本发明涉及超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢轧制领域。超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢连续冷轧退火酸洗方法,超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢钢卷采用5机架连轧机连续轧制后连续退火、酸洗,最后根据客户要求,在线连续切边和按卷重分卷,保证下线即成品。本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明进行超纯铁素体的连续生产,大大缩短了交货周期,原来综合交货期为8~24小时,现在每卷仅为2~4小时。

超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢连续冷轧退火酸洗方法
技术领域
本发明涉及超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢轧制领域。
背景技术
超纯铁素体不锈钢是一类价格低廉、耐高温腐蚀及磨损性能优良的经济型不锈钢,是一种节镍不锈钢。超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢的生产流程为单机架轧制+冷线退火+平整、拉矫+离线纵切切边、分卷。生产周期较长,成材率低。要实现冷轧不锈钢板从热退酸洗后的全流程单一产线生产,下线即成品,需要满足需要解决规格连接、工序生产效率协同、工艺控制难等问题,具体如下:超纯铁素体轧制变形量大,需要在5个道次下完成最大83%的变形。且需要满足轧前原料规格连接和轧制后规格过渡;受限于性能控制难、表面酸洗难,退火、酸洗段的生产工艺要能够满足0.5mm~3.0mm不同厚度的切换。受限于轧机最大速度为30m/min,退火、酸洗的需要最小工艺速度必须大于30m/min,才能保证不同工序的生产效率协同,目前超纯铁素体钢种厚度≥2.0mm的材料生产速度低于30m/min,需要提高效率。只有满足了材料厚度精度、性能指标、酸洗表面三项重点指标后,才能进行切边和在线分卷。保证产品下线即成品。原有的轧制工艺无法保证5道次完成轧制,且退火、酸洗效率低,无法保证最低工艺速度大于30m/min,无法满足RAPF线的工序生产效率的协同。且传统工艺路线钢卷下线后需要到精整工序进行切边、分卷,才能够包装出厂,生产效率较低。转运成本、时间成本较高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何实现超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢在连续冷轧退火酸洗线上生产,解决连轧机和退火酸洗线的工艺衔接、生产效率协同问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢连续冷轧退火酸洗方法,超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢钢卷采用5机架连轧机连续轧制后连续退火、酸洗,最后根据客户要求,在线连续切边和按卷重分卷,保证下线即成品;超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢钢卷成分按重量百分比含:C≤0.025%,Mo≤2.00%,Ti≤0.25%,Nb≤0.50%,Si ≤ 1.00% ,Mn≤ 1.00%,P ≤ 0.045%,S ≤ 0.030%,Cr15~23%,Ni ≤ 0.50%,N ≤ 0.015%,其余为Fe 和不可避免杂质;超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢钢卷原料厚度和成品厚度满足要求,6.0-3.0mm,5.5-2.5mm,5.0-2.0mm,4.5-1.5mm,4.0-1.2mm,3.5-1.0mm,3.0-0.8mm,3.0-0.6mm,3.0-0.5mm,前面为原料厚度后面为成品厚度,在超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢前后钢卷连接处,原料连接处超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢前后钢卷厚度差小于等于1.5mm,宽度差小于等于350mm,成品连接处超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢前后钢卷厚度差小于等于1mm,宽度差小于等于350mm;超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢在退火炉中退火时,不同厚度的超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢模拟相同的加热曲线,保证同样的均热时间,充分退火,在退火炉的1/3处控制超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢温度为780~840℃,在退火炉的2/3处控制超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢温度为880~960℃,在退火炉出口处控制超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢温度为960~1030℃,冷却时在缓冷段开启最大冷却速度,减少析出物;酸洗段依次采用中性盐硫酸钠电解、硝酸浸泡、中高温混酸酸洗钝化的综合酸洗工艺,硝酸浸泡浓度控制硝酸为100~150g/l,中高温混酸酸洗钝化,控制硝酸浓度100~180g/l,氢氟酸浓度10~25g/l,温度42℃,保证了不同厚度规格、不同酸洗时间的表面一致性,酸洗段超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢速度为30m/min-140m/min。
作为一种优选方式:超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢在进入酸洗段前对超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢进行间断存储同时进行冷却。
本发明的有益效果是:采用本发明进行超纯铁素体的连续生产,大大缩短了交货周期,原来综合交货期为8~24小时,现在每卷仅为2~4小时。降低了该品种的生产成本,减少中间工序垫纸、物流转运、人工、介质消耗和能源消耗,提高了成材率约2.0%,综合成本降低350元/吨。本发明提高了产品的色泽、性能一致性,实现了产线、产品专业化生产。
具体实施方式
在太钢不锈钢股份有限公司不锈冷轧厂冷连轧1#RAP线实施,超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢轧制时选择好不同规格的原料厚度,保证轧制前的焊机连接和轧制后的规格过渡。同时保证轧制变形量满足要求,在设备能力允许的范围内进行优化。超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢钢卷成分按重量百分比含:C≤0.025%,Mo≤2.00%,Ti≤0.25%,Nb≤0.50%,Si ≤1.00% ,Mn ≤ 1.00%,P ≤ 0.045%,S ≤ 0.030%,Cr15~23%,Ni ≤ 0.50%,N ≤ 0.015%,其余为Fe 和不可避免杂质;原料公称厚度和成品公称厚度轧制要求(原料厚度-成品厚度):6.0-3.0mm,5.5-2.5mm,5.0-2.0mm,4.5-1.5mm,4.0-1.2mm,3.5-1.0mm,3.0-0.8mm,3.0-0.6mm,3.0-0.5mm。原料规格连接最大不超过1.5mm,成品规格连接最大不超过1mm。宽度连接按照最大不超过350mm的差值进行连接。
退火炉有18个区,采用分厚度规格控制6区、12区、18区板温的形式,6区板温780~840℃,12区板温880~960℃,18区板温960~1030℃,不同厚度钢板模拟相同的加热曲线,保证同样的均热时间,充分退火。冷却时将缓冷段开启最大冷却速度,减少析出物。确保最终产品性能。
酸洗段采用中性盐硫酸钠电解+硝酸浸泡+中高温混酸酸洗钝化的综合酸洗工艺。硝酸浸泡浓度控制在100~150g/l,混酸浓度控制在:硝酸100~180g/l,氢氟酸10~25g/l,酸温42℃。保证了不同厚度规格、不同酸洗时间的表面一致性。提高生产效率,保证最低工艺速度为30m/min-140 m/min。通过计算酸烧损、平整、拉矫对厚度的减薄量,综合来料同板差,确定轧制厚度设定。根据客户要求,在线连续切边和卷取按卷重分卷,保证下线即成品。根据客户要求
可生产0.5~3.0mm的超纯铁素体,超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢在进入酸洗段前对超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢进行间断存储同时进行冷却,酸洗段最小工艺速度为35m/min,超过了连轧机最小轧制速度30m/min,实现了连轧机和退火、酸洗工序效率协同和工艺衔接。性能结果良好,延伸率大于30%的比例为98%,超过其他工序生产的91%的比例。成材率从91.2%提高到了93.2%。有效提高了生产效率,产品实现下线即成品。

1.超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢连续冷轧退火酸洗方法,其特征在于:超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢钢卷采用5机架连轧机连续轧制后连续退火、酸洗,最后根据客户要求,在线连续切边和按卷重分卷,保证下线即成品;超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢钢卷成分按重量百分比含:C≤0.025%,Mo≤2.00%,Ti≤0.25%,Nb≤0.50%,Si ≤ 1.00% ,Mn≤ 1.00%,P ≤0.045%,S ≤ 0.030%,Cr15~23%,Ni ≤ 0.50%,N ≤ 0.015%,其余为Fe 和不可避免杂质;超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢钢卷原料厚度和成品厚度满足要求,6.0-3.0mm,5.5-2.5mm,5.0-2.0mm,4.5-1.5mm,4.0-1.2mm,3.5-1.0mm,3.0-0.8mm,3.0-0.6mm,3.0-0.5mm,前面为原料厚度后面为成品厚度,在超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢前后钢卷连接处,原料连接处超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢前后钢卷厚度差小于等于1.5mm,宽度差小于等于350mm,成品连接处超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢前后钢卷厚度差小于等于1mm,宽度差小于等于350mm;超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢在退火炉中退火时,不同厚度的超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢模拟相同的加热曲线,保证同样的均热时间,充分退火,在退火炉的1/3处控制超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢温度为780~840℃,在退火炉的2/3处控制超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢温度为880~960℃,在退火炉出口处控制超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢温度为960~1030℃,冷却时在缓冷段开启最大冷却速度,减少析出物;酸洗段依次采用中性盐硫酸钠电解、硝酸浸泡、中高温混酸酸洗钝化的综合酸洗工艺,硝酸浸泡浓度控制硝酸为100~150g/L ,中高温混酸酸洗钝化,控制硝酸浓度100~180g/L ,氢氟酸浓度10~25g/L ,温度42℃,保证了不同厚度规格、不同酸洗时间的表面一致性,酸洗段超纯铁素体不锈钢冷轧带钢速度为30m/min-140m/min。
