Claims (10)

1. A network problem analysis method of a high-speed rail network is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a complaint request of a user for a high-speed rail network at a high-speed rail station, wherein the complaint request comprises a user number and network problem occurrence time;
acquiring information that the user number occupies a cell in the high-speed rail network at the network problem occurrence time from a related system in an internet mode according to the user number and the network problem occurrence time;
acquiring network evaluation index information of the cell occupied by the user from a database according to the information of the cell occupied by the user and the occurrence time of the network problem;
inputting the network evaluation index information into a preset analysis model, analyzing the network problem of the user occupied cell, and outputting an analysis result so as to feed back the user complaint request according to the analysis result;
the inputting the network evaluation index information into a preset analysis model to analyze the problem that the user occupies the cell network comprises the following steps:
inputting the network evaluation index information into a preset analysis model, and determining indexes which do not meet a preset threshold value in the network evaluation index information according to the network evaluation index information and the preset threshold value;
and determining the reason of the network problem of the cell occupied by the user and/or key factors influencing the perception of the user according to the index which does not meet the preset threshold.
2. The method according to claim 1, before the obtaining the network evaluation index information of the cell occupied by the user from the database, further comprising:
and acquiring network evaluation index information of each cell of the high-speed rail network in real time and storing the network evaluation index information in the database.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the network evaluation indicator information comprises a network key performance indicator, KPI, and a key quality indicator, KQI, affecting the perception of the user.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the network evaluation index information includes at least one index of network coverage capability, network quality level, number of users, wireless network PRB utilization, and average interference level per PRB.
5. A network problem analysis device for a high-speed rail network, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a receiving module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a complaint request of a user on a high-speed rail network at a high-speed rail station, and the complaint request comprises a user number and network problem occurrence time;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring information that the user number occupies a cell in the high-speed rail network at the network problem occurrence time from a related system in an internet mode according to the user number and the network problem occurrence time; acquiring network evaluation index information of the cell occupied by the user from a database according to the information of the cell occupied by the user and the occurrence time of the network problem;
the analysis module is used for inputting the network evaluation index information into a preset analysis model, analyzing the problem of the network of the cell occupied by the user and outputting an analysis result so as to feed back the complaint request of the user according to the analysis result;
the analysis module is used for inputting the network evaluation index information into a preset analysis model and analyzing the problem that the user occupies the cell network, and is used for:
inputting the network evaluation index information into a preset analysis model, and determining indexes which do not meet a preset threshold value in the network evaluation index information according to the network evaluation index information and the preset threshold value;
and determining the reason of the network problem of the cell occupied by the user and/or key factors influencing the perception of the user according to the index which does not meet the preset threshold.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein before the obtaining module obtains the network evaluation index information of the cell occupied by the user from the database, the obtaining module is further configured to:
and acquiring network evaluation index information of each cell of the high-speed rail network in real time and storing the network evaluation index information in the database.
7. The apparatus according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the network evaluation indicator information comprises a network key performance indicator, KPI, and a key quality indicator, KQI, affecting user perception.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the network evaluation indicator information comprises at least one indicator of network coverage capability, network quality level, number of users, wireless network PRB utilization, and average interference level per PRB.
9. A network problem analysis device of a high-speed rail network, comprising:
a memory;
a processor; and
a computer program;
wherein the computer program is stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1-4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program;
the computer program, when executed by a processor, implementing the method of any one of claims 1-4.
