Description

Phlegm-eliminating cough-relieving beverage and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of beverages, in particular to a phlegm-eliminating and cough-relieving beverage as well as a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Cough and excessive phlegm are common symptoms of respiratory diseases, the cough is caused by inflammation, foreign matters, physical or chemical stimulation on trachea, bronchial mucosa or pleura, the glottis is closed firstly, respiratory muscles are contracted, the internal pressure of the lung is increased, then the glottis is opened, and air in the lung is sprayed out. Cough with a build-up of fluid expectoration is called expectoration. The disease is possibly suffered by men, women, old and young all the year round, the incidence rate is extremely high, and if the disease is not cured in time, the cough is continuously changed from acute to chronic, and the patient is often suffered from more pain, such as chest distress, pharynx itch, asthma and the like, and even if the symptoms are not aggravated, the rest and sleep are affected.
At present, common medicines for relieving cough and reducing sputum in western medicine comprise ammonium chloride, must dissolve sputum and carbocysteine, which have obvious curative effect on inhibiting short-term excessive phlegm symptoms, but can not effectively relieve cough and reduce sputum. And western medicines are mostly treated by diminishing inflammation and being matched with antibiotic medicines, but the side effects are large, especially antibiotics, the abuse of the antibiotics can cause serious drug resistance, and the cough caused by the chronic bronchitis is not suitable for long-term use of the antibiotics for treatment. In recent years, with the development of society, people are more and more attentive to health preservation, and people are more and more hoped to achieve the purposes of conditioning bodies and preventing diseases through food therapy.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

250 mice (each half of a female and a male) with 20g +/-2 g of Kunming seeds are taken, are adaptively fed for 3 days, and are randomly divided into 25 groups according to the weight: control group, positive group, examples 1-14 group, comparative examples 1-9 group, 10 of each group, labeled, fasted without water deprivation for 12h before experiment. The administration is performed by intragastric administration according to the dosage shown in the table 3, 0.9% normal saline is administered to the control group, the administration is continuously performed for 7 days, after 30min of the last administration, the urethane is 1.0g/kg, and the patient is fixed in the supine position after the anesthesia of the intraperitoneal injection. The skin in the middle of the neck is cut open, and the air outlet pipe is separated. A hole is pricked by a sharp injection needle between cartilage rings at the center of the lower edge of the thyroid cartilage, and then a glass capillary is inserted, so that the capillary just contacts the surface of the bottom of a trachea, thereby sucking the sputum at the rear part of the trachea. When the capillary tube was full of sputum, one capillary tube was immediately replaced, and the weight of the sputum drawn by the capillary tube was used as the evaluation of the expectorant effect of the drug and was statistically analyzed, and the results are shown in table 4.
