背景技术
人的容貌与人体的功能有直接的关系。人的气色不好,反映出体机出现的紊乱,因此,通过食疗的方法对人体机能进行调节,很有必要。
山银花味甘,性寒。归肺、心、胃经。具有清热解毒,疏散风热的功效。用于治疗痈肿疔疮,喉痹,丹毒,热毒血痢,风热感冒,温病发热。
麦冬性微寒,味甘微苦。药理实验证明,麦门冬有升高白细胞,延长抗体存在时间的作用,提高免疫功能和核酸合成率,促进抗体、补体、干扰素、溶菌酶等免疫物质产生。因此麦冬有增强正气、加强抗邪作用,从而减少疾病的产生。还有润肠通便的作用,用于大便干燥。
玉竹养阴润燥,生津止渴,保健抗衰。玉竹里的多糖、维他命A与烟酸,能够增强人体抗病能力,推迟衰老。玉竹补而不腻,不寒不燥,故有补益五脏,滋养气血,平补而润,兼除风热之功,玉竹味甘,多脂,柔润可食,长于养阴,主要作用于脾胃,故久服不伤脾胃。
玫瑰花味甘,性温,气味芳香,药性平和,具有理气和血、排毒养颜、和血散淤、开窍化淤、疏肝醒脾、促进胆汁分泌、帮助消化、调节机理的功效。此外,玫瑰花还含有多种营养成分,对某些皮肤病有很好的疗效,长期使用能彻底去除痤疮和粉刺,使面部的皮肤光滑柔嫩,对治疗面部黄褐斑有一定作用。
槐花味道清香甘甜,富含维生素和多种矿物质,同时还具有清热解毒、凉血润肺、降血压、预防中风的功效。
山楂能防治心血管疾病,具有扩张血管、增加冠脉血流量、改善心脏活力、兴奋中枢神经系统、降低血压和胆固醇、软化血管及利尿和镇静作用;山楂有活血化淤的功效,有助于解除局部淤血状态,对跌打损伤有辅助疗效;临床研究证实,山楂能显著降低血清胆固醇及甘油三酯,有效防治动脉粥样硬化;山楂还能通过增强心肌收缩力、增加心输出量、扩张冠状动脉血管、增加冠脉血流量、降低心肌耗氧量等起到强心和预防心绞痛的作用。
目前尚未有将上述几种药食同源的原料配以诺丽果冻干粉用于排毒养颜、清除宿便、健康养生的报道。

本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种三花诺丽果固体饮料。

一种三花诺丽果固体饮料的制备方法,其特征是包括如下步骤:
(1)按质量称取下述原料:山银花5-10份、麦冬2-4份、玉竹1-3份、玫瑰花2-5份、槐花2-5份、山楂2-4份;
(2)分别向各个原料中加入各自原料质量8-10倍的水,煎煮2-5次,每次煎煮1-3小时,滤过,合并滤液,浓缩,分别喷雾干燥成细粉;
(3)将步骤(2)获得的细粉混合得混合粉,加入混合粉质量1%-3%的诺丽果冻干粉,制成颗粒,得到三花诺丽果固体饮料。
优选地,山银花为8份、麦冬为3份、玉竹为2份、玫瑰花为3份、槐花为3份、山楂为3份。
步骤(3)优选为:将步骤(2)获得的细粉混合得混合粉,加入混合粉质量2%的诺丽果冻干粉,加入体积浓度为70%的食用酒精制成颗粒,得到三花诺丽果固体饮料。

(2)分别向各个原料中加入各自原料质量9倍的水,煎煮3次,每次煎煮2小时,滤过,合并滤液,浓缩至75℃时相对密度为1.08,分别喷雾干燥成细粉;
(3)将步骤(2)获得的细粉混合得混合粉,加入混合粉质量2%的诺丽果冻干粉,加入体积浓度为70%的食用酒精制成颗粒,得到三花诺丽果固体饮料。
实施例2
一种三花诺丽果固体饮料的制备方法,其特征是包括如下步骤:

(3)将步骤(2)获得的细粉混合得混合粉,加入混合粉质量3%的诺丽果冻干粉,制成颗粒,得到三花诺丽果固体饮料。
实验效果
分别对60位年龄31-55岁面部有色斑的女性,随机分为三组,分别服实施例1、2、3制备的三花诺丽果固体饮料,每日早、晚各服6g(1袋)。服用一个月,面色红润、色斑减淡的人数,实施例1组18人(有效率90%),实施例2组18人(有效率90%),实施例3组16人(有效率80%)。
全部人在使用三个月后,皮肤细腻、光泽、红润,色斑消失。
