Abstract
The invention discloses a convenient coastal beach sampler which comprises a buckle, a rotary rod, a lever, a counter-force bracket and a spiral drill bit, wherein the rotary rod is arranged on the rotary rod; the lever is provided with a driven end, a driving end and a fulcrum, the buckle is fixed at the design position of the rotary rod, the lower end of the rotary rod sequentially penetrates through the driven end of the lever and the center of the counter-force support from top to bottom, the spiral drill bit is fixed at the lower end of the rotary rod, the fulcrum of the lever fixedly connected with the counter-force support is arranged above the counter-force support, and when the driven end of the lever is tilted upwards, the buckle is pushed to lift the spiral drill bit. The invention adopts the lever principle to organically combine related components, has simple structure, light weight and convenient carrying, is used for taking sandy soil samples in coastal beach areas, has simple and convenient operation, high efficiency and good stability, can save cost, can standardize acquisition forms, and has scientific and strict property.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a sampler, in particular to a convenient sampler for coastal beach.
Background
In the process of coastal sandy coastal dynamic landform investigation, acquisition of sandy soil samples of intertidal zones is the most important investigation means. At present, the most common collection mode is to collect soil samples on the surface layer of the beach by bare hands or small iron shovels. The disadvantage of this approach is that the acquisition mode is extremely irregular, quality is difficult to guarantee, and the acquisition personnel are vulnerable to injury. Another collection mode is to use a drilling machine to take out soil, and the method has the defects of heavy and uneconomical manipulation, poor sand viscosity and difficult sampling by the drilling machine. According to practical experience, the sandy soil sample is taken in the intertidal zone in the two modes, wherein the sandy soil sample is too extreme, the sandy soil sample is too simple and lack of standardization, and the sandy soil sample is too tedious and causes great waste and is not easy to realize. Therefore, a collector which is easy to operate and convenient to carry, but can standardize the collection form and has scientific and strict property is urgently needed to be developed.

The invention provides a convenient coastal beach sampler for solving the technical problems in the prior art, which can rapidly, stably and conveniently collect the sand soil sample of the intertidal zone in the coastal beach area and can save the cost.
The invention adopts the technical proposal for solving the technical problems in the prior art that: a convenient coastal beach sampler comprises a buckle, a rotary rod, a lever, a counter-force bracket and a spiral drill bit; the lever is provided with a driven end, a driving end and a fulcrum, the buckle is fixed at the design position of the rotary rod, the lower end of the rotary rod sequentially penetrates through the driven end of the lever and the center of the counter-force support from top to bottom, the spiral drill bit is fixed at the lower end of the rotary rod, the fulcrum of the lever fixedly connected with the counter-force support is arranged above the counter-force support, and when the driven end of the lever is tilted upwards, the buckle is pushed to lift the spiral drill bit.
The spiral drill bit is provided with a drill body, the shape of the drill body is a cylinder with a cone angle at the bottom, spiral blades are circumferentially arranged on the outer portion of the drill body, and spiral grooves with upward openings are formed in the spiral blades.
The height of the counterforce bracket is larger than the length of the spiral drill bit.
And pins are arranged at the bottoms of the supporting legs of the counter-force brackets.
The drill body and the rotary rod are made of hollow rust-proof rod pieces.
The upper end of the rotary rod is provided with a T-shaped handle.
The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:

referring to fig. 1 to 3, a convenient coastal beach sampler comprises a buckle 3, a rotary rod 2, a lever 4, a counter-force bracket 5 and a spiral drill bit 6; the lever 4 is provided with a driven end 4-2, a driving end and a fulcrum 4-1, the buckle 3 is fixed at the design position of the rotary rod 2, the lower end of the rotary rod 2 sequentially penetrates through the driven end 4-2 of the lever and the center of the counter-force bracket 5 from top to bottom, the screw bit 6 is fixed at the lower end of the rotary rod 2, the fulcrum 4-1 of the lever fixedly connected with the screw bit is arranged above the counter-force bracket 5, and when the driven end 4-2 of the lever is lifted up, the buckle 3 is pushed to lift the screw bit 6.
In this embodiment, in order to obtain more soil samples conveniently, the spiral drill bit 6 is provided with a drill body 6-1, the shape of the drill body 6-1 is a cylinder with a cone angle at the bottom, the outer circumference of the drill body 6-1 is surrounded by a spiral blade 6-2, and the spiral blade 6-2 is provided with a spiral groove 6-3 with an upward opening for storing the soil samples. The counter-force holder 5 has a height which is greater than the length of the auger bit 6 in order to facilitate the fixing of the sampler. The installation and use method of the invention comprises the following steps:
1) Carrying a sampler to a sampling position, and vertically inserting pins of the counter-force support into sand until the tip of the spiral drill bit is immersed into the sand;
2) The T-shaped handle at the upper end of the hand-held rotary rod is twisted clockwise until the spiral drill bit is completely immersed into sandy soil;
3) The driving end of the lever is stepped down by a foot, so that the driven end of the lever is tilted upwards to push the buckle, and the force is continuously applied until a part of the spiral drill bit is lifted to be separated from surrounding soil; the reaction bracket and the operator form a reaction system.
4) Pulling out all the spiral drill bits from the sand, aligning the spiral drill bits with the soil sample storage container, and pushing out the sand in the spiral groove along the spiral direction;
5) After the collection is finished, the residual sand is cleaned, and the steps 1) to 4) are repeated to collect the next point.
The invention is mainly applicable to the coastal area of the geological place, in particular to the work of investigation of sand coast collection sand.

The coastal beach portable sampler of claim 1, wherein the auger bit is provided with a drill body in the shape of a cylinder with a cone angle at the bottom, the outer circumference of the drill body is surrounded by helical blades, and the helical blades are provided with helical grooves with upward openings.
3. The coastal beach portable sampler of claim 1, wherein the counter-force bracket has a height greater than the length of the auger bit.
