Abstract
本发明提供了一种有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物及其制备方法,包含鲜铁皮石斛叶0.5~1000份、鲜马齿苋0.5~500份、鲜枸杞果0.1~660份、鲜蓝莓0.2~800份、鲜山竹0.1~900份、鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉0.05~550份。其经匀浆萃取、干燥、粉碎、混合及成型等制成,其有利于提高骨密度、降低关节僵硬度、降低血尿酸,对更年期综合征有防治效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及医药、功能食品领域,具体涉及一种有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
骨关节炎是一种常见疾病,对人类健康的影响程度以及所造成的医疗费用不断增加。其指由多种因素引起关节软骨纤维化、皲裂、溃疡、脱失而导致的关节疾病。病因尚不明确,其发生与年龄、肥胖、炎症、创伤及遗传因素等有关。其病理特点为关节软骨变性破坏、软骨下骨硬化或囊性变、关节边缘骨质增生、滑膜增生、关节囊挛缩、韧带松弛或挛缩、肌肉萎缩无力等。骨关节炎患者中60岁以上的人群中患病率可达50%,75岁以上的人群中则达80%。该病的致残率可高达53%。其好发于负重大、活动多的关节,如膝、脊柱(颈椎和腰椎)、髋、踝、手等关节。其主要临床表现为关节疼痛、关节僵硬、关节肿大、关节无力、关节摩擦感等。目前该疾病的主要药物治疗包含各种非甾体抗炎药(阿司匹林、对乙酰氨基酚、吲哚美辛、萘普生、萘普酮、双氯芬酸、布洛芬、尼美舒利、罗非昔布、塞来昔布等)的片剂、胶囊、乳胶剂、膏剂、贴剂等,用于缓解局部或全身的疼痛,但是该类药物存在胃肠道出血、肝肾损害、神经性头晕头痛、过敏等不良反应,不利于该类患者的长期治疗康复。
本发明目的在于提供一种将鲜铁皮石斛叶等多种天然原料进行合理组方加工,能充分有效地发挥和利用原料所含成分的功效,适宜长期服用并有利于骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明第一目的在于提供一种有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物,第二目的在于提供一种有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物的加工制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物,其包含鲜铁皮石斛叶、鲜马齿苋、鲜枸杞果、鲜蓝莓、鲜山竹、鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉。
其中,按重量份数计,所述有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物包含鲜铁皮石斛叶0.5~1000份、鲜马齿苋0.5~500份、鲜枸杞果0.1~660份、鲜蓝莓0.2~800份、鲜山竹0.1~900份、鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉0.05~550份。
本发明所述的有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物,可加入可接受的辅料或食品添加剂,制成片剂、固体饮料。
本发明所述的有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物,其鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉以鸡胸软骨为原料,添加蛋白酶,经酶解、分离、过滤、干燥、包装等生产工艺制成;
优选地,所述鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉为海南原肽生物科技有限公司生产的鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉;
优选地,所述鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉生产检验执行标准为Q/HNYT0002S-2017;更优选地,所述鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉中粘多糖≥26.0%。
本发明还提供一种本发明所述有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将鲜铁皮石斛叶洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入8~20倍水,匀浆转速2500~30000转/min,匀浆萃取10~90min,匀浆萃取1~4次,40~250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40~70℃减压浓缩至密度1.05~1.36g/ml,30~80℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过80~200目筛,得铁皮石斛叶粉,备用;
(2)将鲜马齿苋洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入3~15倍水,匀浆转速2500~30000转/min,匀浆萃取8~80min,匀浆萃取1~3次,40~250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40~70℃减压浓缩至密度1.08~1.39g/ml,40~70℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过80~200目筛,得马齿苋粉,备用;
(3)将鲜枸杞果全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入3~10倍水,匀浆转速2500~30000转/min,匀浆萃取5~60min,匀浆萃取1~3次,40~250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40~70℃减压浓缩至密度1.05~1.30g/ml,40~80℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过80~200目筛,得枸杞粉,备用;
(4)将鲜蓝莓全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入3~10倍水,匀浆转速2500~30000转/min,匀浆萃取5~60min,匀浆萃取1~3次,40~400目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40~70℃减压浓缩至密度1.03~1.37g/ml,40~60℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过80~200目筛,得蓝莓粉,备用;
(5)将山竹全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入3~10倍水,匀浆转速2500~30000转/min,匀浆萃取10~90min,匀浆萃取1~4次,40~500目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40~70℃减压浓缩至密度1.03~1.37g/ml,35~85℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过80~200目筛,得山竹粉,备用;
(6)将(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中物料加入鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉及适宜辅料或食品添加剂,制成片剂、固体饮料。
本发明所述的有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物的制备方法,所述步骤(4)中,所述蓝莓粉中花青素含量≥3.0%。
本发明所述的有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物的制备方法,所述步骤(5)中,所述山竹粉中α-倒捻子素含量≥0.1%。
本发明有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物口感良好,服用方式容易被众多消费者接受,有助于其推广使用。本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物有利于提高骨密度、降低关节僵硬度,有利于降低血尿酸,对更年期综合征有很好的效果。

下面通过具体实施方式进一步说明本发明,下述实施例、试验例中所用的原料、试剂材料等,如无特殊说明,均购买市售产品。以下实施例仅用于说明本发明,其中所述的实验方法,如无特殊定义,均为常规方法。
实施例1
原料:鲜铁皮石斛叶1000份、鲜马齿苋500份、鲜枸杞果660份、鲜蓝莓800份、鲜山竹900份、鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉550份。
制备方法:
(1)将鲜铁皮石斛叶洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入20倍水,匀浆转速30000转/min,匀浆萃取90min,匀浆萃取4次,250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,70℃减压浓缩至密度1.36g/ml,80℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过200目筛,得铁皮石斛叶粉,备用;
(2)将鲜马齿苋洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入15倍水,匀浆转速30000转/min,匀浆萃取80min,匀浆萃取3次,250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,70℃减压浓缩至密度1.39g/ml,70℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过200目筛,得马齿苋粉,备用;
(3)将鲜枸杞果全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入10倍水,匀浆转速30000转/min,匀浆萃取60min,匀浆萃取3次,250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,70℃减压浓缩至密度1.30g/ml,80℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过200目筛,得枸杞粉,备用;
(4)将鲜蓝莓全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入10倍水,匀浆转速30000转/min,匀浆萃取60min,匀浆萃取3次,400目筛网滤过,合并滤液,70℃减压浓缩至密度1.37g/ml,60℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过200目筛,得蓝莓粉,备用;
(5)将山竹全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入10倍水,匀浆转速30000转/min,匀浆萃取90min,匀浆萃取4次,500目筛网滤过,合并滤液,70℃减压浓缩至密度1.37g/ml,85℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过200目筛,得山竹粉,备用;
(6)将(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中物料加入鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉及罗汉果苷0.05份、木糖醇100份,制成固体饮料。
实施例2
原料:鲜铁皮石斛叶0.5份、鲜马齿苋0.5份、鲜枸杞果0.1份、鲜蓝莓0.2份、鲜山竹0.1份、鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉0.05份。
制备方法:
(1)将鲜铁皮石斛叶洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入8倍水,匀浆转速2500转/min,匀浆萃取10min,匀浆萃取1次,40目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40℃减压浓缩至密度1.05g/ml,30℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过80目筛,得铁皮石斛叶粉,备用;
(2)将鲜马齿苋洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入3倍水,匀浆转速2500转/min,匀浆萃取8min,匀浆萃取1次,40目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40℃减压浓缩至密度1.08g/ml,40℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过80目筛,得马齿苋粉,备用;
(3)将鲜枸杞果全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入3倍水,匀浆转速2500转/min,匀浆萃取5min,匀浆萃取1次,40目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40℃减压浓缩至密度1.05g/ml,40℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过80目筛,得枸杞粉,备用;
(4)将鲜蓝莓全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入3倍水,匀浆转速2500转/min,匀浆萃取5min,匀浆萃取1次,40目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40℃减压浓缩至密度1.03g/ml,40℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过80目筛,得蓝莓粉,备用;
(5)将山竹全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入3倍水,匀浆转速2500转/min,匀浆萃取10min,匀浆萃取1次,40目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40℃减压浓缩至密度1.03g/ml,35℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过80目筛,得山竹粉,备用;
(6)将(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中物料加入鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉及微晶纤维素5份、乳糖2份、硬脂酸镁0.01份,制成片剂。
实施例3
原料:鲜铁皮石斛叶500份、鲜马齿苋250份、鲜枸杞果300份、鲜蓝莓400份、鲜山竹500份、鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉250份。
制备方法:
(1)将鲜铁皮石斛叶洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入14倍水,匀浆转速15000转/min,匀浆萃取50min,匀浆萃取3次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,50℃减压浓缩至密度1.21g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过150目筛,得铁皮石斛叶粉,备用;
(2)将鲜马齿苋洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入9倍水,匀浆转速16000转/min,匀浆萃取45min,匀浆萃取2次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,53℃减压浓缩至密度1.20g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过150目筛,得马齿苋粉,备用;
(3)将鲜枸杞果全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入9倍水,匀浆转速18000转/min,匀浆萃取35min,匀浆萃取2次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,50℃减压浓缩至密度1.19g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过150目筛,得枸杞粉,备用;
(4)将鲜蓝莓全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入5倍水,匀浆转速15000转/min,匀浆萃取30min,匀浆萃取2次,250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,50℃减压浓缩至密度1.21g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过150目筛,得蓝莓粉,备用;
(5)将山竹全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入6倍水,匀浆转速18000转/min,匀浆萃取55min,匀浆萃取2次,250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,50℃减压浓缩至密度1.22g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过150目筛,得山竹粉,备用;
(6)将(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中物料加入鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉及结晶果糖100份、甜菊糖苷0.5份,制成固体饮料。
实施例4
原料:鲜铁皮石斛叶200份、鲜马齿苋100份、鲜枸杞果60份、鲜蓝莓100份、鲜山竹300份、鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉2份。
制备方法:
(1)将鲜铁皮石斛叶洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入13倍水,匀浆转速16000转/min,匀浆萃取53min,匀浆萃取2次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,55℃减压浓缩至密度1.20g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过150目筛,得铁皮石斛叶粉,备用;
(2)将鲜马齿苋洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入9倍水,匀浆转速18000转/min,匀浆萃取43min,匀浆萃取2次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,53℃减压浓缩至密度1.21g/ml,55℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过150目筛,得马齿苋粉,备用;
(3)将鲜枸杞果全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入7倍水,匀浆转速16000转/min,匀浆萃取33min,匀浆萃取2次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,55℃减压浓缩至密度1.18g/ml,60℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过160目筛,得枸杞粉,备用;
(4)将鲜蓝莓全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入7倍水,匀浆转速16000转/min,匀浆萃取34min,匀浆萃取2次,200目筛网滤过,合并滤液,55℃减压浓缩至密度1.22g/ml,54℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过150目筛,得蓝莓粉,备用;
(5)将山竹全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入6倍水,匀浆转速15000转/min,匀浆萃取50min,匀浆萃取3次,250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,55℃减压浓缩至密度1.19g/ml,56℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过150目筛,得山竹粉,备用;
(6)将(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中物料加入鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉及阿洛酮糖120份、赤藓糖醇50份,制成固体饮料。
实施例5
原料:鲜铁皮石斛叶500份、鲜马齿苋250份、鲜枸杞果300份、鲜山竹500份、鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉250份。
制备方法:
(1)将鲜铁皮石斛叶洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入14倍水,匀浆转速15000转/min,匀浆萃取50min,匀浆萃取3次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,50℃减压浓缩至密度1.21g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过150目筛,得铁皮石斛叶粉,备用;
(2)将鲜马齿苋洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入9倍水,匀浆转速16000转/min,匀浆萃取45min,匀浆萃取2次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,53℃减压浓缩至密度1.20g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过150目筛,得马齿苋粉,备用;
(3)将鲜枸杞果全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入9倍水,匀浆转速18000转/min,匀浆萃取35min,匀浆萃取2次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,50℃减压浓缩至密度1.19g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过150目筛,得枸杞粉,备用;

(1)将鲜铁皮石斛叶洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入14倍水,匀浆转速15000转/min,匀浆萃取50min,匀浆萃取3次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,50℃减压浓缩至密度1.21g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过150目筛,得铁皮石斛叶粉,备用;
(2)将鲜马齿苋洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入9倍水,匀浆转速16000转/min,匀浆萃取45min,匀浆萃取2次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,53℃减压浓缩至密度1.20g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过150目筛,得马齿苋粉,备用;
(3)将鲜蓝莓全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入5倍水,匀浆转速15000转/min,匀浆萃取30min,匀浆萃取2次,250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,50℃减压浓缩至密度1.21g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过150目筛,得蓝莓粉,备用;
(4)将山竹全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入6倍水,匀浆转速18000转/min,匀浆萃取55min,匀浆萃取2次,250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,50℃减压浓缩至密度1.22g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过150目筛,得山竹粉,备用;
(5)将(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)中物料加入结晶果糖100份、甜菊糖苷0.5份,制成固体饮料。
实施例8
原料:鲜铁皮石斛叶500份、鲜马齿苋250份、鲜枸杞果300份、鲜蓝莓400份。
制备方法:
(1)将鲜铁皮石斛叶洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入14倍水,匀浆转速15000转/min,匀浆萃取50min,匀浆萃取3次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,50℃减压浓缩至密度1.21g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过150目筛,得铁皮石斛叶粉,备用;
(2)将鲜马齿苋洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入9倍水,匀浆转速16000转/min,匀浆萃取45min,匀浆萃取2次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,53℃减压浓缩至密度1.20g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过150目筛,得马齿苋粉,备用;
(3)将鲜枸杞果全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入9倍水,匀浆转速18000转/min,匀浆萃取35min,匀浆萃取2次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,50℃减压浓缩至密度1.19g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过150目筛,得枸杞粉,备用;
(4)将鲜蓝莓全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入5倍水,匀浆转速15000转/min,匀浆萃取30min,匀浆萃取2次,250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,50℃减压浓缩至密度1.21g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过150目筛,得蓝莓粉,备用;
(5)将(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)物料加入结晶果糖100份、甜菊糖苷0.5份,制成固体饮料。
实施例9
原料:鲜铁皮石斛叶500份、鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉250份。
制备方法:
(1)将鲜铁皮石斛叶洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入14倍水,匀浆转速15000转/min,匀浆萃取50min,匀浆萃取3次,150目筛网滤过,合并滤液,50℃减压浓缩至密度1.21g/ml,50℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过150目筛,得铁皮石斛叶粉,备用;
(2)将(1)中物料加入鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉及结晶果糖100份、甜菊糖苷0.5份,制成固体饮料。
试验例1对更年期女性的效果观察
1、人群及纳入标准
女性更年期志愿者,年龄42岁~55岁,纳入共120人,随机分为4组,其他生理指标稳定,无重大疾病史。
2、治疗方法
本发明组:本发明实施例3样品,口服,每日2次,每次5g,服用60天。
对照组1:本发明实施例5样品,口服,每日2次,每次5g,服用60天。
对照组2:本发明实施例6样品,口服,每日2次,每次5g,服用60天。
对照组3:本发明实施例7样品,口服,每日2次,每次5g,服用60天。
3、评价标准:(1)服用前和服用60天后分别检测股骨近端骨密度(采用骨密度仪测定,g/cm2);(2)服用前和服用60天后关节僵硬程度(采用骨关节炎指数WOMAC评估,其中5个与疼痛有关,2个与关节僵硬有关,17个与身体功能有关。);(3)服用前和服用60天后更年期评分(采用Kupperman评分评价临床症状,分值越高表明症状越重。)
4、治疗效果:本发明有利于提高骨密度、降低关节僵硬度,对更年期综合征有很好的效果。具体结果见表1。

试验例2对大鼠降血尿酸的影响
1、实验动物及方法
选择健康雄性SD大鼠110只,随机分为11组,分为空白对照组、模型组、实施例1-9组。模型组和实施例1-9组空白对照组灌服150mg/kg的次黄嘌呤(浓度:100mg/mL),空白组灌服等体积的纯化水,连续10天。末次给药后空白对照组和模型组继续食用普通饲料,实施例1-9组在饲料中每天添加1.5g相应实施例样品,连续15天。
2、测定方法
试验周期结束后,从各组大鼠眼眶静脉丛取血,5000rpm离心15min,分离血清,采用尿酸测定试剂盒规定的检测方法测定血清尿酸值。
3、结果:本发明具有一定的降血尿酸效果。具体结果见表2。

Claims (7)
1.一种有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物,其包含鲜铁皮石斛叶、鲜马齿苋、鲜枸杞果、鲜蓝莓、鲜山竹、鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物,其特征在于,按重量份数计,所述有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物包含鲜铁皮石斛叶0.5~1000份、鲜马齿苋0.5~500份、鲜枸杞果0.1~660份、鲜蓝莓0.2~800份、鲜山竹0.1~900份、鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉0.05~550份。
3.根据权利要求1至2任一所述的有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物,其特征在于加入可接受的辅料或食品添加剂,制成片剂、固体饮料。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物,其特征在于,所述鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉以鸡胸软骨为原料,添加蛋白酶,经酶解、分离、过滤、干燥、包装等生产工艺制成;
优选地,所述鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉为海南原肽生物科技有限公司生产的鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉;
优选地,所述鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉生产检验执行标准为Q/HNYT0002S-2017;更优选地,所述鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉中粘多糖≥26.0%。
5.一种根据权利要求1至4任一所述的有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物的制备方法,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将鲜铁皮石斛叶洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入8~20倍水,匀浆转速2500~30000转/min,匀浆萃取10~90min,匀浆萃取1~4次,40~250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40~70℃减压浓缩至密度1.05~1.36g/ml,30~80℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过80~200目筛,得铁皮石斛叶粉,备用;
(2)将鲜马齿苋洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入3~15倍水,匀浆转速2500~30000转/min,匀浆萃取8~80min,匀浆萃取1~3次,40~250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40~70℃减压浓缩至密度1.08~1.39g/ml,40~70℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过80~200目筛,得马齿苋粉,备用;
(3)将鲜枸杞果全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入3~10倍水,匀浆转速2500~30000转/min,匀浆萃取5~60min,匀浆萃取1~3次,40~250目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40~70℃减压浓缩至密度1.05~1.30g/ml,40~80℃减压干燥,控制水分<4%,粉碎过80~200目筛,得枸杞粉,备用;
(4)将鲜蓝莓全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入3~10倍水,匀浆转速2500~30000转/min,匀浆萃取5~60min,匀浆萃取1~3次,40~400目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40~70℃减压浓缩至密度1.03~1.37g/ml,40~60℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过80~200目筛,得蓝莓粉,备用;
(5)将山竹全果洗净,置匀浆萃取装置中,加入3~10倍水,匀浆转速2500~30000转/min,匀浆萃取10~90min,匀浆萃取1~4次,40~500目筛网滤过,合并滤液,40~70℃减压浓缩至密度1.03~1.37g/ml,35~85℃减压干燥,控制水分<3%,粉碎过80~200目筛,得山竹粉,备用;
(6)将(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)中物料加入鸡胸软骨胶原蛋白肽粉及适宜辅料或食品添加剂,制成片剂、固体饮料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物的制备方法,所述步骤(4)中,所述蓝莓粉中花青素含量≥3.0%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的有益骨关节健康的铁皮石斛组合物的制备方法,所述步骤(5)中,所述山竹粉中α-倒捻子素含量≥0.1%。
