Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the drawings and detailed description for the purpose of enabling those skilled in the art to better understand the aspects of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a rail vehicle traction apparatus according to the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic view of a main track and a loading track.
The rail vehicle traction device provided by the invention is used for traction of a freight train 4 on a loading rail 5 and comprises an end winch 1, wherein the end winch 1 is positioned on the inner side of the loading rail 5, namely between a main rail 6 and the loading rail 5, and the end winch 1 is flush with the end of one end of a straight rail section 51 of the loading rail 5, and the end winch 1 can be connected with the freight train 4 to traction the freight train 4 to run along the loading rail 5.
The core of the invention is that the traction mode of the freight train 4 is traction by the windlass and the position where the end windlass 1 is arranged, the included angle between the traction force and the running direction of the freight train 4 is small only when the end windlass 1 is arranged at a position close to the loading rail 5, and the end windlass 1 is positioned on the main rail 6 and the loading rail 51 and is level with the straight rail section 51 of the loading rail 5, so that the freight train 4 can be ensured to reach one end of the straight rail section 51 under the traction of the end windlass 1.
The end hoist 1 is provided at one end of a straight rail section 51 of the loading rail 5 for pulling a freight train 4 entering from the other end of the loading rail 5. In this embodiment, the distance between the straight rail sections 51 of the loading rail 5 is 145m, the end winch 1 can be arranged at the position of a and/or B, the distance between the end winch 1 and the loading rail 5 is 1.4m, the length of the carriage is 12.5m, if the end winch 1 is connected with the middle part of the first carriage on a steel wire, the included angle between the traction force and the straight rail sections 51 is smaller than 40 ° as long as the carriage is positioned in the straight rail sections 51, the two ends of the loading rail 5 are curved rail sections 52, the curvature radius of the curved rail sections 52 is 350m, the included angle between the curved rail sections 52 and the traction force is small, the curved rail sections can be similar to the straight rail sections 51 because the distance is short, when the freight train 4 approaches the end winch 1, the end winch 1 stops applying traction force, and the freight train 4 can continue to advance into the loading rail 5 through inertia.
When the end winches 1 are two, the two end winches 1 are respectively provided at both ends of the straight rail section 51, and the two end winches 1 can respectively pull the freight train 4 at the opposite ends thereof, thereby enabling both ends of the loading rail 5 to be driven in by the freight train 4.
The end winch 1 selected in this embodiment is an electric winch of 8000Kg, and is driven by a motor of 15KW, the end winch 1 is connected with the freight train 4 by using a wire rope with a diameter of 26mm, and the electric winch and the motor adopted in this embodiment can pull 20 weight-saving truck carriages at a time.
In order to prevent operators from being damaged by the steel wire rope due to negligence, the traction speed of the winch is 9m/min in the embodiment, the operators can avoid the steel wire rope in enough time when finding that the steel wire rope is close, in addition, the lower traction speed can prevent the freight train 4 from rushing out of the track due to inertia, and the safety of traction operation is greatly improved. The hauling operation can be completed by the hauling truck of the loader, which requires at least two operators to drive the hauling truck and brake the hauling truck respectively due to the higher hauling speed. In the embodiment, the speed of the traction process of the railway vehicle is low, the traction operation can be completed by a single person, and the manual consumption can be effectively reduced.
In order to prevent displacement of the end winch 1 caused by overlarge traction force, a fixed foundation 2 can be arranged below the end winch 1, in this embodiment, the fixed foundation 2 is a concrete fixed foundation 2 with length, width and height of 2.25m, 2.5m and 0.5m respectively, and the end winch 1 is fixedly connected with the concrete fixed foundation 2, so that displacement of the end winch 1 in the traction process is avoided.
In this embodiment, the distance between the end winch 1 and the loading rail 5 is relatively short, and the angle between the traction force and the advancing direction of the freight train 4 is relatively small when the end winch 1 pulls the freight train 4, so that the condition that the freight train 4 is pulled and derailed can be avoided, and the traction safety of the freight train 4 is improved.
When there are many heavy carriages in the freight train 4, the traction force required for the freight train 4 is large, and the end winch 1 may be separated from the fixed foundation 2 by the traction force, resulting in damage to traction equipment. To avoid this, the end winch 1 is connected to a fixing device 3, the fixing device 3 being located on the side of the end winch 1 remote from the freight train 4.
The fixing device 3 may be a fixing pile or a fixing column buried underground, the fixing device 3 is connected with the end hoist 1 through a steel rope, in this embodiment, the distance between the fixing device 3 and the end hoist 1 is 2.8m, since the fixing device 3 is located at one side of the end hoist 1 away from the freight train 4, the direction of the traction force applied by the end hoist 1 is opposite to the direction of the traction force applied by the fixing device 3, the fixing device 3 can apply the traction force opposite to the traction force to the end hoist 1, so as to reduce the stress between the end hoist 1 and the fixing foundation 2, prevent the end hoist 1 from being pulled to displace, and of course, the freight train 4 to be pulled by the end hoist 1 in this embodiment may be changed according to the need of the user, and the distance between the fixing device 3 and the end hoist 1 is not limited herein.
Because the number of locomotive heads is limited, the locomotive heads take more time to prepare, if the number of sections of the freight train 4 is less, the freight train 4 can be directly led into the main track 6 from the loading track 5 through the winch, so that the main track winch is arranged on one side of the main track 6, and the main track winch is positioned on the side, away from the loading track 5, of the connection point of the loading track 5 and the main track 6, as shown in fig. 2 at C and/or D.
When the freight train 4 is pulled near one end of the straight rail section 51 and loading is completed, the main rail winch is connected with the freight train 4 and pulled to the main rail 6 along the curved rail section 52 without being pulled by the locomotive head, and the specification of the main rail winch can be referred to the specification of the end winch 1, and other specifications can be selected according to the needs of a user, so that the freight train is not limited.
The rail vehicle traction device may further include a warning device for warning the end winding machine and/or the main rail winding machine of the start of operation if a command error or operator negligence easily causes casualties when the wire rope between the freight train 4 and the loader is sleeved.
Specifically, the reminding device can be a reminding lamp, a reminding bell and the like, a circuit of the reminding device is connected with the end winding machine 1 in series or in parallel, and is controlled by the same switch, when the switch is closed, the end winding machine 1 is started, meanwhile, the reminding device is powered to send a reminding signal to remind an operator that traction operation is started, and obviously, each reminding device is connected with one winding machine respectively.
In addition, if the traction force required to pull the freight train 4 is too large, the winch displacement or the breakage of the wire rope may be caused, and such a situation has a great risk once it occurs, so that the rail train traction apparatus further includes a detecting means, a comparing means and an alarming means. The detection device is used for measuring the current tension of the winch steel cable, and the comparison device is connected with the detection device to compare the current tension with the early warning tension; the alarm device is connected with the comparison device, and can send out an alarm to remind an operator to stop or keep away from the winch when the current tension is larger than the early warning tension.
Specifically, the detecting device may be connected to the motor, and calculate the traction force, i.e. the current tension, by measuring the torque of the motor; the comparison device may refer to a comparator or a comparison circuit, and is not described herein; if the current tension is larger than the early warning tension, the alarm device gives an alarm, and the alarm device can be a buzzer or an alarm lamp.
When the freight train 4 approaches the end winch 1, the freight train 4 will still travel forward under the effect of inertia although the end winch 1 is stopped, the end winch 1 comprising control means capable of varying the winch motor speed and thus adjusting the traction speed in order to stop the freight train 4 in the straight track section 51. The control device can refer to a motor speed regulator in the prior art, and can also select a speed regulating motor, and speed regulating equipment in the speed regulating motor is used as the control device.
The end hoist 1 of this embodiment is provided with a speed regulating device, which can change the speed of the towing freight train 4, and when the freight train 4 approaches the end of the straight rail section 51, the operator can reduce the towing speed by the speed regulating device, so as to avoid the collision or subversion of the freight train 4 with other vehicles in which the track is flushed out too fast.
The rail vehicle traction apparatus provided by the present invention is described above in detail. The principles and embodiments of the present invention have been described herein with reference to specific examples, the description of which is intended only to facilitate an understanding of the method of the present invention and its core ideas. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations of the invention can be made without departing from the principles of the invention and these modifications and adaptations are intended to be within the scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.
