With the development of mobile communication systems towards broadband, broadband mobile communication systems are developing towards the direction of Internet Protocol (IP), providing multimedia services such as digital, image, audio, video, and the like while providing voice over IP services, and meanwhile, for industry-oriented trunking systems, the demands for broadband multimedia trunking services are more and more significant, such as visual calling, multimedia data broadcasting, and the like, so that broadband trunking systems based on Long Term Evolution (LTE) come into force. The LTE-based broadband trunking system becomes the development direction of the next generation trunking system, and the research on relevant standards is being carried out in China on the LTE-based broadband trunking system.
In the 3rd Generation Partnership Project Mission Critical Push to Talk (3 GPP R13MCPTT) standard, each subscriber may access multiple group calls simultaneously, however the number of simultaneous group calls accessed by each subscriber cannot exceed the maximum specification number supported by the device. Therefore, when the number of group calls simultaneously accessed by the user reaches the maximum specification number, the user will reject the new group call request, and correspondingly, the group call newly established by the MCPTT server does not include the user rejecting the group call request. When the group call has information change, the MCPTT server only sends a group notification message to the users accessing the group call.
In the existing standard, the MCPTT server does not send the related message of the established group call to the user rejecting the group call any more, and when the user has another group call, the state message of the group call rejected by the user cannot be obtained again, and the group call cannot be conveniently, quickly and accurately selected to realize the group scanning function.

and if no group member supporting multicast transmission exists, sending the group change notification information to the user equipment corresponding to the group member not supporting multicast transmission through a unicast channel.
3. A group notification method is applied to an LTE broadband trunking system, the system comprises user equipment, an MCPTT server and a group management server, the user equipment is the MCPTT equipment which can be accessed to a plurality of group calls simultaneously, and the method comprises the following steps:
a second user equipment receives a group call establishment request sent by the MCPTT server, wherein the group call establishment request is sent to the MCPTT server by a first user equipment, and the first user equipment and the second user equipment are user equipment corresponding to group members of a first group;
the second user equipment sends an access rejection response to the MCPTT server;
and the second user equipment receives group change notification information sent by the MCPTT server, wherein the group change notification information comprises at least one of state change information, call type change information and call priority change information of the group call.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein sending a reject access response from the second user device to the MCPTT server comprises:
and the second user equipment judges whether the number of the current access group calls exceeds a preset maximum value or not, and if so, sends an access rejection response to the MCPTT server.
5. An MCPTT server, comprising:
the system comprises an establishing module, a sending module and a receiving module, wherein the establishing module is used for establishing a group call of a first group, and group members accessing the group call are part of group members in the first group;
a sending module, configured to send group change notification information to user equipment corresponding to all group members in the first group when the group call is changed, where all group members in the first group include group members that do not access the group call; the group change notification information includes at least one of state change information, call type change information, and call priority change information of the group call;
the user equipments corresponding to all group members in the first group include a first user equipment and a second user equipment, and the MCPTT server further includes:
a receiving module, configured to receive a group call establishment request sent by the first user equipment, where the group call establishment request includes an identifier of the first group;
an obtaining module, configured to obtain, from the group management server, an identifier of the second user equipment according to the identifier of the first group;
the sending module is further configured to send the group call establishment request to the second user equipment;
the receiving module is further configured to receive an access grant response sent by a part of the second user equipment, and an access denial response sent by another part of the second user equipment;
the establishing module is further configured to establish the group call according to the first user equipment and the second user equipment that sends the response of agreeing to access.
6. The MCPTT server of claim 5, further comprising:
a query determining module, configured to query the group management server, and determine whether all group members in the first group have a group member supporting multicast transmission;
the sending module is further configured to send the group change notification information to the user equipment corresponding to the group member supporting multicast transmission through a multicast channel if the group member supporting multicast transmission exists; and if no group member supporting multicast transmission exists, sending the group change notification information to the user equipment corresponding to the group member not supporting multicast transmission through a unicast channel.
7. A user device, comprising:
a receiving module, configured to receive a group call establishment request sent by an MCPTT server, where the group call establishment request is sent to the MCPTT server by a first user equipment, and the first user equipment and a second user equipment are user equipments corresponding to group members of a first group;
a sending module, configured to send an access denial response to the MCPTT server;
the receiving module is further configured to receive group change notification information sent by the MCPTT server, where the group change notification information includes at least one of state change information, call type change information, and call priority change information of the group call.
8. The UE of claim 7, further comprising:
the judging module is used for judging whether the number of the current access group calls exceeds a preset maximum value or not;
the sending module is further configured to send an access rejection response to the MCPTT server if the number of the current access group calls exceeds a preset maximum value.
