所述的细药粉的基本配方包括以下重量份的组分：乳香40-60份、没药40-60份、血竭20-40份、生草乌40-60份、生川乌40-60份、蜈蚣20-40份、鹿茸20-40份、土鳖虫20-40份、七叶一枝花40-60份、百芥子20-40份、肉桂40-60份、全虫20-40份、生马钱子20-40份、冰片20-40份、樟脑20-40份、丁香20-40份，将上述各组分粉碎成100-200目的细粉混合即为细药，粉碎方法为人力研磨或电动粉碎机。
所述的基质是由植物油与黄丹混合熬制而成，为药膏中的常用材料，用于混合粗药和细药；所述的透皮剂也为药膏中常用材料，主要成分为月桂氮酮。
上述止痛的外敷药膏配方的制备方法，其特征在于，该方法包括以下步骤：利用蒸汽将基质融化后(具体为称取一定量药膏基质，将其放入铁制容器中，用水蒸汽将其加热至一定温度，使基质融化)，待基质充分融化后，先后加入粗药浸膏、透皮剂及细药粉并搅拌均匀，最后摊涂成药膏。

与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下有益效果：上述药膏制备过程中，粗药及细药的提取未采用高温油炸工艺，避免了对热敏性药物组分的破坏，保证了药物原有的效果。采用粗药制浸膏及细药制粉后复合的制备方法，加大了药膏的载药量，增加了疗效。本发明产品具有药物吸收快，对皮肤刺激小等优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的实施例作详细说明，本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施，给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程，但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
粗药配方：虎杖50g、鸡血藤50g、威灵仙50g、麻黄30g、桂枝30g、红花50g、当归50g、川芎30g、姜黄30g、防风50g、地龙30g、透骨草50g。
粗药浸膏制备：称取500g粗药3750g清水置于容器中，浸泡45h后将内容物转移至铁锅内加热，沸腾后继续小火熬制半小时停火，将药汁倒入准备好的缸内储存，向铁锅内加入适量清水对粗药残余进行重复煎熬(总计3次)，对药物进行重复提取，每次所得药汁均倒入同一个缸内。所得药汁自然放置3天后倒入铁锅浓缩成浸膏备用。
细药配方：乳香50g、没药50g、血竭30g、生草乌50g、生川乌50g、蜈蚣30g、鹿茸30g、土鳖虫30g、七叶一枝花50g、百芥子30g、肉桂50g、全虫30g、生马钱子30g、冰片30g、樟脑30g、丁香30g。
细药粉制备：称取600g细药，用药碾将称取的细药碾碎并过筛，取100-200目粒度的细药粉备用。
基质：由植物油与黄丹混合熬制而成。
透皮剂：由月桂氮酮、肉桂油对苯甲酸中的一种或多种混合而成。
药膏制备方法：称取200g基质，用蒸汽加热至融化后加入40g粗药浸膏搅拌均匀，再加入6g透皮剂搅拌均匀，最后加入20g细药粉搅拌均匀，滩涂成药膏。
本实施例药膏对颈肩腰腿痛具有较好的止痛效果。
实施例2
粗药配方：虎杖40g、鸡血藤40g、威灵仙40g、麻黄20g、桂枝20g、红花40g、当归40g、川芎40g、姜黄20g、防风40g、地龙20g、透骨草40g。

1.一种止痛的外敷药膏配方，其特征在于，包括粗药浸膏、细药粉、基质、透皮剂，其中，基质：粗药浸膏：细药粉的重量比例为100:10-30:5-15，透皮剂的加入量为基质质量的1-5％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的止痛的外敷药膏配方，其特征在于，所述的粗药浸膏是以植物藤、根、茎之类的中药作为粗药，经浸提、熬制及浓缩制成粗药浸膏。
3.根据权利要求2所述的止痛的外敷药膏配方，其特征在于，所述的粗药的基本配方包括以下重量份的组分：虎杖40-60份、鸡血藤40-60份、威灵仙40-60份、麻黄20-40份、桂枝20-40份、红花40-60份、当归40-60份、川芎40-60份、姜黄20-40份、防风40-60份、地龙20-40份、透骨草40-60份。

5.根据权利要求1所述的止痛的外敷药膏配方，其特征在于，所述的细药粉的基本配方包括以下重量份的组分：乳香40-60份、没药40-60份、血竭20-40份、生草乌40-60份、生川乌40-60份、蜈蚣20-40份、鹿茸20-40份、土鳖虫20-40份、七叶一枝花40-60份、百芥子20-40份、肉桂40-60份、全虫20-40份、生马钱子20-40份、冰片20-40份、樟脑20-40份、丁香20-40份，将上述各组分粉碎成100-200目的细粉混合即为细药。
6.根据权利要求1所述的止痛的外敷药膏配方，其特征在于，所述的基质是由植物油与黄丹混合熬制而成，为药膏中的常用材料，用于混合粗药和细药；所述的透皮剂也为药膏中常用材料，主要成分为月桂氮酮。
