A Long Term Evolution (LTE) system is mainly applicable to point-to-point communication, i.e., one user communicates with another user through a network, but does not support a function of sending voice or data to multiple users at the same time. Currently, a group call request may be initiated by a dispatcher or a user in a group, and the network allows the group call to be established. A Long Term Evolution (LTE) system is mainly applicable to point-to-point communication, i.e., one user communicates with another user through a network, but does not support a function of sending voice or data to multiple users at the same time. In order to improve the communication efficiency, in a specific implementation, when a trunking core network device sends a trunking paging signaling to each trunking base station, a user device that needs to feed back state information of the user device in the trunking paging signaling only includes a group user device in a cell under the jurisdiction of the trunking base station.
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand and implement the present invention, the following also provides a user equipment that can implement the group call establishment method, as shown in fig. 4, where the user equipment belongs to at least one group in a broadband trunking network, where the group includes n user equipments, n is an integer, and n > 1, and the user equipment may include: receiving unit 41, first determining unit 42, group call receiving unit 43, second determining unit 44 and transmitting unit 45, wherein:
the receiving unit 41 is adapted to receive a trunking paging signaling from a trunking base station;
the first judging unit 42 is adapted to determine whether to receive the group call when the receiving unit 41 receives the trunking paging signaling from the trunking base station;
the group call receiving unit 43 is adapted to obtain group resource configuration information and start receiving the group call when the first judging unit 42 determines to receive the group call;
the second judging unit 44 is adapted to judge whether the group paging signaling includes indication information indicating that a group call state needs to be fed back;
the sending unit 45 is adapted to feed back, to the trunking core network side, information indicating that the trunking core network side itself is receiving the group call when the second judging unit 44 determines that the trunking paging signaling includes indication information indicating that the group call state needs to be fed back.
In specific implementation, the indication information representing that the group call state needs to be fed back is self identity identification information.
In order to make those skilled in the art better understand and implement the present invention, the following also provides a cluster core network device in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, where the cluster core network device is adapted to participate in establishing a group in a broadband cluster network, where the group includes n user devices, n is an integer, and n > 1, and the cluster core network device may include: a first receiving unit 51, a transmitting unit 52 and a second receiving unit 53, wherein:
the first receiving unit 51 is adapted to receive a group call setup request message from a group call initiator; the group call establishment request information comprises indication information representing the group call state needing to be fed back;
the sending unit 52 is adapted to send a group paging command to the trunking base station, so that the trunking base station broadcasts a group paging signaling to the user equipment in the group in the cell under the jurisdiction of the trunking base station; the group paging command and the group paging signaling both comprise the indication information representing that the group call state needs to be fed back;
the second receiving unit 53 is adapted to receive the information fed back by the ue, which indicates that the ue is receiving the group call.
In a specific implementation, the indication information indicating that the group call state needs to be fed back is identity information of the user equipment which feeds back information indicating that the user equipment is receiving the group call.
In a specific implementation, the group call initiator is a scheduling management device or any one of the n user devices.
In a specific implementation, when the group call initiator is the scheduling management device, the group call establishment request message is session initiation protocol information.
In a specific implementation, when the group call initiator is any one of the n user equipments, the group call establishment request message is a trunking service request message.
In a specific implementation, the cluster core network device may further include: a negotiation unit 54, adapted to, when the group call initiator is any one of the n user equipments, negotiate with the scheduling management equipment to determine that the group call is allowed to be established after the first receiving unit 51 receives the group call establishment request information from the group call initiator and before the sending unit 52 sends a group paging command to the cluster base station.
In specific implementation, the number of the user equipments which need to feed back the group call state and receive the group call state is an integer and is greater than or equal to 1.
In a specific implementation, in order to improve communication efficiency, when the trunking core network device sends a trunking paging signaling to any one trunking base station, the user equipment that needs to feed back its state, carried in the trunking paging signaling, is an intra-group user equipment within a range governed by the trunking base station.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that all or part of the steps in the methods of the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and the storage medium may include: ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks, and the like.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (16)

1. A method for establishing a group call, adapted to establish a group call in a broadband trunking network, wherein the group includes n user equipments, n is an integer and n > 1, the method comprising:
when receiving a cluster paging signaling from a cluster base station, determining whether to receive the group call; the trunking paging signaling is generated after the trunking base station receives a trunking paging instruction sent by a trunking core network side, and the trunking paging instruction corresponds to user equipment in a cell under the jurisdiction of the trunking base station;
when the group call is determined to be received, acquiring group resource configuration information and starting to receive the group call;
judging whether the trunking paging signaling comprises indication information representing that a group calling state needs to be fed back or not;
and when the cluster paging signaling is determined to comprise the indication information representing that the group calling state needs to be fed back, feeding back information representing that the cluster paging signaling receives the group calling to a cluster core network side.
2. The group call setup method according to claim 1, wherein the indication information indicating that the group call state needs to be fed back is self identification information.
3. A method for establishing a group call, adapted to establish a group call in a broadband trunking network, wherein the group includes n user equipments, n is an integer and n > 1, the method comprising:
receiving group call establishment request information from a group call initiator; the group call establishment request information comprises indication information representing the group call state needing to be fed back;
determining user equipment in a cell under the jurisdiction of a cluster base station according to position information provided when n user equipment in a group are registered; sending a group paging command to the cluster base station, so that the cluster base station broadcasts a cluster paging signaling to the user equipment in the cell under the jurisdiction of the cluster base station; the group paging command and the group paging signaling both comprise the indication information representing that the group call state needs to be fed back;
and receiving the information which is fed back by the user equipment and indicates that the user equipment is receiving the group call.
4. The group call setup method according to claim 3, wherein the indication information indicating that the group call state needs to be fed back is identification information of the user equipment that needs to feed back information indicating that the user equipment is receiving the group call.
5. The group call setup method according to claim 3 wherein said group call initiator is a scheduling management device or any one of said n user equipments.
6. The group call setup method according to claim 5, wherein when said group call initiator is said scheduling management device, said group call setup request message is session initiation protocol information.
7. The group call setup method according to claim 5 wherein said group call setup request message is a trunking service request message when said group call initiator is any one of said n user equipments.
8. The group call establishing method according to claim 5, wherein when the group call initiator is any one of the n ues, after receiving the group call establishment request message from the group call initiator, before sending a group paging command to the cluster base station, further comprising: and the scheduling management equipment negotiates and determines to allow the establishment of the group call.
9. A user equipment adapted to participate in a group call in establishing a broadband trunking network, wherein the group comprises n user equipments, n is an integer and n > 1, the user equipment comprising:
a receiving unit adapted to receive trunking paging signaling from a trunking base station; the trunking paging signaling is generated after the trunking base station receives a trunking paging instruction sent by a trunking core network side, and the trunking paging instruction corresponds to user equipment in a cell under the jurisdiction of the trunking base station;
a first judging unit, adapted to determine whether to receive the group call when the receiving unit receives a group paging signaling from the group base station;
the group call receiving unit is suitable for acquiring group resource configuration information and starting to receive the group call when the first judging unit determines to receive the group call;
the second judging unit is suitable for judging whether the trunking paging signaling comprises indication information representing that the group calling state needs to be fed back or not;
and the sending unit is suitable for feeding back information representing that the second judging unit receives the group call to a cluster core network side when the second judging unit determines that the cluster paging signaling comprises the indication information representing that the group call state needs to be fed back.
10. The UE of claim 9, wherein the indication information indicating that the group call state needs to be fed back is ID information of the UE.
11. A cluster core network device is suitable for participating in a group call in establishing a broadband cluster network, wherein the group includes n user equipments, n is an integer and n > 1, the cluster core network device includes:
a first receiving unit adapted to receive a group call setup request message from a group call initiator; the group call establishment request information comprises indication information representing the group call state needing to be fed back;
the sending unit is suitable for determining the user equipment in the cell under the jurisdiction of the cluster base station according to the position information provided by the n user equipment in the group during registration; sending a group paging command to the cluster base station, so that the cluster base station broadcasts a cluster paging signaling to the user equipment in the cell under the jurisdiction of the cluster base station; the group paging command and the group paging signaling both comprise the indication information representing that the group call state needs to be fed back;
and the second receiving unit is suitable for receiving the information which is fed back by the user equipment and indicates that the user equipment is receiving the group call.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the indication information indicating that the group call state needs to be fed back is identity information of the user equipment that needs to feed back information indicating that the user equipment is receiving the group call.
13. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the group call initiator is a scheduling management apparatus or any one of the n pieces of user equipment.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein when the group call initiator is the scheduler management apparatus, the group call setup request message is session initiation protocol information.
15. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein when the group call initiator is any one of the n ues, the group call setup request message is a group service request message.
16. The cluster core network device of claim 13, further comprising: and a negotiation unit adapted to negotiate with the scheduling management device to determine that the group call is allowed to be established, after receiving the group call establishment request information from the group call initiator, and before sending a group paging command to the cluster base station, when the group call initiator is any one of the n user equipments.
