还设有遮盖罩9,在示出的示例中该遮盖罩同样以可摆动的方式布置在构件5上,遮盖罩用于覆盖凹部6,还用于关闭开口4并进而封闭车身外侧3。盖8以及遮盖罩9在示出的示例中处于打开位置。
图2-4示出第一实施形式的根据本发明的充电连接装置2的原理图,参照该原理图描述关闭过程。
附图示出构件5和凹部6,接线盒7布置在凹部中,其中未详细示出其它构件、如电缆线路等。
还示出能围绕摆动轴10摆动的盖8。在盖8以可摆动的方式直接支承在接线盒上的情况下,摆动轴10设置在接线盒本身上。还示出能围绕摆动轴11摆动的遮盖罩9。在遮盖罩9的内侧设置携带元件12,该携带元件在遮盖罩9的关闭过程期间运动到抵靠盖8,并带动盖8。
从图2的位置出发,如通过箭头A所示,在充电过程结束并拔出在此未示出的充电插头之后,要关闭充电连接装置2,就是说,要关闭盖8和遮盖罩9。遮盖罩9的关闭过程在此借助于在此为电机形式的机动化的执行元件13自动地实现,该电机与遮盖罩9耦合或作用在遮盖罩的摆动轴11上。
如果在充电过程结束之后要关闭充电连接装置2,则使用者操作例如在车钥匙上或在充电连接装置区域本身中的此处未详细示出的操作按键,以便通过未详细示出的控制装置来驱控所述机动化的执行元件13。还可以设想,检测充电插头的拔出,并在经过预先确定的时间后通过控制装置自动地驱控机动化的执行元件来关闭充电装置2。
如果执行元件13被驱控,则沿箭头A的方向摆动。盖8位于遮盖罩9的摆动路径中,见图3。遮盖罩9运动到使携带元件12抵靠盖8,也就是使盖运动耦合。然后在遮盖罩9的继续进行的摆动中,强制地带动盖8并向着接线盒7的方向引导盖8。摆动运动一直进行,直到遮盖罩9并因此盖8到达在图4中示出的关闭位置。在该关闭位置中,盖8固定地及密封地位于接线盒7上。通过携带元件12将盖8压向接线盒7。遮盖罩9关闭充电连接装置2或凹部6,从而封闭车辆外侧。
为进行打开,或者人工地打开遮盖罩9,或者可能情况下也可以通过机动化的执行元件13实现打开。在任意情况下都可以人工打开盖8。
图5示出第二实施形式的根据本发明的充电连接装置2的一个实施例。该实施形式基本上相应于根据图2-3示出的设计方案。但是在此仍以能围绕摆动轴10摆动的方式支承的盖8在此与例如弹簧或螺旋弹簧15的形式的复位元件14耦合。在示出的实施例中,复位元件14或螺旋弹簧15在一个端部紧固在构件5上,在另一个端部紧固在盖8上。在示出的打开位置中,盖8摆动至略微超过其在所示实施例中处于竖直位置时的死点,并抵靠在止挡件16上,该止挡件规定了打开位置。弹簧15在这个位置中被加载。在此,盖8也还是可以通过摆动轴10以能摆动的方式直接支承在接线盒7上。那么在这种情况下,复位元件14则紧固在接线盒7上或集成在接线盒中。
示出的遮盖罩9同样处于打开位置,遮盖罩也可以围绕摆动轴11摆动,为使遮盖罩运动还是设有机动化的执行元件13。
如果这时要关闭充电连接装置2,则通过操作机动化的执行元件13使遮盖罩9沿箭头A的方向摆动。在此盖8也位于遮盖罩9的摆动路径中。遮盖罩运动到抵靠盖8(参照图6),即带动盖8。遮盖罩在其继续摆动期间将盖8引导至上方的死点处,如图6所示。如果遮盖罩9继续摆动,则使盖8运动超过死点。紧接着摆动超过死点之后,通过复位元件14使盖8闭上、即通过螺旋弹簧15将所述盖主动拉动到图7中示出的关闭位置。盖8在此仅在其关闭路径的一部分上被遮盖罩9带动,直至刚好略微超过死点,然后通过螺旋弹簧使盖8自动地闭上。遮盖罩9本身还未处于关闭位置,见图7。接下来还要通过借助于机动化的执行元件13使关闭运动继续进行而将遮盖罩带入关闭位置。在关闭位置中关闭接线盒7以及凹部6,见图8。
在此为了打开也可以人工地将遮盖罩9运动到打开位置,另选地为此也可以使用机动化的执行元件13、即电机,由此通过对操作元件或类似元件的操作相应地驱控电机。
在任意情况下都可以人工地打开盖8本身。克服螺旋弹簧15的复位力使盖8摆动到打开位置,即略微超过死点一直摆动到图5中示出的位置。在该打开位置中,盖8在复位元件14或螺旋弹簧15的作用下同样保持固定,直到在又一次的关闭过程中通过遮盖罩9使盖8运动离开该打开位置。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于机动车的充电连接装置,包括布置在凹部(6)中的接线盒(7),接线盒带有能摆动的、能与接线盒能拆松地连接的盖(8),充电连接装置还包括可逆地关闭凹部(6)的、能摆动的遮盖罩(9),其中盖(8)和遮盖罩(9)能在关闭位置和打开位置之间摆动,其特征在于,处于打开位置中的盖(8)布置在借助于机动化的执行元件(13)能从打开位置摆动到关闭位置的遮盖罩(9)的摆动路径中,并在遮盖罩(9)的摆动运动期间被遮盖罩(9)带动以用于关闭;充电连接装置还包括复位元件,所述复位元件在一个端部紧固在限定所述凹部(6)的构件(5)上,在另一个端部紧固在所述盖(8)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的充电连接装置,其特征在于,通过遮盖罩(9)能使盖(8)一直运动到盖的关闭位置中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的充电连接装置,其特征在于,所述盖(8)与向关闭位置中对盖预加载的复位元件(14)耦合,在从关闭位置运动到打开位置期间引导盖(8)超过死点,其中在关闭时所述遮盖罩(9)带动盖(8)直至超过死点,然后盖(8)通过复位元件(14)自动地闭上到关闭位置中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的充电连接装置,其特征在于,所述复位元件(14)是弹簧。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的充电连接装置,其特征在于,所述盖(8)和所述遮盖罩(9)以能摆动的方式布置在公共的、限定凹部(6)的构件(5)上。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的充电连接装置,其特征在于,所述盖(8)以能摆动的方式布置在接线盒(7)上,所述遮盖罩(9)以能摆动的方式布置在限定凹部(6)的构件(5)上。
7.根据权利要求3所述的充电连接装置,其特征在于,所述复位元件(14)是螺旋弹簧。
8.一种包括根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的充电连接装置(2)的机动车。
9.根据权利要求8所述的机动车,其特征在于,所述充电连接装置(2)布置在机动车(1)的外侧的区域中。
