With the continuous increase of the bandwidth of the mobile network and the continuous increase of the uploading and downloading rates, the mobile terminal call is mainly based on data to perform various traditional related services, such as voice and video calls.
In the process of carrying out multi-party call by a plurality of mobile terminals, a terminal as an organizer can add the terminal into the current multi-party call by calling other terminals, however, when a called terminal is not in a service area or is powered off, the organizer terminal cannot add the called terminal into the current call, and thus the called terminal is considered to be unreachable. Since the organizer terminal does not know when the inaccessible terminal is accessible, the organizer terminal can only call the participants again manually at a later indefinite time, but this method cannot join the terminal to the ongoing call in time and is not convenient in operation.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a method for calling a called party in a multi-party call, which is applied to an organizer terminal and comprises the following steps:
s11, sending a multi-party call request to a network side device, wherein the multi-party call request carries a request for acquiring unreachable information of a called terminal;
s12, receiving unreachable information of the called terminal sent by the network side equipment;
s13, receiving the reachable information of the called terminal sent by the network side equipment;
and S14, sending a call request to the called terminal.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, after receiving the unreachable information of the called terminal sent by the network side device, the method further includes:
and S15, automatically sending a calling request to the called terminal at preset time intervals.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, after the sending the multiparty call request to the network side device, the method further includes:
s16, receiving the information that the called terminal is not allowed to record the self state sent by the network side equipment;
and S17, automatically sending a calling request to the called terminal at preset time intervals.
Specifically, the multiparty call includes an organizer terminal and a participant terminal, wherein the organizer terminal is a mobile terminal in a leading position and serves as a calling party, and the participant is a mobile terminal in a non-leading position and serves as a called party.
After the organizer terminal initiates a multi-party call request to the participant terminal, the network monitors that some terminals in the called participant terminal are not in a service area or are powered off and other unreachable situations, and the network feeds back unreachable information of the participant terminals to the organizer terminal. When the called participant terminal does not allow the network to feed back the state information of the participant terminal to the organizer terminal, the network feeds back the information that the participant terminal does not allow the recording of the state of the participant terminal to the organizer terminal.
After receiving the reachable information of the participant terminal fed back by the network side equipment, the organizer terminal waits for the reachable information fed back by the network side equipment, and after receiving the reachable information of the participant terminal, the organizer terminal initiates a call to the participant terminal again, so that the participant terminal can be added into the multi-party call in time.
Or after the organizer terminal receives the unreachable information of the participant terminal fed back by the network side equipment or the fed back information that the participant terminal does not allow to record the self state, the organizer terminal starts an active dialing timer, and when the timer is overtime, the organizer terminal automatically dials the participant terminal which does not call in the multi-party call, so that the organizer terminal automatically calls the participant terminal which does not call in at preset time intervals, and the efficiency of calling the participant terminal in the multi-party call is improved.
The invention provides a method for calling a called party in a multi-party call, which is applied to network side equipment and comprises the following steps:
s21, receiving a multi-party call request sent by an organizer terminal, wherein the multi-party call request carries a request for acquiring unreachable information of a called terminal;
s22, recording the unreachable information of the called terminal;
s23, transmitting the unreachable information of the called terminal or the information that the called terminal does not allow to record the self state to the organizer terminal;
s24, when the called terminal is monitored to be reachable, judging whether the organizer terminal is carrying out multi-party call;
and S25, when the organizer terminal is carrying out the multi-party call, the reachable information of the called terminal is sent to the organizer terminal, so that the organizer terminal sends a call request to the called terminal according to the reachable information.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, after the sending the reachability information of the called terminal to the organizer terminal, the method further includes:

step one, an organizer terminal initiates a multi-party call request to a participant terminal.
And step two, network monitoring whether the participant terminal is accessible.
And step three, when the participant terminal is unreachable, the network records the unreachable information of the participant terminal, otherwise, the existing call flow is carried out.
And step four, the network monitors that the participant terminal is accessible.
And step five, the network monitors whether the organizer terminal is still carrying out the multi-party call.
Step six, if the organizer terminal is still carrying out multi-party communication, the network informs the organizer terminal that the participant terminal is accessible and removes the inaccessible information of the participant terminal; otherwise, turning to the step eight.
And step seven, the organizer terminal calls the participant terminal again.
And step eight, the network directly clears the inaccessible information of the participant terminal.
According to the method for calling the called party in the multi-party call, after the organizer terminal initiates the multi-party call request, the network monitors the terminal which is not called in, and when the organizer terminal is monitored to be reachable, the terminal which is not called in is fed back to the organizer terminal so that the organizer terminal can initiate the call to the terminal again, and therefore the terminal is added into the multi-party call. Compared with the prior art, the invention can add the terminal which is not called into the multi-party call in time when the multi-party call is carried out.
