a-4, controlling the supporting mechanism 7 to extend downwards to enable the supporting mechanism to be supported on a target bed body; then the translation frame 5 is controlled by the lifting mechanism 4 to rise upwards for a certain height, at the moment, the supporting mechanism 7 extends synchronously, and the patient is lifted off the bed surface of the target bed body by using a bed sheet;
a-5, extending the telescopic bed board 3-1 towards the direction of a target bed body to enable the telescopic bed board 3-1 to be positioned below the body of a patient (as shown in figure 3), simultaneously driving the patient to descend through the lifting mechanism 4, and synchronously contracting the supporting mechanism 7 at the moment to flatly place the patient on the telescopic bed board 3-1;
a-6, controlling the supporting mechanism 7 to retract upwards, supporting the target bed body by using the telescopic bed board 3-1 at the moment, retracting the telescopic bed board 3-1 and the translation frame 5, and locking the telescopic bed board 3-1 to prevent the telescopic bed board 3-1 from sliding out with the patient in the transfer process, thereby completing the transfer work of the patient from the target bed body to the transfer trolley;
B. transferring the patient to a target bed body by a transfer trolley:
b-1, pushing the transfer trolley to the side edge of the target bed body and stopping stably, so that the extended side of the telescopic bed plate 3-1 of the transfer trolley is close to the target bed body;
b-2, controlling the heights of the telescopic bed plate 3-1 and the translation frame 5 through the shear type lifting mechanism 2 and the lifting mechanism 4 respectively, so that the height of the telescopic bed plate 3-1 is slightly higher than the height of the bed surface of a target bed body, and the height of the translation frame 5 is higher than the lying height of a patient;
b-3, extending the telescopic bed plate 3-1 and the translation frame 5 towards the direction of the target bed body together, and enabling the telescopic bed plate 3-1 to move to the center of the target bed body with the patient; two sides of a bed sheet on the telescopic bed plate 3-1 are respectively curled to the electric rollers 6 on the corresponding sides, and then the electric rollers 6 are driven to two opposite directions to enable the bed sheet to be in a tight state;
b-4, controlling the supporting mechanism 7 to extend downwards to enable the supporting mechanism to be supported on the target bed body; then the translation frame 5 is controlled by the lifting mechanism 4 to be lifted upwards for a certain height, at the moment, the supporting mechanism 7 is synchronously extended, and the patient is lifted off the telescopic bed plate 3-1 by using a bed sheet;
b-5, retracting the telescopic bed plate 3-1, simultaneously driving the patient to descend through the lifting mechanism 4, and synchronously contracting the supporting mechanism 7 at the moment to place the patient on the target bed body;
b-6, loosening the bed sheet, retracting the supporting mechanism 7 upwards, and then retracting the translation frame 5, thereby completing the transfer work of the patient from the transfer vehicle to the target bed body.
The use method of a hoist and mount formula transfer car (buggy) for seriously sick patient of this embodiment can accomplish the patient and transport the operation alone, and easy operation is convenient, need not direct contact patient health, carries labour saving and time saving, and the patient transports high-efficiently fast, has effectively avoided the secondary injury problem in the patient handling.
According to the hoisting type transfer trolley for the seriously ill patient and the using method thereof, the electric roller is used for tightening the bed sheet, the bed sheet is used for driving the body of the patient to lift or descend, the flexible bed plate is matched to realize flexible transfer of the patient between the target bed body and the transfer trolley, the support mechanism is used for ensuring the stability of the trolley body of the patient in the transfer process, the transfer of the patient is safer and more reliable, the problem of secondary injury in the transfer process of the patient is solved, the carrying action is simple, the carrying efficiency is high, the transfer operation of the patient can be completed by one person, and the hoisting type transfer trolley has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation, safety, reliability, low.
The present invention and its embodiments have been described above schematically, without limitation, and what is shown in the drawings is only one of the embodiments of the present invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto. A hoist and mount formula transfer car (buggy) for seriously sick patient, including lower frame (1), scissors formula elevating system (2) and last frame (3), last frame (3) install on frame (1) down through scissors formula elevating system (2), the bottom of lower frame (1) be equipped with truckle (1-1), its characterized in that: the upper frame (3) is provided with a telescopic bed board (3-1) capable of extending out to one side of the transfer trolley, two ends of the lower frame (1) are respectively provided with a lifting mechanism (4) positioned at the head and the tail of the transfer trolley, the top ends of the lifting mechanisms (4) at the two ends are provided with a translation frame (5) capable of extending out to the same side of the telescopic bed board (3-1), two sides of the translation frame (5) are respectively provided with a group of electric rollers (6) capable of tightening up a bed sheet, one side of the translation frame (5) extending out is also provided with a support mechanism (7) capable of extending out and supporting on a target bed body, the support mechanism (7) comprises a third electric push rod (7-1), a transverse connecting rod (7-2), support rods (7-3) and rollers (7-4), and the two support rods (7-3) arranged in parallel are connected into a flat shape through the transverse connecting rod (7-2) The device comprises a parallelogram link mechanism, two support rods (7-3) are rotatably arranged on a translation frame (5), rollers (7-4) are arranged at the bottom ends of the support rods (7-3), and a third electric push rod (7-1) is arranged between the translation frame (5) and the parallelogram link mechanism and used for driving the support rods (7-3) to contract or expand.

The overhead transfer car (buggy) for critically ill patients as set forth in claim 1, wherein: the lifting mechanism (4) comprises a guide fixing rod (4-1), guide telescopic rods (4-2), a cross beam (4-3) and a second electric push rod (4-4), wherein two ends of the cross beam (4-3) are respectively provided with one guide telescopic rod (4-2), each guide telescopic rod (4-2) is in telescopic fit with one guide fixing rod (4-1) vertically fixed on the lower frame (1), and the second electric push rod (4-4) is installed between the lower frame (1) and the cross beam (4-3) to drive the cross beam (4-3) to do vertical telescopic motion.
3. The overhead transfer car (buggy) for critically ill patients as set forth in claim 2, wherein: two ends of the translation frame (5) are respectively installed on two groups of cross beams (4-3) at two ends of the transfer trolley in a sliding mode through second sliding rails (5-1).
4. The overhead transfer car (buggy) for critically ill patients as set forth in claim 3, wherein: two ends of the telescopic bed board (3-1) are respectively installed on the upper frame (3) in a sliding way through first sliding rails (3-2).
5. Use of the trolley for heavy patients according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
A. transferring the patient from the target bed body to a transfer trolley:
a-1, placing the transfer trolley at the side edge of the target bed body and stopping stably, so that the extended side of a telescopic bed plate (3-1) of the transfer trolley is close to the target bed body;
a-2, controlling the heights of the telescopic bed board (3-1) and the translation frame (5) through the shear type lifting mechanism (2) and the lifting mechanism (4) respectively, so that the height of the telescopic bed board (3-1) is slightly higher than the bed surface height of a target bed body, and the height of the translation frame (5) is higher than the lying height of a patient;
a-3, extending the translation frame (5) towards the direction of a target bed body to enable a patient to be positioned between the two groups of electric rollers (6), respectively curling two sides of a bed sheet of the target bed body onto the electric rollers (6) on the corresponding sides, and then driving the electric rollers (6) towards two opposite directions to enable the bed sheet to be in a tightened state;
a-4, controlling the support mechanism (7) to extend downwards to enable the support mechanism to be supported on a target bed body; then the translation frame (5) is controlled to be lifted upwards by a certain height through the lifting mechanism (4), the supporting mechanism (7) is synchronously extended, and the patient is lifted off the bed surface of the target bed body by using a bed sheet;
a-5, extending the telescopic bed board (3-1) towards the direction of a target bed body to enable the telescopic bed board (3-1) to be positioned below the body of a patient, simultaneously driving the patient to descend through the lifting mechanism (4), synchronously contracting the supporting mechanism (7), and flatly placing the patient on the telescopic bed board (3-1);
a-6, controlling the supporting mechanism (7) to retract upwards, simultaneously retracting the telescopic bed board (3-1) and the translation frame (5), and locking the telescopic bed board (3-1) to complete the transfer work of the patient from the target bed body to the transfer trolley;
B. transferring the patient to a target bed body by a transfer trolley:
b-1, pushing the transfer trolley to the side edge of the target bed body and stopping stably, so that the extended side of the telescopic bed plate (3-1) of the transfer trolley is close to the target bed body;
b-2, controlling the heights of the telescopic bed board (3-1) and the translation frame (5) through the shear type lifting mechanism (2) and the lifting mechanism (4) respectively, so that the height of the telescopic bed board (3-1) is slightly higher than the bed surface height of a target bed body, and the height of the translation frame (5) is higher than the lying height of a patient;
b-3, extending the telescopic bed board (3-1) and the translation frame (5) to the direction of the target bed body together, and enabling the telescopic bed board (3-1) to carry the patient to move to the center of the target bed body; two sides of a bed sheet on the telescopic bed board (3-1) are respectively curled to the electric rollers (6) on the corresponding sides, and then the electric rollers (6) are driven to two opposite directions to enable the bed sheet to be in a tight state;
b-4, controlling the support mechanism (7) to extend downwards to enable the support mechanism to be supported on the target bed body; then the translation frame (5) is controlled to be lifted upwards by a certain height through the lifting mechanism (4), the supporting mechanism (7) is synchronously extended, and the patient is lifted off the telescopic bed board (3-1) by using a bed sheet;
b-5, retracting the telescopic bed plate (3-1), driving the patient to descend through the lifting mechanism (4), synchronously contracting the supporting mechanism (7), and horizontally placing the patient on the target bed body;
