Abstract

In some possible embodiments, aspects of the document approval method provided by the present invention may also be implemented as a program product, comprising program code means for causing an electronic device to carry out the steps of the document approval method according to the various exemplary embodiments of the present invention described above in this description, when said program product is run on said electronic device, for example, the electronic device may perform step S11 as shown in fig. 1, obtain a list of pending documents, the list of the documents to be examined and approved comprises key information of the documents to be examined and approved and examination and approval operation options, and step S12, receiving the trigger operation of the examination and approval operation options aiming at the document to be examined and approved, obtaining the examination and approval result, and the triggering operation of the approval operation option for the document to be approved is triggered after the auditing account audits the key information of the document to be approved.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, apparatus, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (devices), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. It will be understood that each flow and/or block of the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, and combinations of flows and/or blocks in the flow diagrams and/or block diagrams, can be implemented by computer program instructions. These computer program instructions may be provided to a processor of a general purpose computer, special purpose computer, embedded processor, or other programmable data processing apparatus to produce a machine, such that the instructions, which execute via the processor of the computer or other programmable data processing apparatus, create means for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be stored in a computer-readable memory that can direct a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to function in a particular manner, such that the instructions stored in the computer-readable memory produce an article of manufacture including instruction means which implement the function specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
Claims (10)
1. A document approval method, comprising:
acquiring a to-be-examined and approved document list, wherein the to-be-examined and approved document list comprises key information of to-be-examined and approved documents and examination and approval operation options;
receiving a trigger operation of an approval operation option for the document to be approved and approved, and obtaining an approval result, wherein the trigger operation of the approval operation option for the document to be approved and approved is triggered after an audit account audits key information of the document to be approved and approved.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the key information of the document to be approved comprises the type of the document to be approved, the identification of the document to be approved, the title of the document to be approved, the applicant of the document to be approved, and the current status of the document to be approved, the title of the document to be approved including summary information of the content of the document to be approved.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the list of documents to be reviewed further comprises an approval opinion entry box; and
after receiving the trigger operation of the approval operation option for the document to be approved, the method further comprises the following steps:
and receiving the approval opinions input by the approval account in the approval opinion input box.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
receiving a trigger operation of an approval operation confirmation option for the document to be approved;
and determining that the processing aiming at the document to be examined and approved is finished.
5. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
receiving a selection instruction aiming at a plurality of documents to be examined and approved;
and when the trigger operation and the approval opinions of the approval operation options aiming at any one of the multiple selected documents to be approved are determined to be received, executing corresponding approval operation option trigger operations on other documents to be approved in the multiple documents to be approved and displaying the same approval opinions.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
receiving a trigger operation of an approval operation confirmation option aiming at any document to be approved;
and determining that the processing aiming at the plurality of documents to be examined is finished.
7. The method of any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
and storing the approved document to be examined into an approved document list, and updating the current state of the approved document to be examined.
8. A document approval apparatus, comprising:
the device comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a processing unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a document list to be examined and approved, and the document list to be examined and approved comprises key information of documents to be examined and approved and examination and approval operation options;
and the processing unit is used for receiving a trigger operation of the approval operation option for the document to be approved and obtaining an approval result, wherein the trigger operation of the approval operation option for the document to be approved and approved is triggered after an audit account audits key information of the document to be approved and approved.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program implements a document approval method as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the document approval method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
