技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域,具体是指一种针对足跟疼痛的汤饮。
背景技术
足跟痛又称脚跟痛。足跟一侧或两侧疼痛,不红不肿,行走不便。是由于足跟的骨质、关节、滑囊、筋膜等处病变引起的疾病。中医学认为,足跟痛多属肝肾阴虚、痰湿、血热等因所致。肝主筋、肾主骨,肝肾亏虚,筋骨失养,复感风寒湿邪或慢性劳损便导致经络瘀滞,气血运行受阻,使筋骨肌肉失养而发病。
足跟痛是一种常见病,以足跟肿胀、麻木疼痛、局部压痛、行走困难为特征。足跟痛又称跟骨骨刺或跟骨骨质增生。在中医学属于“骨痹”范畴,发病原因多与老年肾亏劳损,外伤和感受寒湿有关,日久或初起之足跟痛,选择众多祛风除湿、温经散寒、软坚消肿、活血镇痛的中药外敷足部,不损伤皮肤、无毒副反应。
目前一般患者会服用西药针对,但西药可能会产生肝、肾功能损害等不良反应。
发明内容
本发明的目的是一种汤饮作用于局部,渗透肌肤,直达病所,促进气血流通,改善局部血液运行,软化骨刺促进炎症吸收,从而使足跟疼痛症状针对或消除。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种针对足跟疼痛的汤饮,是由下列重量份比的原料中药组合而成:川15-25份,百合15-25份,川牛膝25-35份,川断25-35份,川椒15-25份,威灵仙25-35份,木瓜15-25份,透骨草25-35份,鸡血藤25-35份,元胡15-25份,乳香15-25份,没药15-25份,芒硝45-55份(另包),食醋200-300份。
本发明所提供的汤饮的服用方法为:将上述重量份配比的原料用用水煎服,7天为一疗程。
上述汤饮中的各原料中药在中药大辞典中均有记载:
当归:伞形科植物当归的干燥根茎,复伞形花序,羽状复叶,多年生草本植物,夏季当茎上的节盘显著突起,并略带紫色时采收,除去泥沙,晒后炕干,再去须根,治疗头痛之首选药物,月经不调;经闭痛经;产后瘀滞腥痛;症瘕肿块;胸胁疼痛;头痛眩晕;风寒湿痹;跌打损伤;痈疽疮疡等。
百合:多年生草本,高60~120厘米,块根通常2个连生,纺锤形至倒卵形,外皮黑褐色,祛寒湿,散风邪,温经,止痛,治风寒湿痹,历节风痛,四肢拘挛,半身不遂,头风头痛,心腹冷痛,阴疽肿毒。
川牛膝:多年生直立草本,主根长圆柱形,粗壮,直径0.8~1.5厘米,土棕色,味微甘,祛风,利湿,通经,活血,治风湿腰膝疼痛,脚痿筋挛,血淋,尿血,妇女经闭,症瘕,用于经闭症瘕,胞衣不下,关节痹痛,足痿筋挛,尿血血淋,跌扑损伤。
威灵仙:毛茛科植物威灵仙的干燥根及根茎,具有祛风除湿,通络止痛的功效,用于风湿痹痛,肢体麻木,筋脉拘挛,屈伸不利,骨哽咽喉等疾病。
透骨草:多年生草本,茎直立,4棱形,有活血化瘀、利尿解毒、通经透骨之功效,鲜草捣烂外敷,可治疮疖肿疼、毒虫咬伤。
乳香:调气活血,定痛,追毒。治气血凝滞、心腹疼痛,痈疮肿毒,跌打损伤,痛经,产后瘀血刺痛。
没药:为橄榄科植物没药树的胶树脂,主治胸腹瘀痛、痛经、经闭、癥瘕、跌打损伤、痈肿疮疡、肠痈、目赤肿痛,有活血止痛、消肿生肌等功效。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的汤饮作用于局部,渗透肌肤,直达病所,促进气血流通,改善局部血液运行,软化骨刺促进炎症吸收,从而使足跟疼痛症状针对或消除。

实施例1:一种针对足跟疼痛的汤饮,是由下列重量的原料中药组合而成:当归15克,百合15克,川牛膝25克,川断25克,川椒25克,威灵仙25克,木瓜15克,透骨草25克,鸡血藤25克,元胡15克,乳香15克,没药15克,芒硝45克(另包),食醋200毫升。

病例3 杜某,男,68岁,用药前跟骨骨膜炎,使用本发明药物15天后,症状针对。

1.一种针对足跟疼痛的汤饮,其特征在于其是由下列重量份比的原料中药组合而成:当归15-25份,百合15-25份,川牛膝25-35份,川断25-35份,川椒15-25份,威灵仙25-35份,木瓜15-25份,透骨草25-35份,鸡血藤25-35份,元胡15-25份,乳香15-25份,没药15-25份,芒硝45-55份(另包),食醋200-300份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种针对足跟疼痛的汤饮,其特征在于是由下列重量份比的原料中药组合而成:当归20份,百合20份,川牛膝30份,川断30份,川椒20份,威灵仙30份,木瓜20份,透骨草30份,鸡血藤30份,元胡20份,乳香20份,没药20份,芒硝50份(另包),食醋250份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种针对足跟疼痛的汤饮,其特征是包括以下步骤
将前12味药加冷水3000毫升,浸泡12小时,煮沸30-40分钟,倒入盆内,加芒硝、食醋搅匀;
先用热气熏蒸患处,待水温不烫时浸洗患足,可重复加热熏洗,每次不少于1小时,早晚各一次,一剂药可用两天。
