And the second answering and transferring instruction comprises the information of the called equipment. And then, the communication server establishes the video call connection between the calling device and the called device, so that the aim of switching the video call process from the first current online device to the second current online device for answering is fulfilled.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the video call connection between the calling device and the called device is established according to the following steps:
s51, generating a first connection identifier according to the video call request, and sending the first connection identifier to called equipment;
s52, generating a second connection identifier according to the second answering and transferring instruction, and sending the second connection identifier to the calling equipment; the first connection identifier is matched with the second connection identifier;
and S53, generating a video call line according to the matched first connection identifier and second connection identifier, so that the calling device is connected with the video call line through the second connection identifier, and the called device is connected with the video call line through the first connection identifier, thereby establishing the video call connection between the calling device and the called device.
The first connection identification and the second connection identification are unique identifications which can be connected by the calling device and the called device, and the communication server establishes a video call line according to the matched first connection identification and the second connection identification. The calling device joins the video call circuit according to the second connection identifier, the called device joins the video call circuit according to the first connection identifier, and the first connection identifier is matched with the second connection identifier, so that the video call connection between the calling device and the called device can be realized.
In other embodiments, the video call connection between the calling device and the called device may be implemented according to the following method: the method comprises the steps that a calling device sends a video call request, a virtual room is immediately established when a call is initiated, and after the called device is determined through the method provided by the application, the called device is added into the virtual room according to the video call request, so that video call connection between the calling device and the called device is realized.
In other application scenarios, referring to fig. 10, if the first current online device is a living room smart tv and the called user does not want to use the living room smart tv to perform a video call, a transfer answering is required. Clicking a call answering transfer button in a call incoming display box of the intelligent television in the living room, and popping up an online equipment list to be displayed in the call incoming display box, as shown in figure 11.
The called user selects a device capable of carrying out video call, such as my iPhone, from the online device list, and uses the my iPhone as the called device. The video call request of the calling device is transferred to my iPhone mobile phone, as shown in fig. 12, the iPhone mobile phone enters a call interface to establish a video call connection with the calling device.
When the method provided by the embodiment of the application is utilized, when the calling user dials the called account, the calling user does not specify a specific called device, but all video call requests sent by the calling device are sent to the current online devices under the called account, and the called user selects which device to answer or transfers the video call requests to another device to answer.
In order to enable a calling party to more conveniently perform video call connection with a frequently-used device of a called party, the embodiment may store called device information for performing video call with the calling device for the first time, so that the calling party can directly call a specified device under a called account when calling the next time.
Specifically, after completing a video call connection, the method for answering and transferring a video call provided in this embodiment further includes: and generating an information storage instruction according to the called device information for carrying out video call with the calling device, and sending the information storage instruction to the calling device to enable the called device information to be stored in the calling device so as to take the stored called device as a target called device for the next video call.
In this embodiment, the called device information that is first in video communication with the calling device is stored and stored at the calling device side, and the device is used as the next default called device. When the video call is carried out next time, the calling device can directly call the target called device which is stored. The specific operation process is as follows:

And if the answering transfer condition is met, sending the current online equipment information under the called account to the communication server, and controlling the incoming call display frame of the target called equipment by the communication server to generate an answering button, a hang-up button and an answering transfer button. Then, the communication server executes the video call connection between the calling device and the target called device, or the video call transfer and answering steps between the calling device and other current online devices, that is, the contents of steps S2 to S4 and their detailed steps in the above embodiment, according to the operation instruction sent by the target called device, which is not described herein again.
And if the answering transfer condition is not met, the number of other current online devices under the called account of the target called device is 0. At this time, only the answer button and the hang-up button are displayed in the caller identification frame of the target called device. The operation process at this time can refer to the content of the foregoing embodiments, and is not described herein again.
Therefore, the method provided by this embodiment stores the called device information that is first in video call connection with the calling device, and uses the stored called device as the target called device for the next video call, so as to implement fast call connection between the calling device and the target called device, improve user experience, reduce the data transmission process, and avoid waste of resources.
In other embodiments, after the video call between the calling device and the called device is successfully connected, if the called user wants to move from the location where the called user answers the video call to another location, for example, the location where the called user answers the video call is a living room smart television, but the user wants to go to a bedroom for a rest and does not want to disconnect the video call, at this time, the video call function of the living room smart television needs to be transferred to the bedroom smart television for continuing the video call.
Therefore, in order to implement the transfer answering of the video call in the video call process, the call incoming display frame of the called device needs to continuously display the answering transfer button, and the method provided by the embodiment further comprises the following steps: and the communication server detects the operation instruction of the called device in real time, and controls the caller identification frame of the called device to regenerate the online device list under the called account if receiving a new call transfer instruction sent by the called device. According to the operation steps provided in the foregoing embodiment, the third current online device is determined to be the next called device according to the regenerated online device list and the next new call forwarding instruction.
And the communication server generates a third connection identifier according to the next new answering transfer instruction and sends the third connection identifier to the calling equipment, wherein the third connection identifier is matched with the first connection identifier. And the communication server connects the next called device with the video call line according to the third connection representation, and simultaneously disconnects the called device from the video call line to establish the video call connection between the calling device and the next called device, so that the called user can continue to carry out the video call after changing the answering position, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the video call.
According to the technical scheme, the method for answering and transferring the video call between the intelligent devices, provided by the embodiment of the application, the calling device sends the video call request comprising the called account number to the communication server, and then the current online device under the called account number is obtained through the message server. After judging that the current online equipment under the called account meets the call answering condition through the message server, the communication server controls the call display frame of the current online equipment to generate an answering transfer button. According to the first receiving transfer instruction and the second receiving transfer instruction of the first current online equipment, the called equipment which can be used for video call is determined, video call connection of the calling equipment and the called equipment is established, and video call transfer and receiving of the video call from the first current online equipment to the called equipment are achieved. Therefore, the method provided by the application can realize the transfer and answering of the video calls among different intelligent devices under the same account number, so that the video calls can be normally carried out.
The method for transferring and receiving a video call between intelligent devices provided in the foregoing embodiments is applied to a communication server side, while the method for transferring and receiving a video call between intelligent devices provided in other embodiments may also be applied to a message server, as shown in fig. 13, where the method in this case includes the following steps:
s71, receiving a video call request sent by a communication server, wherein the video call request comprises a called account; generating a control detection instruction according to the video call request;
s72, sending the control detection instruction to a detection platform, and enabling the detection platform to detect the working state of the intelligent equipment under the called account according to the control detection instruction;
s73, receiving the current online equipment information which is sent by the detection platform and has a working state of a connection state; the current online equipment is intelligent equipment connected with a called system;
and S74, sending the current online equipment information under the called account to a communication server, so that the communication server establishes the video call connection between the calling equipment and the called equipment according to the operation instruction of the current online equipment.

sending the video call request to a plurality of current online devices under a called account, so that each current online device under the called account generates a call display frame displaying an answering transfer button according to the video call request;
detecting an operation instruction of each current online device under the called account, and if a first call transfer instruction sent by a first current online device in the current online devices according to a call display frame is received, controlling the call display frame of the first current online device to generate an online device list under the called account, wherein the name of the current online device under the called account is displayed in the online device list;
receiving a second answering transfer instruction sent by the first current online equipment according to an online equipment list, and determining that the second current online equipment is called equipment according to the second answering transfer instruction, wherein the second current online equipment refers to any one of the current online equipment except the first current online equipment;
and cutting off links for sending video call requests to other current online devices, wherein the other current online devices are other devices except the called device in the current online devices, and sending the second answering transfer instruction to the calling device so as to establish video call connection between the calling device and the called device.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the current online device information under the called account returned by the message server is received according to the following steps:
sending the video call request to the message server, and acquiring the number of current online devices under a called account by the message server according to the video call request;
and the message server receives the current online equipment information sent after the message server judges that the answering transfer condition is met according to the number of the current online equipment under the called account.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
receiving new online equipment information sent by the message server after the information server does not meet answering transfer conditions according to the number of the current online equipment under the called account;
if the number of the current online equipment under the called account is determined to be 1 according to the new online equipment information, the video call request is sent to the current online equipment, and the current online equipment generates a call display frame with an answering button and a hang-up button according to the video call request;
and if the number of the current online devices under the called account is determined to be 0 according to the new online device information, sending prompt information to the calling device.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the video call connection between the calling device and the called device is established by:
generating a first connection identifier according to the video call request, and sending the first connection identifier to called equipment;
generating a second connection identifier according to the second receiving and transferring instruction, and sending the second connection identifier to the calling equipment; the first connection identifier is matched with the second connection identifier;
and generating a video call line according to the matched first connection identifier and second connection identifier, so that the calling device is connected with the video call line through the second connection identifier, and the called device is connected with the video call line through the first connection identifier, so as to establish the video call connection between the calling device and the called device.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and generating an information storage instruction according to the called device information for carrying out video call with the calling device, and sending the information storage instruction to the calling device to enable the called device information to be stored in the calling device so as to take the stored called device as a target called device for the next video call.
6. A video call answering and transferring method between intelligent devices is applied to a message server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a video call request from calling equipment, which is sent by a communication server, wherein the video call request comprises a called account; generating a control detection instruction according to the video call request;
sending the control detection instruction to a detection platform, and enabling the detection platform to detect the working state of the intelligent equipment under the called account according to the control detection instruction;
receiving a plurality of pieces of current online equipment information which is sent by the detection platform and has a working state of a connection state; the current online equipment is intelligent equipment connected with a called system, and each current online equipment belongs to the called account;
and sending the information of the plurality of current online devices under the called account to a communication server, so that the communication server determines that another current online device in the plurality of current online devices is a called device according to an operation instruction of one current online device, and further the called device and the calling device establish video call connection.
7. A server, comprising: a memory and a processor, wherein,
the memory is used for storing executable instructions of the processor;
the processor is configured to: receiving a video call request sent by calling equipment, wherein the video call request comprises a called account; sending the video call request to a message server, and receiving a plurality of pieces of current online equipment information under a called account returned by the message server;
sending the video call request to a plurality of current online devices under a called account, so that each current online device under the called account generates a call display frame displaying an answering transfer button according to the video call request;
detecting an operation instruction of each current online device under the called account, and if a first call transfer instruction sent by a first current online device in the current online devices according to a call display frame is received, controlling the call display frame of the first current online device to generate an online device list under the called account, wherein the name of the current online device under the called account is displayed in the online device list;
receiving a second answering transfer instruction sent by the first current online equipment according to an online equipment list, and determining that the second current online equipment is called equipment according to the second answering transfer instruction, wherein the second current online equipment refers to any one of the current online equipment except the first current online equipment;
and cutting off links for sending video call requests to other current online devices, wherein the other current online devices are other devices except the called device in the current online devices, and sending the second answering transfer instruction to the calling device so as to establish video call connection between the calling device and the called device.
