The CDR represents a relay call connection procedure for the signaling procedure. SDR is a full-range service process record used to describe the complete signaling coordination process that occurs when a user uses a network service once.
In other embodiments, the server may further determine whether the network performance of the target terminal device and the residential cell where the target terminal device is located is abnormal; if not, associating the movement track of the target terminal equipment according to the XDR data; then, according to the movement track obtained by association, at least one passing cell of the target terminal equipment and network quality parameters of the passing cells are determined; and finally, determining whether the network performance of the passing cells of the target terminal equipment is abnormal or not according to the network quality parameters of the passing cells.
In this step, the server mainly performs correlation analysis on the evaluation parameters, the network abnormal parameters and the multidimensional network quality parameters of the resident cells and the passing cells corresponding to the target terminal device. According to different network standards, or data services, voice services and other obstructed dimensions, the network problems fed back by the evaluation parameters are positioned, and the network coverage, the network speed and other conditions of the resident cell and the access cell of the terminal equipment with poor evaluation parameters (for example, the evaluation parameter value is lower than 6 points) are further analyzed. By the method, the server can also give the positioning proportion of network problems and non-network problems in provinces and cities across the country, accurately classify the problems and provide preliminary guidance suggestions for problem processing for users with low network performance satisfaction.
The method for processing the network performance evaluation parameters includes the steps of firstly collecting the network performance evaluation parameters of a user aiming at a target communication system, which are sent by at least one terminal device, then determining a target terminal device to be analyzed from the at least one terminal device according to the network performance evaluation parameters, and finally determining an analysis result of the target terminal device according to network quality parameters of a cell where the target terminal device resides and network abnormal parameters of the target terminal device when the target terminal device executes communication services in the target communication system, wherein the analysis result is used for indicating network problems fed back by the evaluation parameters. By the method, the target terminal equipment to be analyzed can be determined according to the acquired evaluation parameters of the network performance, and the analysis result of the target terminal equipment is determined according to the network quality parameters and the network abnormal parameters, so that the network problems fed back by the evaluation parameters of the target terminal equipment are accurately analyzed.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment, how the server determines the type of the target terminal device is explained below. Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of another processing method for evaluating a network performance according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3, the method includes:
s301, collecting the evaluation parameters of the network performance of the target communication system, which are sent by at least one terminal device, of the user.
S302, determining target terminal equipment to be analyzed from at least one terminal equipment according to the evaluation parameters of the network performance.
And S303, determining the type of the target terminal equipment according to the communication service executed by the target terminal equipment and the use data of the communication service.
S304, determining an analysis result of the target terminal device according to the network quality parameter, the network abnormal parameter and the type of the target terminal device.
The technical terms, technical effects, technical features and alternative embodiments of S301 to S304 can be understood by referring to S201 to S203 shown in fig. 2, and repeated descriptions thereof will not be repeated here.
On the basis of the above-described embodiment, how the server determines the analysis result of the target terminal device is explained below. Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a processing method for a network performance evaluation parameter according to an embodiment of the present application, where as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
s401, collecting the evaluation parameters of the network performance of the user aiming at the target communication system, which are sent by at least one terminal device.
S402, determining target terminal equipment to be analyzed from at least one terminal equipment according to the evaluation parameters of the network performance.
S403, determining the type of the target terminal device according to the communication service executed by the target terminal device and the use data of the communication service.
S404, determining whether the network performance of the resident cell of the target terminal equipment is abnormal or not according to the type of the target terminal equipment and the network quality parameter of the resident cell.
S405, determining whether the network performance of the target terminal equipment is abnormal according to the type of the target terminal equipment and the network abnormal parameters when the communication service is executed in the target communication system.
S406, if the network performance of the target terminal device and the network performance of the resident cell are normal, determining whether the network performance of the target terminal device passing through the cell is abnormal.
In the embodiment of the present application, the execution sequence of S404 and S405 is not limited, and may be specifically set according to an actual situation. In some embodiments, the server may further record the number of target terminal devices in the 4G data service class, the VOLTE voice service class, and the 5G data service class as H respectively1、H2、H3. The number of the terminal equipment of 4G data service class, VOLTE voice service class and 5G data service class with abnormal network performance of the resident cell is A1、A2、A3. The number of the terminal equipment of the 4G data service class, the VOLTE voice service class and the 5G data service class with abnormal network performance is B1、B2、B3. By the method, the target terminal equipment to be analyzed can be determined according to the acquired evaluation parameters of the network performance, and the analysis result of the target terminal equipment is determined according to the network quality parameters and the network abnormal parameters, so that the network problems fed back by the evaluation parameters of the target terminal equipment are accurately analyzed.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when executed, performs steps comprising the method embodiments; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a processing apparatus for evaluating a network performance parameter according to an embodiment of the present application. The processing device for the evaluation parameter of network performance may be implemented by software, hardware or a combination of both, and may be, for example, the server in the above embodiment, to execute the processing method for the evaluation parameter of network performance in the above embodiment. As shown in fig. 5, the processing device 500 for evaluating the network performance includes:
the acquisition module 501 is configured to acquire an evaluation parameter, which is sent by at least one terminal device and is used by a user for the network performance of a target communication system;
a processing module 502, configured to determine, according to the evaluation parameter of the network performance, a target terminal device to be analyzed from the at least one terminal device; and determining an analysis result of the target terminal equipment according to the network quality parameter of the cell where the target terminal equipment resides and the network abnormal parameter of the target terminal equipment when the target terminal equipment executes the communication service in the target communication system, wherein the analysis result is used for indicating the network problem fed back by the evaluation parameter.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing module 502 is specifically configured to determine, as a target terminal device, a terminal device whose evaluation parameter of the network performance in the at least one terminal device is lower than a preset evaluation parameter threshold.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing module 502 is specifically configured to determine the type of the target terminal device according to the communication service executed by the target terminal device and the usage data of the communication service; and determining an analysis result of the target terminal equipment according to the network quality parameter, the network abnormal parameter and the type of the target terminal equipment.
In an optional implementation manner, the analysis result includes a first analysis result and/or a second analysis result, the first analysis result is used to indicate that the network performance of the cell in which the target terminal device resides is abnormal, and the second analysis result is used to indicate that the network performance of the target terminal device is abnormal.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing module 502 is specifically configured to determine that the network performance of the cell where the target terminal device resides is abnormal if the network quality parameter of the cell where the target terminal device resides is not within the preset range of the network quality parameter.
In an optional implementation manner, the processing module 502 is specifically configured to determine that the network performance of the target terminal device is abnormal if a network abnormal parameter of the target terminal device during executing a communication service in the target communication system is within a preset network abnormal parameter range.
In an alternative embodiment, the network quality parameter comprises at least one of: network coverage parameters, network channel quality parameters, network rate parameters, network load parameters.
In an alternative embodiment, the types of communication services include a data service class and a voice service class.
It should be noted that the processing apparatus for the network performance evaluation parameter provided in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 may be configured to execute the processing method for the network performance evaluation parameter provided in any of the above embodiments, and specific implementation manners and technical effects are similar, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 600 may include: at least one processor 601 and memory 602. Fig. 6 shows an electronic device as an example of a processor.
The memory 602 is used for storing programs. In particular, the program may include program code including computer operating instructions.
The memory 602 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory.
The processor 601 is used for executing computer execution instructions stored in the memory 602 to implement the processing method of the evaluation parameter of the network performance; the processor 601 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement the embodiments of the present Application.
Alternatively, in a specific implementation, if the communication interface, the memory 602 and the processor 601 are implemented independently, the communication interface, the memory 602 and the processor 601 may be connected to each other through a bus and perform communication with each other. The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended ISA (EISA) bus, or the like. Buses may be classified as address buses, data buses, control buses, etc., but do not represent only one bus or type of bus.
Alternatively, in a specific implementation, if the communication interface, the memory 602 and the processor 601 are integrated into a chip, the communication interface, the memory 602 and the processor 601 may complete communication through an internal interface.
The embodiment of the application also provides a chip which comprises a processor and an interface. Wherein the interface is used for inputting and outputting data or instructions processed by the processor. The processor is configured to perform the methods provided in the above method embodiments. The chip can be applied to a processing device for evaluating the network performance.
The embodiment of the present application also provides a program, which is used for executing the processing method of the evaluation parameter of the network performance provided by the above method embodiment when being executed by a processor.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a program product, such as a computer-readable storage medium, in which instructions are stored, and when the program product is run on a computer, the program product causes the computer to execute the processing method for the evaluation parameter of the network performance provided by the above method embodiment.
The present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may include: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk. Specifically, the computer-readable storage medium stores therein program information for a processing method of the evaluation parameter of the network performance.
In the above embodiments, the implementation may be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware, firmware, or any combination thereof. When implemented in software, may be implemented in whole or in part in the form of a computer program product. The computer program product includes one or more computer instructions. Claims (11)

1. A processing method for evaluation parameters of network performance is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting the evaluation parameters of the network performance of the user aiming at the target communication system, which are sent by at least one terminal device;
determining target terminal equipment to be analyzed from the at least one terminal equipment according to the evaluation parameters of the network performance;
and determining an analysis result of the target terminal equipment according to the network quality parameter of the cell where the target terminal equipment resides and the network abnormal parameter of the target terminal equipment when the target terminal equipment executes the communication service in the target communication system, wherein the analysis result is used for indicating the network problem fed back by the evaluation parameter.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining a target terminal device to be analyzed from the at least one terminal device comprises:
and determining the terminal equipment of which the evaluation parameter of the network performance in the at least one terminal equipment is lower than a preset evaluation parameter threshold value as the target terminal equipment.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the analysis result of the target terminal device comprises:
determining the type of the target terminal equipment according to the communication service executed by the target terminal equipment and the use data of the communication service;
and determining an analysis result of the target terminal equipment according to the network quality parameter, the network abnormal parameter and the type of the target terminal equipment.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the analysis result comprises a first analysis result and/or a second analysis result, the first analysis result is used for indicating the network performance abnormality of the cell where the target terminal device resides, and the second analysis result is used for indicating the network performance abnormality of the target terminal device.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the analysis result of the target terminal device comprises:
and if the network quality parameter of the cell where the target terminal equipment resides is not within the preset network quality parameter range, determining that the network performance of the cell where the target terminal equipment resides is abnormal.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the analysis result of the target terminal device comprises:
and if the network abnormal parameter of the target terminal equipment when the target terminal equipment executes the communication service in the target communication system is within the preset network abnormal parameter range, determining that the network performance of the target terminal equipment is abnormal.
7. The method according to any of claims 1-6, wherein the network quality parameter comprises at least one of: network coverage parameters, network channel quality parameters, network rate parameters, network load parameters.
8. The method according to any of claims 1-6, wherein the type of communication traffic comprises a data traffic class and a voice traffic class.
9. An apparatus for processing evaluation parameters of network performance, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the evaluation parameters of the network performance of the user aiming at the target communication system, which are sent by at least one terminal device;
the processing module is used for determining target terminal equipment to be analyzed from the at least one terminal equipment according to the evaluation parameters of the network performance; and determining an analysis result of the target terminal equipment according to the network quality parameter of the cell where the target terminal equipment resides and the network abnormal parameter of the target terminal equipment when the target terminal equipment executes the communication service in the target communication system, wherein the analysis result is used for indicating the network problem fed back by the evaluation parameter.
10. A computer storage medium having stored thereon computer executable instructions for performing the method of any one of claims 1 to 8 when executed by a processor.
11. An electronic device, comprising: a processor and a memory; wherein the memory stores a computer program adapted to be loaded by the processor and to perform the method according to any of claims 1 to 8.
