Abstract
本发明公开了一种真空保持组件,包括有监测组件和抽真空组件;监测组件包括有电源和导电触点,在导电触点的外部,气密的包裹有导电弹片,导电触点和导电弹片串接在电源的电路中;抽真空组件包括有加热片和硬质的加压腔,加热片安装在加压腔的底部,在加压腔上竖直的设置有导流筒,导流筒的一端伸出加压腔,在导流筒的另一端安装有常闭限压阀;在加压腔内部,导流筒的外筒壁处包裹有存液囊,吸气液体能够从导流筒的筒壁渗透出去;该真空保持组件结构新颖独特,能够长时间的保持内部真空、低压。

本申请是申请号为2016109978841,申请日为2016年11月14日,发明创造名称为“真空隔音玻璃”的专利的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑装修材料,特别的,是一种隔音玻璃。
背景技术
真空玻璃是将两片平板玻璃四周密闭起来,将其间隙抽成真空并密封排气孔,使得两层玻璃之间的空气稀薄,气体传热可忽略不计;同时,真空层能够有效阻碍声音的传导,起到隔音的作用;但是传统的隔音玻璃制作精度较低,使用一段时间后,玻璃之间的气密性降低,真空层进入空气,隔音玻璃的保温、降噪功能将大幅降低;同时,固定隔音玻璃的框架之间存在较大空隙,声音和热量通过框架之间的缝隙传递,该结构大大影响了隔音玻璃墙体和门体之间的效果;使得真空玻璃无法体现自身的优势。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种真空隔音玻璃,该真空隔音玻璃结构新颖独特,能够长时间的保持内部真空、低压,有效延长使用寿命,提升使用体验。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本真空隔音玻璃包括有玻璃板和真空保持组件;所述玻璃板平行叠放,玻璃板之间的缝隙由密封条气密封住;
所述真空保持组件包括有监测组件和抽真空组件;
所述监测组件包括有电源和导电触点,在所述导电触点的外部,气密的包裹有导电弹片,所述导电触点和导电弹片串接在电源的电路中;在一个大气压下,所述导电弹片能够接触导电触点;
所述抽真空组件包括有加热片和硬质的加压腔,加热片安装在加压腔的底部,所述加热片由所述电源供电;在所述加压腔的侧壁设置有允许气体进入的单向阀;
在所述加压腔上竖直的设置有导流筒,所述导流筒的一端伸出加压腔,在导流筒的另一端安装有常闭限压阀;
在所述加压腔内部,导流筒的外筒壁处包裹有存液囊,在所述存液囊内填充有吸气液体;在加压状态下,所述吸气液体能够从导流筒的筒壁渗透出去。
本发明的有益效果是:在本发明正常使用时,两层玻璃板之间的空气夹层呈低压状态,在低压环境下,所述导电弹片与所述导电触点不接触,此时电路处于断开状态;当本真空隔音玻璃内的真空度下降时,空气夹层内的气压升高,在导电弹片的弹性恢复力的作用下,所述导电弹片与导电触点电性接触,电源向所述加热片供电;加热片工作使加压腔升温;加压腔内部的气体膨胀,进而挤压所述存液囊,存液囊受压后对吸气液体施压,吸气液体在压力作用下,向导流筒侧周壁渗透;同时,当加压腔内的气压超过临界值时,所述常闭限压阀瞬间打开,高压气体从导流筒中喷出,同时将渗透出的吸气液体吹向两层玻璃板处的空气夹层;吸气液体将空气夹层内的部分气体吸收,从而使得气压下降。
同时,加压腔内喷出气体后,气压恢复至初始数值,空气夹层中的气体从单向阀中补充进入。
本发明结构精巧,能够实时的对空气夹层的气压进行检测,同时能够智能的对气压进行控制,长久的保持玻璃板之间的真空度,从而长时间的保证本发明的隔音效果和保温效果。
作为优选,所述吸气液体为除氧剂;以便于吸收空气中的氧气成分,降低气压。
作为进一步优选,在吸气液体内掺杂有除二氧化碳粉末;以便于进一步吸收空气中二氧化碳,提高真空度。
作为优选,所述导流筒由多孔膜材料做成;以便于在加压状态下,促进液体的渗透。
作为优选,所述在所述导流筒的侧周壁上等距嵌设有亲水材料做成的导流柱;以便于促进存液囊内液体的渗透。
作为优选,所述存液囊与导流筒连接点的水平位置高于存液囊与加压腔连接点的水平位置;以便于防止吸气液体在未被挤压的情况下从导流筒中渗透出去。

具体实施方式
实施例
在图1、图2所示的实施例中,本真空隔音玻璃包括有玻璃板1和真空保持组件;所述玻璃板1平行叠放,玻璃板1之间的缝隙由密封条气密封住;
所述真空保持组件包括有监测组件2和抽真空组件3;
所述监测组件2包括有电源21和导电触点22,在所述导电触点22的外部,气密的包裹有导电弹片23,所述导电触点22和导电弹片23串接在电源21的电路中;在一个大气压下,所述导电弹片23能够接触导电触点22;
所述抽真空组件3包括有加热片31和硬质的加压腔32,加热片31安装在加压腔32的底部,所述加热片31由所述电源21供电;在所述加压腔32的侧壁设置有允许气体进入的单向阀33;
在所述加压腔32上竖直的设置有导流筒4,所述导流筒4的一端伸出加压腔32,在导流筒4的另一端安装有常闭限压阀41;导流筒4由多孔膜材料做成,所述在所述导流筒4的侧周壁上等距嵌设有亲水材料做成的导流柱42;
在所述加压腔32内部,导流筒4的外筒壁处包裹有存液囊5,在所述存液囊5内填充有吸气液体;所述存液囊5与导流筒4连接点的水平位置高于存液囊5与加压腔32连接点的水平位置;所述吸气液体为除氧剂,在吸气液体内掺杂有除二氧化碳粉末;在加压状态下,所述吸气液体能够从导流筒4的筒壁渗透出去。
在本发明正常使用时,两层玻璃板1之间的空气夹层呈低压状态,在低压环境下,所述导电弹片23与所述导电触点22不接触,此时电路处于断开状态;当本真空隔音玻璃内的真空度下降时,空气夹层内的气压升高,在导电弹片23的弹性恢复力的作用下,所述导电弹片23与导电触点22电性接触,电源21向所述加热片31供电;加热片31工作使加压腔32升温;加压腔32内部的气体膨胀,进而挤压所述存液囊5,存液囊5受压后对吸气液体施压,吸气液体在压力作用下,向导流筒4侧周壁渗透;同时,当加压腔32内的气压超过临界值时,所述常闭限压阀41瞬间打开,高压气体从导流筒4中喷出,同时将渗透出的吸气液体吹向两层玻璃板1处的空气夹层;吸气液体将空气夹层内的部分气体吸收,从而使得气压下降。
在本实施例中,所述吸气液体能够有效去除空气中的氧气和二氧化碳,从而提高真空度;同时,所述多孔膜能够促进液体的渗透,导流柱42进一步促进液体流出;此外,所述存液囊5与导流筒4连接点的水平位置高于存液囊5与加压腔32连接点的水平位置;以便于防止吸气液体在未被挤压的情况下从导流筒4中渗透出去。
同时,加压腔32内喷出气体后,气压恢复至初始数值,空气夹层中的气体从单向阀33中补充进入。
本发明结构精巧,能够实时的对空气夹层的气压进行检测,同时能够智能的对气压进行控制,长久的保持玻璃板1之间的真空度,从而长时间的保证本发明的隔音效果和保温效果。

Claims (6)
1.一种真空保持组件,其特征在于,包括监测组件(2)和抽真空组件(3);所述监测组件(2)包括有电源(21)和导电触点(22),在所述导电触点(22)的外部,气密的包裹有导电弹片(23),所述导电触点(22)和导电弹片(23)串接在电源(21)的电路中;在一个大气压下,所述导电弹片(23)能够接触导电触点(22);所述抽真空组件(3)包括有加热片(31)和硬质的加压腔(32),加热片(31)安装在加压腔(32)的底部,所述加热片(31)由所述电源(21)供电;在所述加压腔(32)的侧壁设置有允许气体进入的单向阀(33);在所述加压腔(32)上竖直的设置有导流筒(4),所述导流筒(4)的一端伸出加压腔(32),在导流筒(4)的另一端安装有常闭限压阀(41);在所述加压腔(32)内部,导流筒(4)的外筒壁处包裹有存液囊(5),在所述存液囊(5)内填充有吸气液体;在加压状态下,所述吸气液体能够从导流筒(4)的筒壁渗透出去。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空保持组件,其特征在于:所述吸气液体为除氧剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的真空保持组件,其特征在于:在吸气液体内掺杂有除二氧化碳粉末。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的真空保持组件,其特征在于:所述导流筒(4)由多孔膜材料做成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的真空保持组件,其特征在于:在所述导流筒(4)的侧周壁上等距嵌设有亲水材料做成的导流柱(42)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的真空保持组件,其特征在于:所述存液囊(5)与导流筒(4)连接点的水平位置高于存液囊(5)与加压腔(32)连接点的水平位置。
