In some embodiments, the server may obtain the network anomaly parameters from the XDR summary level traffic anomaly data, which the embodiments of the present application do not limit. The XDR Data includes Call detail records (Call Data Record, CDR), transaction detail records (Transaction Data Record, TDR), traffic detail records (SERVICE DATA Record, SDR). The TDR is a basic session procedure record, and is used to describe a basic signaling procedure between two signaling points. The CDR is a signaling procedure representing a relay call connection procedure. SDR is a whole course business process record for describing the complete signaling cooperation process which occurs when the user uses the network business once.
In other embodiments, the server may also first determine whether the target terminal device and the network performance of the resident cell in which the target terminal device is located are abnormal; if not, associating the movement track of the target terminal equipment according to the XDR data; then, according to the associated moving track, at least one passing cell of the target terminal equipment and network quality parameters of the passing cells are determined; and finally, determining whether the network performance of the passing cell of the target terminal equipment is abnormal according to the network quality parameters of the passing cell.
In the step, the server mainly carries out association analysis on the evaluation parameters, the network anomaly parameters and the multidimensional network quality parameters of the resident cells and the passing cells corresponding to the target terminal equipment. According to different network modes or the non-passing dimensions of data service, voice service and the like, network problems fed back by evaluation parameters are positioned, and network coverage, speed and the like of resident cells and path cells of terminal equipment with poor evaluation parameters (for example, the evaluation parameter value is lower than 6 minutes) are further analyzed. By the method, the server can also give the positioning proportion of the network problems and the non-network problems of all provinces and cities nationwide, accurately classify the problems and provide preliminary guiding suggestions for the problem treatment for users with low network performance satisfaction.
The application provides a processing method of evaluation parameters of network performance, which comprises the steps of firstly collecting evaluation parameters of network performance of a user aiming at a target communication system, which are sent by at least one terminal device, then determining target terminal devices to be analyzed from the at least one terminal device according to the evaluation parameters of the network performance, finally determining analysis results of the target terminal devices according to network quality parameters of cells where the target terminal devices reside and network abnormal parameters when the target terminal devices execute communication services in the target communication system, wherein the analysis results are used for indicating network problems fed back by the evaluation parameters. In this way, the target terminal equipment to be analyzed can be determined according to the collected evaluation parameters of the network performance, and the analysis result of the target terminal equipment is determined according to the network quality parameters and the network anomaly parameters, so that the network problems fed back by the evaluation parameters of the target terminal equipment are accurately analyzed.
On the basis of the above-described embodiments, description will be made below as to how the server determines the type of the target terminal device. Fig. 3 is a flow chart of another method for processing an evaluation parameter of network performance according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
S301, collecting evaluation parameters of network performance of a user aiming at a target communication system, wherein the evaluation parameters are sent by at least one terminal device.
S302, determining target terminal equipment to be analyzed from at least one terminal equipment according to the evaluation parameters of the network performance.
S303, determining the type of the target terminal equipment according to the communication service executed by the target terminal equipment and the use data of the communication service.
S304, determining an analysis result of the target terminal equipment according to the network quality parameter, the network anomaly parameter and the type of the target terminal equipment.
The technical terms, effects, features, and alternative embodiments of S301-S304 may be understood with reference to S201-S203 shown in fig. 2, and will not be described again here for repeated matters.
On the basis of the above-described embodiments, a description will be given below of how the server determines the analysis result of the target terminal device. Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a processing method of another evaluation parameter of network performance according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, where the method includes:
s401, collecting evaluation parameters of network performance of a user aiming at a target communication system, wherein the evaluation parameters are sent by at least one terminal device.
S402, determining target terminal equipment to be analyzed from at least one terminal equipment according to the evaluation parameters of the network performance.
S403, determining the type of the target terminal equipment according to the communication service executed by the target terminal equipment and the use data of the communication service.
S404, determining whether the network performance of the resident cell of the target terminal equipment is abnormal according to the type of the target terminal equipment and the network quality parameters of the resident cell.
S405, determining whether the network performance of the target terminal device is abnormal according to the type of the target terminal device and the network abnormality parameters when the communication service is executed in the target communication system.
S406, if the network performance of the target terminal equipment and the resident cell thereof are normal, determining whether the network performance of the passing cell of the target terminal equipment is abnormal.
The embodiment of the application does not limit the execution sequence of S404 and S405, and can be specifically set according to actual conditions. In some embodiments, the server may further record the number of target terminal devices in the 4G data service class, the VOLTE voice service class, and the 5G data service class as H 1、H2、H3, respectively. The number of terminal devices of the 4G data service class, the VOLTE voice service class and the 5G data service class with abnormal network performance of the resident cell is A 1、A2、A3 respectively. The number of terminal devices of the 4G data service class, the VOLTE voice service class and the 5G data service class with abnormal network performance is B 1、B2、B3 respectively. The number of terminal devices passing through the network performance abnormality of the cell is C 1、C2、C3 respectively.
The technical terms, effects, features, and alternative embodiments of S401-S406 may be understood with reference to S201-S204 shown in fig. 2, and will not be further described herein for repeated content.
The application provides a processing method of evaluation parameters of network performance, which comprises the steps of firstly collecting evaluation parameters of network performance of a user aiming at a target communication system, which are sent by at least one terminal device, then determining target terminal devices to be analyzed from the at least one terminal device according to the evaluation parameters of the network performance, finally determining analysis results of the target terminal devices according to network quality parameters of cells where the target terminal devices reside and network abnormal parameters when the target terminal devices execute communication services in the target communication system, wherein the analysis results are used for indicating network problems fed back by the evaluation parameters. In this way, the target terminal equipment to be analyzed can be determined according to the collected evaluation parameters of the network performance, and the analysis result of the target terminal equipment is determined according to the network quality parameters and the network anomaly parameters, so that the network problems fed back by the evaluation parameters of the target terminal equipment are accurately analyzed.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that: all or part of the steps for implementing the above method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The foregoing program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, which when executed, performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program code, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a processing device for evaluating parameters of network performance according to an embodiment of the present application. The processing device of the evaluation parameter of the network performance may be implemented by software, hardware or a combination of the two, and may be, for example, a server in the above embodiment, so as to execute the processing method of the evaluation parameter of the network performance in the above embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the processing device 500 for evaluating parameters of network performance includes:
The acquisition module 501 is configured to acquire an evaluation parameter of network performance of a target communication system sent by at least one terminal device;
The processing module 502 is configured to determine a target terminal device to be analyzed from at least one terminal device according to an evaluation parameter of network performance; according to the network quality parameter of the cell where the target terminal equipment resides and the network abnormality parameter when the target terminal equipment executes the communication service in the target communication system, determining an analysis result of the target terminal equipment, wherein the analysis result is used for indicating the network problem fed back by the evaluation parameter.
In an alternative embodiment, the processing module 502 is specifically configured to determine, as the target terminal device, a terminal device, where the evaluation parameter of the network performance in the at least one terminal device is lower than the preset evaluation parameter threshold.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing module 502 is specifically configured to determine a type of the target terminal device according to the communication service executed by the target terminal device and usage data of the communication service; and determining an analysis result of the target terminal equipment according to the network quality parameter, the network anomaly parameter and the type of the target terminal equipment.
In an alternative embodiment, the analysis results include a first analysis result and/or a second analysis result, where the first analysis result is used to indicate that the network performance of the cell in which the target terminal device resides is abnormal, and the second analysis result is used to indicate that the network performance of the target terminal device is abnormal.
In an alternative embodiment, the processing module 502 is specifically configured to determine that the network performance of the cell in which the target terminal device resides is abnormal if the network quality parameter of the cell in which the target terminal device resides is not within the preset network quality parameter range.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing module 502 is specifically configured to determine that the network performance of the target terminal device is abnormal if the network abnormal parameter when the target terminal device performs the communication service in the target communication system is within the preset network abnormal parameter range.
In an alternative embodiment, the network quality parameter includes at least one of: network coverage parameters, network channel quality parameters, network rate parameters, network load parameters.
In an alternative embodiment, the types of communication traffic include data traffic classes and voice traffic classes.
It should be noted that, the processing apparatus for evaluating parameters of network performance provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 may be used to execute the processing method for evaluating parameters of network performance provided in any of the foregoing embodiments, and the specific implementation manner and technical effect are similar, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 may include: at least one processor 601 and a memory 602. Fig. 6 shows an electronic device, for example a processor.
A memory 602 for storing programs. In particular, the program may include program code including computer-operating instructions.
The memory 602 may include high-speed RAM memory or may further include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The processor 601 is configured to execute computer-implemented instructions stored in the memory 602, so as to implement the method for processing the evaluation parameters of network performance; the processor 601 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU), or an Application SPECIFIC INTEGRATED Circuit (ASIC), or one or more integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present application.
Alternatively, in a specific implementation, if the communication interface, the memory 602, and the processor 601 are implemented independently, the communication interface, the memory 602, and the processor 601 may be connected to each other through a bus and perform communication with each other. The bus may be an industry standard architecture (Industry Standard Architecture, ISA) bus, an external device interconnect (PERIPHERAL COMPONENT INTERCONNECT, PCI) bus, or an extended industry standard architecture (Extended Industry Standard Architecture, EISA) bus, among others. Buses may be divided into address buses, data buses, control buses, etc., but do not represent only one bus or one type of bus.
Alternatively, in a specific implementation, if the communication interface, the memory 602, and the processor 601 are integrated on a chip, the communication interface, the memory 602, and the processor 601 may complete communication through an internal interface.
The embodiment of the application also provides a chip which comprises a processor and an interface. Wherein the interface is used for inputting and outputting data or instructions processed by the processor. The processor is configured to perform the methods provided in the method embodiments above. The chip can be applied to a processing device for evaluating parameters of network performance.
The embodiment of the application also provides a program which is used for executing the processing method of the evaluation parameters of the network performance provided by the embodiment of the method when being executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the present application also provides a program product, such as a computer readable storage medium, in which instructions are stored, which when executed on a computer, cause the computer to execute the method for processing the evaluation parameters of the network performance provided by the above method embodiment.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may include: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media in which program codes can be stored. Specifically, the computer-readable storage medium stores therein program information for use in the method for processing the evaluation parameters of network performance described above.
In the above embodiments, it may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product includes one or more computer instructions. When the computer program instructions are loaded and executed on a computer, the processes or functions in accordance with embodiments of the present invention are produced in whole or in part. The computer may be a general purpose computer, a special purpose computer, a computer network, or other programmable apparatus. The computer instructions may be stored in or transmitted from one computer-readable storage medium to another, for example, by wired (e.g., coaxial cable, fiber optic, digital Subscriber Line (DSL)), or wireless (e.g., infrared, wireless, microwave, etc.) means from one website, computer, server, or data center. Computer readable storage media can be any available media that can be accessed by a computer or data storage devices, such as servers, data centers, etc., that contain an integration of one or more available media. Usable media may be magnetic media (e.g., floppy disk, hard disk, magnetic tape), optical media (e.g., DVD), or semiconductor media (e.g., solid state disk (Solid STATE DISK, SSD)), or the like.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the invention.

Claims (6)

1. A method for processing an evaluation parameter of network performance, the method comprising:
Collecting evaluation parameters of network performance of a user aiming at a target communication system, wherein the evaluation parameters are sent by at least one terminal device;
determining target terminal equipment to be analyzed from the at least one terminal equipment according to the evaluation parameters of the network performance;
Determining an analysis result of the target terminal equipment according to the network quality parameter of the cell where the target terminal equipment resides and the network anomaly parameter when the target terminal equipment executes communication service in the target communication system, wherein the analysis result is used for indicating the network problem fed back by the evaluation parameter; the analysis results comprise a first analysis result and/or a second analysis result, wherein the first analysis result is used for indicating the network performance abnormality of the cell where the target terminal equipment resides, and the second analysis result is used for indicating the network performance abnormality of the target terminal equipment;
the determining the analysis result of the target terminal device includes:
If the network quality parameter of the cell where the target terminal equipment resides is not in the range of the preset network quality parameter, determining that the network performance of the cell where the target terminal equipment resides is abnormal; the network quality parameters include at least one of: network coverage parameters, network channel quality parameters, network rate parameters, network load parameters;
If the network abnormal parameters of the target terminal equipment when the communication service is executed in the target communication system are within the preset network abnormal parameter range, determining that the network performance of the target terminal equipment is abnormal; the communication service type comprises a data service type and a voice service type;
If the type of the target terminal device is a 4G data service type, the network anomaly parameter includes at least one of a 4G data service hypertext transfer protocol response success rate and a number of times that a 4G data service uplink or downlink average round trip delay exceeds 300ms, and the preset network anomaly parameter range includes at least one of a 4G data service HTTP response success rate greater than 0 and less than 0.8, a number of times that a 4G data service uplink average RTT exceeds 300ms is greater than 14, and a number of times that a 4G data service downlink average RTT exceeds 300ms is greater than 14;
If the type of the target terminal equipment is 5G data service type, the network anomaly parameters comprise the times that the uplink and downlink average RTT of the 5G data service exceeds 300ms, and the preset network anomaly parameter range comprises the times that the uplink and downlink average RTT of the 5G data service exceeds 300ms and is more than 14 times;
If the type of the target terminal equipment is a VOLTE voice service type, the network abnormal parameter range comprises at least one of VOLTE abnormal release times, single pass times, call drop times, calling voice non-connection times and called voice non-connection times, and the preset network abnormal parameter range comprises at least one of VOLTE abnormal release times greater than or equal to 1 time, VOLTE single pass times greater than or equal to 1 time, VOLTE call drop times greater than or equal to 1 time, VOLTE calling voice non-connection times greater than or equal to 1 time and VOLTE called voice non-connection times greater than or equal to 1 time.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein said determining a target terminal device to be analyzed from said at least one terminal device comprises:
and determining the terminal equipment with the network performance evaluation parameter lower than a preset evaluation parameter threshold value in the at least one terminal equipment as the target terminal equipment.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein said determining the analysis result of the target terminal device comprises:
Determining the type of the target terminal equipment according to the communication service executed by the target terminal equipment and the use data of the communication service;
and determining an analysis result of the target terminal equipment according to the network quality parameter, the network anomaly parameter and the type of the target terminal equipment.
4. A processing apparatus for evaluating parameters of network performance, the apparatus comprising:
The acquisition module is used for acquiring evaluation parameters of network performance of a user aiming at a target communication system, wherein the evaluation parameters are sent by at least one terminal device;
The processing module is used for determining target terminal equipment to be analyzed from the at least one terminal equipment according to the evaluation parameters of the network performance; determining an analysis result of the target terminal equipment according to the network quality parameter of the cell where the target terminal equipment resides and the network anomaly parameter when the target terminal equipment executes communication service in the target communication system, wherein the analysis result is used for indicating the network problem fed back by the evaluation parameter; the analysis results comprise a first analysis result and/or a second analysis result, wherein the first analysis result is used for indicating the network performance abnormality of the cell where the target terminal equipment resides, and the second analysis result is used for indicating the network performance abnormality of the target terminal equipment;
The processing module is specifically configured to determine that the network performance of the cell in which the target terminal device resides is abnormal if the network quality parameter of the cell in which the target terminal device resides is not within the preset range of the network quality parameter; the network quality parameters include at least one of: network coverage parameters, network channel quality parameters, network rate parameters, network load parameters; if the network abnormal parameters of the target terminal equipment when the communication service is executed in the target communication system are within the preset network abnormal parameter range, determining that the network performance of the target terminal equipment is abnormal; the communication service type comprises a data service type and a voice service type;
If the type of the target terminal device is a 4G data service type, the network anomaly parameter includes at least one of a 4G data service hypertext transfer protocol response success rate and a number of times that a 4G data service uplink or downlink average round trip delay exceeds 300ms, and the preset network anomaly parameter range includes at least one of a 4G data service HTTP response success rate greater than 0 and less than 0.8, a number of times that a 4G data service uplink average RTT exceeds 300ms is greater than 14, and a number of times that a 4G data service downlink average RTT exceeds 300ms is greater than 14;
If the type of the target terminal equipment is 5G data service type, the network anomaly parameters comprise the times that the uplink and downlink average RTT of the 5G data service exceeds 300ms, and the preset network anomaly parameter range comprises the times that the uplink and downlink average RTT of the 5G data service exceeds 300ms and is more than 14 times;
If the type of the target terminal equipment is a VOLTE voice service type, the network abnormal parameter range comprises at least one of VOLTE abnormal release times, single pass times, call drop times, calling voice non-connection times and called voice non-connection times, and the preset network abnormal parameter range comprises at least one of VOLTE abnormal release times greater than or equal to 1 time, VOLTE single pass times greater than or equal to 1 time, VOLTE call drop times greater than or equal to 1 time, VOLTE calling voice non-connection times greater than or equal to 1 time and VOLTE called voice non-connection times greater than or equal to 1 time.
5. A computer storage medium having stored therein computer executable instructions which when executed by a processor are adapted to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
6. An electronic device, comprising: a processor and a memory; wherein the memory stores a computer program adapted to be loaded by the processor and to perform the method according to any of claims 1 to 3.
