It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a project data management method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the present embodiment is applicable to data management of multiple projects, and the method can be executed by a project data management apparatus. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 110, in response to an item management instruction sent by a user, determining a preset item field to be displayed and current item data of the item field to be displayed in at least one item.
The project management instruction may be an instruction for managing any project in a preset project database, and each project may store the project data in the preset project database after being established. The project management command issued by the user may manage all projects without specifying the projects. The management of the project may be to manage the progress of the project, for example, when managing the project, the projects with the same time progress may be divided into one group, or the projects with the same project principal may be divided into one group. Therefore, in managing a project, it is necessary to specify project data such as a project schedule, a person in charge, a project number, and a project name.
The field of the item to be shown is preset, for example, the field of the item to be shown can be the person in charge of the item. And after responding to the project management instruction sent by the user, acquiring the project data of the to-be-displayed project field of each project as the current project data. For example, if the item data to be displayed is an item number, the item number of the item is acquired as the current item data.
In this embodiment, optionally, before determining the preset to-be-displayed item field in response to an item management instruction issued by a user, the method further includes: and in response to an item field determination instruction sent by a user, determining at least one item field to be displayed from preset candidate item fields.
Specifically, the user may determine one or more fields of the item to be displayed before issuing the item management command. The user can send an item field determining instruction, select an item field to be displayed from the pull-down item field list, and also can determine the item field to be displayed by inputting the name of the item field. After the project field to be displayed is determined, when the user manages the project data, the project field to be displayed does not need to be determined, and the current project data of the project field to be displayed can be directly displayed. The user can also determine the field of the project to be displayed when sending out the project management command every time, so that the flexibility of project data management is improved.
In this embodiment, optionally, determining the preset item field to be displayed and the current item data of the item field to be displayed in the at least one item in response to an item management instruction sent by a user includes: responding to a project management instruction sent by a user, and acquiring at least one preset project field to be displayed; determining at least one project from a preset project database, and acquiring current project data of a project field to be displayed in the project.
Specifically, a project management instruction sent by a user is responded, and if a project field to be displayed is preset, at least one preset project field to be displayed is obtained. If the field of the item to be displayed is not preset, the user can set the field in real time and determine at least one field of the item to be displayed. The item may be an item currently in progress at the current time, or may be an item that has been established until the current time. That is, the items may include both ongoing items and items that have already been filed. In this embodiment, the user may determine the items to be managed when issuing the item management instruction, or may default the items to be managed as all items in the item database. For each set of one item, the item data may be stored in the item database in units of item fields. The data stored in the project database may include data for project fields such as applicant number, applicant name, project manager, project name, project number, project standing time, project closing time, and current node. After determining the fields of the items to be displayed, searching all the items from the item database, and determining the current item data of the fields of the items to be displayed of the items. The user may also specify one or more items when issuing the item management instruction, and then search the current item data of the to-be-displayed item field of the specified item from the item database. The beneficial effects of setting up like this lie in, can look for the present project data of waiting to show the project field fast to obtain the present project data of a plurality of projects, need not confirm the whole data of project, avoid causing the data confusion, improve the efficiency and the precision of data management.
And step 120, determining a target display identifier of the item field to be displayed according to the preset incidence relation between the item field and the display identifier.
The method comprises the following steps of presetting incidence relations between different project fields and display identifications, wherein each project field corresponds to a different display identification. For example, the display identification can be designed into visual forms of different shapes, colors or animations. And after the field of the item to be displayed is determined, determining a target display identifier of the field of the item to be displayed according to a preset incidence relation.
And step 130, visually displaying the current project data of the project field to be displayed in at least one project according to the target display identification so as to realize the management and the viewing of the project data.
After the target display identification is determined, the current project data of the project field to be displayed of each project are visually displayed by the target display identification. The staff can visually check the current project data through the target display identification without searching the current project data from a large amount of table data. For example, the target display identification is a square with a preset color, different current project data ranges correspond to different colors, a target color square corresponding to current project data is determined according to the current project data, the target color square is visually displayed, a user can know the current project data through the color of the square, data can be checked more conveniently and quickly, and the situation that the data are mistakenly seen is avoided.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the current project data of the project fields to be displayed of the multiple projects are visually displayed by the preset target display identification according to the preset project fields to be displayed by responding to the project management instruction sent by the user. All data of each project do not need to be displayed, and the data of the current project can be more visual through the target display identification. The problem of in the prior art, arrange the data of all projects through the form of tabulation and show is solved, the condition that the user looked for the data mistake from a large amount of data in the table takes place for avoiding, makes the project data change discernment. The key management information of the project can be acquired according to the requirement, and the checking and management efficiency of the project data is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a project data management method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, which is further optimized based on the second embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step 210, in response to an item management instruction sent by a user, determining a preset item field to be displayed and current item data of the item field to be displayed in at least one item.
And step 220, determining a target display identifier of the item field to be displayed according to the preset incidence relation between the item field and the display identifier.
And step 230, visually displaying the current project data of the project field to be displayed in at least one project according to the target display identification so as to manage and view the project data.
The project can comprise a plurality of project fields, different project fields correspond to different display identifiers, and the display identifiers can be used for displaying project data of the project fields, so that a user can conveniently manage the project data.
In this embodiment, optionally, the field of the item to be displayed is an item ending remaining time field, the current item data is an item ending remaining time, and the target display identifier is a progress bar identifier with a preset color; correspondingly, according to the target display identifier, the current project data of the project field to be displayed in at least one project is visually displayed, and the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a first current time and a project deadline of at least one project; determining the ending remaining time of at least one project according to the first current time and the project deadline; and visually displaying the ending remaining time of the ending remaining time field of at least one project according to the progress bar mark with the preset color.
Specifically, when a project is established, a project deadline can be estimated for the project, and according to the current time and the estimated project deadline, the remaining time of the project, that is, the project ending remaining time, can be determined. The remaining time of the end items can be used as the fields of the items to be displayed, and after the project management instructions are responded, the remaining time of the end items of each project is displayed on the visual interface. And all field information of all items does not need to be displayed, so that the display space is saved, and the ending remaining time of all items is displayed on the same page.
And if the field of the item to be displayed is the field of the remaining time of the end item, the current item data of the field of the item to be displayed is the remaining time of the end item of the item. The target display identification can be a progress bar identification with a preset color, and the remaining time of the conclusion is identified by the progress bar. And when displaying the remaining time of the end item, acquiring the current time as the first current time, and searching the item deadline of any item from a preset item database. And determining the ending remaining time of any item according to the first current time and the item deadline. Displaying the ending remaining time of each item by a progress bar mark with a preset color, for example, if the predicted total time from the beginning to the end of the item is 10 days, the total length of the progress bar is 10 days, and if the ending remaining time of the item is 8 days at the first current time, eight-tenth of the progress bar can be marked by adopting a green square block to indicate that the ending remaining time is still 8 days. Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a progress bar of the remaining time of the knot. The ending remaining time of each project can be visually checked according to the progress bar in fig. 3, the specific ending remaining time can be indicated in the progress bar by characters or numbers, and the projects can be sequenced according to the length of the ending remaining time in the progress bar, so that a user can conveniently manage the projects. The method has the advantages that the remaining time of the project is displayed in the forms of color blocks, progress bars and the like, so that the remaining time of each project is clear at a glance, and the project management precision and efficiency are improved. And the progress bars of a plurality of projects can be arranged in the same row, so that the number of the projects which can be displayed in the interface is increased, and the management by a user is facilitated.
Different progress bar colors may be set for the same project field. And presetting a progress bar color determining rule, and comparing the ending remaining time of any project with the preset progress bar color determining rule. And according to the comparison result, determining a target color progress bar mark of the ending remaining time, and displaying the ending remaining time of the item by using the target color progress bar mark. For example, for the end item remaining time field, when the end item remaining time is within a preset first time range, displaying the progress bar in a green square; and when the remaining time of the end item is within the preset second time range, displaying the progress bar by an orange square, so that the viewing efficiency of the user is improved, and the viewing error of the user is avoided.
In this embodiment, optionally, after visually displaying the ending remaining time of the ending remaining time field of the at least one item according to the progress bar identifier with the preset color, the method further includes: acquiring second current time in real time, and determining the variable quantity of the ending remaining time of at least one project according to the first current time and the second current time; and adjusting the progress bar of the ending remaining time field of at least one project according to the ending remaining time variable quantity.
Specifically, after the remaining time field of the node is displayed, the current time is obtained in real time and is used as the second current time. And determining the time variation as the result remaining time variation according to the first current time and the second current time. The change amount of the ending remaining time of the item may also be determined based on the item start time and the second current time of the item. And adjusting the progress bar of the ending remaining time field in real time according to the variable quantity of the ending remaining time, and shortening the ending remaining time of the project. For example, at the time of project establishment, the progress bar of the settlement remaining time field is full of the whole progress bar, and the progress bar is gradually shortened along with the progress of the project until the filling color of the whole progress bar is empty, which indicates that the project has expired. Namely, when the user checks the settlement remaining time of any project, the user can observe the change of the settlement remaining time in real time, and adjust and manage the project in time, so that the management efficiency of project data is improved, and the project delay is avoided.
