that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the document approval method according to various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described in the "exemplary methods" section above in this specification. For example, the processor may execute step S110 shown in fig. 1 to obtain a document to be reviewed; step S120, determining an approval process corresponding to the document to be approved; step S130, according to each approval node contained in the approval process, pushing an approval notice to an approval object corresponding to each approval node; step S140, receiving the approval results of each approval object for the to-be-approved document, and determining whether the to-be-approved document passes the approval according to the approval results. As another example, the processor may also perform the steps shown in fig. 2-5.
It should be noted that although in the above detailed description reference has been made to several units or sub-units of the document approval apparatus, such division is merely exemplary and not mandatory. Indeed, the features and functions of two or more modules or units described above may be embodied in one module or unit according to embodiments of the invention. Conversely, the features and functions of one module or unit described above may be further divided into embodiments by a plurality of modules or units.
Moreover, while the operations of the method of the invention are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that the operations must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the illustrated operations must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions.

Claims (32)

1. A document approval method comprising:
acquiring a document to be examined;
determining an approval process corresponding to the to-be-approved file;
according to each approval node contained in the approval process, an approval notice is pushed to an approval object corresponding to each approval node;
receiving the approval results of the approval objects on the files to be approved, and determining whether the files to be approved pass the approval according to the approval results;
the method further comprises the following steps:
determining the information of the signature coordinates of each approval object in the files to be approved;
if the approval of the document to be approved is determined to pass according to the approval result, adding signature information corresponding to each approval object to a corresponding position in the document to be approved according to the information of the signature coordinate; before adding the signature information corresponding to each approval object to the corresponding position in the document to be approved according to the information of the signature coordinate, the method further comprises the following steps:
identifying the rotation direction and the rotation angle of the files to be examined;
and adjusting the signature coordinates of each approval object in the files to be approved according to the rotation direction and the rotation angle.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining information of signature coordinates of the respective approval objects in the pending document comprises:
acquiring a configuration file containing signature coordinate configuration information;
and determining the information of the signature coordinates of each approval object in the files to be approved according to the information of the files to be approved and the configuration files.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the information of the pending documents comprises: and the specification and/or content layout of the files to be examined.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the signature coordinate configuration information includes signature coordinates corresponding to different approval roles.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the signature coordinates of the approval objects in the document to be approved according to the information of the document to be approved and the configuration file comprises:
according to the information of the files to be examined, signature coordinate configuration information corresponding to the files to be examined is searched in the configuration files so as to determine the information of the signature coordinate corresponding to each examination and approval role;
and determining the information of the signature coordinates of each approval object in the to-be-approved document according to the information of the signature coordinates corresponding to each approval role and the approval objects corresponding to each approval role.
6. The method of claim 4, further comprising: at least one of the profiles is created.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein creating at least one of the profiles comprises:
displaying a visual interface for creating a configuration file;
detecting the operation of a user in the visual interface, and determining the information of signature coordinates corresponding to different approval roles according to the operation of the user;
and generating signature coordinate configuration information according to the information of the signature coordinates corresponding to the different determined approval roles, and generating the configuration file according to the generated signature coordinate configuration information.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein detecting user operations in the visual interface, and determining information of signature coordinates corresponding to different approval characters according to the user operations comprise:
detecting a final position to which a user drags a signature positioning frame corresponding to different approval roles in the visual interface;
and determining the information of the signature coordinates corresponding to the different approval roles according to the coordinates of the final position to which the signature positioning frames corresponding to the different approval roles are dragged.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein adding signature information corresponding to the respective approval objects to corresponding positions in the document to be approved according to the information of the signature coordinates comprises:
identifying the name of each approval object;
acquiring signature information of each approval object according to the name of each approval object;
and adding the signature information of each approval object to a corresponding position according to the information of the signature coordinate of each approval object in the to-be-approved file.
10. The method of claim 1, wherein determining an approval process corresponding to the document to be approved comprises:
receiving an approval process selected by an approval requesting party for the document to be approved in the existing approval process; or
Receiving an approval process configured by an approval requesting party for the files to be approved; or
And taking an approval process associated with the information of the to-be-approved document and/or the information of the approval requester as an approval process corresponding to the to-be-approved document according to the information of the to-be-approved document and/or the information of the approval requester.
11. The method according to claim 1, wherein pushing an approval notification to an approval object corresponding to each approval node according to each approval node included in the approval process comprises:
determining the relationship among the examination and approval nodes according to the examination and approval nodes contained in the examination and approval process, wherein the relationship comprises a serial relationship and/or a parallel relationship;
and pushing an approval notice to the approval objects corresponding to the approval nodes according to the relationship among the approval nodes.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein if a plurality of approval nodes in the approval process are in a serial relationship, pushing an approval notification to an approval object corresponding to the plurality of approval nodes comprises:
after an approval notice is pushed to an approval object corresponding to any approval node in the plurality of approval nodes, if a message that the approval is passed is received, the approval notice is pushed to an approval object corresponding to the next approval node according to the serial relation until the approval notice is pushed to the approval objects corresponding to the plurality of approval nodes.
13. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
converting the files to be examined into preset displayable files;
and if a request that an approval object corresponding to any approval node inquires the document to be approved is received, sending the displayable document to the approval object corresponding to any approval node so that the approval object corresponding to any approval node can be approved.
14. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and if the approval of the document to be approved is determined to pass according to the approval result, generating an anti-counterfeiting mark in the document to be approved.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein generating an anti-counterfeiting mark in the document to be reviewed comprises:
acquiring information of the files to be examined;
encrypting the information of the files to be examined to obtain encrypted information;
and generating the anti-counterfeiting mark according to the encrypted information.
16. A medium having stored thereon a program which, when executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 1 to 15.
17. A document approval apparatus comprising:
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring files to be examined;
the first determining unit is used for determining an approval process corresponding to the to-be-approved document;
the pushing unit is used for pushing an approval notice to the approval objects corresponding to the approval nodes according to the approval nodes contained in the approval process;
the receiving unit is used for receiving the approval results of the approval objects on the files to be approved and determining whether the files to be approved pass the approval according to the approval results;
the file approval device further comprises:
the second determining unit is used for determining the information of the signature coordinates of each approval object in the files to be approved;
the adding unit is used for adding the signature information corresponding to each approval object to the corresponding position in the document to be approved according to the information of the signature coordinate when the approval of the document to be approved is determined to pass according to the approval result;
the file approval device further comprises:
the identification unit is used for identifying the rotation direction and the rotation angle of the files to be examined before the signature information corresponding to each examination and approval object is added to the corresponding position in the files to be examined by the adding unit;
and the adjusting unit is used for adjusting the signature coordinates of each approval object in the files to be approved according to the rotating direction and the rotating angle.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the second determining unit is configured to:
acquiring a configuration file containing signature coordinate configuration information;
and determining the information of the signature coordinates of each approval object in the files to be approved according to the information of the files to be approved and the configuration files.
19. The apparatus of claim 18, wherein the information of the pending files comprises: and the specification and/or content layout of the files to be examined.
20. The apparatus of claim 18, wherein the signature coordinate configuration information comprises signature coordinates corresponding to different approval characters.
21. The apparatus of claim 20, wherein the second determining unit is configured to:
according to the information of the files to be examined, signature coordinate configuration information corresponding to the files to be examined is searched in the configuration files so as to determine the information of the signature coordinate corresponding to each examination and approval role;
and determining the information of the signature coordinates of each approval object in the to-be-approved document according to the information of the signature coordinates corresponding to each approval role and the approval objects corresponding to each approval role.

a creating unit for creating at least one of the configuration files.
23. The apparatus of claim 22, wherein the creating means comprises:
the display unit is used for displaying a visual interface used for creating the configuration file;
the detection unit is used for detecting the operation of a user in the visual interface and determining the information of signature coordinates corresponding to different approval roles according to the operation of the user;
and the first generating unit is used for generating signature coordinate configuration information according to the information of the signature coordinates corresponding to the determined different approval roles, and generating the configuration file according to the generated signature coordinate configuration information.
24. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the detection unit is configured to:
detecting a final position to which a user drags a signature positioning frame corresponding to different approval roles in the visual interface;
and determining the information of the signature coordinates corresponding to the different approval roles according to the coordinates of the final position to which the signature positioning frames corresponding to the different approval roles are dragged.
25. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the adding unit is configured to:
identifying the name of each approval object;
acquiring signature information of each approval object according to the name of each approval object;
and adding the signature information of each approval object to a corresponding position according to the information of the signature coordinate of each approval object in the to-be-approved file.
26. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the first determining unit is configured to:
receiving an approval process selected by an approval requesting party for the document to be approved in the existing approval process; or
Receiving an approval process configured by an approval requesting party for the files to be approved; or
And taking an approval process associated with the information of the to-be-approved document and/or the information of the approval requester as an approval process corresponding to the to-be-approved document according to the information of the to-be-approved document and/or the information of the approval requester.
27. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the pushing unit is configured to:
determining the relationship among the examination and approval nodes according to the examination and approval nodes contained in the examination and approval process, wherein the relationship comprises a serial relationship and/or a parallel relationship;
and pushing an approval notice to the approval objects corresponding to the approval nodes according to the relationship among the approval nodes.
28. The apparatus of claim 27, wherein if a plurality of approval nodes in the approval process are in a serial relationship, the pushing unit pushes an approval notification to an approval object corresponding to the plurality of approval nodes, and the pushing includes:
after an approval notice is pushed to an approval object corresponding to any approval node in the plurality of approval nodes, if a message that the approval is passed is received, the approval notice is pushed to an approval object corresponding to the next approval node according to the serial relation until the approval notice is pushed to the approval objects corresponding to the plurality of approval nodes.
29. The apparatus of claim 17, further comprising:
the conversion unit is used for converting the files to be audited into preset displayable files;
