Abstract
本发明公开了一种利用内部的制冷剂的电热汽车脚垫,其特征在于:该电热脚垫从上到下依次结构为:由聚氯乙烯材料所构成的防护层、导热硅脂、由一种铝制吹胀板结构所构成的加热层、导热硅脂、由聚酰亚胺加热膜所构成的电加热源、隔热层;充分利用加热材料的特殊性和加热脚垫的机构布置,来改进加热效果,且提高加热效率,并且节约能源,节能环保。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种车内加热领域的技术,具体是一种利用内部的制冷剂的电热汽车脚垫。
背景技术
汽车内部制热是保证车内舒适性的重要部分,传统的汽车制热方式一般是通过利用发动机废气的余热来提升车内的进风温度。然而对于采用新能源的电动汽车而言,由于没有发动机,因此不能采用发动机的废热进行制热。目前在新能源汽车上常用的方式为PTC热敏电阻电加热法,该方式具有结构简单、控制方便、对空调箱内的改动较小等优点,但其制热效率较低,制热量小,耗电量大,使得电动汽车的续航里程出现大幅度下降。因此寻找一种更加高效、节能的制热方式成为了提高新能源汽车续航里程的重要研究方向。
现有技术中的加热脚垫都是采用简单的电加热,没有充分利用加热材料的特殊性和加热脚垫的机构布置,来改进加热效果,且提高加热效率,并且节约能源,节能环保。
发明内容
本发明针对以上现状,提出一种用于乘用车内的新型制热装置,具体为一种利用内部的制冷剂的电热汽车脚垫。
该脚垫具有电加热功能,其结构紧凑、易于安装,表面温度均匀,传热效率较高且制热模块位置布置符合空气流动模型,与车内环境间采用自然对流与辐射换热的方式,具有舒适、节能的特点。
本发明包括:由玻纤布铝箔棉材料所构成的隔热层,由一种铝制吹胀板结构所构成的加热层,由聚氯乙烯材料所构成的防护层,由聚酰亚胺加热膜所构成的电加热源,以及填涂在加热源、加热层和防护层间的导热硅脂。
本发明的这种利用其内部的制冷剂的电热汽车脚垫充分利用加热材料的特殊性和加热脚垫的机构布置,来改进加热效果,且提高加热效率,并且节约能源,节能环保。

具体实施方式
加热层的具体结构为一种充注了制冷剂工质的铝制吹胀板,主要利用其内部的制冷剂相变与外界环境进行换热,具有优异的传热特性与表面温度的均匀性。在加热层工作时,受热部分蒸发区域工质首先受热沸腾,高压蒸汽沿通道扩散至热管其余部分后与空气进行换热冷凝,冷凝之后在重力作用下工质流回部完成循环。
为提高该电加热脚垫的综合效率:在加热层底部设置隔热层,电加热膜(加热源)置于隔热层与加热层之间,在加热层上部设置防护层以对加热层表面进行保护与美观。加热源、加热层和防护层间填涂导热硅脂以保证传热效果。
一种利用内部的制冷剂的电热汽车脚垫,该电热脚垫从上到下依次结构为:由聚氯乙烯材料所构成的防护层、导热硅脂、由一种铝制吹胀板结构所构成的加热层、导热硅脂、由聚酰亚胺加热膜所构成的电加热源、隔热层;当该电热脚垫工作时,聚酰亚胺加热膜通电发热,热量通过加热层的作用经防护层传至室内空气,达到提升车内总体温度的效果。
上述实施方式是对本发明的说明,不是对本发明的限定,任何对本发明简单变换后的结构均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (2)
1.一种利用内部的制冷剂的电热汽车脚垫,其特征在于:该电热脚垫从上到下依次结构为:由聚氯乙烯材料所构成的防护层、导热硅脂、由一种铝制吹胀板结构所构成的加热层、导热硅脂、由聚酰亚胺加热膜所构成的电加热源、隔热层;
该电热汽车脚垫在汽车内铺设后,当该电热脚垫工作时,聚酰亚胺加热膜通电发热,形成冷凝区域和蒸发区域,热量通过加热层的作用经防护层传至室内空气,达到提升车内总体温度的效果。
2.如权利要求1所述一种利用内部的制冷剂的电热汽车脚垫,其特征在于:在汽车主驾驶和副驾驶位置分别铺设一块,在后座铺设一块长条形状的脚垫。
