背景技术
随着社会对安防保障和系统安全要求的不断提高,通过政府、行业、企业的广泛宣传、推动与协作,具备高性能且高效安全的特种线缆产品必将如同西方发达国家那样,在各行各业系统中得到广泛应用。
现有的防火电缆生产工艺进入核心模具时由于同心度不高,导体不能稳定进入核心模具,铜管成型时,铜管外壁有压榨的痕迹,导致外壁不光滑,成品质量不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种导体能够稳定进入核心模具、铜管外壁光滑、成品质量高的防火电缆垂直生产工艺流程。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防火电缆垂直生产工艺流程,它包含如下步骤:
1、电线内芯导体通过放线轴,双放线,两个轴为了连续不间断放线,线不断,由下而上经过弧形导轮,导线经过导轮进行90度弯折,再次经过弧形导轮,垂直由上往下进入定位轮,定位轮有5轮调直机,通过直线牵引机,将线垂直下拉,经过拉线定位模,再通过定位模,两位一线,更同心,让导体稳定进入核心模具,氧化镁烘干机将氧化镁粉烘干后注入核心模具;
2、氩弧焊生产线连续往里供铜带,铜带弯曲由弧形变成圆形,由氩弧焊机无缝焊接成铜管,铜管成型后,由核心模具内芯定位铜线导体的同心度,由核心模具的外模定位铜管的同心度,同时氩弧焊镁注入空隙;
3、氩弧焊镁注满后,由三维辊轧机连续扎压铜管收缩,再次通过三维辊轧机继续扎压铜管收缩,通过纳米模具起到两个作用,一是继续收缩铜管的外径,使铜管外观光滑,没有压榨的痕迹,二是继续让铜管收缩;
4、再次通过弧形导轮,将导线的纤芯和氧化镁定型的半成品;
5、90度将产品改成水平生产线模式,通过平带牵引,将产品推送到热流道高温退火环氧装置,将铜管及导体退火还氧,700度-1000度,退火后进入冷却水槽,目的将铜变得柔软,将铜变得柔韧;
6、随后由平带牵引机将半成品拉出生产线,由喷印机喷出米数和厂家规格,通过水平收线机将产品缠绕,成品进入检验室检验;合格后出厂。
本发明产生的有益效果为:本发明所述的一种防火电缆垂直生产工艺流程,导体能够稳定进入核心模具,铜管外壁光滑,没有压榨痕迹,成品质量高。

(1)、电线内芯导体通过放线轴,双放线,两个轴为了连续不间断放线,线不断,由下而上经过弧形导轮,导线经过导轮进行90度弯折,再次经过弧形导轮,垂直由上往下进入定位轮,定位轮有5轮调直机,通过直线牵引机,将线垂直下拉,经过拉线定位模,再通过定位模,两位一线,更同心,让导体稳定进入核心模具,氧化镁烘干机将氧化镁粉烘干后注入核心模具;
(2)、氩弧焊生产线连续往里供铜带,铜带弯曲由弧形变成圆形,由氩弧焊机无缝焊接成铜管,铜管成型后,由核心模具内芯定位铜线导体的同心度,由核心模具的外模定位铜管的同心度,同时氩弧焊镁注入空隙;
(3)、氩弧焊镁注满后,由三维辊轧机连续扎压铜管收缩,再次通过三维辊轧机继续扎压铜管收缩,通过纳米模具起到两个作用,一是继续收缩铜管的外径,使铜管外观光滑,没有压榨的痕迹,二是继续让铜管收缩;
