Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for realizing data service in a double-card mode, a mobile terminal and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out data service through a first user identification card, wherein the first user identification card is a data card; when the data service is required to be carried out through the second user identification card, the data card is switched from the first user identification card to the second user identification card; suspending the data service of the first subscriber identity module card; and carrying out data service through the second user identification card. The invention can ensure that the data service of the second user identification card is normally performed after the data card of the mobile terminal is switched from the first user identification card to the second user identification card.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of wireless communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and apparatus for implementing a data service in a dual-card mode, a mobile terminal, and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
In order to meet the actual demands of users, many mobile phones support dual-card dual-standby, and users can use mobile phone numbers of two networks on one mobile phone at the same time. Currently, with the increasing popularity of 5G, more and more users use a 5g+4g dual card mobile phone. When a user uses a dual-card mobile phone, one SIM card can be used during communication, and the other SIM card can be used during traffic.
When using a dual-card dual-standby handset, the user also encounters some problems. For example: for a dual-card mobile terminal supporting 5G+4G, after the mobile terminal resides in a 4G/5G network, the mobile terminal is bound on a first user identification card through USB to carry out FTP (File Transfer Protocol ) data service, and at the moment, the first user identification card is used as a data card, and the second user identification card does not carry out data service transmission; when the second user identification card needs to perform the data service such as the multimedia message, the data card is changed from the first user identification card to the second user identification card, and the first user identification card still considers the first user identification card as the data card at the moment, the operations of building a chain and transmitting a data packet can be continuously performed, and the second user identification card can not occupy resources again by the multimedia message, so that the multimedia message transmission fails.

The realization method and device for the data service in the double-card mode, the mobile terminal and the computer readable storage medium can ensure that the data service of the second user identification card is normally performed after the data card of the mobile terminal is switched from the first user identification card to the second user identification card.

In a second aspect, the present invention provides an implementation apparatus for a data service in a dual card mode, including:
the first data service unit is used for carrying out data service through a first user identification card, wherein the first user identification card is a data card;
the switching unit is used for switching the data card from the first user identification card to the second user identification card when the data service is required to be carried out through the second user identification card;
the control unit is used for suspending the data service of the first user identification card;
and the second data service unit is used for carrying out data service through the second user identification card.

The embodiment of the invention provides a method for realizing data service in a double-card mode, which is applied to a mobile terminal, as shown in fig. 1, and comprises the following steps:
s11, the mobile terminal performs data service through a first user identification card, wherein the first user identification card is a data card.
The mobile terminal is a dual-card mobile terminal, the first subscriber identity card is of an NR (New Radio) network system, namely 5G, and the second subscriber identity card is of an LTE (Long Term Evolution ) network system, namely 4G.
S12, when the mobile terminal needs to carry out data service through the second user identification card, the data card is switched from the first user identification card to the second user identification card.
S13, the mobile terminal pauses the data service of the first user identification card.
After the mobile terminal pauses the data service of the first subscriber identity card, the mobile terminal does not perform the data service through the first subscriber identity card any more, and the second subscriber identity card becomes a unique data card.
S14, the mobile terminal performs data service through the second user identification card.
At this time, the mobile terminal may perform a data service such as a multimedia message through the second subscriber identity module card.
According to the implementation method of the data service in the dual-card mode, when the data service is required to be carried out through the second user identification card, the mobile terminal switches the data card from the first user identification card to the second user identification card, and pauses the data service of the first user identification card, so that the second user identification card is the only data card, the first user identification card does not carry out the data service, and therefore the data service of the second user identification card can be guaranteed to be normally carried out after the data card of the mobile terminal is switched from the first user identification card to the second user identification card.

After the first subscriber identity card is unbound with the USB, the bottom layer will preferentially process the data service of the non-data card, the bottom layer will temporarily change the first subscriber identity card into the non-data card, the mobile terminal will not carry out FTP download service through the first subscriber identity card, and the second subscriber identity card becomes the unique data card.
S25, the mobile terminal controls the second user identification card to carry out data transmission service.
At this time, the mobile terminal may perform a data service such as a multimedia message through the second subscriber identity module card. Therefore, when the data service is required to be carried out through the second user identification card, the mobile terminal switches the data card from the first user identification card to the second user identification card, and the first user identification card is unbound with the USB, so that the data service is temporarily not carried out any more, the second user identification card is the only data card, the situation that the first user identification card continues to carry out operations of link establishment and data packet transmission to preempt the data resource of the second user identification card is avoided, and the second user identification card is ensured to normally carry out the data service.

According to the implementation device for the data service in the dual-card mode, when the data service is required to be carried out through the second user identification card, the mobile terminal switches the data card from the first user identification card to the second user identification card, and pauses the data service of the first user identification card, so that the second user identification card is the only data card, the first user identification card does not carry out the data service, and therefore the data service of the second user identification card can be guaranteed to be normally carried out after the data card of the mobile terminal is switched from the first user identification card to the second user identification card.
Optionally, the first data service unit 11 is configured to control the first subscriber identity card to perform FTP data service through USB binding.
Optionally, the control unit 13 is configured to unbind the first subscriber identity card to the USB, and stop the FTP data service.

The embodiment of the invention also provides a mobile terminal which comprises the device for realizing the data service in the double-card mode.

The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), or the like.

and carrying out data service through the second user identification card, wherein the first user identification card can continue to carry out the data service after the data service of the second user identification card is finished.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the performing data traffic via the first subscriber identity card comprises:
and controlling the first user identification card to carry out FTP data service through USB binding.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein suspending data traffic for the first subscriber identity card comprises:
and unbinding the first user identification card to the USB, and stopping FTP data service.
4. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the first subscriber identity card is of NR network type and the second subscriber identity card is of LTE network type.
5. An apparatus for implementing a data service in a dual card mode, comprising:
the first data service unit is used for carrying out data service through a first user identification card, wherein the first user identification card is a data card;
the switching unit is used for switching the data card from the first user identification card to the second user identification card when the data service is required to be carried out through the second user identification card;
the control unit is used for suspending the data service of the first user identification card, and temporarily changing the first user identification card into a non-data card;
and the second data service unit is used for carrying out data service through the second user identification card, and when the data service of the second user identification card is finished, the first user identification card can continue to carry out the data service.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the first data service unit is configured to control the first subscriber identity card to perform FTP data service via USB binding.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the control unit is configured to unbind the first subscriber identity card to the USB and stop FTP data traffic.
8. A mobile terminal, characterized in that it comprises means for implementing a data service in a dual card mode according to any of claims 5 to 7.
9. An implementation device for data service in a dual-card mode, comprising:
a memory;
and a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to perform the method of implementing data traffic in dual card mode according to any one of claims 1 to 4 based on instructions stored in the memory.
10. A computer readable storage medium storing computer instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement a method of implementing a data service in a dual card mode as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
