In some cases, even if the SIM card installed on the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal supports VOLTE, it may not be possible to perform voice call and data transmission simultaneously.
Based on the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a communication method and a mobile terminal based on VOLTE, where when receiving a voice service establishment request for a target SIM card, the communication method based on VOLTE first determines whether there is a data service borne by the target SIM card and whether the target SIM card is in a VOLTE mode, and if there is a data service borne by the target SIM card and the target SIM card is in the VOLTE mode, establishes a voice service for the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card; if the data service borne by the target SIM card exists and the target SIM card is not in the VOLTE mode, switching the target SIM card to the VOLTE mode, and establishing the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card; if the data service borne by the target SIM card does not exist and the target SIM card is in a VOLTE mode, establishing a voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card, and bearing the data service of the mobile terminal on the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process; if the data service borne by the target SIM card does not exist and the target SIM card is not in the VOLTE mode, switching the target SIM card to the VOLTE mode, establishing the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card, and bearing the data service of the mobile terminal on the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process; because the embodiment of the invention directly establishes the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request if the voice service establishment request aiming at the target SIM card does not exist and the target SIM card is in the VOLTE mode when receiving the voice service establishment request aiming at the target SIM card, and carries the data service of the mobile terminal on the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process, the embodiment of the invention can ensure that the data service and the voice service are carried out simultaneously, and because the embodiment of the invention receives the voice service establishment request aiming at the target SIM card, if the data service bearing the target SIM card does not exist and the target SIM card is not in the VOLTE mode, the target SIM card is switched to the VOLTE mode, then the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request is established and the data service of the mobile terminal is carried on the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process, therefore, the embodiment of the invention can also switch the target SIM card to the VOLTE mode under the condition that the target SIM card is not in the VOLTE mode, thereby ensuring that the data service and the voice service are carried out simultaneously. In summary, the embodiment of the present invention can solve the problem that the mobile terminal cannot perform voice call and data transmission simultaneously when the data service and the voice service are carried on different SIM cards.
Next, a software environment applied to the VOLTE-based communication method provided in the embodiment of the present application is introduced by taking an android operating system as an example.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a possible android operating system applied by the VOLTE-based communication method according to the embodiment of the present application. In fig. 1, the architecture of the android operating system includes 4 layers, which are respectively: an application layer, an application framework layer, a system runtime layer, and a kernel layer (specifically, a Linux kernel layer).
The application program layer comprises various application programs (including system application programs and third-party application programs) in an android operating system.
The application framework layer is a framework of the application, and a developer can develop some applications based on the application framework layer under the condition of complying with the development principle of the framework of the application.
The system runtime layer includes libraries (also called system libraries) and android operating system runtime environments. The library mainly provides various resources required by the android operating system. The android operating system running environment is used for providing a software environment for the android operating system.
The kernel layer is an operating system layer of an android operating system and belongs to the bottommost layer of an android operating system software layer. The kernel layer provides kernel system services and hardware-related drivers for the android operating system based on the Linux kernel.
Taking an android operating system as an example, in the embodiment of the present application, a developer may develop a software program that implements the method for quickly starting an application program provided in the embodiment of the present application based on the system architecture of the android operating system shown in fig. 1, so that the method for quickly starting an application program may operate based on the android operating system shown in fig. 1. Namely, the processor or the mobile terminal can implement the method for rapidly starting the application program provided by the embodiment of the application by running the software program in the android operating system.
The mobile terminal provided in the embodiment of the present application may be a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a netbook, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), an intelligent watch, and an intelligent bracelet, or the mobile terminal may also be another type of mobile terminal, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The embodiment of the invention provides a VOLTE-based communication method, which is applied to a mobile terminal, wherein the mobile terminal is provided with a plurality of SIM cards for user identity identification. Specifically, referring to fig. 2, the communication method based on VOLTE includes:
and S11, receiving a voice service establishment request aiming at the target SIM card.
I.e. the target SIM card receives the incoming call.
And S12, judging whether the data service carried on the target SIM card exists.
Specifically, the data service in the embodiment of the present invention may be a data service established for a user to play a network game, browse a web page, watch a movie online, and the like, and the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the service implemented by the data service, and the data transmission is used as a standard.
And S13, judging whether the target SIM card is in the VOLTE mode.
Specifically, the target SIM card is in VOLTE mode, which means that the target SIM card is turned on to perform data transmission and voice call simultaneously.
Exemplarily, referring to fig. 3, in order to illustrate the dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal in fig. 3, as shown in fig. 3, a user may switch the VOLTE mode of the SIM card between an on state and an off state by clicking the virtual switch 30 of the VOLTE mode.
In the above steps S12 and S13, if there is data traffic carried on the target SIM card and the target SIM card is in VOLTE mode, the following step S14 is executed.
S14, based on the target SIM card, establishing the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request.
That is, when the target SIM card is in the VOLTE mode, a voice service exists on the mobile terminal, and the voice service is carried on the target SIM card, the voice service for the voice service establishment request is established directly based on the target SIM card when the voice service establishment request for the target SIM card is received.
In the above steps S12 and S13, if there is data traffic carried on the target SIM card and the target SIM card is not in VOLTE mode, the following step S15 is executed.
S15, switching the target SIM card to VOLTE mode, and establishing the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card.
That is, when a target SIM is in a VOLTE mode, a voice service exists on a mobile terminal, and the voice service is carried on the target SIM, the target SIM is switched to the VOLTE mode when a voice service establishment request for the target SIM is received, and then the voice service for the voice service establishment request is established based on the target SIM.
In the above steps S12 and S13, if there is no data service carried on the target SIM card and the target SIM card is in VOLTE mode, the following step S16 is executed.
S16, based on the target SIM card, establishing the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request, and loading the data service of the mobile terminal to the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process.
A detailed description is given below of a specific implementation manner of loading the data service of the mobile terminal to the target SIM card in the voice service continuing process in step S16.
Optionally, the loading the data service of the mobile terminal to the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process includes:
and in the continuous process of the voice service, if the data service borne on the other SIM cards except the target SIM card exists, switching the data service borne on the other SIM cards except the target SIM card to the target SIM card.
Note that the other SIM cards than the target SIM card include all SIM cards except the target SIM card. For example: the mobile terminal is a dual-card dual-standby mobile terminal, and receives a voice service establishment request aiming at the SIM card 1, and other SIM cards except the target SIM card are the SIM card 2, so that whether data services borne on the SIM card 2 exist is judged; for another example: the mobile terminal is installed with an SIM card 1, an SIM card 2, and an SIM card 3, and receives a voice service establishment request for the SIM card 2, and then other SIM cards except the target SIM card include: SIM card 1 and SIM card 3, and therefore discontinues the data traffic carried on SIM card 1 or SIM card 3.
That is, when the target SIM receives a voice service establishment request for the target SIM card, there is a data service supported by another SIM card, and the target SIM card opens the VOLTE mode, the data service is supported by the target SIM card, and the voice service for the voice service establishment request is established.
Optionally, the loading the data service of the mobile terminal to the target SIM card in the voice service duration process includes the following steps a and b.
a. And receiving a data service establishment request aiming at other SIM cards except the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process.
b. And establishing the data service aiming at the data service establishment request based on the target SIM card.
Namely, the target SIM is in VOLTE mode, and the target SMI card establishes voice service, and receives a request for data service establishment request for other SIM cards, and establishes data service for the data service establishment request based on the target SIM card.
For example: the mobile terminal is provided with two SIM cards (SIM card 1 and SIM card 2), wherein the SIM card 1 is in a VOLTE mode, the SIM card 1 establishes a voice service, and when receiving a data service aiming at the SIM card 2, the mobile terminal establishes the data service aiming at the SIM card 2 based on the SIM card 1.
Optionally, the loading the data service of the mobile terminal to the target SIM card in the voice service continuing process includes the following steps i and ii.
And I, receiving a data service establishment request aiming at the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process.
And II, establishing the data service aiming at the data service establishment request based on the target SIM card.
Namely, the target SIM is in VOLTE mode, and the target SMI card establishes voice service, and upon receiving a request for data service establishment request for the target SIM card, establishes data service for the data service establishment request based on the target SIM card.
For example: the mobile terminal is provided with two SIM cards (SIM card 1 and SIM card 2), wherein the SIM card 1 is in a VOLTE mode, the SIM card 1 establishes a voice service, and when receiving a data service aiming at the SIM card 1, the mobile terminal establishes the data service aiming at the SIM card 1 based on the SIM card 1.
In the above steps S12 and S13, if there is no data traffic carried on the target SIM card and the target SIM card is not in VOLTE mode, the following step S17 is executed.
S17, switching the target SIM card to VOLTE mode, establishing voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card, and loading the data service of the mobile terminal to the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process.
It should be noted that, in the specific implementation manner of the step S17 in which the data service of the mobile terminal is carried in the target SIM card in the voice service continuing process, reference may be made to any one of the first, second, and third implementation manners in the step S16 in which the data service of the mobile terminal is carried in the target SIM card in the voice service continuing process, and details are not described here again to avoid repetition.
When receiving a voice service establishment request for a target SIM card, the VOLTE-based communication method provided by the embodiment of the invention firstly judges whether a data service borne by the target SIM card exists or not and whether the target SIM card is in a VOLTE mode or not, and if the data service borne by the target SIM card exists and the target SIM card is in the VOLTE mode, establishes the voice service of the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card; if the data service borne by the target SIM card exists and the target SIM card is not in the VOLTE mode, switching the target SIM card to the VOLTE mode, and establishing the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card; if the data service borne by the target SIM card does not exist and the target SIM card is in a VOLTE mode, establishing a voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card, and bearing the data service of the mobile terminal on the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process; if the data service borne by the target SIM card does not exist and the target SIM card is not in the VOLTE mode, switching the target SIM card to the VOLTE mode, establishing the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card, and bearing the data service of the mobile terminal on the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process; because the embodiment of the invention directly establishes the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request if the voice service establishment request aiming at the target SIM card does not exist and the target SIM card is in the VOLTE mode when receiving the voice service establishment request aiming at the target SIM card, and carries the data service of the mobile terminal on the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process, the embodiment of the invention can ensure that the data service and the voice service are carried out simultaneously, and because the embodiment of the invention receives the voice service establishment request aiming at the target SIM card, if the data service bearing the target SIM card does not exist and the target SIM card is not in the VOLTE mode, the target SIM card is switched to the VOLTE mode, then the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request is established and the data service of the mobile terminal is carried on the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process, therefore, the embodiment of the invention can also switch the target SIM card to the VOLTE mode under the condition that the target SIM card is not in the VOLTE mode, thereby ensuring that the data service and the voice service are carried out simultaneously. In summary, the embodiment of the present invention can solve the problem that the mobile terminal cannot perform voice call and data transmission simultaneously when the data service and the voice service are carried on different SIM cards.
According to the method example, the functional modules of the mobile terminal and the like can be divided. For example, the functional blocks may be divided for the respective functions, or two or more functions may be integrated into one block. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the division of the module is schematic, and is only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
In the case of an integrated unit, fig. 4 shows a schematic diagram of a possible structure of the mobile terminal involved in the above embodiment, and the mobile terminal 400 includes:
a receiving unit 41, configured to receive a voice service establishment request for a target SIM card;
a processing unit 42, configured to determine whether there is a data service carried in the target SIM card, and whether the target SIM card is in a VOLTE mode;

the service unit 43 is further configured to, when there is no data service loaded in the target SIM card and the target SIM card is in the VOLTE mode, establish, based on the target SIM card, a voice service for the voice service establishment request, and load, in the voice service continuing process, the data service of the mobile terminal in the target SIM card;
the service unit 43 is further configured to switch the target SIM card to the VOLTE mode when there is no data service loaded in the target SIM card and the target SIM card is not in the VOLTE mode, establish a voice service for the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card, and load the data service of the mobile terminal in the voice service continuing process on the target SIM card.
Optionally, the service unit 43 is specifically configured to, in the voice service continuing process, if there is a data service that is carried on another SIM card other than the target SIM card, switch the data service that is carried on the another SIM card other than the target SIM card to the target SIM card.
Optionally, the receiving unit 41 is further configured to receive a data service establishment request for another SIM card other than the target SIM card in the voice service continuing process;
the service unit 43 is specifically configured to establish a data service for the data service establishment request based on the target SIM card.

the service unit 43 is specifically configured to establish a data service for the data service establishment request based on the target SIM card.
When receiving a voice service establishment request for a target SIM card, a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present invention first determines whether there is a data service borne by the target SIM card and whether the target SIM card is in a VOLTE mode, and if there is a data service borne by the target SIM card and the target SIM card is in the VOLTE mode, establishes a voice service for the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card; if the data service borne by the target SIM card exists and the target SIM card is not in the VOLTE mode, switching the target SIM card to the VOLTE mode, and establishing the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card; if the data service borne by the target SIM card does not exist and the target SIM card is in a VOLTE mode, establishing a voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card, and bearing the data service of the mobile terminal on the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process; if the data service borne by the target SIM card does not exist and the target SIM card is not in the VOLTE mode, switching the target SIM card to the VOLTE mode, establishing the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request based on the target SIM card, and bearing the data service of the mobile terminal on the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process; because the embodiment of the invention directly establishes the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request if the voice service establishment request aiming at the target SIM card does not exist and the target SIM card is in the VOLTE mode when receiving the voice service establishment request aiming at the target SIM card, and carries the data service of the mobile terminal on the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process, the embodiment of the invention can ensure that the data service and the voice service are carried out simultaneously, and because the embodiment of the invention receives the voice service establishment request aiming at the target SIM card, if the data service bearing the target SIM card does not exist and the target SIM card is not in the VOLTE mode, the target SIM card is switched to the VOLTE mode, then the voice service aiming at the voice service establishment request is established and the data service of the mobile terminal is carried on the target SIM card in the voice service continuous process, therefore, the embodiment of the invention can also switch the target SIM card to the VOLTE mode under the condition that the target SIM card is not in the VOLTE mode, thereby ensuring that the data service and the voice service are carried out simultaneously. In summary, the embodiment of the present invention can solve the problem that the mobile terminal cannot perform voice call and data transmission simultaneously when the data service and the voice service are carried on different SIM cards.
