Optionally, as shown in fig. 13, the sixth sending unit 112 includes:
a third sending module 1121, configured to send, when the second feature network element indicates that the network-side non-3GPP link exists, a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer to the network-side device through a 3GPP access network, where a request type of the request message is set to be handover;
a fourth sending module 1122, configured to send, when the second-feature network element indicates that the network-side non-3GPP link does not exist, a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer to the network-side device through a 3GPP access network, where a request type of the request message is set to be initialized.
The device for switching from the non-3GPP access network to the 3GPP access network provided by the embodiment of the invention carries the international mobile subscriber identity in the attachment request or the tracking area updating request message, so that the network queries whether the non-3GPP link still exists, and determines the type of the link establishment request according to the query result. Compared with the prior art, the method and the device can determine the type of the link establishment request when the IMS default bearer is established through the 3GPP access network, thereby improving the success rate of switching from the non-3GPP access network to the 3GPP access network.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a terminal which comprises the device for switching from the non-3GPP access network to the 3GPP access network.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. The storage medium may be a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), or the like.
The above description is only for the specific embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily conceived by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the scope of the present invention. Claims (13)

1. A method of switching from a non-3GPP access network to a 3GPP access network, the method comprising:
after failure of establishing an IMS default bearer with network side equipment through a 3GPP access network, sending a request message for establishing the IMS default bearer to the network side equipment through the 3GPP access network, wherein the request type of the request message is set as switching;
when network side equipment refuses to establish an IMS default bearer, receiving a message which is sent by the network side equipment and refuses to establish the IMS default bearer;
sending a new request message for establishing an IMS default bearer to the network side equipment through a 3GPP access network, wherein the request type of the request message is set as initialization;
and receiving a message which is sent by the network side equipment and is used for successfully establishing the IMS default bearer.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the sending the request message for establishing the IMS default bearer to the network-side device through the 3GPP access network, the method further comprises:
and when the IMS default bearer is successfully established, receiving a message which is sent by the network side equipment and successfully establishes the IMS default bearer.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after the IMS default bearer establishment between the 3GPP access network and the network side equipment fails, sending an attachment request message carrying an international mobile subscriber identity to the network side equipment so that the network side equipment can inquire whether a network side non-3GPP link still exists according to the international mobile subscriber identity;
receiving a message carrying an attach acceptance request of a first characteristic network element sent by the network side equipment, wherein the first characteristic network element marks whether the non-3GPP link at the network side still exists;
according to the first characteristic network element, sending a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer to the network side equipment;
and receiving a message which is sent by the network side equipment and is used for successfully establishing the IMS default bearer.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the sending, according to the first feature network element, the request message for establishing the IMS default bearer to the network side device comprises:
when the first characteristic network element marks that the network side non-3GPP link exists, a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer is sent to the network side equipment through a 3GPP access network, and the request type of the request message is set as switching;
and when the first characteristic network element marks that the network side non-3GPP link does not exist, sending a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer to the network side equipment through a 3GPP access network, wherein the request type of the request message is set as initialization.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
after the IMS default bearer establishment between the 3GPP access network and the network side equipment fails, a tracking area update request message carrying an international mobile subscriber identity is sent to the network side equipment, so that the network side equipment queries whether a network side non-3GPP link still exists according to the international mobile subscriber identity;
receiving a message which is sent by the network side equipment and carries a second characteristic network element and is used for receiving a tracking area updating request, wherein the second characteristic network element marks whether a non-3GPP link at the network side still exists;
according to the second characteristic network element, sending a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer to the network side equipment;
and receiving a message which is sent by the network side equipment and is used for successfully establishing the IMS default bearer.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the sending, according to the second feature network element, the request message for establishing the IMS default bearer to the network side device comprises:
when the second characteristic network element marks that the network side non-3GPP link exists, a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer is sent to the network side equipment through a 3GPP access network, and the request type of the request message is set as switching;
and when the second characteristic network element marks that the network side non-3GPP link does not exist, sending a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer to the network side equipment through a 3GPP access network, wherein the request type of the request message is set as initialization.
7. An apparatus for handing off from a non-3GPP access network to a 3GPP access network, the apparatus comprising:
a first sending unit, configured to send, to a network side device through a 3GPP access network, a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer after a failure to establish the IMS default bearer with the network side device through the 3GPP access network, where a request type of the request message is set to handover;
a first receiving unit, configured to receive, when a network side device rejects establishment of an IMS default bearer, a message sent by the network side device and rejecting establishment of the IMS default bearer;
a second sending unit, configured to send a new request message for establishing an IMS default bearer to the network side device through a 3GPP access network, where a request type of the request message is set to be initialized;
a second receiving unit, configured to receive a message that the IMS default bearer is successfully established, where the message is sent by the network side device.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a third receiving unit, configured to receive, after the first sending unit sends the request message for establishing the IMS default bearer to the network side device through the 3GPP access network, a message that the IMS default bearer is successfully established and sent by the network side device when the IMS default bearer is successfully established.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a third sending unit, configured to send an attach request message carrying an international mobile subscriber identity to the network-side device after the failure of establishing the IMS default bearer with the network-side device through the 3GPP access network, so that the network-side device queries whether a network-side non-3GPP link still exists according to the international mobile subscriber identity;
a fourth receiving unit, configured to receive a message, which is sent by the network side device and carries an attach accept request of a first feature network element, where the first feature network element marks whether the network side non-3GPP link still exists;
a fourth sending unit, configured to send, to the network side device, a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer according to the first feature network element;
a fifth receiving unit, configured to receive a message that the IMS default bearer is successfully established, where the message is sent by the network side device.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, wherein the fourth sending unit comprises:
a first sending module, configured to send, to the network side device through a 3GPP access network, a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer when the first feature network element indicates that the network side non-3GPP link exists, where a request type of the request message is set to be handover;
a second sending module, configured to send, to the network side device through a 3GPP access network, a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer when the first feature network element indicates that the network-side non-3GPP link does not exist, where a request type of the request message is set to be initialized.
11. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
a fifth sending unit, configured to send a tracking area update request message carrying an international mobile subscriber identity to the network-side device after the failure of establishing the IMS default bearer with the network-side device through the 3GPP access network, so that the network-side device queries whether a network-side non-3GPP link still exists according to the international mobile subscriber identity;
a sixth receiving unit, configured to receive a message, which is sent by the network side device and carries a second feature network element, and the second feature network element marks whether a non-3GPP link on the network side still exists;
a sixth sending unit, configured to send, to the network side device, a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer according to the second feature network element;
a seventh receiving unit, configured to receive a message that the IMS default bearer is successfully established, where the message is sent by the network side device.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the sixth sending unit comprises:
a third sending module, configured to send, to the network side device through a 3GPP access network, a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer when the second feature network element indicates that the network-side non-3GPP link exists, where a request type of the request message is set to be handover;
a fourth sending module, configured to send, to the network side device through a 3GPP access network, a request message for establishing an IMS default bearer when the second feature network element indicates that the network-side non-3GPP link does not exist, where a request type of the request message is set to be initialized.
13. A terminal, characterised in that the terminal comprises an arrangement for handover from a non-3GPP access network to a 3GPP access network according to any of claims 7 to 12.
