本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,特别涉及一种ABS色母粒,由如下重量份的组分组成:载体,45‑50份;颜料,25‑35份;添加剂,15‑30份;所述载体为ABS;所述颜料为硫化锌、锐钛型钛白粉按照1:2的质量比混合,ABS色母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1,将载体、颜料、添加剂加入高速混合机中混合10‑15分钟;步骤2,将步骤1制得的混合物加入密炼机中进行熔融共混;步骤3,将步骤2制得的混合物料输入双螺杆挤出机,进行挤出切粒,制成ABS色母粒;通过选择一定比例的颜料、添加剂制成的ABS色母粒颜色稳定性提高、色差较小,且力学性能优异,应用广泛;本发明制备ABS色母粒的方法简单,条件温和,适用于大规模生产。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料技术领域,特别涉及一种ABS色母粒。
背景技术
丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(Acrylonitrile butadiene Styrenecopolymers)简称ABS,是一种强度高、韧性好、易于加工成型的热塑型高分子材料;ABS树脂是丙烯腈、1,3-丁二烯、苯乙烯的三元共聚物,可以在-25℃-60℃的环境下表现正常,而且有很好的成型性,加工出的产品表面光洁,易于染色和电镀,而且可与多种树脂配混成共混物;因此它可以被用于家电外壳、玩具等日常用品。
色母粒是由高比例的颜料或添加剂与热塑性树脂,经良好分散而成的塑料着色剂,其所选用的树脂对着色剂具有良好润湿和分散作用,并且与被着色材料具有良好的相容性。
中国专利CN200910192551.1公开了一种ABS色母粒,由如下组分和重量百分数组成:载体20-94%、色粉0.01-70%、分散剂0-40%、热稳定剂0.1-2%、加工助剂0-10%、填料5-70%;所述载体为丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚物、乙烯-甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯、乙烯-辛烯共聚物中的一种或几种混合物;所述分散剂为马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯蜡、马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯蜡中的一种或几种的混合物。该ABS色母粒应用于ABS制品的着色时,具有颜色稳定性提高、色差较小的优点;但该色母粒影响ABS的强度,导致ABS制品容易变形。

一种ABS色母粒,由如下重量份的组分组成:
载体,45-50份;
颜料,25-35份;
添加剂,15-30份;
所述载体为ABS;所述颜料为硫化锌、锐钛型钛白粉按照1:2的质量比混合。
优选地,所述添加剂由如下重量份的组分组成:
烷基二乙醇胺,40-50份;
纳米氧化锌,8-16份;
聚丙烯蜡,7-14份;
抗氧化剂,8-12份;
热稳定剂,10-15份。
优选地,所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚与2,4-二(正辛基硫亚甲基)-6-甲基苯酚按照1:1的质量比混合;
优选地,所述热稳定剂为月桂酸锌、2-苯基吲哚、环氧甘油酯按照1:1.6:2.2的质量比混合。
ABS色母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将载体、颜料、添加剂加入高速混合机中混合10-15分钟;
步骤2,将步骤1制得的混合物加入密炼机中进行熔融共混;
步骤3,将步骤2制得的混合物料输入双螺杆挤出机,进行挤出切粒,制成ABS色母粒。
优选地,所述步骤2中熔融共混的温度为150-170℃。
优选地,所述步骤2中熔融共混的时间为10-15分钟。
相对于现有技术,本发明的优点如下,
本发明通过选择一定比例的颜料、添加剂制成的ABS色母粒颜色稳定性提高、色差较小,且力学性能优异,应用广泛;本发明制备ABS色母粒的方法简单,条件温和,适用于大规模生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
ABS色母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将载体、颜料、添加剂加入高速混合机中混合10-15分钟;
其中,加入原料的组成(重量份)为:
载体,50份;所述载体为ABS;
颜料,35份;所述颜料为硫化锌、锐钛型钛白粉按照1:2的质量比混合;
添加剂,30份;
所述添加剂由如下重量份的组分组成:
烷基二乙醇胺,50份;
纳米氧化锌,16份;
聚丙烯蜡,14份;
抗氧化剂,12份;所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚与2,4-二(正辛基硫亚甲基)-6-甲基苯酚按照1:1的质量比混合;
热稳定剂,15份;所述热稳定剂为月桂酸锌、2-苯基吲哚、环氧甘油酯按照1:1.6:2.2的质量比混合。
步骤2,将步骤1制得的混合物加入密炼机中在160℃条件下熔融共混10-15分钟;
步骤3,将步骤2制得的混合物料输入双螺杆挤出机,进行挤出切粒,制成ABS色母粒。
将该ABS色母粒用于ABS塑料,制成的ABS塑料无流纹,色差≤0.4,抗冲击强度较对比例1制成的ABS色母粒用于ABS塑料增加了32%。
实施例2:
ABS色母粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将载体、颜料、添加剂加入高速混合机中混合10-15分钟;
其中,加入原料的组成(重量份)为:
载体,45份;所述载体为ABS;
颜料,25份;所述颜料为硫化锌、锐钛型钛白粉按照1:2的质量比混合;
添加剂,15份;
所述添加剂由如下重量份的组分组成:
烷基二乙醇胺,40份;
纳米氧化锌,8份;
聚丙烯蜡,7份;
抗氧化剂,8份;所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚与2,4-二(正辛基硫亚甲基)-6-甲基苯酚按照1:1的质量比混合;
热稳定剂,10份;所述热稳定剂为月桂酸锌、2-苯基吲哚、环氧甘油酯按照1:1.6:2.2的质量比混合。
步骤2,将步骤1制得的混合物加入密炼机中在160℃条件下熔融共混10-15分钟;
步骤3,将步骤2制得的混合物料输入双螺杆挤出机,进行挤出切粒,制成ABS色母粒。
将该ABS色母粒用于ABS塑料,制成的ABS塑料无流纹,色差≤0.3,抗冲击强度较对比例1制成的ABS色母粒用于ABS塑料增加了27%。
对比例1:
在常温常压下,将如下组分和重量百分数:AS 25%,POE 10%,二氧化钛40%,抗氧剂1520 2%,活化分子筛23%,在高速混合机中进行高速混合10分钟,采用双螺杆挤出机进行熔融共混,温度控制在200℃,螺杆转速为200r/min,通过螺杆的剪切、混炼使颜料在载体树脂中分散均匀,然后进行拉条切粒、干燥、包装,制得色母粒。
需要说明的是上述实施例仅仅是本发明的较佳实施例,并没有用来限定本发明的保护范围,在上述基础上做出的等同替换或者替代均属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种ABS色母粒,其特征在于,由如下重量份的组分组成:
载体,45-50份;
颜料,25-35份;
添加剂,15-30份;
所述载体为ABS;所述颜料为硫化锌、锐钛型钛白粉按照1:2的质量比混合。
2.如权利要求1所述的ABS色母粒,其特征在于,所述添加剂由如下重量份的组分组成:
烷基二乙醇胺,40-50份;
纳米氧化锌,8-16份;
聚丙烯蜡,7-14份;
抗氧化剂,8-12份;
热稳定剂,10-15份。
3.如权利要求2所述的ABS色母粒,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为2,6-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚与2,4-二(正辛基硫亚甲基)-6-甲基苯酚按照1:1的质量比混合。
4.如权利要求2所述的ABS色母粒,其特征在于,所述热稳定剂为月桂酸锌、2-苯基吲哚、环氧甘油酯按照1:1.6:2.2的质量比混合。
5.如权利要求1-4任一项所述的ABS色母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,将载体、颜料、添加剂加入高速混合机中混合10-15分钟;
步骤2,将步骤1制得的混合物加入密炼机中进行熔融共混;
步骤3,将步骤2制得的混合物料输入双螺杆挤出机,进行挤出切粒,制成ABS色母粒。
6.如权利要求5所述的ABS色母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中熔融共混的温度为150-170℃。
7.如权利要求5所述的ABS色母粒的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中熔融共混的时间为10-15分钟。
