Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: 1. the device enables the bed board to incline in multiple angles through the rotatable box body, the first driving rod, the second driving rod and the third driving rod, and can carry out multi-directional examination on a patient under the condition of not moving the patient; 2. the first lifting mechanism on the first vehicle body, the second lifting mechanism on the second vehicle body, and the first bracket and the second bracket on the upper parts of the first lifting mechanism and the second vehicle body form a transfer bed, so that a patient can be transferred conveniently, meanwhile, the first vehicle body and the second vehicle body can carry necessary examination and monitoring equipment, and the first vehicle body and the second vehicle body are convenient to store under a bed plate for use when not in use; 3. the first vehicle body and the second vehicle body can be pulled out for independent use, and the support pads and the guardrails can enable a sitting patient to get out of bed for use; 4. the weighing frame and the bearing rod thereof can be used for supporting a bedridden patient when the patient gets up or adjusts the angle, so that the working strength of nursing personnel is reduced; 5. the storage rack can be used for placing a plurality of necessities, is convenient to be rotated out completely for searching when in use, and is very convenient to be stored after being used up.

Detailed Description

The first embodiment is as follows: referring to fig. 1-9, the portable multifunctional bed comprises a base 1, a rotatable box 2 is arranged on the base 1, a first driving rod 3, a second driving rod 4 and a third driving rod 5 are coaxially arranged in the box 2 in a rotating manner, the first driving rod 3, the second driving rod 4 and the third driving rod 5 are uniformly distributed, a first connecting rod 6 is hinged on the first driving rod 3, a second connecting rod 7 is hinged on the second driving rod 4, a third connecting rod 8 is hinged on the third driving rod 5, a supporting plate 9 is hinged on the first connecting rod 6, the second connecting rod 7 and the third connecting rod 8 together, a bed plate 10 is fixedly arranged on the supporting plate 9, a first vehicle body 11 and a second vehicle body 12 are arranged below the bed plate 10, the first vehicle body 11 and the second vehicle body 12 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the base 1, a first lifting mechanism is arranged on the first vehicle body 11, the lifting device is characterized in that a first bracket 45 is arranged on the first lifting mechanism, a first supporting plate 13 is hinged to the right end of the first bracket 45, a second lifting mechanism is arranged on the second vehicle body 12, a second bracket 14 is arranged on the second lifting mechanism, a second supporting plate 15 is hinged to the left end of the second bracket 14, and a locking device is arranged between the first supporting plate 13 and the second supporting plate 15.
The base 1 can be a fixed base or a movable base, the caster of the movable base is provided with a foot brake, the box body 2 is arranged on a rotatable body on the base 1, when the first driving rod 3 rotates clockwise, the second driving rod 4 and the third driving rod 5 are fixed, the first driving rod 3 enables a hinge point between the first connecting rod 6 and the first driving rod 3 to be lowered through the first connecting rod 6, so that the hinge points between the second connecting rod 7, the third connecting rod 5 and the supporting disk 9 are raised, and the rotating disk 9 is inclined towards the first direction; when the second driving rod 4 is used as an active part, the supporting disk 9 inclines towards the second direction, and when the third driving rod 5 is used as an active rod, the supporting disk 9 inclines towards the third direction; the patient can be inclined at multiple angles on the bed, so that the patient can turn over and adjust the body position conveniently, and the patient can be transported and adjusted conveniently during examination; as shown in fig. 2, the first vehicle body 11 and the second vehicle body 12 can be pulled out from the bottom of the bed plate 10, the first lifting mechanism and the second lifting mechanism lift the first bracket 45 and the second bracket 14 to the same plane, then lift the first supporting plate 13 and the second supporting plate 15, and connect the first vehicle body 11 and the second vehicle body 12 into a whole through a lock catch or a latch lock, and the like, and during transportation, the height of the first supporting plate 13 and the second supporting plate 15 is consistent with the height of the bed body 10; during the transfer, various monitoring and inspection devices may be carried on the first vehicle body 11 and the second vehicle body 12.
Example two: on the basis of the first embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the first vehicle body 11 includes a first movable frame 16, a liftable support frame 17 is disposed on the first movable frame 16, a protection rod 18 is fixedly connected to a left end of the support frame 17, a detachable support pad 19 is detachably disposed on the protection rod 18, and a plurality of rotatable storage boxes 20 are disposed at a front end of the support frame 17.
The support frame 17 on the first moving frame 16 can enable the support frame 17 to be adjusted and positioned in height on the first moving frame 16 through a screw nut structure, the protection rod 18 and the support frame 17 can be fixedly connected or hinged, the invention adopts a hinged mode, a limiting plate is arranged below the protection rod 18, the protection rod 18 can be positioned in the horizontal direction, when the support frame is not used, the protection rod 18 can be folded up to save occupied space, when the first vehicle body 11 needs to be used independently, the first vehicle body 11 can be pulled up to cushion the support pad 19 on the bed plate 10, a nursing staff can lift up a patient to sit on the support pad, then the protection rod 18 on the first vehicle body 11 extends into the obstetric table body 10 to enable the patient to be between the two protection rods 18, then the support pads are fixed on the two protection rods 18 through adjusting belts, then the two protection rods 18 are inserted and fixed with fences, and the patient can freely pull out and move when sitting on the support pad 19, is convenient for nursing patients, such as bath, toilet and the like, and the supporting pad 19 can be provided with a hole for convenient defecation.
Example three: on the basis of the first embodiment, referring to fig. 5, the first lifting mechanism includes a first bidirectional screw 21, the first bidirectional screw 21 is rotatable on the first vehicle body 11, a first slider 22 and a second slider 23 are disposed on the first bidirectional screw 21 in a threaded fit manner, the first slider 22 and the second slider 23 are slidable on the first vehicle body 11 back and forth, a scissor-type lifting frame 24 is disposed on the first slider 22 and the second slider 23, and the first bracket 45 is disposed on the scissor-type lifting frame 24.
First slider 22, second slider 23 and first bidirectional screw 21 constitute two-way screw structure, first bidirectional screw 21 rotates and makes first slider 22 and second slider 23 relative or opposite motion, thereby make cut formula crane 24 and rise or descend, when first automobile body 11 does not use, first automobile body 11 is put in the below of bed board 10, first bracket 45 is in the effect under bracing of cutting formula crane 24 one side of bed board 10, the space that has both saved to occupy, can guarantee the stability of bed board 10 again, can install required inspection and monitoring facilities on the first automobile body 11 simultaneously, no matter at first automobile body 11 exclusive use, it is all very convenient with the bed body cooperation use.
Example four: on the basis of the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a first gear 25 is fixedly connected to the first driving rod 3, a second gear 26 is engaged with the first gear 25, a first worm wheel 27 is coaxially and fixedly arranged on the second gear 26, a first worm 28 is engaged with the first worm wheel 27, the first gear 25, the second gear 26 and the first worm 28 can all rotate in the box 2, the shaft of the first worm 28 penetrates through the box 2 and is connected with a hand wheel 29 outside the box 2, and the second driving rod 4 and the third driving rod 5 have the same structure as the first driving rod 3.
In order to control the first driving rod 3 and ensure the fixation of the second driving rod 4 and the third driving rod 5, the first driving rod 3, the second driving rod 4 and the third driving rod 5 are all operated through a worm gear structure, because the worm gear has self-locking performance, when the first worm 28 is rotated to enable the first worm wheel 27 to rotate, the second gear fixedly connected with the first worm wheel 27 rotates, so as to drive the first gear 25 and the first driving rod 3 to rotate, at this time, the second driving rod 4 and the third driving rod 5 are self-locked and fixed, so as to realize the turnover of the supporting disk 9.
Example five: in addition to the first embodiment, referring to fig. 6 to 8, a storage box 30 is fixedly disposed on the second vehicle body 12, a sliding groove 31 is disposed in the storage box 30, a third sliding block 32 is slidably disposed in the sliding groove 31, a storage rack 33 is rotatably disposed on the third sliding block 32, a limiting rod 34 is hinged to the storage rack 33, and the limiting rod 34 is hinged to the storage box 30.
A plurality of articles and appliances are needed for intensive care, some physical sign monitoring devices, oxygen inhalation devices and the like can be arranged on the first bracket 45 on the first vehicle body 11 and the second bracket 14 on the second vehicle body 12, or on other positions of the first vehicle body 11 or the second vehicle body 12, some needed articles such as a stethoscope, an analgesic pump and the like can be placed on the storage rack 33, when the patient does not use the patient, the opening of the storage rack 33 is inward, when the patient uses the patient, the storage rack 33 is pulled to slide in the sliding groove 31, in the process that the third sliding block 32 slides from the left end to the right end, the storage rack 33 is rotated and overturned under the action of the limiting rod 34, the opening of the storage rack 33 is outward, and the hinge point of the limiting rod 34 is arranged on the rotation central axis of the storage rack 35.
Example six: on the basis of the first embodiment, referring to fig. 9, a bearing frame 35 is arranged on the second vehicle body 12, a fourth sliding block 36 is arranged on the bearing frame 35 and can slide left and right, a first supporting rod 37 is hinged on the fourth sliding block 36, a second supporting rod 38 is hinged on the first supporting rod 37, the second supporting rod 38 is hinged with the bearing frame 35, a third supporting rod 39 is coaxially hinged with the second supporting rod 38 on the second vehicle body 12, a first sliding groove 40 is arranged at the head end of the third supporting rod 39, a fifth sliding block 41 is hinged at the head end of the first supporting rod 37, and the fifth sliding block 41 can slide in the first sliding groove 40;
the same structure is symmetrically arranged on the front and the back of the second vehicle body 12, and the head ends of the two third support rods 39 are fixedly connected with bearing rods 42.
According to the invention, the first supporting rod 37 can slide on the bearing frame 35 through the screw nut structure, some monitoring equipment can be placed on the bearing frame 35, when the fourth sliding block 36 slides rightwards, the first supporting rod 37 rotates clockwise with the second supporting rod 38 as a fulcrum, the third supporting rod 39 is lifted upwards under the action of the first supporting rod 37, the fifth sliding block 41 slides in the first sliding groove 40, when a patient needs to stand up, the bearing rod 42 is placed in front of the chest of the patient, so that two armpits of the patient are clamped on the bearing rod 42, if necessary, the patient can be fixed by a restraint strap, then the fourth sliding block 36 moves rightwards through the screw nut mechanism, so that the bearing rod 42 is lifted upwards, and meanwhile, the patient can be pulled forwards to stand up, and the working strength of nursing personnel is reduced.
Example seven: on the basis of the first embodiment, in order to facilitate the placement of the monitoring and inspection equipment, the first bracket 45 includes an object placing plate 43, an expansion link 44 is disposed on the object placing plate 43, a cover plate 46 is fixedly connected to the expansion link 44, and the cover plate 46 is hinged to the first supporting plate 13. The telescopic rod 44 can be fixed by a locking bolt after adjusting the length according to different equipment types, and the equipment is placed on the object placing plate 43.
The multifunctional nursing bed has the advantages of novel structure, ingenious conception, simple and practical operation, various functions, flexible use, multi-angle adjustment and convenient transportation, relieves the working intensity of nursing personnel, relieves the pain of patients, and reduces the risk brought by transportation and examination.
