一种新型瓷砖美缝剂
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑化工材料的技术领域,具体的说是一种新型瓷砖美缝剂。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,瓷砖、马赛克或石材等已经成为建筑装饰领域最常用的材料之一。为了便于运输和存放,成品的瓷砖、马赛克或石材的规格尺寸一般不宜太大,因此,要形成整幅的墙面或地面,需要一块一块进行拼贴,考虑到热胀冷缩的因素,在铺设瓷砖、马赛克或石材的过程中,块与块之间都需要预留一定的缝隙,这些缝隙就需要采用填缝剂进行填充。目前,用于填充瓷砖、马赛克或石材缝隙的填缝剂有普通水泥基填缝剂和反应型树脂填缝剂,普通水泥基填缝剂一般采用白水泥,而白水泥使用一段时间后,易受灰尘、油烟等物的沾染而由白变黑,不仅影响美观,而且易滋生霉菌、产生异味,进而影响家居环境;反应型树脂填缝剂虽能克服以上劣势,但材料、包装成本过高,生产、混料工序复杂,加之含有VOC等有毒有害气体,使其应用受到限制。另外,现有的填缝剂颜色单调,而瓷砖、马赛克或石材等装饰材料的品种、款式、花样越来越多,如果没有色彩多样、与其配套的填缝剂,即使有再好的装饰产品和设计施工水平,也不能获得完美的整体效果,更令产品的装饰效果大打折扣。此外,目前的美缝剂固化后的硬度远低于瓷砖、马赛克或石材等装饰材料,使用过程中容易被割伤损坏,不仅影响美观性,还降低了美缝剂的使用寿命。

本发明为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种美观、抗刮伤的美缝剂。

水性树脂 30-40份
填料 50-80份
石英砂 10-20份
无机颜料 1-2份
消泡剂 0.1-0.5份
分散剂 0.1-0.5份
防冻剂 0.1-0.5份
成膜助剂 0.1-0.5份。
进一步优化,所述水性树脂为有机硅氧化烷与苯丙乳液的共聚物乳液。
