optionally, the receiving module 802 is further configured to receive a data recovery request sent by the terminal, where the data recovery request is sent after the terminal establishes a data-specific bearer of the second SIM card;
optionally, the sending module 801 is further configured to send, according to the first IP address and the second IP address, first data that is originally to be sent to the first SIM card to the second SIM card.
Optionally, the receiving module 802 is further configured to receive a data service preference sent by the terminal, where the data service preference is used to indicate that the priority of using the data service of the first SIM card is higher than the priority of using the data service of the second SIM card;
the determining module 803 is further configured to determine whether the terminal has ended the VoLTE service, and if so, send second data that is originally to be sent to a second SIM card to the first SIM card according to the first IP address and the second IP address based on the data service preference.
The data service switching apparatus provided in this embodiment may be used to execute the steps executed by the network side in the method embodiments shown in fig. 2, fig. 3, or fig. 4, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar, which are not described herein again.
Fig. 9 is a hardware configuration diagram of a network device according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, the network side device of this embodiment may include:
a memory 901 for storing program instructions.
The processor 902 is configured to implement the steps at the network side in any of the method embodiments described above when the program instructions are executed, and specific implementation principles may be referred to the above embodiments, which are not described herein again.
The present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps at the terminal side in any of the embodiments described above.
The present invention provides a computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the network side of any of the above embodiments.
The present invention also provides a program product comprising a computer program stored in a readable storage medium, the computer program being readable from the readable storage medium by at least one processor, the at least one processor executing the computer program to cause a terminal to carry out the steps at the terminal side in any of the embodiments described above.
The present invention also provides a program product comprising a computer program stored in a readable storage medium, from which the computer program can be read by at least one processor, the at least one processor executing the computer program to cause a terminal to implement the steps of the network side in any of the above embodiments.
In the embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, devices or units, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, or in a form of hardware plus a software functional unit.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A data service switching method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a terminal receives a switching instruction sent by network side equipment, wherein the switching instruction is sent to the terminal after the network side equipment receives a long term evolution voice over long term evolution (VoLTE) service request for calling a second Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card and detects that data transmission with a first SIM card is interrupted when the first SIM card carries out data service, and the first SIM card and the second SIM card are both installed on the terminal;
switching the data service performed on the first SIM card to the second SIM card according to the switching instruction;
before the terminal receives the switching instruction sent by the network side device, the method further includes:
sending a first IP address of the first SIM card and a second IP address of the second SIM card to the network side equipment;
the switching data traffic performed on the first SIM card to the second SIM card comprises:
establishing a data-specific bearer of the second SIM card;
sending a data recovery request to the network side equipment, wherein the data recovery request is used for indicating the network side equipment to send first data which is originally sent to a first SIM card to a second SIM card according to the first IP address and the second IP address;
receiving the first data sent to the second SIM card by the network side equipment;
before the terminal receives the switching instruction sent by the network side device, the method further includes:
sending a data service preference to the network side equipment, wherein the data service preference is used for indicating that the use priority of the data service of the first SIM card is higher than that of the data service of the second SIM card, and is also used for indicating that the network side equipment sends second data which is originally sent to the second SIM card to the first SIM card according to the first IP address and the second IP address based on the data service preference after judging that the VoLTE service is finished by the terminal;
after the VoLTE service is finished, receiving the second data sent to the first SIM card by the network side equipment;
wherein, still include:
receiving a request for establishing a VoLTE service on the second SIM card, which is sent by the network side equipment;
and establishing the VoLTE service on the second SIM card according to the request.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the terminal receives the handover command sent by the network-side device, the method further comprises:
and sending a first International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) of the first SIM card, a first mobile equipment international identity (IMEI) corresponding to the first SIM card, a second IMSI of the second SIM card, a second IMEI corresponding to the second SIM card and associated information of the first SIM card and the second SIM card to the network side equipment, so that the network side equipment determines that the first SIM card and the second SIM card belong to the same terminal according to the first IMSI, the first IMEI, the second IMSI, the second IMEI and the associated information.
3. A data service switching method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
network side equipment receives a voice over long term evolution (VoLTE) service request calling a second Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card, and when detecting that the first SIM card is carrying out data service, interrupts data transmission with the first SIM card and sends a switching instruction to a terminal, wherein the switching instruction is used for indicating the terminal to switch the data service carried out on the first SIM card to the second SIM card, and the first SIM card and the second SIM card are both installed on the terminal;
before sending the switching instruction to the terminal, the method further includes:
receiving a first IP address of the first SIM card and a second IP address of the second SIM card sent by the terminal;
after the sending of the switching instruction to the terminal, the method further includes:
receiving a data recovery request sent by the terminal, wherein the data recovery request is sent after the terminal establishes a data special bearer of the second SIM card;
sending first data to be originally sent to a first SIM card to a second SIM card according to the first IP address and the second IP address;
before sending the switching instruction to the terminal, the method further includes:
receiving a data service preference sent by the terminal, wherein the data service preference is used for indicating that the use priority of the data service of the first SIM card is higher than that of the data service of the second SIM card;
judging whether the terminal finishes the VoLTE service, if so, sending second data which is originally sent to a second SIM card to the first SIM card according to the first IP address and the second IP address based on the data service preference;
wherein, still include:
and sending a request for establishing the VoLTE service on the second SIM card to the terminal, wherein the request is used for indicating the terminal to establish the VoLTE service on the second SIM card.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein before sending the handover command to the terminal, the method further comprises:
receiving a first IMSI of the first SIM card, a first IMEI corresponding to the first SIM card, a second IMSI of the second SIM card, a second IMEI corresponding to the second SIM card and associated information of the first SIM card and the second SIM card sent by the terminal;
and determining that the first SIM card and the second SIM card belong to the same terminal according to the first IMSI, the first IMEI, the second IMSI, the second IMEI and the associated information.
5. A terminal, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive a switching instruction sent by a network side device, where the switching instruction is sent to a terminal after a long term evolution voice over lte (voice over lte) service request for calling a second subscriber identity module SIM card is received by the network side device and data transmission with a first subscriber identity module SIM card is interrupted when it is detected that the first subscriber identity module SIM card is performing a data service, and both the first SIM card and the second SIM card are installed on the terminal;
a switching module, configured to switch a data service performed on the first SIM card to the second SIM card according to the switching instruction;
before the terminal receives the switching instruction sent by the network side device, the method further includes:
sending a first IP address of the first SIM card and a second IP address of the second SIM card to the network side equipment;
the switching data traffic performed on the first SIM card to the second SIM card comprises:
establishing a data-specific bearer of the second SIM card;
sending a data recovery request to the network side equipment, wherein the data recovery request is used for indicating the network side equipment to send first data which is originally sent to a first SIM card to a second SIM card according to the first IP address and the second IP address;
receiving the first data sent to the second SIM card by the network side equipment;
before the terminal receives the switching instruction sent by the network side device, the method further includes:
receiving a data service preference sent by the terminal, wherein the data service preference is used for indicating that the use priority of the data service of the first SIM card is higher than that of the data service of the second SIM card;
judging whether the terminal finishes the VoLTE service, if so, sending second data which is originally sent to a second SIM card to the first SIM card according to the first IP address and the second IP address based on the data service preference;
after the VoLTE service is finished, receiving the second data sent to the first SIM card by the network side equipment;
wherein, still include:
receiving a request for establishing a VoLTE service on the second SIM card, which is sent by the network side equipment;
and establishing the VoLTE service on the second SIM card according to the request.
6. A network-side device, comprising:
a sending module, configured to receive a voice over long term evolution (VoLTE) service request for calling a second Subscriber Identity Module (SIM), interrupt data transmission with a first SIM when detecting that the first SIM is performing a data service, and send a switching instruction to a terminal, where the switching instruction is used to instruct the terminal to switch the data service performed on the first SIM to the second SIM, and both the first SIM and the second SIM are installed on the terminal;
before sending the switching instruction to the terminal, the method further includes:
receiving a first IP address of the first SIM card and a second IP address of the second SIM card sent by the terminal;
after the sending of the switching instruction to the terminal, the method further includes:
receiving a data recovery request sent by the terminal, wherein the data recovery request is sent after the terminal establishes a data special bearer of the second SIM card;
sending first data to be originally sent to a first SIM card to a second SIM card according to the first IP address and the second IP address;
before sending the switching instruction to the terminal, the method further includes:
receiving a data service preference sent by the terminal, wherein the data service preference is used for indicating that the use priority of the data service of the first SIM card is higher than that of the data service of the second SIM card;
judging whether the terminal finishes the VoLTE service, if so, sending second data which is originally sent to a second SIM card to the first SIM card according to the first IP address and the second IP address based on the data service preference;
wherein, still include:
and sending a request for establishing the VoLTE service on the second SIM card to the terminal, wherein the request is used for indicating the terminal to establish the VoLTE service on the second SIM card.
7. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 1-2.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 3-4.
9. A terminal, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to implement the method of any of claims 1-2 via execution of the executable instructions.
10. A network-side device, comprising:
a processor; and
a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor;
wherein the processor is configured to implement the method of any of claims 3-4 via execution of the executable instructions.
