The invention provides a method and a device for realizing multi-party call and a multi-pass terminal. The method comprises the following steps: after SRVCC switching, the network side is informed to merge the call into the network side multi-party call. The invention can keep the multi-party call after SRVCC switching due to poor network signal.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for implementing a multi-party call, and a multi-pass terminal.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the mobile network bandwidth and the optimization of the mobile device performance, the requirements of the user on the services provided by the mobile terminal are gradually increased. At present, mobile terminal services are becoming more and more diversified from traditional two-person conversation, and services such as video conversation, call forwarding, multi-party conversation and the like are added. In the existing method for a host to implement a multi-party Call, a host implements audio mixing of the multi-party Call at the host, and when a network signal is poor and cannot provide a normal Voice over LTE (Voice over LTE, LTE-based network audio and video Call) Call service, a host terminal initiates SRVCC (Single Radio Voice Call Continuity) to switch to another network. 2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the notifying the network side to merge the call in the active state and the call in the hold state into the network side multi-party call, the method further comprises:

a call establishing unit, configured to notify the network side to re-establish a call with the hung-up call peer end respectively when the number of calls before SRVCC handover is greater than 2;

4. The apparatus of claim 3, further comprising:
