一种高导热碳纤维布及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及高导热材料,特别是指一种高导热碳纤维布以及该高导热碳纤维布的制备方法。
背景技术
碳纤维布又称碳素纤维布、碳纤布、碳纤维编织布、碳纤维预浸布、碳布、碳纤维片材等,由于具有强度高,密度小,厚度薄等优异特性,在航空、体育器材、建筑工业、消防等领域中均得到广泛使用,且可被用作抗震、加固、补强及防火材料。
现有的还被应用于热工领域,导热碳纤维是一种为热工设计所开发的高导热碳纤维材料,这种碳纤维在纤维方向上的导热系数可以超过铜,最高可以达到700W/mk,同时具有良好的机械性能、导电性能和优异的导热及辐射散热能力,由这种碳纤维制成的纤维状高导热碳粉本身呈纤维状,可以设计导热取向,这是区别于以往的碳粉和其它导热材料的最大不同和优势,可用在高分子复合材料的填充、开发电子电器用散热材料、解决高密度集成电子元器件、LED等的散热问题。
然而,大多使用传统的粘结加工方法,将碳纤维布浸渍在绝缘胶体系中,在浸渍及上胶等过程中很容易发生碳纤维布的纤维束歪斜及散开,甚至出现断裂,而绝缘胶体为低导热性,一旦出现纤维束散开、断裂,其热导传递必然受到阻断,从而导致热导系数及散热性能大幅下降,产品整体散热性低,可靠性差。
有鉴于此,提供一种具有高导热性能的碳纤维布成为必要。
发明内容
本发明提出高导热碳纤维布,利用高导热碳纤维黏合树脂替代传统的绝缘胶体系,以大幅增加碳纤维束间的热导率,若出现碳纤束散开、断裂等现象,热能也可通过碳纤维间的高导热黏合树脂传递到其他碳纤束上,提高了导热系数同时,还确保了热传递的方向性特质,以解决现有技术中碳纤维布作为热导产品整体散热性低,可靠性差的问题。
本发明提供一种高导热碳纤维布,包括碳纤维布和均匀分布于碳纤维布上的附着物,所述附着物为高导热混合物,所述附着物包括微纳米陶瓷粉末、固化剂和黏合树脂,其中,所述微纳米陶瓷粉末的重量百分比为20-50%,所述固化剂的重量百分比为10-40%,所述黏合树脂的重量百分比为30-60%。
所述碳纤维布可为机织碳纤维布、针织碳纤维布、编织碳纤维布、碳纤维预浸布之至少一种的织物。
所述微纳米陶瓷粉末以碳化硅为主料,以氧化物陶瓷粉末、氮化物陶瓷粉末或碳化物陶瓷粉末为辅料混合制成,其中所述碳化硅在微纳米陶瓷粉末中的重量百分比为10-100%。
所述的氧化物陶瓷粉末为二氧化钛陶瓷粉末或三氧化二铝陶瓷粉末。
所述的氮化物陶瓷粉末为氮化铝陶瓷粉末或氮化硼陶瓷粉末的一种或任意比例的混合物。
所述碳化物陶瓷粉末为碳陶瓷粉末、石墨陶瓷粉末、石墨烯陶瓷粉末或碳纳米管陶瓷粉末的之任一或任意几种的混合物。

本发明还提出高导热碳纤维布的制备方法。
(1)将20-50份的微纳米陶瓷粉末和将30-60份的黏合树脂搅拌混合均匀,搅拌时间为30min-2h,得到混合物;
(2)向混合物中加入10-40份固化剂,搅拌混合为30min-5h,得到高导热碳纤维黏合树脂;
(3)用浸渍机将高导热碳纤黏合树脂涂覆在碳纤维布上,涂覆厚度为30-500um,涂覆加热温度为40-75度,涂覆时间为10-100min,常温常态冷却2h以上,得到涂覆碳纤维布;
(4)使热辊压机对涂覆碳纤维布进行3段式加热压合,第一段加热压合温度为60-100°C,时间为0.5h-3h;第二段加热压合温度为100-150°C,时间为0.5h-2h;第三段加热压合温度为150-200°C,时间为1-5h;以上所述压合的压力均在2Mpa-10Mpa之间;
在高导热碳纤维布的上下面均附着离型保护膜,得到高导热碳纤维布。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供高导热碳纤维布及其制备工艺,利用高导热碳纤维黏合树脂替代传统的绝缘胶体系,以大幅增加碳纤维束间的热导率,若出现碳纤束散开、断裂等现象,热能也可通过碳纤维间的高导热黏合树脂传递到其他碳纤束上,提高了导热系数同时,还确保了热传递的方向性特质,以解决现有技术中碳纤维布作为热导产品整体散热性低,可靠性差的问题。本发明不但保证了碳纤维布现有的优异性能,还解决了现有的碳纤维布的导热性损毁的问题,可广泛使用在电子设备、热工设计等领域。

下面将结本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种高导热碳纤维布,包括碳纤维布和均匀分布于碳纤维布上的附着物,附着物为高导热混合物,附着物包括微纳米陶瓷粉末、固化剂和黏合树脂,其中,微纳米陶瓷粉末的重量百分比为20-50%,固化剂的重量百分比为10-40%,黏合树脂的重量百分比为30-60%。上述成分的碳纤维布,其不仅具有现有碳纤维的优异特性,同时利用高导热粘合树脂包覆所有碳纤维束,降低横向和纵向碳纤维束交叉处的热阻,使其热量扩散速度进一步加强,且通过高导热粘合树脂包覆散开或断裂后碳纤维束,可重新接驳断开的热量传递路径,解决了现有技术中的热量滞留和积压,从而提高整体碳纤维布的导热性能及其稳定性。并且利用固化剂的热固性性质,当高导热碳纤维布贴附于发热产品上后,其粘性会越来越强,避免高导热碳纤维布脱落的风险。
碳纤维布可为机织碳纤维布、针织碳纤维布、编织碳纤维布、碳纤维预浸布之至少一种的织物。
微纳米陶瓷粉末以碳化硅为主料,以氧化物陶瓷粉末、氮化物陶瓷粉末或碳化物陶瓷粉末为辅料混合制成,其中碳化硅在微纳米陶瓷粉末中的重量百分比为10-100%。
氧化物陶瓷粉末为二氧化钛陶瓷粉末或三氧化二铝陶瓷粉末。
氮化物陶瓷粉末为氮化铝陶瓷粉末或氮化硼陶瓷粉末的一种或任意比例的混合物。
碳化物陶瓷粉末为碳陶瓷粉末、石墨陶瓷粉末、石墨烯陶瓷粉末或碳纳米管陶瓷粉末的之任一或任意几种的混合物。

本发明还提出高导热碳纤维布的制备方法。
(1)将20-50份的微纳米陶瓷粉末和将30-60份的黏合树脂搅拌混合均匀,搅拌时间为30min-2h,得到混合物;
(2)向混合物中加入10-40份固化剂,搅拌混合为30min-5h,得到高导热碳纤维黏合树脂;
(3)用浸渍机将高导热碳纤黏合树脂涂覆在碳纤维布上,涂覆厚度为30-500um,涂覆加热温度为40-75度,涂覆时间为10-100min,常温常态冷却2h以上,得到涂覆碳纤维布;
(4)使热辊压机对涂覆碳纤维布进行3段式加热压合,第一段加热压合温度为60-100°C,时间为0.5h-3h;第二段加热压合温度为100-150°C,时间为0.5h-2h;第三段加热压合温度为150-200°C,时间为1-5h;以上压合的压力均在2Mpa-10Mpa之间;
在高导热碳纤维布的上下面均附着离型保护膜,得到高导热碳纤维布成品;

实施例1:
1、碳纤维布采用碳纤维编织布;
2、取18KG微纳米陶瓷粉末,其中微纳米陶瓷粉末中含有重量百分比为92%的碳化硅SiC和重量百分比为8%的石墨;
3、取30KG的环氧树脂和8KG的三甲基六亚甲基二胺(TMD);
4、首先将所获取的微纳米陶瓷粉末去除水分,然后将所获取的环氧树脂加入搅拌机中,搅拌1h,得到混合物;
5、取8KG的三甲基六亚甲基二胺(TMD)加入混合物中,继续搅拌混合1h,得到高导热碳纤维黏合树脂;
6、使用浸渍机将高导热碳纤黏合树脂涂覆在碳纤维布上,在加热温度55度下涂覆40um的厚度,然后常温常态冷却2h,得到涂覆碳纤维布;
7、使用热辊压机在8Mpa对涂覆碳纤维布进行加热压合,得到高导热碳纤维布
使用ASTM E1461-13标准测试其导热系数达到102.3 W/m.k。
实施例2:
1、碳纤维布采用碳纤维编织布
2、取12KG微纳米陶瓷粉末,其中微纳米陶瓷粉末中含有重量百分比为100%的碳化硅SiC
3、取30KG的环氧树脂和8KG的三甲基六亚甲基二胺(TMD)
4、首先将所获取的微纳米陶瓷粉末去除水分,然后将所获取的环氧树脂加入搅拌机中,搅拌1h,得到混合物;
5、取8KG的三甲基六亚甲基二胺(TMD)加入混合物中,继续搅拌混合1h,得到高导热碳纤维黏合树脂。使用浸渍机将高导热碳纤黏合树脂涂覆在碳纤维
6、布上,在加热温度55度下涂覆40um的厚度,然后常温常态冷却2h,得到涂覆碳纤维布;
7、使用热辊压机在8Mpa对涂覆碳纤维布进行加热压合,得到高导热碳纤维布;
使用ASTM E1461-13标准测试其导热系数达到43.2 W/m.k。
实施例3:
1、碳纤维布采用碳纤维编织布;
2、取28KG微纳米陶瓷粉末,其中微纳米陶瓷粉末中含有重量百分比为75%的碳化硅SiC和重量百分比为25%的石墨;
3、取22KG的环氧树脂和5KG的三甲基六亚甲基二胺(TMD);
4、首先将所获取的微纳米陶瓷粉末去除水分,然后将所获取的环氧树脂加入搅拌机中,搅拌1h,得到混合物;
5、取8KG的三甲基六亚甲基二胺(TMD)加入混合物中,继续搅拌混合1h,得到高导热碳纤维黏合树脂;使用浸渍机将高导热碳纤黏合树脂涂覆在碳纤维布上;
6、在加热温度55度下涂覆40um的厚度,然后常温常态冷却2h,得到涂覆碳纤维布;
7、使用热辊压机在8Mpa对涂覆碳纤维布进行加热压合,得到高导热碳纤维布
使用ASTM E1461-13标准测试其导热系数达到156.7 W/m.k

Claims (9)

1.一种高导热碳纤维布,其特征在于:包括碳纤维布和均匀分布于碳纤维布上的附着物,
所述附着物为高导热混合物,所述附着物包括微纳米陶瓷粉末、固化剂和黏合树脂,
其中,所述微纳米陶瓷粉末的重量百分比为20-50%,所述固化剂的重量百分比为10-40%,所述黏合树脂的重量百分比为30-60%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高导热碳纤维布,其特征在于:
所述碳纤维布可为机织碳纤维布、针织碳纤维布、编织碳纤维布、碳纤维预浸布至少一种的织物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高导热碳纤维布,其特征在于:
所述微纳米陶瓷粉末以碳化硅为主料,以氧化物陶瓷粉末、氮化物陶瓷粉末或碳化物陶瓷粉末为辅料混合制成,其中所述碳化硅在微纳米陶瓷粉末中的重量百分比为10-100%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高导热碳纤维布,其特征在于:
所述的氧化物陶瓷粉末为二氧化钛陶瓷粉末或三氧化二铝陶瓷粉末。
5.根据权利要求3所述的高导热碳纤维布,其特征在于:
所述的氮化物陶瓷粉末为氮化铝陶瓷粉末或氮化硼陶瓷粉末的一种或任意比例的混合物。
6.根据权利要求3所述的高导热碳纤维布,其特征在于:
所述碳化物陶瓷粉末为碳陶瓷粉末、石墨陶瓷粉末、石墨烯陶瓷粉末或碳纳米管陶瓷粉末的之任一或任意几种的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的高导热碳纤维布,其特征在于:
所述黏合树脂为环氧树脂、酚醛树脂或聚氨基树脂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的高导热碳纤维布,其特征在于:
所述固化剂为脂肪族多胺类固化剂、脂环族多胺类固化剂、芳香族多胺类固化剂、酚醛类固化剂。
9.一种高导热碳纤维布的其制备方法,其特征在于:
将20-50份的微纳米陶瓷粉末和将30-60份的黏合树脂搅拌混合均匀,搅拌时间为30min-2h,得到混合物;
向混合物中加入10-40份固化剂,搅拌混合为30min-5h,得到高导热碳纤维黏合树脂;
用浸渍机将高导热黏合树脂涂覆在碳纤维布上,涂覆厚度为30-500um,涂覆加热温度为40-75度,涂覆时间为10-100min,常温常态冷却2h以上,得到涂覆碳纤维布;
使热辊压机对涂覆碳纤维布进行3段式加热压合,第一段加热压合温度为60-100°C,时间为0.5h-3h;第二段加热压合温度为100-150°C,时间为0.5h-2h;第三段加热压合温度为150-200°C,时间为1-5h;以上所述压合的压力均在2Mpa-10Mpa之间;
在高导热碳纤维布的上下面均附着离型保护膜,得到高导热碳纤维布的成品。
