Description

Multi-party call establishing method and device and multi-way terminal
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for establishing a multi-party call, and a multi-pass terminal.
Background
In an IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem) based video call, a user may open or close a unidirectional video for a current call opposite end and call a third-party user, but when the two operations are performed simultaneously, due to the complex involved scenes and the crossing of process signaling, the complex scenes and the crossing processes may be difficult to process by a network and a terminal, and especially due to some unknown processing capabilities or process differences of the network, the terminal may fail to establish the call due to a compatibility processing problem.
For example, IMS user a establishes a video call with user B and user a opens the one-way video function, and at this time, video data of user B is in a state of being only transmitted and not received, and audio data is normally received and transmitted. If a user B wants to keep a video call with the user A, the user B calls the user C again, the user B needs to set video and audio data of the user A to be in a sending-only and non-receiving state and then calls the user C, but when the user A starts a one-way video, the video data of the user B is set to be in a sending-only and non-receiving state, the user B needs to consider that the network requires the terminal to only initiate audio retention or still needs the user to initiate audio and video retention at the same time, and network compatibility difference can require the terminal to perform different processing; meanwhile, the user B needs to consider whether the new telephone is an audio telephone or a video telephone, and if the new telephone is a video telephone, whether the network supports multi-channel video telephone needs to be considered.
In the process of implementing the invention, the inventor finds that at least the following technical problems exist in the prior art:
after the user opens the one-way video at the opposite end, when calling the second call, the above compatible processing will increase the processing complexity of the user B, thereby increasing the probability of call failure of the second call.
