技术领域
本发明涉及新能源汽车材料技术领域,特别涉及一种高导电性碳纤维板及其制备方法。
背景技术
碳纤维板材具有拉伸强度高、耐腐蚀性、抗震性、抗冲击性等良好性能。在航空、体育器材、建筑工业、消防等领域中均得到广泛使用,其成型工艺是将碳纤维浸渍树脂后在模具内固化并连续拉挤成型。采用优质碳纤维原料与良好基本树脂,碳纤维板材具有拉伸强度高、耐腐蚀性、抗震性、抗冲击性且具有导电性及阻燃性等良好性能。
这种碳纤维板的缺点是,一旦碳纤维板中间出现断裂,其导电性、导热性都会受到影响,导致整体导电性能差。
因此,有必要提供一种高导电性的碳纤维板材。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供了一种阻燃性能好、导电性能好的一种高导电性碳纤维板及其制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种高导电性碳纤维板,包括有多层碳纤维布及附着于碳纤维布上的导电阻燃附着物,该导电阻燃附着物包括有导电填充物、阻燃剂、固化剂及黏合树脂,导电填充物为碳纳米管,碳纳米管的重量百分比为0.3-5,固化剂的重量百分比为10-40,黏合树脂的重量百分比为40-60,阻燃剂的重量百分比为2-5
所述的导电填充物还包括有碳黑,碳黑的重量百分比为0-10。
所述的黏合树脂为环氧树脂、酚醛树脂或聚氨基树脂。
所述的阻燃剂为无卤阻燃剂,具体为复合三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐。
所述的固化剂为脂肪族多胺类固化剂、芳香族多胺类固化剂或酚醛类固化剂。
本发明还提出一种高导电性碳纤维板的制备方法,包括有以下步骤:
1)将0.3-5的碳纳米管、2-5的阻燃剂、40-60份黏合树脂搅拌混合均匀,搅拌时间30分钟-2小时,得到混合物;
2)向混合物中加入10-40份固化剂,搅拌混合1-5小时,得到高导电性碳纤维黏合树脂;
3)可进一步对高导电性碳纤维黏合树脂内加入碳黑;
4)用浸渍机将高导电性黏合树脂涂覆在碳纤维布上,涂覆厚度为100-400um,涂覆加热温度为40-80度,涂覆时间为10-100min,常温状态冷却2h以上,得到涂覆碳纤维布;
5)在多层涂覆碳纤维布两两之间涂覆胶黏剂,然后将多层涂覆碳纤维布通过热压机压合,得到高导电性碳纤维板。
所述的高导电性碳纤维板通过9层涂覆碳纤维布压合而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:1、本发明的碳纤维板由多层碳纤维布层层重叠压合而成,如果断裂不易整体断裂,其强度增强;2、碳纤维布本身具有一定的导电性及阻燃性,然后在碳纤维布上再一次涂覆导电混合物及阻燃性,增强了碳纤维板的导电性能及阻燃性能,使导电性能至少提高30%;3、阻燃剂的添加,使得碳纤维板的阻燃性能更好,且阻燃剂为无卤阻燃剂,具有环保无毒的特点。
具体实施方式
本发明提供一种高导电性碳纤维板,包括有多层碳纤维布及附着于碳纤维布上的导电阻燃附着物,该导电阻燃附着物包括有导电填充物、阻燃剂、固化剂及黏合树脂,导电填充物为碳纳米管,碳纳米管的重量百分比为0.3-5,固化剂的重量百分比为20-50,黏合树脂的重量百分比为40-60,阻燃剂的重量百分比为2-5。
所述的导电填充物还包括有碳黑,碳黑的重量百分比为0-10,碳黑可以不添加,可以同碳纳米管配合添加。
所述的黏合树脂为环氧树脂、酚醛树脂或聚氨基树脂。
所述的阻燃剂为无卤阻燃剂,具体为复合三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐。
所述的固化剂为脂肪族多胺类固化剂、芳香族多胺类固化剂或酚醛类固化剂。

10)用浸渍机将高导电性黏合树脂涂覆在碳纤维布上,涂覆厚度为100-400um,涂覆加热温度为40-80度,涂覆时间为10-100min,常温状态冷却2h以上,得到涂覆碳纤维布;
11)在多层涂覆碳纤维布两两之间涂覆胶黏剂,然后将多层涂覆碳纤维布通过热压机压合,得到高导电性碳纤维板。

实施例一:
1、选用碳纤维编织布,取2份碳纳米管、3的阻燃剂、60份黏合树脂搅拌混合,搅拌时间1小时,得到混合物;

经采用数字式四探针测试仪测量了样品的电阻率,其结果为3.3×10㎡ohm.cm对阻燃性能进行了测试,阻燃等级达到5VB。
实施例二:
1、选用碳纤维编织布,取4份碳纳米管、4的阻燃剂、55份黏合树脂搅拌混合,搅拌时间1小时,得到混合物;

3、用浸渍机将高导电性黏合树脂涂覆在碳纤维布上,涂覆厚度为200um,涂覆加热温度为50度,涂覆时间为30min,常温状态冷却2h以上,得到涂覆碳纤维布;
4、在多层涂覆碳纤维布两两之间涂覆胶黏剂,胶黏剂热熔胶,然后将多层涂覆碳纤维布通过热压机压合,得到高导电性碳纤维板。

4)用浸渍机将高导电性黏合树脂涂覆在碳纤维布上,涂覆厚度为100-400um,涂覆加热温度为40-80度,涂覆时间为10-100min,常温状态冷却2h以上,得到涂覆碳纤维布;
5)在多层涂覆碳纤维布两两之间涂覆胶黏剂,然后将多层涂覆碳纤维布通过热压机压合,得到高导电性碳纤维板。
