Abstract
本发明公开了一种螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机,包括料斗和料筒,料斗和料筒固定在支架的顶部一侧,布料绞龙机构位于料斗内,下料绞龙机构则位于料筒内,料筒上开有多个镂空的丸子出料孔,且在这一部位的料筒上套有包围料筒的环形切刀机构,切刀拨叉的一端与切刀机构的中间部位转动连接,切刀拨叉的中间部位则转动固定在支架上,切刀拨叉的另一端则通过上下摆动的切刀连杆驱动在料筒上上下滑动,料筒的下端设置有料筒托板,布料绞龙机构与下料绞龙机构通过支架上的主传动变频电机传动连接。本发明螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机具有设计先进、结构合理、操作简单、安全环保、节能卫生等性能特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种丸子成型设备,具体说是一种螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机。
背景技术
目前现有的丸子成型机均为螺杆挤压式单头出料结构,生产效率是200-300个/分钟,这种传统设备生产效率低、成本高。因此,我公司设计生产了一种全新的螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机,采用10出料口,使生产效率提高了数倍10以上,同时降低了生产厂家的设备投入,人工投入,节约了生产成本。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机。
本发明为实现上述目的,螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机,包括漏斗形的料斗和与料斗下端出口连通的料筒,料斗和料筒固定在支架的顶部一侧,布料绞龙机构位于料斗内,布料绞龙机构上排布有输料刮板,下料绞龙机构则位于料筒内,且布料绞龙机构的下端与下料绞龙机构的上端固定连接,料筒上开有多个镂空的丸子出料孔,且在这一部位的料筒上套有包围料筒的环形切刀机构,切刀拨叉的一端与切刀机构的中间部位转动连接,切刀拨叉的中间部位则转动固定在支架上,切刀拨叉的另一端则通过上下摆动的切刀连杆驱动在料筒上上下滑动,料筒的下端设置有料筒托板,布料绞龙机构与下料绞龙机构通过支架上的主传动变频电机传动连接。
支架由加厚工业级不锈钢方管焊接而成,外包食品级不锈钢板,批量加工同时又保证产品质量。
主传动动力电机采用独立变频电机控制,挤压出料自由控制方便快捷。
切刀动力电机采用微型可调速减速电机控制,切丸长短自由控制方便快捷。
传动齿轮箱内齿轮釆用铸钢件,增加了钢性。主轴、齿轮均采用高频淬火,抗疲劳、抗耐磨、抗衰老。
料简由加厚.工业级不锈钢圆管焊接而成,内外圆磨床精加工而成,外圆滑动部分加工油槽两条方便滑动,切刀由高耐磨黄体酮精加工而成,于料简配合再加上润滑液,减少摩擦延长设备使用寿命。
通过以上设置,本发明螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机具有设计先进、结构合理、操作简单、安全环保、节能卫生等性能特点。

具体实施方式
如图1图2所示,螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机,包括漏斗形的料斗18和与料斗18下端出口连通的料筒22,料斗18和料筒22固定在支架3的顶部一侧,支架3底部水平的底座25底部支撑有多个脚轮1,配电箱6位于主传动变频电机2上方的支架3内,布料绞龙机构16位于料斗18内,布料绞龙机构16上排布有输料刮板17,下料绞龙机构19则位于料筒22内,且布料绞龙机构16的下端与下料绞龙机构19的上端固定连接,料筒22上开有多个镂空的丸子出料孔,且在这一部位的料筒22上套有包围料筒22的环形切刀机构21,切刀机构21处的支架3上罩有下端开口的切刀护罩20,切刀拨叉24的一端与切刀机构21的中间部位转动连接,切刀拨叉24的中间部位则转动固定在支架3上,切刀拨叉24的另一端则通过上下摆动的切刀连杆7驱动在料筒22上上下滑动,切刀连杆7的下端与切刀拨叉24的一端转动连接,切刀连杆7的上端则与支架3顶部内可调速减速电机9驱动转动的偏心轮8边缘转动连接,料筒22的下端设置有料筒托板23,布料绞龙机构16与下料绞龙机构19通过支架3上的主传动变频电机2传动连接,布料绞龙机构16的轴上端与绞龙轴压紧装置15内部的轴固定连接,绞龙轴压紧装置15内部的轴上端还设置有手轮14 ,绞龙轴压紧装置15内的齿轮与传动齿轮箱13上传动轴12的齿轮垂直啮合,传动轴12的另一端贯穿支架3顶部的轴承座11,且设置的副传动皮带轮10通过三角皮带5与支架3底部内主传动变频电机2的主传动电机皮带轮4传动连接。
料斗18 中输料刮板17 和布料绞龙机构16的布料绞龙轴的径向转动力带动下料绞龙机构19,随着下料绞龙机构19转动物料被均速的从料筒22侧边所开19mm的丸子出料孔中挤出,切刀连杆7来自切刀偏心轮8的动力,带动切刀拨叉24做均速上下运动,切刀拨叉24又带动切刀机构21做均速上下运动,而切刀机构21底部开有一排与料筒22侧边所开19mm的丸子出料孔相互且切削,当切刀机构21上移时做功一次切割10个丸子,当切刀机构21下移时做功一次切割10个丸子,以此类推偏心轮8每转一周切割20个丸子,偏心轮的转动的频率可根据料筒22侧边所开19mm的丸子出料孔中挤出来的料棒决定,当料棒出来19mm为最佳。
丸子出料孔的个数不仅可以是10个,本领域技术人员依据下料速度,出料要求等还可以设置成6个、8个甚至12个等。

1.螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机,其特征在于:包括漏斗形的料斗和与料斗下端出口连通的料筒,料斗和料筒固定在支架的顶部一侧,布料绞龙机构位于料斗内,布料绞龙机构上排布有输料刮板,下料绞龙机构则位于料筒内,且布料绞龙机构的下端与下料绞龙机构的上端固定连接,料筒上开有多个镂空的丸子出料孔,且在这一部位的料筒上套有包围料筒的环形切刀机构,切刀拨叉的一端与切刀机构的中间部位转动连接,切刀拨叉的中间部位则转动固定在支架上,切刀拨叉的另一端则通过上下摆动的切刀连杆驱动在料筒上上下滑动,料筒的下端设置有料筒托板,布料绞龙机构与下料绞龙机构通过支架上的主传动变频电机传动连接。
2.如权利要求1的螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机,其特征在于:布料绞龙机构的轴上端与绞龙轴压紧装置内部的轴固定连接,绞龙轴压紧装置内部的轴上端还设置有手轮 ,绞龙轴压紧装置内的齿轮与传动齿轮箱上传动轴的齿轮垂直啮合,传动轴的另一端贯穿支架顶部的轴承座,且设置的副传动皮带轮通过三角皮带与支架底部内主传动变频电机的主传动电机皮带轮传动连接。
3.如权利要求1的螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机,其特征在于:切刀连杆的下端与切刀拨叉的一端转动连接,切刀连杆的上端则与支架顶部内可调速减速电机驱动转动的偏心轮边缘转动连接。
4.如权利要求1的螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机,其特征在于:配电箱位于主传动变频电机上方的支架内。
5.如权利要求1的螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机,其特征在于:切刀机构处的支架上罩有下端开口的切刀护罩。
6.如权利要求1的螺杆式侧出料实心丸子成型机,其特征在于:支架底部水平的底座底部支撑有多个脚轮。
