本发明公开了一种防污、杀菌型高品质瓷砖填缝剂的制备方法,属于瓷砖填缝剂制备技术领域。本发明一种取白水泥、石英砂等混合熔融反应后,喷液氮冷却制得固体备用,再取八甲基环四硅氧烷、四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷等搅拌反应得到乙烯基聚硅氧烷,再与苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯搅拌反应得到机硅苯丙聚合物,然后加入到乳化机中,再加入备用固体、硫酸铜等高速搅拌反应后,经摇床振荡处理制得防污、杀菌型高品质瓷砖填缝剂。本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备步骤简单,所得产品密实性好,无灰尘和污垢积聚现象发生,易清理;有效解决了耐沾污性差,易出现泛碱现象问题,杀菌性能强。

背景技术
填缝剂黏合性强、收缩小、颜色固着力强,具有防裂纹的柔性,装饰质感好,抗压力耐磨损,抗霉菌的特点,令它能完美的修补地板表面的开裂或破损,它表面还可以上油漆,具有良好的防水性。填缝剂色彩丰富,还可自行配制颜色,因而越来越受客人青睐。砖填缝剂用于瓷砖、马赛克、石材、木板、玻璃、铝塑板等材料的缝隙装饰。填缝剂凝固后在瓷砖缝上会形成光滑如瓷的洁净面,耐磨、防水、防油、不沾脏污、有优异的自洁性,不易藏污纳垢,易清洁、一擦就净,它的硬度,黏结强度,使用寿命等方面都优于填缝剂,从而可彻底解决普遍存在的瓷砖缝脏黑又难以清洁难题。无论是刚装修新铺装的瓷砖缝,还是已经使用多年的瓷砖缝都可使用。水泥基的瓷砖填缝剂表面密实性差,存在很多微孔,长时间会积聚很多灰尘和污垢,耐沾污性不好会影响填缝剂的美观,而且填缝剂长时间在潮湿环境中会滋生大量细菌和霉菌,从而对人体产生危害,不适用于厨房和卫生间等地的家庭装修。另外,水泥基的建筑材料基本都存在泛碱现象,特别是装饰材料,泛碱现象会严重影响装饰的美观。膏状填缝剂的胶凝材料为聚合物乳液,不含水泥,基本不会有泛碱现象。单组分填缝剂虽然耐沾污性较好,但容易收缩塌陷,不但影响装饰美观,而且积聚在凹陷的粉尘等不易清扫干净,使填缝剂失去亮丽的光泽。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对目前瓷砖填缝剂密实性差,易积聚灰尘和污垢,耐沾污性差,易出现泛碱现象的弊端,提供了一种取白水泥、石英砂等混合熔融反应后,喷液氮冷却制得固体备用,再取八甲基环四硅氧烷、四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷等搅拌反应得到乙烯基聚硅氧烷,再与苯乙烯、丙烯酸酯搅拌反应得到机硅苯丙聚合物,然后加入到乳化机中,再加入备用固体、硫酸铜等高速搅拌反应后,经摇床振荡处理制得防污、杀菌型高品质瓷砖填缝剂的方法。本发明制备步骤简单,所得产品密实性好,无灰尘和污垢积聚现象发生,易清理,有效解决了耐沾污性差,易出现泛碱现象问题,杀菌性能强。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下所述的技术方案是:
(1)依次称取30~40g白水泥、2~4g石英砂、10~20g玻璃粉加入高压反应釜内,控制温度在600~700℃、压力为20~30MPa,搅拌反应2~3h,得到反应物,将反应物加入到烧瓶中,将0.1~0.3L液氮喷淋至烧杯上,使烧杯温度降至-20~-10℃,再自然恢复至室温,得到固体,备用;
(2)依次称取2~4g八甲基环四硅氧烷、0.3~0.5g异丁基三乙氧基硅烷加入到带有温度计和回流装置的三口烧瓶中,将烧瓶置于水浴锅中,控制温度在80~90℃,再加入0.1~0.3g过氧化月桂酰,搅拌反应30~40min,搅拌完成后,向烧瓶中加入3~5g四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷,搅拌反应3~4h,得到乙烯基聚硅氧烷;
(3)向上述乙烯基聚硅氧烷中依次加入10~20g苯乙烯、10~20g丙烯酸酯,搅拌10~20min,再依次加入0.1~0.3g氯化铜、0.1~0.3g过氧化月桂酰,搅拌反应3~4h,得有机硅苯丙聚合物;
(4)将上述有机硅苯丙聚合物加入到转速为10000~12000rpm乳化机中,再依次加入上述步骤(1)中备用的固体、0.03~0.05g聚氧乙烯醚,控制温度在50~60℃,高速搅拌10~20min,随后再依次加入100~200mL去离子水、2~4g硫酸铜、2~4g抗泛碱剂、1~3g氧化铁,高速搅拌2~3h,并置于摇床中振荡处理4~5h,得到一种防污、杀菌型高品质瓷砖填缝剂。
本发明制得的防污、杀菌型高品质瓷砖填缝剂线性收缩值1.6~1.8mm/m,拉伸粘结强度为0.8~1.2MPa,抗折强度为4.0~5.5MPa,在30~50min吸水量为2.5~2.8g。
本发明的应用方法:将本发明制得的防污、杀菌型高品质瓷砖填缝剂搅拌10~20min,将搅拌后的瓷砖填缝剂沿瓷砖对角线方向挤压至预留的缝隙中,用泥刀将多余的浆料除去,固化12~18min后,用海绵以画圈动作擦拭、按压瓷砖填缝剂表面,待瓷砖填缝剂干后,再用海绵擦拭瓷砖表面,除去残留填缝剂,即可。该瓷砖填缝剂密实性好,与基体粘合牢固,无泛碱现象,易清理,耐沾污性好,杀菌性能强,有效控制了细菌和霉菌的滋生。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明制备步骤简单,所得产品密实性好,无灰尘和污垢积聚现象发生,易清理;
(2)有效解决了耐沾污性差,易出现泛碱现象问题,杀菌性能强,有效控制了细菌和霉菌的滋生。
具体实施方式

将本发明制得的防污、杀菌型高品质瓷砖填缝剂搅拌10min,将搅拌后的瓷砖填缝剂沿瓷砖对角线方向挤压至预留的缝隙中,用泥刀将多余的浆料除去,固化12min后,用海绵以画圈动作擦拭、按压瓷砖填缝剂表面,待瓷砖填缝剂干后,再用海绵擦拭瓷砖表面,除去残留填缝剂,即可。该瓷砖填缝剂密实性好,与基体粘合牢固,无泛碱现象,易清理,耐沾污性好,杀菌性能强,有效控制了细菌和霉菌的滋生。
实例2
首先依次称取35g白水泥、3g石英砂、15g玻璃粉加入高压反应釜内,控制温度在650℃、压力为25MPa,搅拌反应3h,得到反应物,将反应物加入到烧瓶中,将0.2L液氮喷淋至烧杯上,使烧杯温度降至-15℃,再自然恢复至室温,得到固体,备用;再依次称取3g八甲基环四硅氧烷、0.4g异丁基三乙氧基硅烷加入到带有温度计和回流装置的三口烧瓶中,将烧瓶置于水浴锅中,控制温度在85℃,再加入0.2g过氧化月桂酰,搅拌反应35min,搅拌完成后,向烧瓶中加入4g四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷,搅拌反应4h,得到乙烯基聚硅氧烷;然后向上述乙烯基聚硅氧烷中依次加入15g苯乙烯、15g丙烯酸酯,搅拌15min,再依次加入0.2g氯化铜、0.2g过氧化月桂酰,搅拌反应4h,得有机硅苯丙聚合物;最后将上述有机硅苯丙聚合物加入到转速为11000rpm乳化机中,再依次加入上述备用的固体、0.04g聚氧乙烯醚,控制温度在55℃,高速搅拌15min,随后再依次加入150mL去离子水、3g硫酸铜、3g抗泛碱剂、2g氧化铁,高速搅拌3h,并置于摇床中振荡处理5h,得到一种防污、杀菌型高品质瓷砖填缝剂。

首先依次称取40g白水泥、4g石英砂、20g玻璃粉加入高压反应釜内,控制温度在700℃、压力为30MPa,搅拌反应3h,得到反应物,将反应物加入到烧瓶中,将0.3L液氮喷淋至烧杯上,使烧杯温度降至-10℃,再自然恢复至室温,得到固体,备用;再依次称取4g八甲基环四硅氧烷、0.5g异丁基三乙氧基硅烷加入到带有温度计和回流装置的三口烧瓶中,将烧瓶置于水浴锅中,控制温度在90℃,再加入0.3g过氧化月桂酰,搅拌反应40min,搅拌完成后,向烧瓶中加入5g四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷,搅拌反应4h,得到乙烯基聚硅氧烷;然后向上述乙烯基聚硅氧烷中依次加入20g苯乙烯、20g丙烯酸酯,搅拌20min,再依次加入0.3g氯化铜、0.3g过氧化月桂酰,搅拌反应4h,得有机硅苯丙聚合物;最后将上述有机硅苯丙聚合物加入到转速为12000rpm乳化机中,再依次加入上述备用的固体、0.05g聚氧乙烯醚,控制温度在60℃,高速搅拌20min,随后再依次加入200mL去离子水、4g硫酸铜、4g抗泛碱剂、3g氧化铁,高速搅拌3h,并置于摇床中振荡处理5h,得到一种防污、杀菌型高品质瓷砖填缝剂。

Claims (1)
1.一种防污、杀菌型高品质瓷砖填缝剂的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)依次称取30~40g白水泥、2~4g石英砂、10~20g玻璃粉加入高压反应釜内,控制温度在600~700℃、压力为20~30MPa,搅拌反应2~3h,得到反应物,将反应物加入到烧瓶中,将0.1~0.3L液氮喷淋至烧杯上,使烧杯温度降至-20~-10℃,再自然恢复至室温,得到固体,备用;
(2)依次称取2~4g八甲基环四硅氧烷、0.3~0.5g异丁基三乙氧基硅烷加入到带有温度计和回流装置的三口烧瓶中,将烧瓶置于水浴锅中,控制温度在80~90℃,再加入0.1~0.3g过氧化月桂酰,搅拌反应30~40min,搅拌完成后,向烧瓶中加入3~5g四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷,搅拌反应3~4h,得到乙烯基聚硅氧烷;
(3)向上述乙烯基聚硅氧烷中依次加入10~20g苯乙烯、10~20g丙烯酸酯,搅拌10~20min,再依次加入0.1~0.3g氯化铜、0.1~0.3g过氧化月桂酰,搅拌反应3~4h,得有机硅苯丙聚合物;
(4)将上述有机硅苯丙聚合物加入到转速为10000~12000rpm乳化机中,再依次加入上述步骤(1)中备用的固体、0.03~0.05g聚氧乙烯醚,控制温度在50~60℃,高速搅拌10~20min,随后再依次加入100~200mL去离子水、2~4g硫酸铜、2~4g抗泛碱剂、1~3g氧化铁,高速搅拌2~3h,并置于摇床中振荡处理4~5h,得到一种防污、杀菌型高品质瓷砖填缝剂。
