after the target complaint problem is judged to be a user plane problem, according to signaling data of the user number in a preset historical time period before the complaint time, if judging that the DNS query fails, judging that the target complaint problem is a core network problem or a user problem according to a characteristic field in the signaling data;
wherein the determining that the target complaint problem is a core network problem or a user problem according to the characteristic field in the signaling data specifically includes: if the DNS server is judged to be abnormal according to the characteristic field in the signaling data, the target complaint problem is judged to be a core network problem; if the ratio of the DNS query failure times of the mobile management entity or the serving GPRS support node dimension to the total DNS query failure times is larger than 30%, determining that the MME/SGSN is abnormal, and judging that the target complaint problem is a core network problem; if the ratio of the DNS query failure times of the MME/SGSN dimension to the total DNS query failure times is not more than 30%, determining that a DNS server is abnormal, and judging that the target complaint problem is a core network problem; and if the domain name is judged to be wrong, judging that the target complaint problem is a user problem.

a determining unit, configured to determine, according to the target complaint problem, a network problem type corresponding to the target complaint problem, and determine, according to the problem details corresponding to the target complaint problem, that the target complaint problem is a user plane problem or a control plane problem;
the device further comprises:
after the target complaint problem is judged to be a user plane problem, according to signaling data of the user number in a preset historical time period before the complaint time, if judging that the DNS query fails, judging that the target complaint problem is a core network problem or a user problem according to a characteristic field in the signaling data;
wherein the determining that the target complaint problem is a core network problem or a user problem according to the characteristic field in the signaling data specifically includes: if the DNS server is judged to be abnormal according to the characteristic field in the signaling data, the target complaint problem is judged to be a core network problem; if the ratio of the DNS query failure times of the mobile management entity or the serving GPRS support node dimension to the total DNS query failure times is larger than 30%, determining that the MME/SGSN is abnormal, and judging that the target complaint problem is a core network problem; if the ratio of the DNS query failure times of the MME/SGSN dimension to the total DNS query failure times is not more than 30%, determining that a DNS server is abnormal, and judging that the target complaint problem is a core network problem; and if the domain name is judged to be wrong, judging that the target complaint problem is a user problem.
6. The device for determining and processing the network communication problem according to claim 5, wherein the determining unit is specifically configured to:
and judging the type of the network problem corresponding to the target complaint problem to be a 4G network problem, a 3G network problem or a 2G network problem according to the target complaint problem.
7. The device for determining and processing the network communication problem according to claim 5, wherein the determining unit is specifically configured to:
if the target complaint problem is judged to be any one or the combination of the slow internet surfing problem, the disconnection problem during internet surfing or the unstable network signal problem, the target complaint problem is judged to be the user plane problem; otherwise, the target complaint problem is judged to be a control plane problem.
8. The apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the determining unit comprises:
and a second judging subunit, configured to, after judging that the target complaint problem is a control plane problem, judge that the target complaint problem is a wireless network coverage problem if it is judged and obtained that the signaling data includes at least any two types of network signaling data from among 2G network signaling data, 3G network signaling data, or 4G network signaling data according to the signaling data of the user number in a preset historical time period before the complaint time.
