According to the method for judging and processing the network communication problem, the network communication problem of the communication link to be judged is judged according to each time delay in the signaling interaction process, and the accuracy of judging the network communication problem is improved.

if the first user number is judged to be informed that the first user number has downloaded in only one cell in the preset time period through a first user terminal, judging whether the time delay for sending a request to a server by the first user number through a second user terminal in the process that the first user number has downloaded in the cell is normal, if so, judging that the network communication link to be judged is the first user terminal problem, and if so, judging that the network communication link to be judged is the network problem;
or, if it is determined that the first user number has been downloaded in only one cell within the preset time period through the first user terminal, determining whether the time delay for sending a request to a server by the second user number is longer than normal in the process of downloading the service in the cell through the first user terminal, and if so, determining that the network communication link to be determined is a network problem; and if the network communication link is too long, judging that the network communication link to be judged is the first user terminal problem.
Specifically, the device acquires all download service information of a first user number corresponding to a network communication link to be determined, which has occurred in a preset time period through a first user terminal, judges and learns that the download service of the first user number occurs only in one cell in the preset time period through the first user terminal according to the acquired download service information, and determines whether a request delay sent by a second user terminal to a server by the first user number in the process of the download service occurring in the cell through the second user terminal is normal, if so, determines that the network communication link to be determined is a problem of the first user terminal; if the time delay for the second user terminal to send a request to a server is over long, the network communication link to be judged is judged to be a network problem; or, the device acquires all download service information of a first user number corresponding to a network communication link to be determined, which has occurred in a preset time period through a first user terminal, judges whether it is normal that a request delay sent by a second user number to a server by the first user terminal in a process of the download service occurring in the cell through the first user terminal is normal according to the acquired download service information, judges that the network communication link to be determined is a network problem if it is normal, and judges that the network communication link to be determined is the first user terminal problem if the request delay sent by the first user terminal to the server is too long. It should be noted that the second subscriber number may be identified by a corresponding second IMSI; the second user terminal may be identified by a corresponding second IMEI.
For example, the apparatus obtains a problem that the 139XXXX5555 has only downloaded a service in a cell D within 3 hours by using a first mobile phone, and if it is recognized that the 139XXXX5555 has normal delay in sending a request to a server by a second mobile phone when the download service occurs in the cell D by using the second mobile phone according to a first IMSI corresponding to the 139XXXX5555 and a second IMEI corresponding to the second mobile phone, the apparatus determines that a current network communication link is the first mobile phone; if the device identifies that the time delay for the 139XXXX5555 to send a request to the server by the second mobile phone is also long when the download service of the D cell occurs by the second mobile phone according to the first IMSI corresponding to the 139XXXX5555 and the second IMEI corresponding to the second mobile phone, it is determined that the current network communication link is a network problem.
If the device identifies that the 139XXXX6666 has a normal time delay for sending a request to a server by the first mobile phone in the D cell according to the second IMSI corresponding to the 139XXXX6666 and the first IMEI corresponding to the first mobile phone, the device determines that the current network communication link is a network problem; if the device identifies that the request time delay of the first mobile phone to the server is also long when the 139XXXX6666 has downloaded the service in the cell D through the first mobile phone according to the second IMSI corresponding to the 139XXXX6666 and the first IMEI corresponding to the first mobile phone, the problem of determining that the current network communication link is the side of the first mobile phone is solved.
According to the network communication problem judgment processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the network communication problem of the communication link to be judged is judged according to each time delay in the signaling interaction process and the card replacement and replacement test, so that the accuracy of judging the network communication problem is improved.

S303, if the request from the server to the server is not too long after the first user number is sent to the server through the first user terminal within the preset time period, determining whether a time delay of the first user number to upload data to the server air interface through the first user terminal within the preset time period is too long, and if the time delay of the first user number to upload data to the server air interface through the first user terminal is too long, determining that the to-be-determined network communication link is a server or client problem;
specifically, if it is determined that the time delay of the server responding to the request of the first user terminal is not too long after the first user number sends the request to the server through the first user terminal within the preset time period is known, the network communication problem determination processing device determines whether the time delay of the first user number uploading data to the server air interface through the first user terminal within the preset time period is too long, and if the time delay of the first user number uploading data to the server air interface through the first user terminal is too long, determines that the network communication link to be determined is a server or client problem. The time delay of the first user number from the time when the first user terminal uploads the data to the air interface of the server is the round-trip time delay of the data packet, that is, the time period from the time when the first user terminal sends the uplink data packet to the server to the time when the server returns a response message to the first user terminal; the time delay of the first user number uploading data to the server air interface through the first user terminal is specifically that the number of times that the uplink round trip delay of the data packet is greater than the ninth preset threshold in the preset time period is greater than the tenth preset threshold.
For example, after the device determines that the time delay of the server responding to the request sent by the first mobile phone is greater than 6 times when the server responds to the request sent by the first mobile phone after 139XXXX5555 sends the request to the server through the first mobile phone within 3 hours, it is determined that the time delay of the server responding to the request sent by the first mobile phone is too long, the device identifies whether the request time delay of the server responding to the second mobile phone is normal or not according to a first IMSI corresponding to 139XXXX5555 and a second IMEI corresponding to the second mobile phone after 139XXXX5555 sends the request to the server through the second mobile phone, and if the request time delay is normal, it is determined that the network communication link to be determined is the first user terminal problem; if the request time delay of the server responding to the second mobile phone is still ultra-long, the network communication link to be judged is judged to be a server or client problem; or, if the network communication problem determination processing device determines that the request delay of the server responding to the first mobile phone is too long after the 139XXXX5555 sends the request to the server through the first mobile phone within 3 hours, identifying whether the request delay of the server responding to the first mobile phone is normal or not after the 139XXXX6666 sends the request to the server through the first mobile phone according to the second IMSI corresponding to the 139XXXX6666 and the first IMEI corresponding to the first mobile phone, and if the request delay is normal, determining that the network communication link to be determined is a server or client problem; and if the time delay of the server for responding to the request of the first mobile phone is still over long, judging that the network communication link to be judged is the first user terminal problem.
According to the network communication problem judgment processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the network communication problem of the communication link to be judged is judged by changing the machine and the card according to each time delay in the signaling interaction process, so that the accuracy of judging the network communication problem is improved.

the first calculating unit 401 is configured to, if it is determined that a first user number corresponding to a network communication link to be determined occurs a download service in multiple cells within a preset time period through a first user terminal, count a first number of times that a round-trip delay of a data packet is too long in a process that the first user number occurs a download service in each cell within the preset time period through the first user terminal, and calculate the number of cells in which the first number is greater than a first preset threshold; a first determining unit 402, configured to determine that the network communication link to be determined is a network problem if it is determined that the number of the cells is not greater than 1; the second determining unit 403 is configured to determine that the network communication link to be determined is the first user terminal problem if it is determined that the number of the cells is greater than 1; wherein, the data packet round-trip delay super-long comprises: when a download service occurs through a 2G network, if the round-trip delay of the data packet is greater than a second preset threshold value, determining that the round-trip delay of the data packet is over long; when a downloading service occurs through the 3G network, if the round-trip delay of the data packet is greater than a third preset threshold value, determining that the round-trip delay of the data packet is over long; and when a download service occurs through the 4G network, if the round-trip delay of the data packet is greater than a fourth preset threshold value, determining that the round-trip delay of the data packet is overlong.
Specifically, the first calculation unit 401 obtains all download service information that a first user number corresponding to a network communication link to be determined has occurred in a preset time period through a first user terminal, and if the first calculation unit 401 determines, according to the obtained download service information, that a first user number corresponding to the network communication link to be determined has occurred in a plurality of cells in the preset time period through the first user terminal, the first calculation unit 401 obtains, according to the obtained download service information, a first number of times that a packet round-trip delay is excessively long in a process that the first user number has occurred in each cell in a download service process through the first user terminal in the preset time period, and calculates the number of cells in which the first number is greater than a first preset threshold. If the first determining unit 402 determines that the number of cells in which the first number of times that the round-trip delay of the data packet is too long in the process of the downloading service of each cell by the first user terminal in a preset time period is greater than a first preset threshold is not greater than 1, the first determining unit 402 determines that the round-trip delay of the data packet is normal in the process of the downloading service of most cells by the first user terminal, and thus determines that the current network communication link to be determined is a network problem. If the second determination unit 403 determines that the number of cells in which the first number of times that the round-trip delay of the data packet is too long in the process of downloading the service by the first user terminal in each cell within a preset time period is greater than 1, where the first number of times that the round-trip delay of the data packet is too long in the process of downloading the service by the first user terminal is greater than a first preset threshold, the second determination unit 403 determines that the round-trip delay of the data packet is too long more than once in the process of downloading the service by the first user terminal in the cell, so that it is determined that the current network communication link to be determined is the first user terminal.
It can be understood that, the round-trip delay of the data packet in the downloading service process is a time period between the time when the server sends the data packet to the first user terminal and the time when the first user terminal returns response information to the server after receiving the data packet, which are acquired by the time probe; the round-trip delay of the data packet is specifically as follows: when a download service occurs through a 2G network, if the round-trip delay of the data packet is greater than a second preset threshold value, determining that the round-trip delay of the data packet is over long, and if the round-trip delay of the data packet is not greater than the second preset threshold value, determining that the round-trip delay of the data packet is normal; when a downloading service occurs through a 3G network, if the round-trip delay of the data packet is greater than a third preset threshold value, determining that the round-trip delay of the data packet is over long, and if the round-trip delay of the data packet is not greater than the third preset threshold value, determining that the round-trip delay of the data packet is normal; when a download service occurs through the 4G network, if the round-trip delay of the data packet is greater than a fourth preset threshold value, the round-trip delay of the data packet is determined to be over long, and if the round-trip delay of the data packet is not greater than the fourth preset threshold value, the round-trip delay of the data packet is determined to be normal. It should be noted that the first subscriber number may be identified by a corresponding first IMSI, and the first subscriber terminal is identified by a corresponding first IMEI.
The network communication problem judgment processing device provided by the embodiment of the invention judges the network communication problem of the communication link to be judged according to each time delay in the signaling interaction process, thereby improving the accuracy of judging the network communication problem.

the second calculating unit 601 is configured to, if it is determined that the first user number corresponding to the network communication link to be determined has been subjected to the download service in multiple cells within a preset time period by the first user terminal, count a second number of times that a request delay is excessively long when the first user terminal sends a request to the server during the download service in each cell within the preset time period by the first user terminal, and calculate the number of cells in which the second number is greater than a fifth preset threshold; a third determining unit 602 is configured to determine that the network communication link to be determined is a network problem if it is determined that the number of the cells is not greater than 1; a fourth determining unit 603 is configured to determine that the network communication link to be determined is the first user terminal problem if it is determined that the number of the cells is greater than 1; specifically, the request time delay superlength sent by the first user terminal to the server in the process of the occurrence of the download service is that the time delay from the third step ASK to the first GET in the first-flow TCP link establishment is greater than a sixth preset threshold.
Specifically, the second calculation unit 601 obtains all download service information that a first user number corresponding to a network communication link to be determined has occurred in a preset time period through a first user terminal, and if the second calculation unit 601 determines that it is known that a first user number corresponding to the network communication link to be determined has occurred in a plurality of cells in the preset time period through the first user terminal according to the obtained download service information, then obtains a second number of times of an extra-long delay when the first user terminal sends a request to a server in a process that the first user number has occurred in a download service in each cell through the first user terminal in the preset time period according to the obtained download service information, and calculates the number of cells in which the second number is greater than a fifth preset threshold. If it is determined that the number of cells in which the second number of times that the first user terminal sends a request to the server for a long time delay is greater than a sixth preset threshold is not greater than 1 in the process that the first user number passes through the first user terminal and the download service occurs in each cell within a preset time period, the third determining unit 602 determines that the round-trip delay of a data packet of the first user terminal is normal in the process that the download service occurs in most cells, and thus determines that the current network communication link to be determined is a network problem. If it is determined that the number of cells in which the second number of times that the round-trip delay of the data packet is too long in the process of the first user number passing through the first user terminal and downloading the service in each cell occurs within the preset time period is greater than 1, the fourth determining unit 603 determines that the round-trip delay of the data packet is too long more than once in the process of the downloading service in the cell, so as to determine that the current network communication link to be determined is the first user terminal problem.
It can be understood that, in the process of downloading the service, the time delay of sending the request from the first user terminal to the server is a time period between the sending time of the third step ASK in the process of establishing the link of the first stream TCP and the sending time of the first GET, which is obtained by the time probe; the specific step of the first user terminal sending the request to the server with the super-long time delay is as follows: the first user terminal sends a request to the server, wherein the request time delay is greater than a sixth preset threshold; and if the time delay for the first user terminal to send the request to the server is not greater than a sixth preset threshold, the time delay for the first user terminal to send the request to the server is normal. It should be noted that the first subscriber number may be identified by a corresponding first IMSI, and the first subscriber terminal is identified by a corresponding first IMEI.
The network communication problem judgment processing device provided by the embodiment of the invention judges the network communication problem of the communication link to be judged according to each time delay in the signaling interaction process, thereby improving the accuracy of judging the network communication problem.

Specifically, the determining unit 801 determines whether the request delay of the server responding to the first user terminal is too long after the first user number sends a request to the server through the first user terminal within a preset time period; the server responds to the request delay of the first user terminal, and the request delay is a time period between the time when the ASK of the first GET of the user terminal is sent and the time when the server sends a first data packet, wherein the time period is acquired by a time probe; the time delay of the server responding to the request of the first user terminal is longer, specifically, the time delay from the ASK of the first GET to the time when the server sends the first data packet in the preset time period is longer than a seventh preset threshold value, and is longer than an eighth preset threshold value; and if the time delay from the ASK of the first GET to the time delay from the server to send the first data packet within the preset time period is not more than the eighth preset threshold, determining that the time delay of the server to respond to the request of the first user terminal is normal. It should be noted that the first subscriber number may be identified by a corresponding first IMSI, and the first subscriber terminal is identified by a corresponding first IMEI. If the judging unit 801 judges that the request time delay of the server responding to the first user terminal is too long after the first user number sends the request to the server through the first user terminal within the preset time period, the third processing unit 802 judges whether the request time delay of the server responding to the second user terminal is normal after the first user number sends the request to the server through the second user terminal, and if the request time delay is normal, the third processing unit 802 judges that the network communication link to be judged is the problem of the first user terminal; if the request delay of the server responding to the second user terminal is still too long, the third processing unit 802 determines that the network communication link to be determined is a server or client problem; or, if the determining unit 801 determines that the request time delay of the server responding to the first user terminal is too long after the first user number sends the request to the server through the first user terminal within the preset time period is obtained, the third processing unit 802 determines whether the request time delay of the server responding to the first user terminal is normal after the second user number sends the request to the server through the first user terminal, and if so, the third processing unit 802 determines that the network communication link to be determined is a server or client problem; if the request delay of the server responding to the first user terminal is still too long, the third processing unit 802 determines that the network communication link to be determined is the problem of the first user terminal. It should be noted that the second subscriber number may be identified by a corresponding second IMSI; the second user terminal may be identified by a corresponding second IMEI.
If the determining unit 801 determines that the time delay of the first user number uploading data to the air interface of the server through the first user terminal is not too long after the first user number sends a request to the server through the first user terminal within the preset time period, the fourth processing unit 803 determines whether the time delay of the first user number uploading data to the air interface of the server through the first user terminal within the preset time period is too long, and if the time delay of the first user number uploading data to the air interface of the server through the first user terminal is too long, the fourth processing unit 803 determines that the network communication link to be determined is a server or client problem. The time delay of the first user number from the time when the first user terminal uploads the data to the air interface of the server is the round-trip time delay of the data packet, that is, the time period from the time when the first user terminal sends the uplink data packet to the server to the time when the server returns a response message to the first user terminal; the time delay of the first user number uploading data to the server air interface through the first user terminal is specifically that the number of times that the uplink round trip delay of the data packet is greater than the ninth preset threshold in the preset time period is greater than the tenth preset threshold.
The network communication problem judgment processing device provided by the embodiment of the invention judges the network communication problem of the communication link to be judged by changing the machine and the card according to each time delay in the signaling interaction process, thereby improving the accuracy of judging the network communication problem.

1. A network communication problem judgment processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
if judging that a first user number corresponding to a network communication link to be judged is subjected to downloading service in a plurality of cells in a preset time period through a first user terminal, counting a first number of times that a data packet round-trip delay is over long in the process that the first user number is subjected to downloading service in each cell in the preset time period through the first user terminal, and calculating the number of the cells of which the first number is greater than a first preset threshold;
if the number of the cells is not larger than 1, judging that the network communication link to be judged is a network problem;
if the number of the cells is judged to be larger than 1, judging that the network communication link to be judged is the first user terminal problem;
the round-trip delay of the data packet is specifically as follows: when a download service occurs through a 2G network, if the round-trip delay of the data packet is greater than a second preset threshold value, determining that the round-trip delay of the data packet is over long; when a downloading service occurs through the 3G network, if the round-trip delay of the data packet is greater than a third preset threshold value, determining that the round-trip delay of the data packet is over long; and when a download service occurs through the 4G network, if the round-trip delay of the data packet is greater than a fourth preset threshold value, determining that the round-trip delay of the data packet is overlong.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the fact that the first user number is subjected to the downloading service in only one cell in the preset time period through a first user terminal is judged, whether the round-trip delay of a data packet of the first user number in the process of the downloading service in the cell through a second user terminal is normal is judged, and if the round-trip delay is normal, the network communication link to be judged is judged to be the problem of the first user terminal; if the network communication link is overlong, judging that the network communication link to be judged is a network problem;
or, if it is determined that the first user number has already downloaded in only one cell within the preset time period through the first user terminal, determining whether round-trip delay of a data packet of a second user number in a process of downloading the service in the cell through the first user terminal is normal, if so, determining that the network communication link to be determined is a network problem, and if so, determining that the network communication link to be determined is the first user terminal problem.
3. A network communication problem judgment processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
if judging that a first user number corresponding to a network communication link to be judged is subjected to downloading service in a plurality of cells in a preset time period through a first user terminal, counting a second time of sending a request with an ultra-long time delay to a server by the first user terminal in the process that the first user number is subjected to downloading service in each cell in the preset time period through the first user terminal, and calculating the number of the cells of which the second time is greater than a fifth preset threshold;
if the number of the cells is not larger than 1, judging that the network communication link to be judged is a network problem;
if the number of the cells is judged to be larger than 1, judging that the network communication link to be judged is the first user terminal problem;
specifically, the time delay from the third step ASK to the first GET in the first TCP set-up chain is greater than a sixth preset threshold when the first user terminal sends the request to the server during the process of downloading the service.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
if the first user number is judged to be informed that the first user number has downloaded in only one cell in the preset time period through a first user terminal, judging whether the time delay for sending a request to a server by the first user number through a second user terminal in the process that the first user number has downloaded in the cell is normal, if so, judging that the network communication link to be judged is the first user terminal problem, and if so, judging that the network communication link to be judged is the network problem;
or, if it is determined that the first user number has been downloaded in only one cell within the preset time period through the first user terminal, determining whether the time delay for sending a request to a server by the second user number is longer than normal in the process of downloading the service in the cell through the first user terminal, and if so, determining that the network communication link to be determined is a network problem; and if the network communication link is too long, judging that the network communication link to be judged is the first user terminal problem.
5. A network communication problem judgment processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
judging whether the request time delay of the server responding to the first user terminal is overlong after the first user number sends a request to the server through the first user terminal in a preset time period;
if the request time delay of the server responding to the first user terminal is too long after the first user number sends a request to the server through the first user terminal in the preset time period, judging whether the request time delay of the server responding to the second user terminal is normal or not after the first user number sends the request to the server through the second user terminal, and if the request time delay is normal, judging that a network communication link to be judged is the problem of the first user terminal; if the network communication link is still overlong, judging that the network communication link to be judged is a server or client problem;
or, if the request time delay of the server responding to the first user terminal is too long after the first user number sends the request to the server through the first user terminal in the preset time period, judging whether the request time delay of the server responding to the first user terminal is normal or not after the second user number sends the request to the server through the first user terminal, and if the request time delay is normal, judging that the network communication link to be judged is a server or client problem; if the network communication link is still overlong, judging that the network communication link to be judged is the first user terminal problem;
if the request time delay of the server responding to the first user terminal is not too long after the first user number sends a request to the server through the first user terminal in the preset time period, judging whether the time delay of the first user number uploading data to a server air interface through the first user terminal in the preset time period is too long, and if the time delay of the first user number uploading data to the server air interface through the first user terminal is too long, judging that the network communication link to be judged is a server or client problem;
the time delay of the server responding to the request of the first user terminal is longer, specifically, the time delay from the ASK of the first GET to the time when the server sends the first data packet within the preset time period is longer than a seventh preset threshold, and is longer than an eighth preset threshold; the time delay of the first user number uploading data to the server air interface through the first user terminal is specifically that the number of times that the uplink round trip delay of the data packet is greater than the ninth preset threshold in the preset time period is greater than the tenth preset threshold.
6. A network communication problem determination processing apparatus, comprising:
a first calculating unit, configured to, if it is determined that a first user number corresponding to a network communication link to be determined occurs a download service in multiple cells within a preset time period through a first user terminal, count a first number of times that a round-trip delay of a data packet is too long in a process that the first user number occurs the download service in each cell within the preset time period through the first user terminal, and calculate the number of cells in which the first number is greater than a first preset threshold;

7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the first processing unit is used for judging whether the round-trip delay of a data packet of the first user number in the process of downloading the service in the cell through a second user terminal is normal or not if judging that the first user number is subjected to the downloading service in only one cell in the preset time period through the first user terminal, and judging that the network communication link to be judged is the problem of the first user terminal if the round-trip delay of the data packet is normal; if the network communication link is overlong, judging that the network communication link to be judged is a network problem;
or, if it is determined that the first user number has already downloaded in only one cell within the preset time period through the first user terminal, determining whether round-trip delay of a data packet of a second user number in a process of downloading the service in the cell through the first user terminal is normal, if so, determining that the network communication link to be determined is a network problem, and if so, determining that the network communication link to be determined is the first user terminal problem.
8. A network communication problem determination processing apparatus, comprising:
a second calculating unit, configured to, if it is determined that a first user number corresponding to a network communication link to be determined has been subjected to a download service in multiple cells within a preset time period through a first user terminal, count a second number of times that a request delay is excessively long when the first user number has been subjected to the download service in each cell within the preset time period through the first user terminal, and calculate the number of cells in which the second number is greater than a fifth preset threshold;
a third determination unit, configured to determine that the network communication link to be determined is a network problem if it is determined that the number of the cells is not greater than 1;
a fourth determining unit, configured to determine that the network communication link to be determined is the problem of the first user terminal if it is determined that the number of the cells is greater than 1;

or, if it is determined that the first user number has been downloaded in only one cell within the preset time period through the first user terminal, determining whether the time delay for sending a request to a server by the second user number is longer than normal in the process of downloading the service in the cell through the first user terminal, and if so, determining that the network communication link to be determined is a network problem; and if the network communication link is too long, judging that the network communication link to be judged is the first user terminal problem.
10. A network communication problem determination processing apparatus, comprising:

a fourth processing unit, configured to, after the first user number sends a request to a server through a first user terminal in the preset time period, determine whether a time delay of the first user number from uploading data to an air interface of the server through the first user terminal is too long if a request time delay of the server in response to the first user terminal is not too long, and determine that the to-be-determined network communication link is a server or client problem if the time delay of the first user number from uploading data to the air interface of the server through the first user terminal is too long;
