本发明涉及玻璃钢缠绕机及其缠丝方法,所述玻璃钢缠绕机包括挤塑成型机、拉机,所述挤塑成型机用于管材成型,拉机用于将成型的管材拉伸;靠近挤塑成型机位置、在挤塑成型机与拉机之间设置缠纱装置,所述缠纱装置用于将纱缠绕在拉伸的管材上;所述缠纱装置包括第一导纱盘和第二导纱盘,两个导纱盘间隔排列,所述导纱盘分别连接控制器,控制器控制导纱盘的旋转与角度,导纱盘旋转将纱缠绕在管材上,其中,第一导纱盘用于织造经线,第二导纱盘用于织造纬线,第一导纱盘和第二导纱盘缠绕的纱交叉形成经纬线,螺旋绕制在管材外壁上。本发明的包纱管材,包纱均匀,管材受力均匀。

Description

玻璃钢缠绕机及其缠丝方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃钢缠绕机及其缠丝方法。
背景技术
现有的玻璃钢一般由缠绕机在管材上进行玻璃纤维的绕制。其在绕纱(玻璃纤维)时,一般由主轴带动一定长度的管材转动,由一个固定的导纱盘在转动的管材上进行螺旋绕纱,其在管材的纵向受力较佳,但在轴向受力较差。
发明内容
本发明提供一种受力均匀的缠绕机,实现上述目的的技术方案如下:
玻璃钢缠绕机,包括挤塑成型机、拉机,所述挤塑成型机用于管材成型,拉机用于将成型的管材拉伸;
靠近挤塑成型机位置、在挤塑成型机与拉机之间设置缠纱装置,所述缠纱装置用于将纱缠绕在拉伸的管材上;
所述缠纱装置包括第一导纱盘和第二导纱盘,两个导纱盘间隔排列,所述导纱盘分别连接控制器,控制器控制导纱盘的旋转与角度,导纱盘旋转将纱缠绕在管材上,其中,第一导纱盘用于织造经线,第二导纱盘用于织造纬线,第一导纱盘和第二导纱盘缠绕的纱交叉形成经纬线,螺旋绕制在管材外壁上。
本发明通过挤塑成型机连续成型管材,并通过前后间隔的两个导纱盘进行缠丝,管材只进行一个拉伸动作,在轴向方向上不受力,缠绕的纱均匀,与管材的结合力度平均。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做详细的说明。
图中,玻璃钢缠绕机包括挤塑成型机1、拉机2,所述挤塑成型机1用于连续成型管材3,拉机2用于将管材3拉伸成型,使管材3达到预设的长度。
靠近挤塑成型机1位置、在挤塑成型机1与拉机2之间设置缠纱装置,所述缠纱装置用于将纱缠绕在成型的管材3上,本发明中,所述缠纱装置包括第一导纱盘4和第二导纱盘5,两个导纱盘以预设的间隔距离安装,当导纱盘旋转的时候不会互相影响,所述导纱盘分别连接控制器(图中未示出),控制器控制导纱盘的旋转,旋转的转速、方向、时间、拉力等都通过控制器进行控制,所述纱可以是纤维纱、玻璃纤维等,优选控制绕制纱的拉力为0.42N/每支,每支2400根纤维纱。控制器选取能实现本发明目的现有技术即可,导纱盘旋转会将纱缠绕在管材3上,因此管材3就不需要旋转,只进行拉伸的动作即可,如此,在缠绕纱的过程中,管材3的受力均匀,其中,第一导纱盘4用于织造经线,第二导纱盘5用于织造纬线,优选第一导纱盘4和第二导纱盘5的旋转方向相反,第一导纱盘4和第二导纱盘5缠绕的纱交叉形成经纬线螺旋绕制在管材外壁上。
导纱盘可以采用支架等部件支撑,完成导纱盘的旋转,导纱盘的供丝由供丝机构(图中未示出)供丝,导纱盘在周向上360度间隔均匀地设有导纱孔,玻璃纤维穿设导纱孔后跟随导纱盘的运动方向将玻璃纤维缠绕在管材外壁。
图中,所述第一导纱盘4更靠近挤塑成型机1,由于两个导纱盘之间间隔有一定的距离,因此在第一导纱盘4与第二导纱盘5之间的这段距离仅仅织造经线,管材超过第二导纱盘5的位置开始制造纬线,这样设置的目的可以除了避免纱之间的互相干扰之外,也可以根据实际需要调节纱的织造角度留出空间。
两个方向纱的交叉角度(轴向)为45至90度之间。使用的时候,调整好两个导纱盘的各项参数,之后启动挤塑成型机1,挤塑成型机1将管材初步成型,当拉机拉长管材的过程中,启动控制器,第一导纱盘工作将纱缠绕在管材的外壁上,管材到达第二导纱盘的时候,第二导纱盘开始缠绕,管材不断变长,缠绕好纱的管材被送到预设位置。利用本发明的结构生产出来的管材,其包纱均匀,生产效率高。

1.一种玻璃钢缠绕机,其特征在于:包括挤塑成型机、拉机,所述挤塑成型机用于管材成型,拉机用于将成型的管材拉伸;
靠近挤塑成型机位置、在挤塑成型机与拉机之间设置缠纱装置,所述缠纱装置用于将纱缠绕在拉伸的管材上;
所述缠纱装置包括第一导纱盘和第二导纱盘,两个导纱盘间隔排列,所述导纱盘分别连接控制器,控制器控制导纱盘的旋转与角度,导纱盘旋转将纱缠绕在管材上,其中,第一导纱盘用于织造经线,第二导纱盘用于织造纬线,第一导纱盘和第二导纱盘缠绕的纱交叉形成经纬线,螺旋绕制在管材外壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的玻璃钢缠绕机,其特征在于:所述第一导纱盘和第二导纱盘的旋转方向相反。
3.玻璃钢缠绕机的缠丝方法,其特征在于:挤塑成型机工作形成管材雏形,拉机拉伸形成预设长度的管材;
管材被拉伸的过程中,控制器控制第一导纱盘旋转,在管材上织造经线;
管材继续被拉伸,管材越过第二导纱盘的时候,控制器控制第二导纱盘旋转,在管材上织造纬线,经线、纬线交叉形成经纬线螺旋绕制在管材外壁上,完成缠纱工序。
