The invention discloses an intelligent patient transportation transfer bed which comprises a bed body and a patient fixing part, wherein the patient fixing part is used for placing a patient, the bed body comprises a bed surface, the bed surface is positioned on a three-dimensional moving platform, the bed surface is provided with a transfer mechanism, the transfer mechanism is used for transferring the patient fixing part, and the bottom of the three-dimensional moving platform is provided with rollers. The invention can realize the transfer of patients and reduce the labor intensity; the labor cost is saved, and the patient can be transferred by one person; reduce the injury caused by improper handling of the patient and reduce the lumbar injury of the medical staff caused by stooping and handling; the smart identity identifies and directs the transport of the patient to the designated floor and bed with the assistance of the navigation module.

Background
In the clinic, it is often necessary to transport patients, such as: the ambulance sends out the unconscious patient and transfers the patient from a transport vehicle to the hospital bed; transferring the patient with trauma or paralysis from the hospital bed to a CT, nuclear magnetic resonance and other examination device to lie down; transferring the patient to an operating bed in an operating room; after the surgery is completed, the patient is transferred back to the ward or the patient bed in the guardian room.
At present, the most original manual carrying mode is adopted for patient transfer, and the defects of manual carrying are as follows:
1. the labor is large, the number of required people is large, and the labor intensity is high.
2. Many patients need to be transported along an axis, and improper transportation can cause secondary damage to the patients; however, when the patient is carried by a human power, it is often difficult to completely maintain the axis, and there is a risk that the patient is injured by carrying the patient.
3. The skin of a patient is easily damaged by manual carrying.
4. Handling is more difficult for obese and overweight patients.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an intelligent patient transportation and transfer bed, which can realize the transfer of patients and reduce the labor intensity.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
the invention discloses an intelligent patient transportation transfer bed which comprises a bed body and a patient fixing part, wherein the patient fixing part is used for placing a patient, the bed body comprises a bed surface, the bed surface is positioned on a three-dimensional moving platform, the bed surface is provided with a transfer mechanism, the transfer mechanism is used for transferring the patient fixing part, and the bottom of the three-dimensional moving platform is provided with rollers.
Preferably, the patient fixing part comprises a bottom plate and two side baffles, the bottom plate comprises two comb plates, slotted holes for the comb plates to pass through are formed in the bottoms of the baffles, and comb teeth of the two comb plates are arranged in a staggered mode.
Furthermore, an inclined mechanism is arranged between the three-dimensional moving platform and the bed surface. The three-dimensional moving platform comprises transverse moving, longitudinal moving and lifting.
Preferably, the transfer mechanism comprises a telescopic guide rail, the telescopic guide rail is arranged on the end face of the bed surface, and a groove matched with the telescopic guide rail is formed in the bottom of the patient fixing part.
Preferably, the roller is an electric roller, the telescopic guide rail is electric telescopic, the controller is installed on the bed surface, and the roller and the telescopic guide rail are controlled by the controller.
Preferably, the controller includes an operation panel including operation buttons for operating the motorized roller, the telescopic rail, and the tilting mechanism.

7. 2 modes of guide rail design and mechanical arm design are provided, and various choices can be made according to conditions;
8. the intelligent design can intelligently identify the patient identity bar code or two-dimensional code or identity chip and other identity identification devices, and the patient can be directionally transported to the appointed floor and bed through the navigation module.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present embodiment includes a bed and a patient fixing component, the patient fixing component is used for placing a patient, the bed includes a bed surface 11, the bed surface 11 is located on a three-dimensional moving platform 12, the bed surface 11 is provided with a transfer mechanism, the transfer mechanism is used for transferring the patient fixing component, and the bottom of the three-dimensional moving platform 12 is provided with a roller 13. The patient fixing part comprises a bottom plate and baffle plates 21 on two sides, the bottom plate comprises two comb plates 22, slotted holes for the comb plates to pass through are formed in the bottoms of the baffle plates 21, and comb teeth 23 of the two comb plates 22 are arranged in a staggered mode. An inclined mechanism is arranged between the three-dimensional moving platform and the bed surface.
The transfer mechanism comprises a telescopic guide rail 15, the telescopic guide rail 15 is arranged on the end surface of the bed surface 11, and the bottom of the patient fixing part is provided with a groove matched with the telescopic guide rail 15. The roller 13 is an electric roller, the telescopic guide rail 15 is an electric telescopic guide rail, the controller 14 is installed on the bed surface 11, and the roller 13 and the telescopic guide rail 15 are controlled by the controller 14.
As shown in fig. 5, the mobile phone further comprises a remote control terminal, the remote control terminal is wirelessly connected with the controller, the controller comprises a control module, a display panel, an operation panel, a positioning navigation module, a driving module and a card reader, the remote control terminal has a barcode and two-dimensional code recognition function, and the remote control terminal can adopt a smart phone.
The method of use of this example is as follows: reading an identification code with the identity of the patient through a remote control terminal, wherein the identification code is a bar code or a two-dimensional code, or reading an identity chip with the identity of the patient through a card reader, and inserting and converging comb plates from two sides of the patient to enable the patient to be loaded into the patient fixing component; the movable bed body is close to the patient fixing part, the telescopic guide rail extends out, the position and the height of the bed surface are adjusted, the telescopic guide rail is inserted into a groove in the bottom of the patient fixing part, the bed surface is moved upwards, the patient fixing part with the patient is lifted, then the guide rail is inclined, the patient fixing part slides to the bed body, the comb plate is drawn out, the patient is transferred to the bed surface, and the patient is directionally transported to a designated floor and a bed position through the navigation module. The patient can be transferred from the bed to the destination by reversing the operation.
Example 2
The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that: the transfer mechanism employs a robotic arm 16 instead of the telescoping rail 15, the robotic arm 16 including a gripper for gripping the patient securing member, and the controller 14 for controlling the robotic arm.
Other parts of this embodiment are the same as embodiment 1, and thus are not described in detail.
This example, when used, differs from example 1 in that: the patient is moved in a manner that the mechanical arm grabs the patient fixing part, and the patient is directionally transported to a designated floor and bed through the navigation module.

9. The intelligent patient transport and transfer bed of claim 8, wherein: the controller comprises an operation panel, and the operation panel comprises operation buttons for operating the electric roller, the mechanical arm and the tilting mechanism.
10. The intelligent patient transport and transfer bed of claim 6 or 9, wherein: the remote control system further comprises a remote control terminal, and the remote control terminal is in wireless connection with the controller.
