Description

Call service processing method and terminal
Technical Field
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of mobile communication, in particular to a call service processing method and a terminal.
Background
With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, a terminal such as a smart phone becomes an indispensable tool in various aspects of people's life, and the main services of the terminal are also gradually changed from the previous voice service to voice service and data service, especially the Long Term Evolution (LTE) and volte (voice over LTE) technologies of the universal mobile communication technology, so that the data service and the voice service can be performed simultaneously, and the data service is more convenient.
The existing LTE terminals mainly include two types, which are distinguished by whether voice services, i.e., VOLTE services, under an LTE network are supported: a Circuit Switched Fallback (CSFB) terminal and a VOLTE terminal; the present network service response mechanism of the CSFB terminal is as follows: a dual-domain attachment (combined-attach) strategy is adopted in the boot process, and a CSFB (Global System for Mobile communication, GSM) network and an Evolved Packet System (EPS) network, i.e. an LTE network, are simultaneously completed in the Initial attachment (Initial attach) process.
After the attachment is completed, once the user receives Paging under the data service in the LTE network, the terminal normally responds to the Paging to complete the data service; if the paging under the voice service is received, the terminal side initiates redirection to the GSM network in the LTE network, and establishes a call in the GSM network.
The VOLTE terminal current network service response mechanism is as follows: the VOLTE terminal (the default Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) has started the VOLTE function) completes the registration of the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) domain on the basis of completing the above-mentioned dual domain attachment when starting up, and the user can implement VOLTE call on the LTE network.
After the dual attachment and IMS domain registration are completed, all normal paging received by the user in the LTE network is data service paging, and the terminal normally responds to the paging and establishes service connection; if the terminal is in an idle state at this time, a Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection is established, and the terminal is converted into a connected state; therefore, at this time, the terminal receives a request (Invite) message issued by the network side, and can confirm that the received voice service request is received, and then trigger the VOLTE called service flow. Otherwise, if the terminal does not receive the Invite message and only receives the downlink scheduling, the data service flow is triggered subsequently.
Although data traffic may be concurrent with voice traffic, in some usage scenarios, a user may wish to only conduct data traffic and reject voice traffic to avoid being disturbed by a voice call; in order to achieve the above purpose, in the prior art, many terminals provide a way of implementing a "black list" through an application program or other ways, add special marks to some numbers, so that the terminal automatically rejects incoming calls of the number, and then the ring tone fed back to the opposite-end user in this way is usually the same as the ring-off tone, which causes poor experience for the user and the opposite-end user; there is also a method that the terminal provides the flight mode, once the flight mode is turned on, the terminal will disconnect from the base station, and generate any communication function with the network, which is difficult to meet the user's use requirement.
Therefore, in the prior art, it is difficult to implement only data service and reject voice service on the basis of meeting the use requirements of users.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a call service processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, the call service processing method shown in fig. 1 is applied to a terminal, and the method mainly includes the following steps:
step 101, receiving a paging message of a call service, and acquiring core network domain information carried in the paging message;
when the terminal periodically receives a Paging message of a call service issued by a Network side, if the Paging message of the Paging terminal is read, analyzing the Paging message to acquire Core Network Domain (CN-Domain) information carried in the Paging message.
Typically, the core network domain includes a Circuit Switch (CS) domain and/or a Packet Switch (PS) domain; the CS domain mainly performs voice services, and the PS domain is also called a data exchange domain and performs data services.
Step 102, determining the service type of the call service according to the core network domain information, wherein the service type at least comprises a voice service;
specifically, the service type of the call service includes at least a voice service. Voice services, i.e., services for voice communication through the operator's network, including CS domain voice services and PS domain voice services; the CS domain voice service comprises voice call of a GSM network and voice call of a terminal under an LTE network when IMS domain registration is not carried out; the PS domain voice service mainly includes VOLTE calls.
The call service may also include a data service, that is, a mobile communication service using data transmission and information interaction as technologies, such as browsing a web page, performing an audio/video call through a communication application, and other services using data, in addition to a voice service.
Step 103, if judging that the current call service processing rule is a first rule, processing the call service according to the first rule; wherein the first rule is to refuse to process the voice service.
If the current call service processing rule is judged to be the first rule, the call service is processed according to the first rule, and the processing process comprises the step of refusing to process the voice service. It should be noted that, the voice (call) service refusing processing mentioned in the embodiment of the present invention is that the terminal refuses to respond to the voice (call) service on the network side (hereinafter, refusing to respond, i.e., refusing processing), and the terminal hangs up the voice call after receiving the voice call. For example, for a certain operator, if the terminal rejects to respond to the call service on the network side, the feedback (hereinafter referred to as feedback 1) received by the opposite end user (the calling user of the voice call) is: "wrong, call you can't put through the phone temporarily, please call again later"; and for the voice call after being actively hung up by the user, the feedback (hereinafter referred to as feedback 2) received by the opposite end user is: firstly, generating a ring back tone, and then feeding back: "you are good, the user you are calling is busy"; in the embodiment of the present invention, after the network side refuses to respond to the call service, the opposite-end user receives the feedback 1, and obviously, compared with the feedback 2, the feedback 1 can provide better use experience for the user and the opposite-end user.
And under the first rule, the processing process comprises responding or not responding to the data service, and when responding to the data service, the voice service can be refused to respond while the data service is responded, so that in a use scene that a user wants to only perform the data service, the use requirement of the user can be met, the data service can be performed, the voice call can be refused, and the user is not disturbed.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the method further includes:
if the current call service processing rule is judged and known to be a second rule, processing the call service according to the second rule; wherein the second rule is to process the voice traffic.
Wherein the second rule is to process the voice service normally.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the terminal includes a switch;
in the on state of the switch, the current call service processing rule is the first rule;
and under the switch closing state, the current call service processing rule is the second rule.
The switch is used for controlling whether to reject the voice incoming call, and when the switch is in an on state, the current call service processing rule is the first rule, and the voice service processing is rejected; in the switch off state, the current call service processing rule is the second rule, and the voice incoming call is normally processed; the switch can be a physical key or a virtual key, and when a user needs to reject voice call, the user only needs to press the switch, so that the voice call is simple and quick.
It should be noted that, if the terminal described in the embodiment of the present invention is a terminal that supports simultaneous standby of multiple SIM cards, such as a dual-card dual-standby terminal, a switch may be respectively set for each SIM card, so as to independently control a call service of each SIM card; a master switch may also be provided for controlling all SIM cards.
In the above embodiment of the present invention, when the terminal receives the paging message, by acquiring the core network domain information carried in the paging message, according to the core network domain information, distinguishing that the service type of the call service is a data service and/or a voice service, and then determining that the current call service processing rule is the first rule, the terminal rejects to process the voice service, and can normally process the data service at the same time, so that the terminal can automatically reject to respond to the call service at the network side; the method and the device meet the use requirements that the user can not only carry out data service, but also refuse voice communication, and provide better use experience for the user. The invention solves the problem that in the prior art, the data service is difficult to be carried out and the voice service is rejected on the basis of meeting the use requirement of a user.
Referring to fig. 2, based on the foregoing embodiment, another embodiment of the present invention provides a call service processing method applied to a terminal, where the method mainly includes the following steps:
step 201, receiving a paging message of a call service, and acquiring core network domain information carried in the paging message; the core network domain comprises a circuit switched, CS, domain and/or a packet switched, PS, domain.
When the core network domain information indicates that the current core network domain is the CS domain, execute step 2021; when the core network domain information indicates that the current core network domain is the PS domain, step 2022 is performed.
When the terminal periodically receives a Paging message of a call service issued by a network side, and if the Paging message of the Paging terminal is read, the terminal analyzes the Paging message to acquire core network domain information carried in the Paging message.
Typically the core network domain comprises a CS domain and/or a PS domain; the CS domain mainly performs voice services, and the PS domain is also called a data exchange domain and performs data services. The difference between the two is the exchange mode: the CS domain is circuit switching, resources are reserved before communication, different users monopolize the resources allocated respectively, and statistical multiplexing is not carried out; the PS domain is packet switching, different users can share the same resources, statistical multiplexing is carried out, the packet switching is divided into connection-oriented and non-connection, and the connection-oriented routing appoints a route for a data packet in advance, so that the routing time is reduced, and the smooth arrival of the data packet is ensured to a certain extent; the non-connection does not specify a route in advance, and each data packet is independently selected.
The PS domain is mainly used for data services, such as internet access, and a packet forwarding mechanism is adopted, so that multiple users share channel resources, thereby greatly improving the resource utilization rate.
Step 2021, when the core network domain information indicates that the current core network domain is the CS domain, determining that the service type of the call service is the voice service, and performing step 203.
When the core network domain is a CS domain, the call type of the call service is a voice service, and the voice service is a service for performing a voice call through a network of an operator, and includes a CS domain voice service and a PS domain voice service; the CS domain voice service comprises voice call of a GSM network and voice call of a terminal under an LTE network when the IMS domain is not registered.
For example, if the current network connection of the terminal is a GSM network, the voice call at this time is a CS domain voice service; or the current network connection of the terminal is the LTE network, and the SIM card does not perform IMS domain registration at the moment, the voice call at the moment is still the CS domain voice service.
Step 2022, when the core network domain information indicates that the current core network domain is the PS domain, obtaining a connection parameter of the current network connection of the terminal; the connection parameters include a network type parameter, an IP multimedia subsystem IMS domain registration parameter, and/or a channel parameter of a dedicated bearer channel for carrying a voice service, and perform step 2023.
Specifically, when the core network domain is a PS domain, the connection parameters of the current network connection of the terminal need to be further acquired to determine the service type of the call service. And the connection parameters comprise network standard parameters, IP multimedia subsystem IMS domain registration parameters and/or channel parameters of a dedicated bearer channel for bearing voice services.
The network standard parameter is used for indicating the type of network connection, including GSM or LTE.
The IMS domain registration parameter is used to indicate whether the SIM card completes IMS domain registration when the current network connection type of the terminal is LTE.
The channel parameter of the dedicated bearer channel for carrying the voice service is used for indicating whether the dedicated bearer channel for carrying the voice service receives the request message when the current network connection type of the terminal is LTE and the SIM card completes the IMS domain registration.
Step 2023, determining the service type of the call service according to the connection parameter, and executing step 203.
Wherein, determining the service type of the call service according to the connection parameters includes the following condition one:
when the network type parameter in the connection parameters indicates that the network type of the current network connection of the terminal is LTE, the IMS domain registration parameter in the connection parameters indicates that the terminal completes IMS domain registration, and the channel parameter in the connection parameters indicates that the Invite request message is received on the dedicated bearer channel, the service type of the call service is determined to be voice service.
When the network system parameter in the connection parameter indicates that the network system of the current network connection of the terminal is LTE, namely under an LTE network, and when the IMS domain registration parameter indicates that the terminal completes IMS domain registration, the current voice service is VOLTE call, and the VOLTE call is PS domain service; if the call service at this time is a voice service, the terminal should receive the Invite message on a dedicated bearer channel for carrying the voice service, typically, the dedicated bearer channel for carrying the voice service is QCI5, and if the Invite message is received on the dedicated bearer channel, it may be determined that the service type of the call service is the voice service.
In the above steps, a monitoring time limit needs to be set for monitoring the Invite message, and in the monitoring time limit, if the Invite message is not received, the confirmation channel parameter indicates that the Invite message is not received on the dedicated bearer channel.
It should be noted that, in the first case, when the terminal completes IMS domain registration in the LTE network, if the state of the terminal is an idle state at this time, before the step of acquiring the connection parameter of the current network connection of the terminal (i.e. acquiring the channel parameter of the dedicated bearer channel for carrying the voice service) in step 2022, the method further includes:
and establishing connection between the terminal and a dedicated bearer channel for carrying voice service and a dedicated bearer channel for carrying data service.
Specifically, the dedicated bearer channel for carrying the data traffic is usually QCI9, and is in a disconnection state between the terminal in the idle state and QCIs 5 and QCIs 9, so to obtain the channel parameters of the dedicated bearer channel, a connection with the dedicated bearer channel needs to be established.
Optionally, when the core network domain is a PS domain, the following case two is further included:
and when the network type parameter in the connection parameters indicates that the network type of the current network connection of the terminal is Long Term Evolution (LTE) of the universal mobile telecommunications technology, and the IMS domain registration parameter in the connection parameters indicates that the terminal does not finish IMS domain registration, determining that the service type of the call service is the data service.
That is to say, when the core network domain is the PS domain and the network system parameter in the connection parameter indicates that the network system of the current network connection of the terminal is LTE, that is, in the LTE network, when the IMS domain registration parameter indicates that the terminal does not complete IMS domain registration, the terminal cannot perform VOLTE call, and the PS domain service at this time is necessarily a data service.
Step 203, if the current call service processing rule is judged and known to be a first rule, processing the call service according to the first rule; wherein the first rule is to refuse to process the voice service.
The manner of processing the call service may be to respond to the call service or to refuse to respond to the call service. It should be noted that the refusing to respond to the call service in the embodiment of the present invention is that the terminal refuses to respond to the call service on the network side, and the terminal hangs up the voice call after receiving the voice call.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the step of processing the call service according to the first rule includes:
step one, when the network type of the current network connection of the terminal is GSM, a random access process is not initiated in a first preset time period; the first preset time period is greater than or equal to the calling time of the operator to which the current network connection belongs;
secondly, when the network mode of the current network connection of the terminal is LTE and the IMS domain registration parameter in the connection parameters indicates that the terminal does not finish IMS domain registration, a physical random access process is not initiated or the RRC Rleave is not released in response to the radio resource control issued by the network side in a second preset time period; the second preset time period is greater than or equal to the calling time of the operator to which the current network connection belongs;
and/or
Thirdly, when the network type of the current network connection of the terminal is LTE and the IMS domain registration parameter in the connection parameters indicates that the terminal has completed IMS domain registration, the Invite message received on the dedicated bearer channel is not responded within a third preset time period; and the third preset time period is greater than or equal to the call duration of the operator to which the current network connection belongs.
The processing mode of rejecting to respond the call service on the network side mainly comprises the first step, the second step and the third step.
Specifically, the first step corresponds to the case that the call service is a voice call of a GSM network in step 2021, at this time, the control terminal does not initiate a random access process within a first preset time period, where the random access process refers to a process from when a user sends a random access preamble to when trying to access the network to before establishing a basic signaling connection with the network, and the random access process is not initiated, that is, the terminal does not try to access the network, which results in a call timeout, and the network side feeds back the feedback 2 to the opposite end user.
And the calling time is longer than or equal to the calling time of the operator to which the current network connection belongs within the first preset time period, the calling time is the maximum ringing time of the called user controlled by the operator of the called user for single called, the called user does not answer after the calling time is exceeded, and the calling is overtime and automatically hangs up.
The second step corresponds to the case that the call service in step 2021 is a voice call when the terminal does not perform IMS domain registration in the LTE network, at this time, the control terminal does not initiate a non-initiation physical random access procedure or does not respond to radio resource control released by the network side to release RRC release within a second preset time period, which results in call timeout, and the network side feeds back the feedback 2 to the peer user. Specifically, if the terminal is in an idle state at this time, the terminal is controlled not to initiate a physical random access process within a second preset time period; and if the terminal is in a connected state at the moment, controlling the terminal not to respond to the radio resource control released by the network side within a second preset time period to release the RRC release.
And the calling time is longer than or equal to the calling time of the operator to which the current network connection belongs within the second preset time period, the calling time is the maximum ringing time of the called user controlled by the operator of the called user for single called, the called user does not answer after the calling time is exceeded, and the calling is overtime and automatically hangs up.
And a third step, corresponding to the first case, in the LTE network, when the IMS domain registration parameter indicates that the terminal completes IMS domain registration, controlling the terminal not to respond to the Invite message received on the dedicated bearer channel within a third preset time period, that is, not to feed back 100Trying to the network side within the third preset time period, resulting in call timeout, and feeding back the feedback 2 to the peer user by the network side.
And the calling time is longer than or equal to the calling time of the operator to which the current network connection belongs within the third preset time period, the calling time is the maximum ringing time of the called user controlled by the operator of the called user for single called, the called user does not answer after the calling time is exceeded, and the calling is overtime and automatically hangs up.
Optionally, the terminal may be controlled by means of a timer to not initiate a random access procedure, a physical random access procedure, or not respond to the Invite message within a timing time of the timer.
In the above embodiment of the present invention, when the terminal receives the Paging message, the core network domain information carried in the Paging message is acquired, and the service type of the call service is distinguished as a data service and/or a voice service according to whether the core network domain is a CS domain or a PS domain, and then according to the service type, the terminal does not initiate a random access process, a physical random access process, or does not respond to the Invite message on the network side, so that the automatic rejection of a response call service on the network side is realized, the use requirements of the user on both data service and voice call can be met, and meanwhile, better use experience is provided for the user.
Referring to fig. 3, as a first example, a main flow of a call service processing method in a GSM network is shown in a method flowchart shown in fig. 3, which specifically includes the following steps:
step 301, when receiving the Paging message, the terminal determines that the current network type is a GSM network and the switch for rejecting the voice incoming call is turned on.
Step 302, obtaining core network domain information carried in the paging message:
if the core network domain information indicates that the current core network domain is the CS domain, step 303 is executed, and if the core network domain information indicates that the current core network domain is the PS domain, step 304 is executed.
Step 303, starting a first timer on the terminal side, not initiating the random access process within a first preset time period, and executing step 305.
The first preset time period is the timing time of the first timer. The timing time can be set to 30 seconds, and the random access process is not initiated within 30 seconds, so that the call is timed out. The calling side receives the ring-back tone, the call called by a user can not be connected temporarily, and the user calls again later.
In step 305, after the first timer expires, the process exits.
Step 304, respond to the call service normally.
In the above example, the voice service and the data service are distinguished by distinguishing whether the call service comes from the CS domain or the PS domain, so that the user requirement of not only performing the data service but also rejecting the voice call is satisfied.
Referring to fig. 4, as a second example, a main flow of a call service processing method in an LTE network is shown in a method flowchart shown in fig. 4, which is specifically as follows:
step 401, when receiving the Paging message, the terminal determines that the current network type is an LTE network and the switch for rejecting the voice incoming call is turned on.
Step 402, judging whether the terminal completes IMS domain registration:
if not, go to step 403; if yes, go to step 404.
Step 403, acquiring core network domain information carried in the paging message:
if the core network domain information indicates that the current core network domain is the CS domain, step 4031 is executed, and if the core network domain information indicates that the current core network domain is the PS domain, step 4032 is executed.
Step 4031, a second timer is started on the terminal side, a physical random access process is not initiated or no response to the radio resource control issued by the network side is made to release RRC release within a second preset time period, and step 4033 is executed.
And the second preset time period is the timing time of the second timer.
Specifically, if the terminal is in an IDLE state (ECM-IDLE) at this time, the terminal is controlled not to initiate a physical random access process within a second preset time period; and if the terminal is in a CONNECTED state (ECM-CONNECTED), the control terminal does not respond to the radio resource control released by the network side within a second preset time period to release RRC Rrelease.
In step 4033, after the second timer expires, the process exits.
Step 4032, respond to the call service normally.
Step 404, judging whether the terminal is in an idle state or a connected state:
if the state is idle, step 405 is executed, and if the state is connected, step 406 is executed.
Step 405, establishing connection with QCI5 and QCI9, and executing step 406.
Step 406, determine whether the Invite message is received on QCI 5:
if yes, step 407 is executed, a third timer is started on the terminal side, no 100Trying is fed back to the network side within a third preset time period, and step 408 is executed.
And the third preset time period is the timing time of the third timer.
Optionally, a listen-to-determine voice traffic timer may be set and started on the terminal side, and listen for the Invite message received on the QCI5 within the timer.
If not, step 409 is executed to respond the call service normally.
And step 408, after the third timer is over time, exiting the process.
In the above example, by determining whether the terminal completes IMS domain registration and whether Invite message is received on QCI5 to distinguish whether the service type is voice service or data service, automatic rejection of response to the call service at the network side is achieved, the use requirement of the user that the user can perform data service and reject voice call is met, and better use experience is provided for the user.
The call service processing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is described above, and a terminal provided by the embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal 500, where the terminal 500 includes:
the receiving module 501 is configured to receive a paging message of a call service, and acquire core network domain information carried in the paging message.
When the terminal 500 periodically receives a Paging message of a call service issued by a network side, and if the Paging message of the Paging terminal 500 is read, the Paging message is analyzed to obtain core network domain information carried in the Paging message.
Typically, the core network domain includes a Circuit Switch (CS) domain and/or a Packet Switch (PS) domain; the CS domain mainly performs voice services, and the PS domain is also called a data exchange domain and performs data services.
A determining module 502, configured to determine a service type of the call service according to the core network domain information, where the service type at least includes a voice service;
specifically, the service type of the call service includes at least a voice service. Voice services, i.e., services for voice communication through the operator's network, including CS domain voice services and PS domain voice services; the CS domain voice service includes a voice call of the GSM network and a voice call when the terminal 500 does not perform IMS domain registration in the LTE network; the PS domain voice service mainly includes VOLTE calls.
The call service may also include a data service, that is, a mobile communication service using data transmission and information interaction as technologies, such as browsing a web page, performing an audio/video call through a communication application, and other services using data, in addition to a voice service.

If the current call service processing rule is judged to be the first rule, the call service is processed according to the first rule, and the processing process comprises the step of refusing to process the voice service. It should be noted that, the refusing to process the voice (call) service in the embodiment of the present invention is that the terminal 500 refuses to respond to the voice service on the network side, and the terminal 500 hangs up the voice call after receiving the voice call. For example, for a certain operator, if the terminal 500 rejects to respond to the call service on the network side, the feedback (hereinafter referred to as feedback 1) received by the opposite end user (the calling user of the voice call) is: "wrong, call you can't put through the phone temporarily, please call again later"; and for the voice call after being actively hung up by the user, the feedback (hereinafter referred to as feedback 2) received by the opposite end user is: firstly, generating a ring back tone, and then feeding back: "you are good, the user you are calling is busy"; in the embodiment of the present invention, after the network side rejects to respond to the call service, the peer user receives the feedback 1, and obviously, the feedback 1 can provide better use experience for the user and the peer user compared to the feedback 2.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the processing module 503 is further configured to:
if the current call service processing rule is judged and known to be a second rule, processing the call service according to the second rule; wherein the second rule is to process the voice traffic.

and determining the service type of the call service according to the connection parameters.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the second determining sub-module is configured to:
when the network type parameter in the connection parameters indicates that the network type of the current network connection of the terminal is LTE, the IMS domain registration parameter in the connection parameters indicates that the terminal completes IMS domain registration, and the channel parameter in the connection parameters indicates that the Invite request message is received on the dedicated bearer channel, the service type of the call service is determined to be voice service.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present invention, the processing module 503 includes:
the first processing submodule is used for not initiating a random access process in a first preset time period when the network mode of the current network connection of the terminal is GSM; the first preset time period is greater than or equal to the calling time of the operator to which the current network connection belongs;
the second processing submodule is used for not initiating a physical random access process or not responding to Radio Resource Control (RRC) release in a second preset time period when the network mode of the current network connection of the terminal is LTE and the IMS domain registration parameter in the connection parameters indicates that the terminal does not finish IMS domain registration; the second preset time period is greater than or equal to the calling time of the operator to which the current network connection belongs;
and/or
A third processing sub-module, configured to, when a network type of a current network connection of the terminal is LTE and an IMS domain registration parameter in the connection parameters indicates that the terminal has completed IMS domain registration, not respond to the Invite message received on the dedicated bearer channel within a third preset time period; and the third preset time period is greater than or equal to the call duration of the operator to which the current network connection belongs.
In the above embodiment of the present invention, when the receiving module 501 receives a paging message, core network domain information carried in the paging message is acquired, the determining module 502 distinguishes the service type of the call service as a data service and/or a voice service according to the core network domain information, the processing module 503 rejects to process the voice service when it is determined that the current call service processing rule is the first rule, and can normally process the data service at the same time, so that the terminal 500 can automatically reject to respond to the call service on the network side; the method and the device meet the use requirements that the user can not only carry out data service, but also refuse voice communication, and provide better use experience for the user.
