The visual group call service is the most basic service provided by the broadband trunking communication system, and is divided into a homologous video group call and a non-homologous video group call. The group call of the homologous video refers to a group call service initiated by a terminal or a dispatching desk aiming at one group, wherein the group call service comprises two media streams of voice and video, and the voice and the video are from the same speaking right party.
When a group call is initiated, if a group member includes a Dispatch station (DC), a cluster server of the cluster core network sends a group call setup request message to the Dispatch station, and triggers the Dispatch station to answer the group call as a called party. a viewing module 42, configured to view, by the network element of the trunking core network, whether a group call group corresponding to a current group call type is currently performing a group call service according to the group call group identifier and the group call type identifier;
an authorization module 43, configured to send, to the scheduling station, a response allowing to join the group call group when the group call group corresponding to the current group call type is performing a group call service, where the response carries the speaking right authorization information.
The system identified by the pseudo base station in this embodiment executes the method for the dispatching station to join the group call, and the functional principle and the technical effect are not described in detail.

Claims (10)

1. A method for a dispatching desk to join a group call is characterized by comprising the following steps:
a cluster core network element receives an establishment request which is sent by a dispatching desk and used for requesting the establishment of a group call service, wherein the establishment request carries a group call group identifier and a group call type identifier;
the cluster core network element checks whether the group calling group corresponding to the current group calling type is carrying out the group calling service according to the group calling group identification and the group calling type identification;
if yes, sending a response allowing to join the group calling group to the dispatching desk, wherein the response carries speaking right authorization information;
wherein, the group call type identifier at least includes one of the following identifiers:
voice group call identification and visual group call identification.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of checking, by the cluster core network element, whether the group call group corresponding to the current group call type is currently performing the group call service according to the group call group identifier and the group call type identifier, the method further comprises:
if the cluster core network element determines that the group calling group is carrying out the group calling service, but the group calling type of the group calling service is inconsistent with the group calling type corresponding to the group calling type identification in the establishment request;
when the group calling type of the current ongoing group calling service is a voice group calling and the group calling type identifier is a visual group calling identifier;
the cluster core network element adjusts the group calling type of the ongoing group calling service to the group calling type corresponding to the group calling type identification in the establishment request, and simultaneously sends an adjustment request for adjusting the group calling type to the base station to which each terminal in the group calling group belongs; and the base station to which each terminal in the group call group belongs interacts with each terminal according to the adjustment request so as to adjust the group call type of the currently established and ongoing group call group.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
the cluster core network element takes the media parameter carried in the establishment request as the media parameter of the adjusted group call service, and
and sending an SIP response for notifying the establishment of the group call service to the dispatching desk, wherein the response carries the speaking right authorization information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of checking, by the cluster core network element, whether the group call group corresponding to the current group call type is currently performing the group call service according to the group call group identifier and the group call type identifier, the method further comprises:
when the group calling type of the current ongoing group calling service is a visual group calling and the group calling type identifier is a voice group calling identifier;
and the cluster core network element sends a response allowing to join the group calling group to the dispatching desk, wherein the response carries the speaking right authorization information.
5. The method of any of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
if the speaking right terminal exists in the ongoing group calling service, sending speaking right releasing information to the speaking right terminal and the base station to which the speaking right terminal belongs, so that the base station and the speaking right terminal interactively release the speaking right of the speaking right terminal.
6. The method of any of claims 1 to 4, further comprising:
and the cluster core network element sends NAS information used for explaining speaking right state indication information to all terminals in the group calling group.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the set-up request is a SIP message that further includes one or more of:
the call priority attribute identification, the end-to-end encryption indication information and the simplex and duplex indication information.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of receiving the setup request sent by the scheduling station for requesting to setup the group call service, and before the step of checking whether the group call group corresponding to the current group call type is currently performing the group call service, the method further comprises:
and the cluster core network element sends a response for explaining the processing to the dispatching desk.
9. The method of claim 4, wherein the response sent to the dispatcher station to allow joining the group call group further comprises:
and the media plane information of the core network carries a pttaccept extended header field.
10. A system for a dispatch station to join a group call, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a dispatching module and a processing module, wherein the receiving module is used for a cluster core network element receiving an establishment request which is sent by a dispatching desk and used for requesting the establishment of a group calling service, and the establishment request carries a group calling group identifier and a group calling type identifier;
the viewing module is used for the cluster core network element to view whether the group calling group corresponding to the current group calling type is carrying out the group calling service according to the group calling group identification and the group calling type identification;
the authorization module is used for sending a response which allows the group calling group to be added to the dispatching desk when the group calling group corresponding to the current group calling type is carrying out the group calling service, and the response carries speaking right authorization information;
wherein, the group call type identifier at least includes one of the following identifiers:
voice group call identification and visual group call identification.
