a second determining unit 33, configured to determine, according to the occupation situation of the uplink resources of the cell in which all the participant terminals of the multi-party call are located, one participant terminal as a new organizer terminal;
a fifth sending unit 34, configured to send an organizer update message to each terminal in the multi-party call, where the organizer update message includes information of the new organizer terminal, so that each participant terminal sends uplink data to the new organizer terminal.
Optionally, the second determining unit 33 is configured to select a participant terminal with the most idle uplink resource in the cell as a new organizer terminal.
The present invention provides a device for switching organizer in multi-party call, which is located at a terminal, as shown in fig. 11, the device includes:
a fifth receiving unit 41, configured to receive an organizer update message sent by a network side device, where the organizer update message includes information of a new organizer terminal determined by the network side device;
and the processing unit 42 is configured to process the received uplink data of one of the participant terminals according to the organizer update message and then forward the processed uplink data to the other participant terminals, or send the uplink data of the processing unit to the new organizer terminal.
The device for switching the organizer in the multi-party call provided by the embodiment of the invention selects the participant terminal with idle uplink resources in the cell in the multi-party call as a new organizer terminal to carry out the multi-party call when the uplink resources of the cell in which the terminal of the organizer is located are busy. Compared with the prior art, the invention can switch the organizer of the multi-party call when the organizer of the multi-party call can not normally transmit the uplink data, and ensure the normal transmission of the service data, thereby ensuring the call quality of the multi-party call.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a terminal which comprises the device for switching the organizer in the multi-party call of the organizer terminal.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a terminal which comprises the device for switching the organizer in the multi-party call of the participant terminal.
The embodiment of the invention also provides network side equipment, which comprises the device for switching the organizer in the multi-party call of the network side equipment.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a terminal which comprises the device for switching the organizer in the multi-party call of the terminal.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.

1. A method for switching organizers in multi-party call is applied to network side equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
monitoring the uplink resource occupation condition of a cell in which each terminal is positioned in the multi-party call process;
when the uplink resource of the cell in which the organizer terminal of the multi-party call is located is continuously busy, acquiring the occupation condition of the uplink resource of the cell in which all the participant terminals of the multi-party call are located;
according to the occupation situation of the uplink resources of the cell where all the participant terminals of the multi-party call are located, selecting the participant terminal with the most idle uplink resources of the cell as a new organizer terminal;
and sending an organizer update message to each terminal in the multi-party call, wherein the organizer update message comprises the information of the new organizer terminal, so that each participant terminal sends uplink data to the new organizer terminal.
2. A method for switching organizers in multi-party call is applied to a terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving an organizer update message sent by network side equipment, wherein the organizer update message comprises information of a new organizer terminal determined by the network side equipment;
according to the organizer update message, processing the received uplink data of one participant terminal and then forwarding the processed uplink data to other participant terminals, or sending the uplink data of the participant terminal to the new organizer terminal;
the determining, by the network side device, information of the new organizer terminal includes:
monitoring the uplink resource occupation condition of a cell in which each terminal is positioned in the multi-party call process;
when the uplink resource of the cell in which the organizer terminal of the multi-party call is located is continuously busy, acquiring the occupation condition of the uplink resource of the cell in which all the participant terminals of the multi-party call are located;
and selecting the participant terminal with the most idle uplink resource of the cell as a new organizer terminal according to the occupation condition of the uplink resources of the cell in which all the participant terminals of the multi-party call are located.
3. An apparatus for switching an organizer in a multi-party call, located at a network side device, the apparatus comprising:
the monitoring unit is used for monitoring the uplink resource occupation condition of a cell where each terminal is located in the multi-party call process;
an acquiring unit, configured to acquire an occupation situation of uplink resources of a cell in which all participant terminals of the multi-party call are located when uplink resources of the cell in which the organizer terminal of the multi-party call is located are continuously busy;
a second determining unit, configured to select, according to the occupation situation of the uplink resources of the cell in which all the participant terminals in the multi-party call are located, a participant terminal with the most idle uplink resources in the cell where the participant terminal is located as a new organizer terminal;
a fifth sending unit, configured to send an organizer update message to each terminal in the multi-party call, where the organizer update message includes information of the new organizer terminal, so that each participant terminal sends uplink data to the new organizer terminal.
4. An apparatus for switching organizer in multi-party call, which is located at a terminal, the apparatus comprising:
a fifth receiving unit, configured to receive an organizer update message sent by a network side device, where the organizer update message includes information of a new organizer terminal determined by the network side device;
the processing unit is used for processing the received uplink data of one participant terminal and then forwarding the processed uplink data to other participant terminals according to the organizer update message, or sending the uplink data of the processing unit to the new organizer terminal;
the determining, by the network side device, information of the new organizer terminal includes:
monitoring the uplink resource occupation condition of a cell in which each terminal is positioned in the multi-party call process;
when the uplink resource of the cell in which the organizer terminal of the multi-party call is located is continuously busy, acquiring the occupation condition of the uplink resource of the cell in which all the participant terminals of the multi-party call are located;
and selecting the participant terminal with the most idle uplink resource of the cell as a new organizer terminal according to the occupation condition of the uplink resources of the cell in which all the participant terminals of the multi-party call are located.
5. A network side device, characterized in that the network side device comprises the apparatus for switching organizer in multi-party call as claimed in claim 3.
6. A terminal characterized in that it comprises means for handing over an organizer in a multi-party call according to claim 4.
