Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for collecting a network disk file according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to file collection for users in a network disk according to specific requirements, and specifically includes the following steps:
step 110, according to the file collection request, creating a collection folder, and obtaining a user list of the collection folder.
In the actual working process, the network disk user often needs to perform file collection work in different working stages. However, the existing network disk lacks the tracking management capability of the file collection process in the file collection scene, so that a file collector needs to spend a lot of time checking the collected files, thereby seriously affecting the working efficiency.
To solve this problem, in this embodiment, when the network disk receives a file collection request from a user, a collection folder is created according to the file collection request, so as to provide a storage space for file collection work. Meanwhile, in order to conveniently determine the target population targeted by the file collection work, the user list of the collection folder can be edited according to the target population when the collection folder is created, and the edited user list is obtained after the collection folder is created, so that the network disk users can be conveniently screened and authorized.
And step 120, acquiring a tag list, and generating an identification tag according to the tag list.
In order to distinguish and identify the collected files conveniently and judge whether the corresponding files to be collected are collected in the collection folder or not, the embodiment acquires the tag list after the collection folder is created and generates the identification tags according to the tag list, so that the collection process of the files is judged through the identification tags.
It should be noted that, since the identification tag described in this embodiment needs to be generated according to the tag list, the content described in the tag list should have the capability of distinguishing different files, so that the identification tag can distinguish the collected files. For example, when the annual performance review tables of the users in the group need to be collected, different files need to be distinguished according to the names of the users because the types of the files uploaded by different users are the same. At the moment, the names of all users in the group are recorded in the tag list, and after the identification tags are generated according to the names of the users, the collected performance examination tables of multiple years can be rapidly distinguished and identified through the identification tags, so that the file collector can conveniently count the collection process of the files.
Correspondingly, a file collector can automatically create a label list according to actual needs, so that the adaptability of the identification label to the file collection work is improved. In addition, a file collector can also screen a preset tag list according to file collection requirements, and the tag list meeting the file collection requirements is directly imported into the collection folder, so that the generation efficiency of the identification tag is improved.
And step 130, determining a target user according to the user list, and giving a file uploading function authority of the collection folder to the target user.
In order to avoid the influence of the file collection work caused by uploading files to the inside of the collection folder by other users in the network disk, all users in the network disk are screened according to the user list, the user meeting the requirement of the file collection work is determined as a target user, and then the target user is endowed with the file uploading function permission of the collection folder. At the moment, the collection folder has an isolation effect on unauthorized users, and the unauthorized users cannot upload files to the interior of the collection folder, so that the number of the files in the collection folder can be reduced, the workload of a file identification process is reduced, and the efficiency of file collection work is improved.
Step 140, generating a label display area on the resource browser interface of the collection folder, generating a label icon according to the identification label, and displaying the label icon in the label display area in a first display mode.
In the prior art, when a user accesses a folder, a web disk displays a resource browser interface of the folder to the user, and displays contents stored inside the folder in the form of icons in the resource browser interface. In view of the above, the present embodiment generates a tag display area in the resource browser interface of the collection folder, then generates a tag icon according to the identification tag, and displays the tag icon in the first display mode inside the tag display area. The visualization degree of the file collection work can be improved through the process, and the file collector can conveniently know and identify the types and the number of the labels through the label icons visually, so that the file collector can conveniently judge the progress of the file collection work according to the label icons.
In order to improve the visibility of the label icons, when a plurality of label icons exist in the label display area at the same time, the plurality of label icons are distributed in a matrix in the label display area. In addition, character identifiers are generated on the label icons according to the content of the identification labels, so that file collectors can distinguish different label icons conveniently.
It should be noted that the first display mode described in this embodiment is a display state of the tab icon, and the file collector can adjust the first display mode of the tab icon according to its own operation habit. For example, when the tag icon is generated according to the identification tag, the tag icon may be set to be rectangular, and a text label including the content of the identification tag is provided inside the rectangular tag icon, and when the tag icon is in the first display mode, the rectangular tag icon may be set to be gray.
And 150, acquiring the feature information of the uploaded file, matching the feature information according to the identification tag, and displaying the tag icon of the identification tag in a second display mode in the tag display area when the matching is successful.
Since the feature information of the file can embody various information such as category information, content information, and owner information of the file, when the target user uploads the file to the collection folder, the embodiment acquires the feature information of the uploaded file, and matches the feature information according to the identification tag, thereby determining whether the file belongs to the file to be collected. When the identification tag is successfully matched with the feature information of the file, the current file can be judged to belong to the file to be collected in the file collection work, and at the moment, the tag icon of the identification tag can be displayed in the tag display area in a second display mode, so that the visual presentation of the collection process of the file is realized.
It should be noted that the second display mode in this embodiment is another display state in which the tab icon is distinguished from the first display mode, and the file collector may also adjust the second display mode of the tab icon according to its own operation habit. For example, when a rectangular tag icon with a text label is generated from an identification tag, since the rectangular tag icon in the first display mode is set to gray, the rectangular tag icon may be set to blue when the tag icon is in the second display mode for distinction.
Through the difference between the first display mode and the second display mode, a file collector can simply and directly distinguish the matching states of the identification labels, so that the collection process of the file collection work is clear. Specifically, the first display mode is used to indicate that the identification tag corresponding to the current tag icon has not been successfully matched with the uploaded file, that is, the file corresponding to the identification tag has not been collected. The second display mode is used for indicating that the identification tag corresponding to the current tag icon is successfully matched with the uploaded file, namely, the file corresponding to the identification tag is collected.
Optionally, in order to improve matching efficiency between the identification tag and the feature information, the identification tag in this embodiment includes a first-level identification tag and a second-level identification tag, and accordingly, matching the feature information according to the identification tag may specifically be optimized as follows:
and performing primary matching on the characteristic information according to the content of the primary identification label, and performing secondary matching on the uploaded files successfully matched in the primary matching according to the secondary identification label.
When the number of files to be collected is large and the similarity between the files is high, the collected files may not be accurately identified through a single identification tag, so that judgment of a file collection process is affected. At the moment, the identification tags can be divided into primary identification tags and secondary identification tags according to different coverage areas or coverage types of the identification tags, the feature information of the uploaded files is preliminarily matched through the primary identification tags, the distinguishing identification range of the uploaded files is narrowed, the uploaded files successfully subjected to preliminary matching are matched through the secondary identification tags, and therefore matching efficiency of the identification tags and the uploaded files is improved.
For example, in the process of collecting health codes of employees in a group, since the employees need to send their health codes to the inside of a collection folder every day, a plurality of health code files with similar names exist in the collection folder, and each health code file not only has a difference in user name but also has a difference in uploading date, so that the matching difficulty between an identification tag and an uploaded file is increased. At this time, the identification tag of which the content is the upload date may be determined as the primary identification tag, and the identification tag of which the content is the user name may be determined as the secondary identification tag. After the health code files in the collection folder are successfully matched with the primary identification tags, the secondary identification tags only need to match the health code files on the same uploading date, so that the matching difficulty of the uploaded files can be remarkably reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
The embodiment can create the collection folder and acquire the user list and the tag list according to the file collection request. The target user can be authorized through the user list, so that the target user can conveniently upload files to the inside of the collection folder. An identification tag can be generated from the tag list, and a tag icon can be displayed in the tag display area in the first display mode. After the target user uploads the file, the embodiment can match the feature information of the uploaded file according to the identification tag, if the matching is successful, the tag icon is displayed in the second display mode, and a file collector can quickly judge the collection process of the file through the first display icon and the second display icon, so that the collection efficiency and the convenience of the network disk file are improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a network disk file collection method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the method specifically optimizes the granting of the file uploading function permission of the collection folder to the target user as follows:
the target user is given the right to upload files of a specific format to the collection folder,
and/or the presence of a gas in the atmosphere,
the target user is given the right to upload a file in a specific file name format to the collection folder.
Correspondingly, the method for collecting network disk files provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
step 210, according to the file collection request, creating a collection folder, and obtaining a user list of the collection folder.
And step 220, acquiring a tag list, and generating an identification tag according to the tag list.
Step 230, determining a target user according to the user list, and giving the target user the authority to upload the file in the specific format to the collection folder, and/or giving the target user the authority to upload the file in the specific file name format to the collection folder.
In the process of matching the identification tag with the uploaded file, the identification tag is limited by the content form, the identification tag can only distinguish and identify the file in a specific form, and when the form of the uploaded file is inconsistent with the identification tag, the matching speed is seriously influenced. To solve the problem, according to the present embodiment, after the target user is determined according to the user list, the authorization form of the target user is selected according to the actual file collection requirement, so that the target user can only upload a file in a certain form into the collection folder, thereby increasing the matching speed between the identification tag and the uploaded file.
When the actual file collection requirement limits the collection of files in a specific format, the target user can be given the authority to upload the files in the specific format to the collection folder. For example, when annual financial statements need to be collected, the target user can be given the authority to upload files in a table format to the collection folder, so that all the uploaded files in the collection folder are in the table format, and the matching of identification tags is facilitated.
When the actual file collection requirement defines the collection of a file in a specific file name format, the target user may be given the authority to upload the file in the specific file name format to the collection folder. For example, when the construction design drawings of different links of a certain project need to be collected, the permission for uploading files with the file name format of 'construction design drawings of certain link of a certain project' to the collection folder can be given to a target user, and the uploaded files in the collection folder all have file names with similar formats, so that the identification tags can be conveniently matched.
Step 240, generating a label display area on the resource browser interface of the collection folder, generating a label icon according to the identification label, and displaying the label icon in the first display mode in the label display area.
And step 250, acquiring the feature information of the uploaded file, matching the feature information according to the identification tag, and displaying the tag icon of the identification tag in a second display mode in the tag display area when the matching is successful.
In this embodiment, the file uploading function permission given to the target user for collecting the folder is specifically optimized as follows: and giving the target user the authority to upload the files in the specific format to the collection folder, and/or giving the target user the authority to upload the files in the specific file name format to the collection folder. The file format and/or the file name format uploaded to the inside of the collection folder by the target user can be limited, so that the uploaded files are kept in a relatively uniform form, the matching difficulty of the identification tag and the uploaded files is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for collecting network disk files according to a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the feature information may include a file name, and the matching of the feature information according to the identification tag is specifically optimized as follows:
the content of the identification tag is matched with the content of the file name.
Correspondingly, the method for collecting network disk files provided by the embodiment specifically includes:
step 310, according to the file collection request, creating a collection folder, and obtaining a user list of the collection folder.
And step 320, acquiring a label list, and generating an identification label according to the label list.
And step 330, determining a target user according to the user list, and giving a file uploading function permission of the collection folder to the target user.
Step 340, generating a label display area on a resource browser interface of the collection folder, generating a label icon according to the identification label, and displaying the label icon in a first display mode in the label display area.
And 350, acquiring the file name of the uploaded file, matching the content of the identification tag with the content of the file name, and displaying the tag icon of the identification tag in a second display mode in the tag display area when the matching is successful.
In the actual working process, a manager usually requires that members in a team name files of the same type according to a specific naming rule, for example, when a building construction project is carried out, the manager requires related designers to uniformly name the design drawing files as "design construction drawing-Zusanli" in a certain link of a certain construction project in a certain period, at the moment, the manager determines information such as project stage, file content and file responsible person corresponding to the files according to the file names, and therefore the uploaded files can be quickly identified through the file names. In view of this, in this embodiment, the file name content of the uploaded file is matched through the content of the identification tag (at this time, the file name content required by the file to be collected should be recorded in the identification tag), when the matching is successful, it can be determined that the currently uploaded file meets the file collection requirement, and at this time, the tag icon of the identification tag can be displayed in the second display mode, so as to remind the file collector that the corresponding file has been collected, thereby facilitating the file collector to determine the file collection process.
As an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the feature information may further include file uploader identity information, and correspondingly, matching the feature information according to the identification tag may be specifically optimized as follows:
and matching the identification tag with the identity information of the file uploader.
In the actual working process, in order to avoid secret leakage, files with higher confidentiality requirements cannot be shared with other people generally, so that when high-confidentiality files need to be collected, the files can be identified through the identity information of file uploaders. When matching is carried out, the identification label is internally required to record the file owner identity information corresponding to the file to be collected, and if the file uploader identity information is the same as the file owner identity information recorded in the identification label, the currently uploaded file can be proved to meet the file collection requirement. By the method, the collection efficiency of the confidential files can be improved, and a file collector can complete collection without checking the file contents, so that the secret leakage accident is avoided.
In this embodiment, the feature information is specifically optimized to be a file name, and the feature information is matched according to the identification tag, which is specifically optimized as follows: the content of the identification tag is matched with the content of the file name. The uploaded files can be identified through the file names, so that whether the files meet the file collecting requirement or not is judged quickly, and the file collecting efficiency is improved.
Example four
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a network disk file collection method according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, after the tag icon of the identification tag is displayed in the tag display area in the second display mode, the following steps are added:
and generating a file label according to the identification label, and adding the file label to the uploaded file successfully matched with the identification label.
Correspondingly, the method for collecting network disk files provided by this embodiment specifically includes:
step 410, according to the file collection request, creating a collection folder, and obtaining a user list of the collection folder.
And step 420, acquiring a label list, and generating an identification label according to the label list.
And 430, determining a target user according to the user list, and giving a file uploading function authority of the collection folder to the target user.
Step 440, generating a label display area on the resource browser interface of the collection folder, generating a label icon according to the identification label, and displaying the label icon in the first display mode in the label display area.
And 450, acquiring the feature information of the uploaded file, matching the feature information according to the identification tag, and displaying the tag icon of the identification tag in a second display mode in the tag display area when the matching is successful.
Step 460, generating a file label according to the identification label, and adding the file label to the uploaded file successfully matched with the identification label.
And after the identification tag is successfully matched with the feature information of the uploaded file, the feature information of the currently uploaded file is proved to be the same as the content recorded by the identification tag. In order to improve the efficiency of subsequent file collection work, in this embodiment, a file tag is generated according to the identification tag successfully matched, and the file tag is added to the uploaded file successfully matched with the identification tag.
