the Mn and the Mp are measured by a user terminal, and other parameters are configured by a serving cell; therefore, determining the first cell individual offset according to the measurement message may specifically include the following sub-steps:
substep 51, obtaining the quality parameter of the corresponding target handover cell from the measurement message, and obtaining the configuration parameter corresponding to the handover event.
Substep 52, calculating the individual offset of the first cell according to the quality parameter and the configuration parameter of the target handover cell.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, a quality parameter (i.e., Mn) corresponding to a target handover cell may be obtained from a measurement message, the individual offset of the first cell may be calculated according to a corresponding configuration parameter configured for the handover event by the obtained cell, and then according to the quality parameter and the configuration parameter of the target handover cell, specifically, according to a Max _ Ocn calculation formula corresponding to the measurement message of the handover event, the corresponding parameter may be obtained and calculated, and then the Max _ Ocn obtained by the calculation may be used as the individual offset of the first cell. If the handover event measurement message is an a3 event measurement message, the quality parameter (i.e., Mp) of the serving cell may also be obtained.
And step 206, determining the individual offset of the second cell according to the suppression parameter.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the individual offset of the second cell may be calculated according to the ping-pong handover times in the suppression parameter and a preset adjustment step size, and specifically, the following substeps may be included:
and a substep 61 of obtaining ping-pong switching times of the user terminal from the suppression parameter, and obtaining a third cell individual offset and an adjustment step length corresponding to the switching event.
And a substep 62 of calculating the individual offset of the second cell according to the individual offset of the third cell, the ping-pong switching times and the adjustment step length.
Specifically, the second cell individual offset may be calculated according to the following formula:

the OCn2 is the individual offset of a second cell, the OCn3 is the individual offset of a third cell, the S is the adjustment step length, and the n is the ping-pong switching frequency; the third cell individual offset is a cell specific offset (i.e., Ocn) of a neighboring cell in a reporting condition corresponding to the handover event measurement message.
And step 207, selecting a minimum value from the first cell individual offset and the second cell individual offset, and taking the minimum value as the cell individual offset.
And then selecting a minimum value from the first cell individual offset and the second cell individual offset, wherein the minimum value may not be matched with the value of the cell individual offset configured in the protocol, so that the cell individual offset matched with the minimum value can be selected from the cell individual offsets in the protocol in a downward value-taking mode, and then the matched cell individual offset is used as the cell individual offset sent to the user terminal.
And step 208, sending the cell individual offset to the user terminal, starting timing, and recording the execution duration of the user terminal for executing ping-pong suppression.
And 209, judging whether the execution duration reaches the ping-pong suppression duration.
And then the service cell can send the cell individual offset to the user terminal, and the user terminal can add the new cell individual offset into the measurement after receiving the new cell individual offset so as to judge whether to report a switching event measurement message or not according to the new cell individual offset in the follow-up process.
In another embodiment of the present invention, since the user terminal is mobile, that is, the quality of the serving cell and the quality of the neighboring cell received by the user terminal are changed, the time length for inhibiting the user terminal from being switched is not too long in order to ensure the communication quality of the user terminal; therefore, the embodiment of the invention can set ping-pong suppression duration such as 30 seconds and the like in advance according to the service type requirement, starts timing when the cell individual offset is sent to the user terminal, and records the execution duration of the user terminal for executing ping-pong suppression; and then judging whether the execution duration reaches ping-pong suppression duration to judge whether to terminate the suppression of the user terminal switching. If the execution duration reaches the ping-pong suppression duration, step 211 may be executed; if the execution duration does not reach the ping-pong suppression duration, step 210 can be performed.
Step 210, the serving cell receives an a2 event measurement message reported by the user equipment, where a measurement threshold corresponding to the a2 event is a heterogeneous system handover threshold.
And step 211, taking the third cell individual offset as the cell individual offset and sending the cell individual offset to the user terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the quality of the serving cell detected by the ue is lower than the measurement threshold corresponding to the a2 event, an a2 event measurement message may be reported to the serving cell, where the measurement threshold corresponding to the a2 event is a handover threshold of a different system. Therefore, if the execution duration of the serving cell does not reach the ping-pong suppression duration, the a2 event measurement message reported by the user terminal is received, that is, the serving cell quality is determined to be too poor, in order to ensure the communication quality of the user terminal, on one hand, the personalized offset of the third cell can be used as the personalized offset of the cell and sent to the user terminal without suppressing the switching of the user terminal; the third cell individual offset is greater than the cell individual offset sent to the user terminal in step 208, so that the user terminal can be easily switched to the neighboring cell. On the other hand, a B2 event control command may be sent to instruct the user to determine whether the quality of the inter-system neighboring cell is higher than the fourth threshold and whether the quality of the serving cell is smaller than the fifth threshold; when the quality of the inter-system adjacent cell is higher than the fourth threshold and the quality of the serving cell is lower than the fifth threshold, the ue may report a B2 event measurement message to request handover to the inter-system adjacent cell.
Further, step 211 may also be performed when it is determined that the execution duration reaches the ping-pong suppression duration.
Step 212, generating a corresponding switching instruction according to the measurement message, and sending the switching instruction to the user terminal.
When the suppression parameters are determined not to satisfy the ping-pong handover suppression condition, acquiring a target handover cell from the measurement message, then generating a handover instruction corresponding to the target handover cell, and then sending the handover instruction to the user terminal; and after receiving the switching instruction, the user terminal can switch to a corresponding target switching cell according to the switching quality.
To sum up, after receiving a handover event measurement message reported by a user terminal, a serving cell of the embodiment of the present invention may obtain a suppression parameter corresponding to the user terminal, so as to determine whether to suppress handover of the user terminal according to the suppression parameter; namely, whether the suppression parameter meets the ping-pong handover suppression condition is judged, if the suppression parameter does not meet the ping-pong handover suppression condition, the handover of the user terminal does not need to be suppressed, and a handover instruction can be sent to the user terminal to indicate the user terminal to access the neighboring cell with better quality, so that the communication quality of the user terminal is improved. If the suppression parameter meets the ping-pong handover suppression condition, the handover of the user terminal can be suppressed, and then the individual offset of the first cell can be determined according to the measurement message, and the individual offset of the second cell can be determined according to the suppression parameter; the first cell individual offset is the maximum value of the measurement message of the switching event which is not reported, so that the minimum value can be selected from the first cell individual offset and the second cell individual offset, and the minimum value is used as the cell individual offset to be sent to the user terminal, so that the effectiveness of the ping-pong switching of the user terminal which is restrained at this time can be ensured, and the communication quality of the user terminal is improved.
Further, when judging whether the suppression parameter meets the suppression ping-pong switching condition, judging whether the spectrum efficiency is lower than an efficiency threshold; if the frequency spectrum efficiency is lower than an efficiency threshold, judging whether the access duration is shorter than a detection duration; if the access duration is less than the detection duration, judging whether the ping-pong switching times are greater than a quantity threshold; if the ping-pong switching times are greater than a quantity threshold, determining that the suppression parameter meets a suppression ping-pong switching condition; otherwise, determining that the suppression parameter does not satisfy the ping-pong handover suppression condition. And when the quality of the comprehensive network of the service cell is determined to be poor, no matter whether the ping-pong switching occurs to the user terminal, the ping-pong switching of the user terminal is not required to be inhibited, so that the communication quality of the user terminal is ensured.
Thirdly, when the execution duration is judged to reach the ping-pong suppression duration, the embodiment of the invention takes the third cell individual offset as the cell individual offset and sends the cell individual offset to the user terminal; and then the ping-pong switch of the user terminal is inhibited within the ping-pong inhibition time, and the switch inhibition of the user terminal can be cancelled after the ping-pong inhibition time is reached, so that the subsequent communication quality of the user terminal can be ensured. Then, when the execution duration does not reach the ping-pong suppression duration, the serving cell receives an a2 event measurement message reported by the user terminal, and a measurement threshold corresponding to the a2 event is a different system switching threshold; taking the third cell individual offset as the cell individual offset and sending the cell individual offset to the user terminal; and then when the quality of the service cell is determined to be poor, the ping-pong handover of the user terminal is not inhibited so as to ensure the communication quality of the user terminal.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are described as a series of acts or combination of acts, but those skilled in the art will recognize that the present invention is not limited by the illustrated order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments of the present invention. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred and that no particular act is required to implement the invention.
Referring to fig. 3, a block diagram of a structure of an embodiment of the apparatus for suppressing ping-pong handover according to the present invention is shown, and specifically, the apparatus may include the following modules: an acquisition module 301, a handover judgment module 302, an offset generation module 303, and a handover command generation module 304, wherein,
an obtaining module 301, configured to receive, by a serving cell, a handover event measurement message reported by a user terminal, and obtain a suppression parameter corresponding to the user terminal;
a switching judgment module 302, configured to judge whether the suppression parameter meets a ping-pong switching suppression condition;
an offset generating module 303, configured to determine, if the suppression parameter meets a ping-pong handover suppression condition, an individual offset of a first cell according to a measurement message and an individual offset of a second cell according to the suppression parameter, where the individual offset of the first cell is a maximum value of a measurement message for a handover event that is not reported; selecting a minimum value from the first cell individual offset and the second cell individual offset, taking the minimum value as a cell individual offset, and sending the cell individual offset to the user terminal;
a switching instruction generating module 304, configured to generate a corresponding switching instruction according to the measurement message and send the switching instruction to the user terminal if the suppression parameter does not satisfy the ping-pong handover suppression condition.
Referring to fig. 4, a block diagram of another embodiment of an apparatus for suppressing ping-pong handover is shown, and in an optional embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus further includes: a duration recording module 305 and an offset resetting module 306, wherein,
a duration recording module 305, configured to start timing when the cell individual offset is sent to the user terminal, and record an execution duration for the user terminal to execute ping-pong suppression;
and an offset resetting module 306, configured to determine that the execution duration reaches the ping-pong suppression duration, use the third cell individual offset as the cell individual offset, and send the cell individual offset to the user terminal.
The offset resetting module 306 is further configured to determine that the execution duration does not reach the ping-pong suppression duration, where the serving cell receives an a2 event measurement message reported by the user terminal, and executes the step of sending the personalized offset of the third cell to the user terminal as the personalized offset of the cell; wherein, the measurement threshold corresponding to the a2 event is an inter-system handover threshold.
In an optional embodiment of the present invention, the offset generating module 303 includes: a first generation submodule 3031 and a second generation submodule 3032, wherein,
a first generating submodule 3031, configured to obtain a quality parameter of a corresponding target handover cell from the measurement message, and obtain a configuration parameter corresponding to the handover event; and calculating the individual offset of the first cell according to the quality parameter and the configuration parameter of the target switching cell.
A second generating submodule 3032, configured to obtain the ping-pong handover times of the user equipment from the suppression parameter, and obtain an individual offset and an adjustment step length of a third cell corresponding to the handover event; and calculating the individual offset of the second cell according to the individual offset of the third cell, the ping-pong switching times and the adjustment step length.
In an optional embodiment of the invention, the suppression parameters comprise: the spectrum efficiency of the transmission channel of the serving cell and the user terminal, the access duration of the user terminal and the ping-pong handover times of the user terminal,
the handover determining module 302 is specifically configured to determine whether the spectrum efficiency is lower than an efficiency threshold;
if the frequency spectrum efficiency is lower than an efficiency threshold, judging whether the access duration is shorter than a detection duration; if the access duration is less than the detection duration, judging whether the ping-pong switching frequency is greater than a quantity threshold; if the ping-pong switching times are greater than a quantity threshold, determining that the suppression parameter meets a suppression ping-pong switching condition;
otherwise, determining that the suppression parameter does not satisfy the ping-pong handover suppression condition.
After receiving a handover event measurement message reported by a user terminal, a serving cell of the embodiment of the present invention can obtain a suppression parameter corresponding to the user terminal, so as to determine whether to suppress handover of the user terminal according to the suppression parameter; namely, whether the suppression parameter meets the ping-pong handover suppression condition is judged, if the suppression parameter does not meet the ping-pong handover suppression condition, namely, the handover of the user terminal does not need to be suppressed, a corresponding handover instruction can be generated and sent according to the measurement message to indicate the user terminal to perform the handover, and a neighboring cell with better access quality is accessed, thereby improving the communication quality of the user terminal. If the suppression parameter meets the ping-pong handover suppression condition, the handover of the user terminal can be suppressed, and then the individual offset of the first cell can be determined according to the measurement message, and the individual offset of the second cell can be determined according to the suppression parameter; the first cell individual offset is the maximum value of the measurement message of the switching event which is not reported, so that the minimum value can be selected from the first cell individual offset and the second cell individual offset, and the minimum value is used as the cell individual offset to be sent to the user terminal, so that the effectiveness of the ping-pong switching of the user terminal which is restrained at this time can be ensured, and the communication quality of the user terminal is improved.
For the device embodiment, since it is basically similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, refer to the partial description of the method embodiment.

Claims (12)

1. A method for inhibiting ping-pong handovers, comprising:
a service cell receives a switching event measurement message reported by a user terminal and acquires a suppression parameter corresponding to the user terminal;
judging whether the suppression parameters meet a suppression ping-pong switching condition;
if the suppression parameter meets the ping-pong handover suppression condition, determining a first cell individual offset according to the measurement message and determining a second cell individual offset according to the suppression parameter, wherein the first cell individual offset is the maximum value of the measurement message of the handover event which is not reported; selecting a minimum value from the first cell individual offset and the second cell individual offset, taking the minimum value as a cell individual offset, and sending the cell individual offset to the user terminal;
and if the suppression parameters do not meet the ping-pong switching suppression condition, generating a corresponding switching instruction according to the measurement message, and sending the switching instruction to the user terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the calculating the first cell personality offset from the measurement message comprises:
acquiring quality parameters of a corresponding target switching cell from the measurement message, and acquiring configuration parameters corresponding to the switching event;
and calculating the individual offset of the first cell according to the quality parameter and the configuration parameter of the target switching cell.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the second cell personality offset based on the suppression parameter comprises:
obtaining ping-pong switching times of the user terminal from the suppression parameters, and obtaining a third cell individual offset and an adjustment step length corresponding to the switching event;
and calculating the individual offset of the second cell according to the individual offset of the third cell, the ping-pong switching times and the adjustment step length.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the suppression parameters comprise: the spectrum efficiency of the transmission channel of the serving cell and the user terminal, the access duration of the user terminal and the ping-pong handover times of the user terminal,
the judging whether the suppression parameter meets a suppression ping-pong switching condition includes:
judging whether the frequency spectrum efficiency is lower than an efficiency threshold;
if the frequency spectrum efficiency is lower than an efficiency threshold, judging whether the access duration is shorter than a detection duration; if the access duration is less than the detection duration, judging whether the ping-pong switching times are greater than a quantity threshold; if the ping-pong switching times are greater than a quantity threshold, determining that the suppression parameter meets a suppression ping-pong switching condition;
otherwise, determining that the suppression parameter does not satisfy the ping-pong handover suppression condition.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
timing is started when the cell individual offset is sent to the user terminal, and the execution duration of the user terminal for executing ping-pong suppression is recorded;
and judging that the execution time reaches the ping-pong suppression time, and sending the personalized offset of the third cell to the user terminal as the personalized offset of the cell.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
judging that the execution duration does not reach the ping-pong suppression duration, the serving cell receiving an A2 event measurement message reported by the user terminal, executing the step of taking the third cell individual offset as the cell individual offset and sending the cell individual offset to the user terminal;
wherein, the measurement threshold corresponding to the a2 event is an inter-system handover threshold.
7. An apparatus for inhibiting ping-pong handovers, comprising:
an obtaining module, configured to receive, by a serving cell, a handover event measurement message reported by a user terminal, and obtain a suppression parameter corresponding to the user terminal;
the switching judgment module is used for judging whether the inhibition parameters meet the ping-pong switching inhibition condition;
an offset generation module, configured to determine, if the suppression parameter meets a ping-pong handover suppression condition, an individual offset of a first cell according to the measurement message and an individual offset of a second cell according to the suppression parameter, where the individual offset of the first cell is a maximum value of a measurement message for a handover event that is not reported; selecting a minimum value from the first cell individual offset and the second cell individual offset, taking the minimum value as a cell individual offset, and sending the cell individual offset to the user terminal;
and the switching instruction generating module is used for generating a corresponding switching instruction according to the measurement message and sending the switching instruction to the user terminal if the suppression parameter does not meet the suppression ping-pong switching condition.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the offset generation module comprises:
the first generation submodule is used for acquiring the quality parameters of the corresponding target switching cell from the measurement message and acquiring the configuration parameters corresponding to the switching event; and calculating the individual offset of the first cell according to the quality parameter and the configuration parameter of the target switching cell.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the offset generation module comprises:
a second generation submodule, configured to obtain ping-pong handover times of the user equipment from the suppression parameter, and obtain an individual offset and an adjustment step length of a third cell corresponding to the handover event; and calculating the individual offset of the second cell according to the individual offset of the third cell, the ping-pong switching times and the adjustment step length.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the suppression parameters comprise: the spectrum efficiency of the transmission channel of the serving cell and the user terminal, the access duration of the user terminal and the ping-pong handover times of the user terminal,
the switching judgment module is specifically configured to judge whether the spectrum efficiency is lower than an efficiency threshold;
if the frequency spectrum efficiency is lower than an efficiency threshold, judging whether the access duration is shorter than a detection duration; if the access duration is less than the detection duration, judging whether the ping-pong switching times are greater than a quantity threshold; if the ping-pong switching times are greater than a quantity threshold, determining that the suppression parameter meets a suppression ping-pong switching condition;
otherwise, determining that the suppression parameter does not satisfy the ping-pong handover suppression condition.
11. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the time length recording module is used for starting timing when the cell individual offset is sent to the user terminal and recording the execution time length of the user terminal for executing ping-pong suppression;
and the offset resetting module is used for judging that the execution time length reaches the ping-pong suppression time length, taking the third cell individual offset as the cell individual offset and sending the cell individual offset to the user terminal.
12. The apparatus of claim 11,
the offset resetting module is further configured to determine that the execution duration does not reach the ping-pong suppression duration, where the serving cell receives an a2 event measurement message reported by the user terminal, and executes the step of taking the personalized offset of the third cell as the personalized offset of the cell and sending the personalized offset of the third cell to the user terminal; wherein, the measurement threshold corresponding to the a2 event is an inter-system handover threshold.
