It should be noted that, if the frequency point corresponding to the serving cell is a designated frequency point, the handover measurement event configuration for other designated frequency points may not be updated, for example, an A3 event configured for the designated frequency point 1, an a4 event configured for the designated frequency point 2; in the voice communication process of the user terminal, if the frequency point corresponding to the switching measurement event report message received by the service cell is the designated frequency point, a corresponding switching instruction can be generated, so that the user terminal is switched to the cell corresponding to the designated frequency point with better cell quality.

In addition, corresponding A3 event control instructions can be generated for frequency points with the same priority; and then sending the switching measurement event control instruction to the user terminal. At this time, the thresholds for generating the a4 event report message and the a5 event report message may be different from the thresholds in step 207 and step 211.
To sum up, after receiving a voice call establishment request sent by a user terminal, a serving cell of the embodiment of the present invention determines whether a frequency point corresponding to the serving cell is a designated frequency point; if the frequency point corresponding to the service cell is the designated frequency point, an A5 event control instruction corresponding to the non-designated frequency point can be generated and sent to increase the difficulty of switching the user terminal to the cell corresponding to the non-designated frequency point, so that the user terminal can continuously reside in the service cell; if the frequency point corresponding to the service cell is not the designated frequency point, the service cell enables the user terminal to be accessed to the cell corresponding to the designated frequency point, and a switching instruction corresponding to the designated frequency point can be generated; thereby ensuring the voice quality.
Further, in the process of generating a corresponding switching instruction according to the designated frequency point, an A4 event control instruction corresponding to the designated frequency point is generated to instruct the user terminal to measure the quality of the cell corresponding to the designated frequency point; when the cell quality of a cell corresponding to a designated frequency point measured by a user terminal is higher than a threshold value, reporting an A4 event report message, receiving an A4 event report message sent by the user terminal by a service cell, and determining that the report message corresponds to the designated frequency point; generating a switching instruction corresponding to the designated frequency point corresponding to the report message; the cell quality of the cell corresponding to the designated frequency point can easily exceed the threshold value, and the difficulty of switching the user terminal to the cell corresponding to the designated frequency point is further reduced.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
Referring to fig. 3, a block diagram of a data processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may specifically include: a frequency point determining module 301, a first judging module 302, a switching instruction generating module 303 and a measuring instruction generating module 304, wherein,
a frequency point determining module 301, configured to receive, by a serving cell, a voice call establishment request sent by a user terminal, and determine a frequency point corresponding to the serving cell;
a first determining module 302, configured to determine whether a frequency point corresponding to the serving cell is an assigned frequency point, where an interference degree of the assigned frequency point is smaller than an interference degree of a non-assigned frequency point;
a switching instruction generating module 303, configured to generate a corresponding switching instruction according to the designated frequency point and send the switching instruction if the frequency point corresponding to the serving cell is not the designated frequency point, where the switching instruction is used to instruct the user terminal to access the cell corresponding to the designated frequency point;
a measurement instruction generating module 304, configured to generate a corresponding a5 event control instruction according to the non-designated frequency point and send the instruction if the frequency point corresponding to the serving cell is the designated frequency point, so that the user terminal resides in the serving cell.
Referring to FIG. 4, there is shown a block diagram of another data processing apparatus embodiment of the present invention; in an alternative embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further comprises: a second decision block 305, a connection establishment block 306 and a measurement instruction configuration block 307, wherein,
a second determining module 305, configured to determine whether the designated frequency point exists in a neighbor list of the serving cell;
the switching instruction generating module 303 is configured to execute the step of generating an a4 event control instruction corresponding to the designated frequency point if the designated frequency point exists in the neighbor cell list of the serving cell;
a connection establishing module 306, configured to establish a voice call connection for the user equipment if the designated frequency point does not exist in the neighbor cell list of the serving cell.
A measurement instruction configuration module 307, configured to receive, by the serving cell, a voice call termination request sent by a user terminal, and determine a priority of each frequency point in a neighbor cell list of the serving cell; generating a corresponding switching measurement event control instruction for each frequency point in the neighbor list according to the priority; and sending the switching measurement event control instruction to the user terminal.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the switching instruction generating module 303 is specifically configured to generate an a4 event control instruction corresponding to the specified frequency point, and send the a4 event control instruction to the user terminal, where the a4 event control instruction is used to instruct the user terminal to measure quality of a cell corresponding to the specified frequency point; receiving an A4 event report message sent by the user terminal, and determining a designated frequency point corresponding to the report message; and generating a switching instruction corresponding to the designated frequency point corresponding to the report message.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the measurement instruction generating module 304 is specifically configured to search, according to the designated frequency point, a non-designated frequency point from a neighbor cell list of the serving cell; and generating a corresponding A5 event control instruction for each non-designated frequency point in the neighbor list.
After receiving a voice call establishment request sent by a user terminal, a serving cell of the embodiment of the invention can determine a frequency point corresponding to the serving cell, and then judge whether the frequency point corresponding to the serving cell is a designated frequency point, wherein the designated frequency point is small in interference degree relative to a non-designated frequency point; if the frequency point corresponding to the serving cell is the designated frequency point, the serving cell can generate an A5 event control instruction corresponding to the non-designated frequency point for enabling the user terminal to continuously stay in the serving cell, and send the instruction to the user terminal, so as to increase the difficulty of switching the user terminal to the cell corresponding to the non-designated frequency point; if the frequency point corresponding to the service cell is not the designated frequency point, the service cell enables the user terminal to be accessed to the cell corresponding to the designated frequency point, and a switching instruction corresponding to the designated frequency point can be generated; and further, the voice quality is ensured by ensuring that the cell accessed by the user terminal for carrying out the voice service is the cell corresponding to the designated frequency point.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the system embodiment.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.

Claims (10)

1. A data processing method, comprising:
a service cell receives a voice call establishment request sent by a user terminal and determines a frequency point corresponding to the service cell;
judging whether the frequency point corresponding to the service cell is a designated frequency point, wherein the interference degree of the designated frequency point is smaller than that of a non-designated frequency point;
if the frequency point corresponding to the service cell is not the designated frequency point, generating a corresponding switching instruction according to the designated frequency point and sending the switching instruction, wherein the switching instruction is used for indicating the user terminal to access the cell corresponding to the designated frequency point;
if the frequency point corresponding to the serving cell is a designated frequency point, when the quality of the serving cell is lower than a first threshold value and the quality of the cell corresponding to the non-designated frequency point is higher than a second threshold value, generating a corresponding A5 event control instruction according to the non-designated frequency point and sending the instruction, so that the user terminal is resident in the serving cell.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the generating a corresponding switching instruction according to the designated frequency point comprises:
generating an A4 event control instruction corresponding to the designated frequency point, and sending the A4 event control instruction to the user terminal, wherein the A4 event control instruction is used for indicating the user terminal to measure the quality of a cell corresponding to the designated frequency point;
receiving an A4 event report message sent by the user terminal, and determining a designated frequency point corresponding to the report message;
and generating a switching instruction corresponding to the designated frequency point corresponding to the report message.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
judging whether the designated frequency point exists in a neighbor cell list of the serving cell;
if yes, executing the step of generating the A4 event control instruction corresponding to the designated frequency point;
if not, the service cell establishes voice call connection for the user terminal.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the generating of the corresponding a5 event control command according to the non-designated frequency point comprises:
searching a non-designated frequency point from a neighbor cell list of the serving cell according to the designated frequency point;
and generating a corresponding A5 event control instruction for each non-designated frequency point in the neighbor list.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the service cell receives a voice call ending request sent by a user terminal and determines the priority of each frequency point in a neighbor cell list of the service cell;
generating a corresponding switching measurement event control instruction for each frequency point in the neighbor list according to the priority;
and sending the switching measurement event control instruction to the user terminal.
6. A data processing apparatus, comprising:
a frequency point determining module, configured to receive, by a serving cell, a voice call establishment request sent by a user terminal, and determine a frequency point corresponding to the serving cell;
the first judgment module is used for judging whether the frequency point corresponding to the serving cell is a designated frequency point, wherein the interference degree of the designated frequency point is less than that of a non-designated frequency point;
a switching instruction generating module, configured to generate a corresponding switching instruction according to the designated frequency point and send the switching instruction if the frequency point corresponding to the serving cell is not the designated frequency point, where the switching instruction is used to instruct the user terminal to access the cell corresponding to the designated frequency point;
and a measurement instruction generating module, configured to, if the frequency point corresponding to the serving cell is a designated frequency point, generate and send a corresponding a5 event control instruction according to the non-designated frequency point when the quality of the serving cell is lower than a first threshold and the quality of the cell corresponding to the non-designated frequency point is higher than a second threshold, so that the user terminal is camped in the serving cell.
7. The apparatus of claim 6,
the switching instruction generating module is specifically configured to generate an a4 event control instruction corresponding to the designated frequency point, and send the a4 event control instruction to the user terminal, where the a4 event control instruction is used to instruct the user terminal to measure the quality of a cell corresponding to the designated frequency point; receiving an A4 event report message sent by the user terminal, and determining a designated frequency point corresponding to the report message; and generating a switching instruction corresponding to the designated frequency point corresponding to the report message.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a second judging module, configured to judge whether the designated frequency point exists in a neighbor cell list of the serving cell;
the switching instruction generating module is configured to execute the step of generating an a4 event control instruction corresponding to the designated frequency point if the designated frequency point exists in the neighbor cell list of the serving cell;
and the connection establishing module is used for establishing voice call connection for the user terminal if the specified frequency point does not exist in the neighbor cell list of the service cell.
9. The apparatus of claim 6,
the measurement instruction generating module is specifically configured to search a non-designated frequency point from a neighbor cell list of the serving cell according to the designated frequency point; and generating a corresponding A5 event control instruction for each non-designated frequency point in the neighbor list.
10. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
a measurement instruction configuration module, configured to receive, by the serving cell, a voice call termination request sent by a user terminal, and determine priorities of frequency points in a neighbor cell list of the serving cell; generating a corresponding switching measurement event control instruction for each frequency point in the neighbor list according to the priority; and sending the switching measurement event control instruction to the user terminal.
