本发明涉及建筑领域,特别是一种漆和使用该漆的涂覆方法。
背景技术
通常,建筑物的房顶、外墙、内墙及其他的结构体上使用漆,通过该漆可限制热量在外墙内外间的传到。
图2-3示出了现有建筑物的墙壁的隔热情况,图2示出了内隔热,室内侧壁面有内装修基底层10,内侧为现有的漆15。外侧壁面为混凝土14,在混凝土14的壁面,通过灰浆或者瓷砖粘结剂11贴敷有瓷砖12,在所述漆15和混凝土14之间设有防水层。
图3示出了外隔热。其中,混凝土14的无外侧凃有漆15,然后所述漆层的外侧,用螺栓21支撑瓷砖的基板20,在瓷砖基板20上通过灰浆或者粘结剂11贴敷瓷砖。在所述漆层15和混凝土14之间设有隔水层。
发明内容
由上述可知,在现有技术中都要设置防水层13,粘结剂11和漆15,因此现有技术成本高,工期长,同时对环境也有负面影响。
本发明提供一种漆,包括丙烯类树脂,其特征在于,还包括且导热系数低的物质构成的中空微粒。
最好,所述导热系数低的物质包括:陶瓷、石炭灰和有机材料。
本发明还涉及一种使用上述的漆的涂覆方法。
优选地,包括如下步骤:步骤1,将该漆涂覆在建筑物墙壁上,步骤2,在所涂覆的漆上黏贴其他建筑材料。
最好,所述其他建筑材料包括瓷砖和板材。
优选地,所述建筑物墙壁包括:内墙、外墙和房顶。
最好,步骤1和步骤2的时间间隔小于30分钟。
优选地,在步骤1之前对建筑物墙壁进行找平处理。
本发明的漆可以实施简单、成本低同时具有防水的效果。所述漆具有粘结剂的作用,因此可以保温、隔热、美观、隔音、防霜、防霉、裂纹修补和防水等作用

其中,1本发明的漆,10为装修基层,14为混凝土,12为瓷砖。
具体实施例
将苯基丙烯指聚合物、陶瓷中空微粒、增粘剂、高沸点油和水混合,其中分别具有的重量比例为:20%-30%,10%-20%,10%-20%,10%,10%,40%-50%。其中,苯基丙烯指聚合物为苯基丙烯酸烷基脂共聚物乳胶,陶瓷微粒也可以为膨胀微粒,微粒为中空结构。最好微粒的直径为20-50微米。
本发明的漆的对比实验如下:
漆P,其厚度分别为0.6毫米和0.9毫米,分别对应的用于涂覆的基底为白色基底和黑色基底,日照反射率分别为91.9%(90.6%)和87.1%(91.9%)。进一步针对漆P进行热传导率实验,确认其隔热效果。如下表所示
已知灰泥的热传导率为0.6,石膏灰泥的热传导率0.5,石膏板的热传导率0.71-0.1,可见漆P的热传导率0.101是热传导率较低的材料。
漆P对镀锌钢板和混凝土的粘结强度的评价试验如下表所示:
因此,本发明的漆的效果是明显的。所述粘结强度优良,其反射率高,防止了建筑物被老化。
本发明的漆弹性好,墙壁不宜龟裂,耐冲击,耐震动。可涂布在屋顶、天花板、墙壁,通过声音会降低10分贝,确保了环境的安静。另外本发明的漆对环境无害具有水溶性,不含能引起室内污染的物质。当涂布膜形成3-4层(约0.6毫米-0.9毫米)时涂覆膜可以防止水的浸入。
在混凝土、铁、铁板、木材等广泛领域都可以涂覆。
如图1所示,本发明还涉及一种使用上述的漆的涂覆方法。
优选地,包括如下步骤:步骤1,将该漆涂覆在建筑物墙壁上,步骤2,在所涂覆的漆上黏贴其他建筑材料。
最好,所述其他建筑材料包括瓷砖和板材。
优选地,所述建筑物墙壁包括:内墙、外墙和房顶。
最好,步骤1和步骤2的时间间隔小于30分钟。优选地,在步骤1之前对建筑物墙壁进行找平处理。
本发明的漆,除可以作为粘结剂,也可作为表面涂料,而且根据其作用,也可用于工业的油罐、运输车辆等

1.一种漆,包括丙烯类树脂,其特征在于,还包括导热系数低的物质构成的中空微粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的漆,其特征在于,所述导热系数低的物质包括:陶瓷、石炭灰和有机材料等。
3.一种使用根据权利要求1-2中任一项所述的漆的涂覆方法。
4.根据权利要求3所述的涂覆方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:步骤1,将该漆涂覆在建筑物墙壁上,步骤2,在所涂覆的漆上黏贴其他建筑材料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的涂覆方法,其特征在于,所述其他建筑材料包括瓷砖和板材。
6.根据权利要求5所述的涂覆方法,其特征在于,所述建筑物墙壁包括:内墙、外墙和房顶。
7.根据权利要求6所述的涂覆方法,其特征在于,步骤1和步骤2的时间间隔小于30分钟。
8.根据权利要求7所述的涂覆方法,其特征在于,在步骤1之前对建筑物墙壁进行找平处理。
