Abstract

本发明公开了一种多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:氰乙基纤维素4‑6、乙酰丙酮锌0.4‑1、聚四氟乙烯纤维5‑7、苯胺110‑120、过硫酸钾3‑4、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1‑2、γ‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.8‑1、苯骈三氮唑0.1‑0.3、氯化亚锡0.7‑1、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯1‑2、环氧丙醇3‑4。本发明以苯胺为单体,将该单体分散到氨基硅烷溶液中,在引发剂作用下聚合,得到氨基聚合物,通过环氧基与酰胺的反应,实现了各原料间的分散相容性。

一种多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于薄膜领域,具体涉及一种多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
在目前已发现的导电高分子中,聚苯胺因其合成简单、价格低廉、电导率可调、环境稳定性好等诸多优点,尤其它在金属腐蚀防护、静电释放、电磁干扰屏蔽等领域有大规模应用的前景,成为研究最为广泛的一类导电高分子材料;然而为了更进一步的提高聚苯胺的导电性能,增大其应用领域,目前往往会将其与导电无机粒子共混,这样虽然可以提高导电性能,但是由于无机粒子与聚苯胺的相容性差,也会造成成品的稳定性差,尤其是做成复合薄膜时,更容易造成薄膜的均匀稳定性不好,导电薄膜的品质降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氰乙基纤维素4-6、乙酰丙酮锌0.4-1、聚四氟乙烯纤维5-7、苯胺110-120、过硫酸钾3-4、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.8-1、苯骈三氮唑0.1-0.3、氯化亚锡0.7-1、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯1-2、环氧丙醇3-4。
一种多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸钾,加入到其重量20-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取聚四氟乙烯纤维,加入到其重量5-8倍的二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,加入环氧丙醇,升高温度为55-60℃,保温搅拌30-40分钟,得纤维溶液;
(3)取苯骈三氮唑,加入到其重量10-14倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入氰乙基纤维素,升高温度为50-60℃,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,保温搅拌1-2小时,得硅烷分散液;
(4)取苯胺,加入到上述硅烷分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为65-70℃,加入上述过硫酸钾水溶液,保温搅拌1-2小时,出料冷却,得硅烷改性聚苯胺溶液;
(5)取三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺混合,加入到混合料重量20-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得酰胺分散液;
(6)取上述纤维溶液、酰胺分散液混合,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,调节反应釜温度为120-130℃,加入上述硅烷改性聚苯胺溶液,保温搅拌4-5小时,出料,加入剩余各原料,搅拌至常温,得纤维改性聚苯胺溶液;
(7)取上述纤维改性聚苯胺溶液,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,常温干燥,得纤维改性聚苯胺;
(8)取上述纤维改性聚苯胺,加入到其重量17-20倍的氯仿中,搅拌2-3小时,旋涂成膜,即得所述多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜。
本发明的优点:
本发明将聚四氟乙烯纤维采用环氧处理,将氰乙基纤维素采用氨基硅烷处理,然后以苯胺为单体,将该单体分散到氨基硅烷溶液中,在引发剂作用下聚合,得到氨基聚合物,最后以三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯的酰胺水分散液为溶剂,通过环氧基与酰胺的反应,实现了各原料间的分散相容性,本发明的薄膜力学稳定性好,导电性强。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氰乙基纤维素4、乙酰丙酮锌0.4、聚四氟乙烯纤维5、苯胺110、过硫酸钾3、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.8、苯骈三氮唑0.1、氯化亚锡0.7、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯1、环氧丙醇3。
一种多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸钾,加入到其重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取聚四氟乙烯纤维,加入到其重量5倍的二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,加入环氧丙醇,升高温度为55℃,保温搅拌30分钟,得纤维溶液;
(3)取苯骈三氮唑,加入到其重量10倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入氰乙基纤维素,升高温度为50℃,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,保温搅拌1小时,得硅烷分散液;
(4)取苯胺,加入到上述硅烷分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为65℃,加入上述过硫酸钾水溶液,保温搅拌1小时,出料冷却,得硅烷改性聚苯胺溶液;
(5)取三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺混合,加入到混合料重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得酰胺分散液;
(6)取上述纤维溶液、酰胺分散液混合,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,调节反应釜温度为120℃,加入上述硅烷改性聚苯胺溶液,保温搅拌4小时,出料,加入剩余各原料,搅拌至常温,得纤维改性聚苯胺溶液;
(7)取上述纤维改性聚苯胺溶液,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,常温干燥,得纤维改性聚苯胺;
(8)取上述纤维改性聚苯胺,加入到其重量17倍的氯仿中,搅拌2小时,旋涂成膜,即得所述多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜。
实施例2
一种多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氰乙基纤维素6、乙酰丙酮锌1、聚四氟乙烯纤维7、苯胺120、过硫酸钾4、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1、苯骈三氮唑0.3、氯化亚锡1、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯2、环氧丙醇4。
一种多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸钾,加入到其重量30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取聚四氟乙烯纤维,加入到其重量8倍的二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,加入环氧丙醇,升高温度为60℃,保温搅拌40分钟,得纤维溶液;
(3)取苯骈三氮唑,加入到其重量14倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入氰乙基纤维素,升高温度为60℃,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,保温搅拌2小时,得硅烷分散液;
(4)取苯胺,加入到上述硅烷分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为70℃,加入上述过硫酸钾水溶液,保温搅拌2小时,出料冷却,得硅烷改性聚苯胺溶液;
(5)取三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺混合,加入到混合料重量30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得酰胺分散液;
(6)取上述纤维溶液、酰胺分散液混合,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,调节反应釜温度为130℃,加入上述硅烷改性聚苯胺溶液,保温搅拌5小时,出料,加入剩余各原料,搅拌至常温,得纤维改性聚苯胺溶液;
(7)取上述纤维改性聚苯胺溶液,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,常温干燥,得纤维改性聚苯胺;
(8)取上述纤维改性聚苯胺,加入到其重量20倍的氯仿中,搅拌3小时,旋涂成膜,即得所述多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜。
性能测试:
实施例1的多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜:
拉伸强度20.4MPa、断裂伸长率5.7%、电导率采用四探针法进行测试,结果为 0.68S/cm;
实施例2的多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜:
拉伸强度19.8MPa、断裂伸长率5.3%、电导率采用四探针法进行测试,结果为 0.74S/cm;
市售聚苯胺薄膜:
拉伸强度8.6-13MPa、断裂伸长率0.8-2%、电导率采用四探针法进行测试,结果为 0.1-0.3S/cm。

Claims (2)

1.一种多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氰乙基纤维素4-6、乙酰丙酮锌0.4-1、聚四氟乙烯纤维5-7、苯胺110-120、过硫酸钾3-4、乙撑双硬脂酰胺1-2、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.8-1、苯骈三氮唑0.1-0.3、氯化亚锡0.7-1、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯1-2、环氧丙醇3-4。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取过硫酸钾,加入到其重量20-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀;
(2)取聚四氟乙烯纤维,加入到其重量5-8倍的二甲基甲酰胺中,搅拌均匀,加入环氧丙醇,升高温度为55-60℃,保温搅拌30-40分钟,得纤维溶液;
(3)取苯骈三氮唑,加入到其重量10-14倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入氰乙基纤维素,升高温度为50-60℃,加入γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷,保温搅拌1-2小时,得硅烷分散液;
(4)取苯胺,加入到上述硅烷分散液中,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,通入氮气,调节反应釜温度为65-70℃,加入上述过硫酸钾水溶液,保温搅拌1-2小时,出料冷却,得硅烷改性聚苯胺溶液;
(5)取三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺混合,加入到混合料重量20-30倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得酰胺分散液;
(6)取上述纤维溶液、酰胺分散液混合,搅拌均匀,送入到反应釜中,调节反应釜温度为120-130℃,加入上述硅烷改性聚苯胺溶液,保温搅拌4-5小时,出料,加入剩余各原料,搅拌至常温,得纤维改性聚苯胺溶液;
(7)取上述纤维改性聚苯胺溶液,抽滤,将滤饼水洗,常温干燥,得纤维改性聚苯胺;
(8)取上述纤维改性聚苯胺,加入到其重量17-20倍的氯仿中,搅拌2-3小时,旋涂成膜,即得所述多纤维聚苯胺导电薄膜。
